Abstract
Description
Airtight stick container
[0001] The present invention relates to an airtight stick-type container, and more specifically, to an airtight stick-type container having a luxurious appearance, in which an elastic member is interposed between a body outer cap and a body inner cap to raise and lower a body inner cap to a certain height so that the open end of the body inner cap is in close contact with the inner surface of the overcap to maintain an airtight seal, thereby making the outer cap of the body outer cap and the overcap transparent.
[0002] Generally, lipstick is one of the cosmetics that women use to beautify their faces. The lipstick is formed in a stick shape and is housed in a stick-shaped container. When in use, the stick-shaped container is rotated so that the stick-shaped container pops out and can be applied to the user's lips.
[0003] These stick-type containers have a problem in that there is no airtight structure between the main body and the rotating body that rotates relative to the main body and the inlet of the main body, so that outside air flows in through the gap, and as a result, the stick cosmetics stored in the rotating body harden, become contaminated, or deteriorate when carried or stored. In addition, since the lifting member to which the stick cosmetics are attached and the residual amount withdrawal member that pushes out the stick cosmetics remaining in the lifting member are operated separately by screw-joining with the main body, there is a problem in that assembly becomes complicated, productivity decreases, and the smooth withdrawal operation of the stick cosmetics may be hindered.
[0004] To solve these problems, an airtight stick-type container was proposed in which an inner cap supported by spring tension is formed inside an overcap that is detachably connected to a body portion where a cone is received, so that the body portion is always kept in a sealed state. However, due to the spring-mounted structure inside, there was a problem in that it was difficult to make the overcap and body portion transparent.
[0005] The present invention is intended to solve the above problem, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide an airtight stick-type container having a luxurious appearance and to make the outer cap of the body outer cap and the overcap transparent by interposing an elastic member between the body outer cap and the body inner cap so that the open end of the body inner cap is brought into close contact with the inner surface of the overcap to maintain airtightness by raising the body inner cap to a certain height.
[0006] The technical problems of the present invention are not limited to the technical problems mentioned above, and other technical problems not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description below.
[0007] According to an embodiment of the present invention, an airtight stick-type container is provided. The airtight stick-type container includes a body portion that allows a cone to protrude by a rotational operation; and an overcap detachably coupled to the body portion, wherein the body portion may include a body outer cap that can be gripped by hand; a body inner cap that is accommodated in an up-and-down slidable state inside the body outer cap; and an elastic member that is interposed between the body outer cap and the body inner cap to elevate the body inner cap to a predetermined height so that an open end of the body inner cap is in close contact with the inner surface of the overcap, thereby maintaining an airtight seal.
[0008] According to the present invention, by raising the inner body cap to a certain height and interposing an elastic member between the outer body cap and the inner body cap so that the open end of the inner body cap is in close contact with the inner surface of the overcap to maintain airtightness, the outer cap of the outer body cap and the overcap can be made of a transparent material, and a luxurious appearance can be achieved.
[0009] The airtight stick-type container according to the present invention can increase user convenience by allowing the inner cap of the body to be lifted and lowered when the tension of the elastic member is released when the overcap is separated from the body.
[0010] In addition, according to the present invention, by causing the elastic member to act elastically in response to the minute external force generated when applying makeup using a cone, a cushioning feeling can be provided to the user, thereby improving the user experience.
[0011] In addition, according to the present invention, the cone cartridge can be easily refilled by detachably attaching the cone cartridge to the cartridge attachment portion that protrudes upward at the center of the bottom of the body cap.
[0012] In order to more fully understand the drawings cited in the detailed description of the present invention, a brief description of each drawing is provided.

[0021] Figure 8 is a cross-sectional view of an airtight stick-type container according to another embodiment of the present invention.
[0022] According to an embodiment of the present invention, an airtight stick-type container is provided.
[0023] In addition, when the above overcap is separated from the body, the body inner cap can be operated to rise and fall as the tension of the elastic member is released.
[0024] In addition, the overcap may include an outer cap having a connecting end that aligns with the outer periphery of the upper part of the body cap; and an inner cap in the form of a double container that is tightly fixed to the inner surface of the outer cap.
[0025] Additionally, at least one area of the overcap may be formed of a transparent material.
[0026] In addition, a sealing end may be formed in the inner cap, and the sealing end and the open end of the inner cap of the body may be in contact with each other to form a seal.
[0027] Additionally, the sealing end and the open end can form opposing inclined surfaces that face each other in an alternating manner.
[0028] In addition, when the above overcap is attached to the body, the sealing end of the inner cap is pressed against the open end of the body inner cap, thereby lowering the body inner cap, and the elastic member that elastically supports the body inner cap may be in a state of tension due to an external force.
[0029] In addition, it further includes a cone cartridge for accommodating a cone, and the cone cartridge can be detachably coupled to the body cap.
[0030] In addition, the cone cartridge may include a cone holder that accommodates contents and has a screw formed at the bottom; a guide tube having a spiral groove formed at least in a portion of the inner side to allow the screw to move up and down; and a rotary tube that is rotatably extrapolated to at least a portion of an outer diameter surface of the guide tube, has a through hole formed in the upper surface through which the screw moves up and down, and has its movement restricted according to the rotation of the screw and rotates relative to the guide tube.
[0031] In addition, the cone cartridge may include a cone holder for accommodating contents; a vertical guide tube forming a vertical guide hole in which the cone holder is inserted and guided vertically; and a rotary tube forming a spiral groove that is rotatably extrapolated on an outer diameter surface of the vertical guide tube so that, when rotated, an extension protrusion of the cone holder protruding through the vertical guide hole interferes with a spiral movement path to perform a lifting operation.
[0032] Additionally, a receiving portion for loading an elastic member can be formed in the lower region of the cartridge coupling portion.
[0033] In addition, the outer wall of the above-mentioned receiving portion may be extended toward the bottom of the body outer cap to form an inner slip guide, and a guide protrusion protruding inward may be formed at the bottom of the inner slip guide.
[0034] In addition, an outer slip guide may be formed that protrudes upward from the center of the bottom surface of the body outer cap and is slidably connected to the inner slip guide of the body inner cap, and the lower end of the elastic member is supported by contact with the protruding upper surface, and a catch may be formed that prevents vertical deviation by aligning a guide protrusion formed on the inner slip guide of the body inner cap with the outer surface of the outer slip guide.
[0035] In addition, by forming a ventilation hole around the outer body outer cap bottom surface of the above outer slip guide, outside air can be introduced when the body inner cap is raised and lowered, and internal air can be discharged when the body inner cap is lowered, so that vacuum resistance does not occur when the body inner cap is raised and lowered.

[0040] Fig. 1 is a perspective view of an overcap detached from an airtight stick-type container according to an embodiment of the present invention, and Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of an overcap joint of an airtight stick-type container according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0041] Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the airtight stick-type container may broadly include a body portion (100) and an overcap (200).
[0042] The body (100) and overcap (200) may be provided in a square case shape. However, this is not limited to the case shape, and may be provided in various shapes such as circular or triangular.
[0043] According to an embodiment, the body part (100) may be configured to allow the contents to protrude by a rotational operation. The body part (100) may be a double container including a body outer cap (110), a body inner cap (120), and an elastic member (130).
[0044] The body outer cap (110) can provide an exterior shape that can be gripped by hand, and can be provided in a case shape having various exterior shapes such as a square, circle, and triangle. The body inner cap (120) can be accommodated in a state that can slide up and down inside the body outer cap (110), and can be provided in a circular case shape. The elastic member (130) is interposed between the body outer cap (110) and the body inner cap (120) to raise and lower the body inner cap (120) to a certain height so that the open end (121) of the body inner cap (120) is in close contact with the inner surface of the overcap (200) to maintain airtightness. At this time, the elastic member (130) may be a compression spring. However, it is not limited thereto, and a material that provides a certain elasticity, such as a louver or rubber material, may be used.
[0045] In some embodiments, the body outer cap (110) may be a transparent material onto which the body inner cap (120) is projected. In addition, the body inner cap (120) may provide a blind function that blocks the internal structure from being projected to the outside through the body outer cap (110), and thus, the body inner cap (120) may be an opaque material.
[0046] According to the present invention, by raising the inner body cap to a certain height and interposing an elastic member between the outer body cap and the inner body cap so that the open end of the inner body cap is in close contact with the inner surface of the overcap to maintain airtightness, the outer cap of the outer body cap and the overcap can be made of a transparent material, and a luxurious appearance can be achieved.
[0047] According to an embodiment, the overcap (200) is detachably connected to the body portion (100), and the overcap (200) may include an outer cap (210) having a connecting end (211) that is aligned with the outer periphery of the upper portion of the body outer cap (110) and an inner cap (220) in the form of a double container that is tightly fixed to the inner surface of the outer cap (210).
[0048] According to an embodiment, the inner cap (220) may be formed with a connecting end (211), and the connecting end (211) and the open end (121) of the body inner cap (120) may be in contact with each other to form a seal. At this time, the connecting end (211) and the open end (121) may form opposite inclined surfaces that face each other in an alternating manner. At this time, the connecting end (211) and the open end (121) that face each other along the opposite inclined surfaces may have increased contact force as the contact progresses, thereby improving airtightness. Preferably, the connecting end (211) may be formed so that the opposite inclined surface faces inward, and the open end (121) may be formed so that the opposite inclined surface faces outward.
[0049] Referring to FIG. 2, a cartridge coupling portion (123) can be formed in the body inner cap (120). The cartridge coupling portion (123) provides a structure for detachably coupling the cone cartridge (300), and can also guide the lifting operation of the body inner cap (120) with respect to the body outer cap (110).
[0050] At this time, the description of the concartridge (300) will be explained through Figures 3 to 5 below to avoid redundant description.
[0051]
[0052] FIG. 4a is a perspective view of a body outer cap and a body inner cap separated according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4b is a plan perspective view of a body portion showing a cartridge coupling structure according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0053] Referring to FIGS. 4a and 4b, the cartridge coupling portion (123) may be configured to divide the interior of a hollow tube into an upper region and a lower region. At this time, the upper region and the lower region may be divided by a disc-shaped partition wall. At this time, the partition wall may serve to contact and support the upper end of an elastic member (130) interposed in the lower region.
[0054] At this time, a plurality of hook projections (125) may be formed in the upper region to be spaced apart in the circumferential direction so as to provide injection tension when attaching or detaching the vertical guide tube (320). At this time, the hook projections (125) may be arranged at equal intervals.
[0055] Referring to Fig. 4b, the number of hook protrusions (125) formed is not limited, but may be formed in 3 to 5 pieces. In Fig. 4b, an example in which 4 hook protrusions (125) are formed is illustrated, but this is not limited thereto, and multiple hook protrusions (125) may be spaced apart from each other.
[0056] The above hook projection (125) may be bent inward by an external force when the concrete cartridge (300) is coupled, depending on the injection tension structure, and may be operated to return to its original state when the concrete cartridge (300) is coupled or when the concrete cartridge (300) is separated, i.e., when the external force is removed. An external tooth portion (125a) in the shape of a gear tooth may be formed around the outer circumference of the hook projection (125). At this time, the external tooth portion (125a) may be formed in a form that extends upward by a certain length along the outer surface of the hook projection (125) from the lower end of the hook projection (125).
[0057] At this time, the internal tooth portion that engages with the external tooth portion (125a) may be formed on the side of the cone cartridge (300) so that the rotational force of the body portion (100) can be transmitted to the side of the cone cartridge (300).
[0058] Referring to Fig. 2, a receiving portion (127) for loading an elastic member (130) can be formed in the lower region of the cartridge coupling portion (123). At this time, a column portion (126) extending downward can be formed in the center of the receiving portion (127). At this time, the column portion (126) can be extended to touch the bottom of the body outer cap (110).
[0059] At this time, an external tooth portion (126a) may be formed on the outer periphery of the lower portion of the column portion (126), and an internal tooth portion (114) may be formed on the bottom side of the body outer cap (110) so as to be interlocked with the external tooth portion (126a) and transmit rotational force. At this time, the external tooth portion (126a) and the internal tooth portion (114) may provide a structure in which slip in the circumferential direction is prevented by the interlocking structure, but slip in the vertical direction is freely performed. (See Fig. 4a)
[0060] According to an embodiment, the outer wall of the receiving portion (127) of the body inner cap (120) may be extended toward the bottom of the body outer cap (110) to form an inner slip guide (128). At this time, a guide protrusion (129) protruding inward may be formed at the bottom of the inner slip guide (128).
[0061] At this time, an outer slip guide (111) protruding upwards can be formed at the center of the bottom surface of the body outer cap (110). The outer slip guide (111) can be provided with a cylindrical outer surface.
[0062] At this time, the outer slip guide (111) is connected to the inner slip guide (128) of the body cap (120) in a slippable state, and the lower end of the elastic member (130) can be supported by contacting the protruding upper surface.
[0063] At this time, a catch (113) protruding in the circumferential direction may be formed on the outer surface of the outer slip guide (111). A guide protrusion (129) installed in the movement path of the catch (113) and interfering with the movement of the catch (113) may be formed on the inner slip guide (128) of the body inner cap (120).
[0064] At this time, the catch (113) is formed at a certain distance so that a clearance space is provided for the guide projection (129) to be raised and lowered vertically, thereby preventing the body inner cap (120) on which the guide projection (129) is formed from being vertically separated from the body outer cap (110).
[0065] According to an embodiment, a ventilation hole (115) may be formed around the bottom surface of the body inner cap (110) located on the outside of the outer slip guide (111). The ventilation hole (115) allows outside air to be introduced when the body inner cap (120) is raised and lowered, and discharges internal air when the body inner cap (120) is lowered, thereby preventing vacuum resistance from occurring when the body inner cap (120) is raised and lowered, thereby allowing the body inner cap (120) to be supported by tension on the elastic member (130) and to be raised and lowered smoothly.
[0066] According to an embodiment, when the overcap (200) is coupled to the body part (100), the sealing end (221) of the inner cap (220) is pressed against the open end (121) of the body inner cap (120), so that the body inner cap (120) is lowered, and the elastic member (130) that elastically supports the body inner cap (120) can be in a tension state due to an external force.
[0067] According to an embodiment, the outer cap (210) of the overcap (200) and the body outer cap (110) of the body portion (100) can be formed to have the same thickness, and the outer cap (210) and the body outer cap (110) can be formed to have the same height. In addition, the inner cap (220) of the overcap (200) and the body inner cap (120) of the body portion (100) can be formed to have the same thickness, and the inner cap (220) and the body inner cap (120) can be formed to have the same height.
[0068]
[0069] FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of an overcap of an airtight stick-type container according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 4a is a perspective view of an outer body cap and an inner body cap according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 4b is a plan perspective view of a body portion showing a cartridge coupling structure according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a perspective view of an exploded cone cartridge according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0070] Referring to Fig. 3, a replacement cone cartridge (300) can be detachably attached to the upper part of the inner surface of the body cap (120).
[0071] Referring to FIG. 5, the cone cartridge (300) may include a cone holder (310), a vertical guide tube (320), a rotation tube (330), and an outer tube (340). The cone holder (310) may serve as a container for loading contents (400), and the vertical guide tube (320) may serve as a vertical guide for inserting the cone holder (310) and guiding it in a vertical direction. A vertical guide hole (321) may be formed in the vertical guide tube (320) to guide the vertical movement of the cone holder (310). A rotation tube (330) may be rotatably inserted into the outer surface of the vertical guide tube (320) so that when the cone holder (310) protrudes through the vertical guide hole (321) of the vertical guide tube (320) and interferes with the spiral movement path to perform a lifting operation. A spiral groove (331) may be formed. At this time, an outer tube (340) may be coupled to the outer diameter surface of the rotary tube (330). The outer tube (340) is coupled to the outer diameter of the rotary tube (330) to provide a gripping surface that can be gripped by hand, and to form a plating surface to provide an aesthetic feel.
[0072] Referring to FIG. 3, the lower end of the vertical guide tube (320) may be coupled to the upper portion of the inner diameter surface of the body inner cap (120). At this time, the coupling position may be such that the vertical guide tube (320) overlaps the upper 1 / 2 point of the body inner cap (120). In addition, the vertical guide tube (320) may be coupled to the body inner cap (120) to prevent rotation and separation, and may rotate integrally with the body portion (100). At this time, a cartridge coupling portion (123) that enables an integral rotation structure may be formed in the body inner cap (120). A detailed description of the cartridge coupling portion (123) will be described with reference to FIGS. 3, 4a, and 4b below.
[0073] Referring to FIGS. 3 to 4b, a cartridge coupling portion (123) can be formed in which a vertical guide tube (320) is externally fixed to the outer diameter of a portion protruding upwardly at the center of the bottom of the body inner cap (120). According to the present invention, by detachably coupling a concrete cartridge (300) to the cartridge coupling portion (123) protruding upwardly at the center of the bottom of the body inner cap (120), the concrete cartridge (300) can be easily refilled and used.
[0074] At this time, the cartridge coupling portion (123) is divided into an upper region and a lower region, and a plurality of hook projections (125) are formed to be spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction in the upper region so that injection tension is provided when the vertical guide tube (320) is attached or detached. At this time, an external tooth portion (125a) in the shape of a gear tooth can be formed around the outer circumference of the hook projection (125), and an internal tooth portion that engages with the external tooth portion (125a) can be formed on the inner diameter of the vertical guide tube (320) so that the rotational force of the body portion (100) can be transmitted to the vertical guide tube (320).
[0075] Referring to FIGS. 4a and 4b, a receiving portion (127) for loading an elastic member (130) can be formed in the lower region of the cartridge coupling portion (123). At this time, a pillar portion (126) can be extended downwards in the center of the receiving portion (127) to contact the bottom of the body outer cap (110). At this time, an external tooth portion (126a) can be formed on the outer periphery of the lower end of the pillar portion (126), and an internal tooth portion (114) can be formed on the bottom side of the body outer cap (110) so as to be engaged with the external tooth portion (126a) to transmit rotational force.
[0076] According to an embodiment, the outer wall of the receiving portion (127) of the body inner cap (120) may be extended toward the bottom of the body outer cap (110) to form an inner slip guide (128). At this time, a guide protrusion (129) protruding inward may be formed at the bottom of the inner slip guide (128).
[0077] According to an embodiment, an outer slip guide (111) can be formed that protrudes upward from the center of the bottom surface of the body outer cap (110) and is slidably connected to the inner slip guide (128) of the body inner cap (120), and the lower end of the elastic member (130) is supported by contact with the protruding upper surface.
[0078] At this time, a catch (113) may be formed to prevent vertical deviation by aligning the guide protrusion (129) formed on the inner slip guide (128) of the body cap (120) with the outer surface of the outer slip guide (111). At this time, the catch (113) may be formed by maintaining a certain distance so as to provide a clearance space through which the guide protrusion (129) can be raised and lowered in the vertical direction.
[0079] According to an embodiment, a ventilation hole (115) is formed around the bottom surface of the body outer cap (110) located on the outside of the outer slip guide (111) to allow outside air to be introduced when the body inner cap (120) is raised and lowered, and to discharge internal air when the body inner cap (120) is lowered, so that vacuum resistance does not occur when the body inner cap (120) is raised and lowered.
[0080] According to an embodiment, when the airtight stick-type container of the present invention combines the overcap (200) with the body portion (100), the sealing end (221) of the inner cap (220) is pressed against the open end (121) of the body inner cap (120), so that the body inner cap (120) is lowered, and the elastic member (130) that elastically supports the body inner cap (120) can be in a state of tension due to an external force.
[0081]
[0082] Figure 6 is a detailed diagram illustrating the lifting operation of the inner body cap when separating and combining the overcap according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0083] Referring to FIG. 6, the airtight stick-type container according to the present invention can operate the body inner cap (120) to rise and fall when the tension of the elastic member (130) is released when the overcap (200) is separated from the body portion (100).
[0084] For example, as shown in the right cross-sectional view of FIG. 6, when the overcap (200) is separated from the body portion (100), the elastic member (130) pushes upward the cartridge coupling portion (123) of the body inner cap (120). At this time, the cartridge coupling portion (123) and the cone cartridge (300) coupled thereto are raised upward, and as seen in the detailed view of FIG. 6, the open end (121) of the body inner cap (120) protrudes upward from the body outer cap (110) by a certain height.
[0085] At this time, the elevation of the cartridge coupling portion (123) can be limited so that the elevation is stopped when the guide projection (129) formed on the inner slip guide (128) rises and comes into contact with the catch (113) provided on the outer slip guide (111). The elevation height (G) of the inner body cap (120) due to the elasticity of the elastic member (130) can be set to about 1 mm.
[0086] According to an embodiment of the present invention, by causing the elastic member (130) to act elastically in response to a slight external force generated when applying makeup using a cone-shaped content (400), a cushioning feeling can be provided to the user, thereby improving the user experience.
[0087] In addition, as shown in the left cross-sectional view of Fig. 6, when the overcap (200) is coupled to the body portion (100), the sealing end (221) on the inner cap (220) side comes into contact with the open end (121) on the body inner cap (120) side, and the pressure due to the coupling force is transmitted to the cartridge coupling portion (123) through the open end (121), thereby compressing the elastic member (130) and causing it to descend. At this time, the bottom surface of the descending cartridge coupling portion (123) comes into contact with the bottom surface of the body outer cap (110), and at the same time, the coupling end (211) of the outer cap (210) is fitted into the end of the body outer cap (110), so that the coupled state of the overcap (200) can be maintained.

[0089] FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of an airtight stick-type container according to another embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of an airtight stick-type container according to another embodiment of the present invention.
[0090] The airtight stick-type container illustrated in FIGS. 7 and 8 differs from the airtight stick-type container described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6 described above in terms of the cone cartridge. Therefore, overlapping content will be briefly explained, with the cone cartridge as the focus of the explanation.
[0091] An airtight stick-type container according to one embodiment may include a body portion composed of a double container including a body outer cap (110), a body inner cap (120), and an elastic member (130). The elastic member (130) may be interposed between the body outer cap (110) and the body inner cap (120) to elevate the body inner cap (120) to a certain height so that the open end of the body inner cap (120) is in close contact with the inner surface of the overcap to maintain an airtight seal. According to an embodiment, the body outer cap (110) may be a transparent material through which the body inner cap (120) is projected. In addition, the body inner cap (120) may provide a blind function that blocks the internal structure from being projected to the outside through the body outer cap (110), and therefore, the body inner cap (120) may be an opaque material.
[0092] According to the present invention, by raising the inner body cap to a certain height and interposing an elastic member between the outer body cap and the inner body cap so that the open end of the inner body cap is in close contact with the inner surface of the overcap to maintain airtightness, the outer cap of the outer body cap and the overcap can be made of a transparent material, and a luxurious appearance can be achieved.
[0093] Referring to FIGS. 7 and 8, a cartridge coupling portion (123) may be formed in the body cap (120). The cartridge coupling portion (123) provides a structure for detachably coupling a cone cartridge (300). In one embodiment, the cone cartridge (300) may include a cone holder (310) that accommodates contents and has a screw formed at the bottom, a guide tube (350) that has a spiral groove (351) formed on at least a portion of the inner side to allow the screw (312) to be elevated, and a rotary tube (360) that is rotatably extrapolated on at least a portion of an outer surface of the guide tube and has a through hole (361) formed on the upper surface through which the screw (312) is elevated and passes, the elevation of which is restricted according to the rotation of the screw (312), and which rotates relative to the guide tube. In one embodiment, a catch is formed at the lower end of the screw (312) to prevent the screw (312) from completely coming out of the through hole (361).
[0094] Referring to FIG. 7, the cartridge coupling portion (123) may be formed as an undercut-shaped groove on at least a portion of the inner surface of the body inner cap (120). A protrusion (352) corresponding to the cartridge coupling portion (123) of the body inner cap (120) may be formed on the outer surface of the guide tube (350) of the cone cartridge (300), so that the body inner cap (120) and the cartridge coupling portion (123) may be detachably coupled. In one embodiment, a protrusion may be formed on the upper portion of the groove to fix the cone cartridge (300) coupled to the groove so that it does not come off from the body inner cap (120) until a certain level or higher of external force is applied. In one embodiment, an internal tooth portion in the shape of a gear tooth may be formed on at least a portion of the inner surface of the body inner cap (120). At this time, the external tooth portion that engages with the internal tooth portion may be formed on the side of the cone cartridge (300) so that the rotational force of the body portion (100) may be transmitted to the side of the cone cartridge (300). In addition, an external tube (340) may be coupled to the outer diameter surface of the rotary tube (360). The external tube (340) may be coupled to the outer diameter of the rotary tube (360) to provide a gripping surface that can be gripped by hand, and may also form a plating surface to provide an aesthetic feel.
[0095] Referring to Fig. 8, the cartridge coupling portion (123) may be located in the central upper region of the hollow tube-shaped body inner cap (120). The cartridge coupling portion (123) may be formed so that a plurality of hook protrusions are spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction of the central upper region of the body inner cap (120) so that injection tension is provided when the guide tube (350) is attached or detached. At this time, the hook protrusions may be arranged at equal intervals. The number of formed hook protrusions is not limited, and a plurality of hook protrusions (125) may be spaced apart from each other. Depending on the injection tension structure, the hook protrusions may be bent inward by an external force when the concrete cartridge (300) is attached, and may be restored to their original state when the attachment of the concrete cartridge (300) is completed or when the concrete cartridge (300) is separated, that is, when the external force is removed. In one embodiment, a protrusion (352) corresponding to the cartridge coupling portion (123) of the body inner cap (120) is formed on the outer surface of the guide tube (350) of the cone cartridge (300), so that the body inner cap (120) and the cartridge coupling portion (123) can be detachably coupled. In one embodiment, a protrusion may be formed on the upper portion of the groove to fix the cone cartridge (300) coupled to the groove so that it does not come off from the body inner cap (120) until a certain level of external force is applied. In addition, an internal tooth portion in the shape of a gear tooth may be formed around the inner circumference of the hook protrusion. At this time, the internal tooth portion may be formed in a form that extends upward by a certain length along the outer surface of the hook protrusion from the lower end of the hook protrusion. At this time, the external tooth portion that engages with the internal tooth portion may be formed on the side of the cone cartridge (300), so that the rotational force of the body portion (100) can be transmitted to the side of the cone cartridge (300). Referring to Fig. 8, a separate outer tube is not formed, and a rotary tube (360) is formed in a form extended to a certain length to perform the role of an outer tube, thereby reducing the number of parts and simplifying the structure.
[0096]
[0097] The airtight stick-type containers according to FIGS. 1 to 8 are exemplary, and various configurations may be applied depending on the embodiment applied to the present invention. In addition, in one embodiment, the airtight stick-type containers may be applied to stick-type cosmetics such as lipsticks, lip balms, lip glosses, multi-balms, sun sticks, sun balms, sunscreens, foundations, lip creams, and concealers.
