Description

Powder composition, resin composition, and coating composition

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a powder composition, a resin composition, and a coating composition.

[0002] In recent years, the global spread of the novel coronavirus has led to an increasing trend in consumer cleanliness consciousness, and the practical application of antibacterial and antiviral agents for resin kneading and their resin compositions has progressed. Among the materials for resin kneading described above, soluble glass has attracted attention because it allows the relatively easy introduction of metal ions, which serve as antibacterial and antiviral active ingredients.

[0003] Patent Document 1 discloses a method of suppressing aggregation and solidification of soluble glass itself without impairing antibacterial activity by mixing and adding an inorganic compound such as calcium phosphate to antibacterial glass. Patent Document 2 discloses a method of producing an antibacterial glass composition and an antibacterial resin composition that are less likely to cause secondary solidification during processes such as molding by using barium sulfate as an inorganic dispersing filler for antibacterial glass. Patent Documents 3 and 4 disclose a method of mixing cellulose powder to suppress aggregation and solidification of food additives, and a method of co-adding silica fine particles to improve the dispersibility of aluminum particles in resin, respectively.

[0004] Patent Document 1: JP 2003-292345 A Patent Document 2: WO 2003 / 085051 A Patent Document 3: JP 2006-28452 A Patent Document 4: JP 2016-23253 A

[0005] Because soluble glass has a hygroscopic property, the powder tends to aggregate and solidify during storage, which poses a problem. Once solidified, soluble glass is difficult to disintegrate even when mixed with molten resin in the screw of an injection molding machine or spinning machine. As a result, there is a high risk of uneven distribution of soluble glass powder in the resin, resulting in uneven antibacterial and antiviral performance, and manufacturing problems due to glass clogging.

[0006] Furthermore, when aiming to impart antiviral effects to soluble glass, it is necessary to elute more metal ions than antibacterial glass. Therefore, it is essential to create a glass structure that is more soluble than antibacterial glass, i.e., highly hygroscopic, which increases the likelihood of caking due to aggregation and solidification caused by moisture absorption. To solve the above problem, co-addition of secondary components, as proposed in the prior art, should be effective. However, in the case of the various additives disclosed in Patent Document 1 or Patent Document 2, although there is a description of the median diameter, there is no information on bulk density or water absorption. Therefore, it is unclear whether they function as anti-caking agents for antiviral glass, which has a higher risk of moisture absorption and solidification than antibacterial glass. Patent Document 3 or Patent Document 4 describes the median diameter and bulk density of the anti-caking agent, but there is no description of water absorption. Generally, cellulose and silica have moisture absorption properties, so when used as anti-caking agents, there is a concern that the surrounding environment of the soluble glass will become highly humid. Therefore, it is unclear whether moisture absorption and solidification of the soluble glass can be sufficiently suppressed.

[0007] The problem to be solved by the present disclosure is to provide a powder composition containing a soluble glass powder that is excellent in inhibiting aggregation and solidification, and a resin composition and a coating composition that use the same.

[0008] The means for solving the above problems include the following aspects: <1> A loose bulk density of 0.01 g / cm 3 ~0.5g / cm 3A powder composition comprising an inorganic powder having a water absorption of 5% by mass or less when left standing at 25°C and 75% relative humidity for 72 hours, and a soluble glass powder. <2> The powder composition according to <1>, wherein, when the median diameter of the soluble glass powder is Da and the median diameter of the inorganic powder is Db, the value of Db / Da is 1 / 5,000 to 1 / 1. <3> The powder composition according to <2>, wherein, when the median diameter of the soluble glass powder is Da and the median diameter of the inorganic powder is Db, the value of Db / Da is 1 / 1,000 to 1 / 3. <4> The powder composition according to any one of <1> to <3>, wherein the inorganic powder contains at least one compound selected from the group consisting of silica, titanium oxide, zinc oxide, and zirconium phosphate. <5> The powder composition according to any one of <1> to <4>, wherein the soluble glass powder contains a soluble glass powder having antibacterial and antiviral properties. <6> The powder composition according to any one of <1> to <5>, wherein the inorganic powder has a median diameter of 0.001 μm to 10 μm. <7> The powder composition according to any one of <1> to <6>, wherein the soluble glass powder has a median diameter of 0.01 μm to 50 μm. <8> The powder composition according to any one of <1> to <7>, wherein the content of the inorganic powder is 1 mass % to 30 mass % relative to the total mass of the powder composition. <9> A resin composition comprising the powder composition according to any one of <1> to <8>. <10> A coating composition comprising the powder composition according to any one of <1> to <8>.

[0009] According to the present disclosure, there are provided a powder composition containing a soluble glass powder that is excellent in inhibiting aggregation and solidification, as well as a resin composition and a coating composition using the same.

[0010] In the present disclosure, a numerical range expressed using "to" means a range that includes the numerical values written before and after "to" as the lower and upper limits. In the present disclosure, when a composition contains multiple substances corresponding to each component, the amount of each component refers to the total amount of the multiple substances present in the composition, unless otherwise specified. In the numerical ranges described in stages in the present disclosure, the upper or lower limit described in one numerical range may be replaced with the upper or lower limit of another numerical range described in stages. In the numerical ranges described in the present disclosure, the upper or lower limit of that numerical range may be replaced with a value shown in the examples. In the present disclosure, a combination of preferred embodiments is a more preferred embodiment. In the description of groups (atomic groups) in the present disclosure, a description that does not specify whether substituted or unsubstituted includes both unsubstituted and substituted groups.

[0011] The present disclosure will be described in detail below.

[0012] (Powder composition) The powder composition according to the present disclosure has a loose bulk density of 0.01 g / cm 3 ~0.5g / cm 3 and a soluble glass powder. The powder composition according to the present disclosure can be suitably used as an antibacterial and antiviral agent. The powder composition according to the present disclosure can also be suitably used as an additive to a resin composition or a coating composition.

[0013] In conventional powder compositions containing soluble glass powder, the soluble glass powder tends to solidify due to moisture absorption during storage, etc., which can lead to uneven distribution of the soluble glass powder, resulting in uneven antibacterial and antiviral performance, and production problems due to glass clogging. 3 ~0.5g / cm 3and has a water absorption rate of 5 mass % or less when left standing for 72 hours in an environment of 25°C and 75% relative humidity, it has been found that by adding an inorganic powder, it is possible to suppress contact between adjacent soluble glass powders, thereby suppressing aggregation and solidification (caking) of the soluble glass powders, and to provide a powder composition that maintains antibacterial and antiviral properties.

[0014] <Inorganic Powder> The powder composition according to the present disclosure contains an inorganic powder. The inorganic powder according to the present disclosure has a loose bulk density of 0.01 g / cm 3 ~0.5g / cm 3 and has a water absorption rate of 5% by mass or less when left standing for 72 hours in an environment of 25°C and a relative humidity of 75%.

[0015] -Loose bulk density- The loose bulk density of the inorganic powder is 0.01 g / cm 3 ~0.5g / cm 3 The loose bulk density is 0.5 g / cm 3 If the loose bulk density exceeds 0.01 g / cm, the inorganic powder cannot effectively prevent contact between adjacent soluble glass particles, and it may be difficult to prevent the soluble glass powder from caking due to moisture absorption. 3 If the bulk density is less than 0.02 g / cm, the addition of the inorganic powder significantly reduces the bulk density of the mixture of the soluble glass powder and the inorganic powder, making it difficult to handle as a powder and also reducing the weight of the mixture that can be packed into a bag of a certain volume. 3 ~0.3g / cm 3 It is preferable that the density is 0.03 g / cm 3 ~0.2 g / cm 3 It is more preferable that:

[0016] The loose bulk density of the powder in the present disclosure is measured and calculated by the method described later in the Examples.

[0017] -Water Absorption- The inorganic powder has a water absorption rate of 5% by mass or less when left standing for 72 hours in an environment of 25°C and 75% relative humidity. If the water absorption rate exceeds 5% by mass, even if the gap distance between adjacent soluble glass powder particles is sufficiently separated by the inorganic powder, the moisture absorption action of the inorganic powder will create a high-humidity environment around the soluble glass powder. As a result, the inorganic powder's effect of inhibiting the aggregation of the soluble glass powder tends to decrease. From the viewpoint of the effect of inhibiting the aggregation of the soluble glass powder, the inorganic powder has a water absorption rate of preferably 3% by mass or less, more preferably 2% by mass or less, and particularly preferably 0.5% by mass or less when left standing for 72 hours in an environment of 25°C and 75% relative humidity. The lower limit of the water absorption rate is preferably 0.001% by mass or more, more preferably 0.01% by mass or more.

[0018] The water absorption rate of a powder in the present disclosure is calculated from the change in mass before and after a moisture absorption test in which a powder sample pre-dried at 100°C for 2 hours is left to absorb moisture at 25°C and a relative humidity of 75% for 72 hours.

[0019] -Material- Suitable materials for the inorganic powder include inorganic oxides and metal phosphates. Among these, from the viewpoint of the effect of inhibiting the aggregation of the soluble glass powder, it is preferable for the inorganic powder to contain at least one compound selected from the group consisting of silica, titanium oxide, zinc oxide, and zirconium phosphate, more preferably at least one compound selected from the group consisting of silica, titanium oxide, and zinc oxide, and particularly preferably at least one compound selected from the group consisting of silica and titanium oxide. Furthermore, the inorganic powder may be, for example, a composite powder in which silica and titanium oxide are contained in a single powder particle. Furthermore, the inorganic powder may be a surface-treated powder. The surface treatment agent is not particularly limited, and known surface treatment agents such as silane coupling agents and known surface treatment methods can be used.

[0020] -Median Diameter- From the viewpoints of the effect of suppressing aggregation of the soluble glass powder and, when the powder composition is used in a resin composition, the effect of suppressing thread breakage when a fiber is produced by spinning the resin composition, the median diameter of the inorganic powder is preferably 0.001 μm to 10 μm, more preferably 0.005 μm to 5 μm, even more preferably 0.008 μm to 4 μm, particularly preferably 0.01 μm to 3 μm, and most preferably 0.01 μm to 0.5 μm.

[0021] The median diameter of the powder in this disclosure is measured on a volume basis using a laser diffraction device (Malvern Panalytical's "Mastersizer 2000"), or when the particle size is 0.1 μm or less, it is measured on a volume basis using a zeta potential particle size analyzer (Otsuka Electronics Co., Ltd.'s "ELSZ-10").

[0022] -Content- The powder composition according to the present disclosure may contain one type of inorganic powder alone or two or more types. From the viewpoints of ease of handling as a powder and antibacterial and antiviral properties, the content of the inorganic powder in the powder composition according to the present disclosure is preferably 0.1% by mass to 50% by mass, more preferably 0.5% by mass to 40% by mass, even more preferably 1% by mass to 30% by mass, and particularly preferably 1% by mass to 10% by mass, relative to the total mass of the powder composition. Furthermore, from the viewpoint of the effect of inhibiting aggregation of the soluble glass powder, the content of the inorganic powder is preferably more than 2.5% by mass, more preferably 3% by mass or more, even more preferably more than 5% by mass, and particularly preferably 6% by mass or more, relative to the total mass of the powder composition.

[0023] <Soluble Glass Powder> The powder composition according to the present disclosure includes a soluble glass powder. The soluble glass powder according to the present disclosure may be any glass powder having hygroscopic properties. From the viewpoint of further demonstrating the effects of the present disclosure, the water absorption rate of the soluble glass powder when left standing for 72 hours in an environment of 25°C and 75% relative humidity is preferably greater than 5% by mass, and more preferably 10% by mass or more. Furthermore, from the viewpoint of preventing caking, the upper limit of the water absorption rate is preferably 30% by mass or less. The soluble glass powder preferably includes a soluble glass powder having antibacterial and antiviral properties. The content of the soluble glass powder having antibacterial and antiviral properties in the soluble glass powder is preferably 50% by mass or more, more preferably 80% by mass or more, and particularly preferably 90% by mass or more, based on the total mass of the soluble glass powder.

[0024] -Median Diameter- The median diameter of the soluble glass powder is not particularly limited, but from the viewpoints of antibacterial properties, antiviral properties, aggregation-inhibiting properties, and, in the case where the powder composition is used in a resin composition, inhibiting yarn breakage when fibers are produced by spinning the resin composition, the median diameter is preferably 0.01 μm to 50 μm, more preferably 0.1 μm to 20 μm, and particularly preferably 0.5 μm to 15 μm.

[0025] Furthermore, when the median diameter of the soluble glass powder is Da and the median diameter of the inorganic powder is Db, the value of Db / Da is preferably 1 / 5,000 to 1 / 1, more preferably 1 / 3,000 to 1 / 1, even more preferably 1 / 1,500 to 1 / 2, and particularly preferably 1 / 1,000 to 1 / 3, from the viewpoint of the aggregation inhibition effect of the soluble glass powder and the antibacterial and antiviral effects. When the value of Db / Da is 1 / 5,000 or more, the soluble glass powder is adequately covered with the inorganic powder, and the antibacterial and antiviral properties are sufficiently maintained. On the other hand, when the value of Db / Da is 1 / 1 or less, the number density of the inorganic powder present around the soluble glass is adequate, and the aggregation inhibition effect is more excellent. Furthermore, when the powder composition according to the present disclosure is used in a resin composition, thread breakage is less likely to occur when the resin composition is spun into fibers.

[0026] -Material- Examples of the material of the soluble glass powder include elemental glass, hydrogen-bonded glass, oxide glass, silicate glass, silicate glass, alkali silicate glass, soda-lime glass, lead (alkali) glass, barium glass, borosilicate glass, phosphate glass, borate glass, fluoride glass, chloride glass, sulfide glass, carbonate glass, nitrate glass, sulfate glass, soluble glass, and crystallized glass. From the viewpoint of antibacterial and antiviral properties, the soluble glass powder preferably contains metal ions, and more preferably contains ions of at least one metal selected from the group consisting of silver, copper, and zinc. From the viewpoint of preventing discoloration, it is particularly preferable for the soluble glass powder to contain a large amount of zinc ions while minimizing the amounts of silver ions and copper ions.

[0027] Specifically, for example, Ag 2 O, ZnO, CaO, MgO, SrO, Al 2 O 3 , SiO 2 , B 2 O 3 and P 2 O 5 When the total amount is taken as 100 mass %, a glass powder containing Ag 2 The O content is 0.2 mass % to 5 mass %, the ZnO content is 1 mass % to 50 mass %, the total of CaO, MgO, and SrO is 0.1 mass % to 15 mass %, and Al 2 O 3 0% to 5% by mass, B 2 O 3 The content of is 0.1 mass % to 15 mass %, and P 2 O 5 More preferred is a glass powder having a content of 30% by mass to 80% by mass.

[0028] Also, for example, Ag 2 O, CaO, B 2 O 3 and P 2 O 5 When the total amount is taken as 100 mass %, a glass powder containing Ag 2The content of O is 0.2 mass% to 5 mass%, the content of CaO is 15 mass% to 50 mass%, and B 2 O 3 The content of is 0.1 mass % to 15 mass %, and P 2 O 5 More preferred is a glass powder having a content of 30% by mass to 80% by mass.

[0029] Furthermore, for example, from the viewpoint of antibacterial and antiviral properties, ZnO, CaO, MgO, SrO, Al 2 O 3 , SiO 2 and P 2 O 5 A preferred example of the glass powder is a glass powder containing a single phase glass and containing 30 mol % to 50 mol % of ZnO and P 2 O 5 35 mol % to 60 mol % of Al 2 O 3 0 mol % to 3 mol % of SiO 2 and a total of 0 mol % to 20 mol % of MgO, CaO, and SrO. A glass powder containing a single phase glass and containing 36 mol % to 43 mol % of ZnO and 36 mol % to 43 mol % of P relative to the total amount of the glass powder is more preferred. 2 O 5 45 mol% to 51 mol% of Al 2 O 3 0 mol % to 0.5 mol % of SiO 2 Particularly preferred is a glass powder containing 8 mol% to 18 mol% of MgO, CaO, and SrO in total, and 0 mol% to 7 mol% of MgO, CaO, and SrO. In this disclosure, "glass" refers to a non-crystalline (i.e., amorphous) solid substance. "Single-phase glass" refers to glass in which phase separation has not occurred. "Phase separation" refers to single-phase glass being separated into two or more glass phases. Glass with phase separation has a white appearance due to the diffuse reflection and scattering of light by dispersed phase particles in the glass.

[0030] From the viewpoint of antibacterial and antiviral properties, the glass in the soluble glass powder preferably contains ZnO. Zinc ions released from the soluble glass powder serve as the antibacterial and antiviral active ingredient. As in the present disclosure, the content of ZnO and P 2 O 5 Glasses with a relatively high content of MgO, CaO, and SrO tend to have a narrower melting temperature range in which vitrification is possible. When the soluble glass powder contains any one of MgO, CaO, and SrO, the melting temperature range in which vitrification is possible is broadened, and manufacturability is improved. From the viewpoint of controlling the solubility of the glass powder, the total content of MgO, CaO, and SrO is preferably 0 mol % to 20 mol %, more preferably 0 mol % to 15 mol %, even more preferably 0 mol % to 10 mol %, and particularly preferably 0 mol % to 7 mol %, relative to the total amount of the glass powder.

[0035] The glass in the soluble glass powder may or may not further contain other glass-forming components as desired, as long as the composition is within the composition range of the present disclosure. Examples of other glass-forming components include F (fluorine atoms), modifying components, etc. Fluorine atoms can bond to phosphorus moieties instead of oxygen atoms, improving the solubility of the glass. Modifying components include Li 2 O (lithium oxide), Na 2 O (sodium oxide), K 2 Examples of the modifying component include potassium oxide (O). The modifying component can improve the meltability of the glass powder and the formability of the glass. When the glass contains the modifying component, the content of the modifying component is preferably 10 mol % or less with respect to the total amount of the glass powder. If the content of the modifying component is 10 mol % or less, the meltability of the glass powder and the formability of the glass can be improved without impairing the water resistance of the glass.

[0036] The composition analysis of the soluble glass powder in the present disclosure can be performed by the following method. Using an X-ray fluorescence analyzer (manufactured by Rigaku Corporation), qualitative analysis of the soluble glass powder is performed by X-ray fluorescence analysis (XRF), and the content (semi-quantitative value) of each element contained is determined by the calibration curve (FP) method. For example, assuming that all Zn in the glass powder is ZnO and all P is P 2 O 5 Assuming that all Al are Al 2 O 3 All Si is assumed to be SiO 2 The contents (semi-quantitative values) are calculated assuming that: all Mg is MgO; all Ca is CaO; all Sr is SrO; and all Ba is BaO.

[0049] <Composition analysis of soluble glass powder> Using an X-ray fluorescence analyzer (manufactured by Rigaku Corporation), qualitative analysis of the soluble glass powder was performed by X-ray fluorescence analysis (XRF), and the contents (semi-quantitative values) of Zn, P, Al, Si, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, etc. were determined by the calibration curve (FP) method. For example, assuming that all Zn in the soluble glass powder is ZnO and all P is P 2 O 5 Assuming that all Al are Al 2 O 3 All Si is assumed to be SiO 2 The contents (semi-quantitative values) were calculated assuming that: all Mg was MgO; all Ca was CaO; all Sr was SrO; and all Ba was BaO.

[0050] <Quantitative Evaluation of Moisture Absorption and Solidification of Soluble Glass Powder> -Evaluation of Moisture Absorption and Solidification of Soluble Glass Powder- The median diameter of the soluble glass powder was measured using a laser diffraction device (Malvern Panalytical's "Mastersizer 2000") or a zeta potential / particle size analyzer (Otsuka Electronics Co., Ltd.'s "ELSZ-10"). The water absorption was calculated from the change in mass when the soluble glass powder, pre-dried at 100°C for 2 hours, was allowed to absorb moisture for 72 hours under conditions of 25°C and 75% relative humidity. The loosened bulk density of the soluble glass powder was calculated by the following constant volume measurement method using a 20 mL measuring cylinder. 1. A powder sample transferred to a zippered plastic bag was shaken to break up any agglomerations of the powder. 2. After measuring the mass of the measuring cylinder, the powder sample, which had been broken up using the method described in 1, was poured into the measuring cylinder until it overflowed. Do not vibrate the measuring cylinder or compress the sample during this process. 3. Use a leveling plate to level off any powder that has risen above the top of the measuring cylinder. The leveling plate should be tilted backward from the direction of leveling to avoid compressing the powder. 4. After measuring the mass of the measuring cylinder containing the sample, subtract the mass of the measuring cylinder to calculate the mass of the sample itself. 5. Add pure water to the empty measuring cylinder up to the top and calculate the total volume. 6. Calculate the loose bulk density using the following formula: Loose bulk density = (mass of the sample itself minus the mass of the measuring cylinder) / (total volume of the measuring cylinder) The moisture absorption solidification property of the soluble glass powder was calculated using the following formula. The moisture absorption conditions were fixed at 25°C and 75% RH, and the water absorption time was changed to 2 hours, 6 hours, 24 hours, and 72 hours. Moisture absorption and solidification of glass (%) = {1 - (mass of soluble glass powder after moisture absorption that passed through a 1 mm sieve) / (total mass of soluble glass powder after moisture absorption)} x 100 Acceptable moisture absorption and solidification results are "+++", "++", or "+". +++: The proportion of solidified bodies that did not pass through the sieve is 5% by mass or less. ++: The proportion of solidified bodies that did not pass through the sieve is more than 5% by mass and not more than 30% by mass. +: The proportion of solidified bodies that did not pass through the sieve is more than 30% by mass and less than 50% by mass. -: The proportion of solidified bodies that did not pass through the sieve is 50% by mass or more.

[0051] <Evaluation of Moisture Absorption and Solidification Properties of Soluble Glass Powder-Inorganic Powder Mixtures (Powder Compositions)> The median diameter of the powder was measured on a volumetric basis using a laser diffraction device (Malvern Panalytical's "Mastersizer 2000"). When the particle size was 0.1 μm or less, it was measured on a volumetric basis using a zeta potential / particle size analyzer (Otsuka Electronics Co., Ltd.'s "ELSZ-10"). The water absorption rate was calculated from the mass change when an inorganic powder pre-dried at 100°C for 2 hours was allowed to absorb moisture for 72 hours under conditions of 25°C and 75% relative humidity. The loose bulk density of the inorganic powder was calculated using the following formula by the constant volume measurement method using a 20 mL measuring cylinder. Loose bulk density = (weight of the soluble glass-inorganic powder mixture placed in the measuring cylinder) / (total volume of the measuring cylinder). The moisture absorption and solidification properties of the soluble glass powder to which an inorganic powder was added were calculated using the following formula. The moisture absorption conditions were fixed at 25°C, relative humidity 75%, and 72 hours, and the amount of inorganic powder added to the soluble glass powder was changed to 2.5 mass%, 5 mass%, or 10 mass%. Moisture absorption and solidification property of soluble glass powder (powder composition) to which inorganic powder has been added (%) = {1 - (mass of powder composition after moisture absorption that passed through a 1 mm sieve) / (total mass of powder composition after moisture absorption)} x 100 Acceptable moisture absorption and solidification property results are "+++", "++", or "+". +++: The proportion of solidified bodies that did not pass through the sieve is 5 mass% or less. ++: The proportion of solidified bodies that did not pass through the sieve is more than 5 mass% and not more than 30 mass%. +: The proportion of solidified bodies that did not pass through the sieve is more than 30 mass% and less than 50 mass%. -: The proportion of solidified bodies that did not pass through the sieve is 50 mass% or more.

[0052] <Evaluation of antibacterial and antiviral properties of soluble glass powder> Purified water was added to the soluble glass powder to adjust the concentration to 0.6 mg / mL, and the mixture was stirred at 25° C. for 10 minutes. The mixture was then filtered through a 0.4 μm membrane filter. This separated the glass that was not dissolved in the purified water from a glass eluate (hereinafter also referred to as "filtrate") in which the glass was dissolved in the purified water.

The virus infectivity of the first virus fluid was 1 × 10 6 PFU / mL~5×10 6 PFU / mL. The mixed solution was recovered and subjected to the plaque count measurement method to measure the viral infectivity of the antiviral agent eluate. The antiviral activity value was calculated using the following formula: Antiviral activity value = Log (viral infectivity per mL of purified water) - Log (viral infectivity per mL of filtrate)

[0061] (Examples 1 to 10 and Comparative Examples 1 to 4) <Evaluation of antibacterial and antiviral properties of resins (resin compositions) kneaded with soluble glass-inorganic powder mixtures (powder compositions)> The inorganic powders of Examples 1 to 10 or Comparative Examples 1 to 4 listed in Tables 2 and 3 were added in amounts of 2.5 mass%, 5 mass%, or 10 mass%, relative to the total mass of the powder composition after mixing, to obtain soluble glass powder-inorganic powder mixtures (hereinafter also referred to as "mixtures"). Each resin composition was obtained by mixing the mixture with ABS resin (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer). At the same time, a blank resin composition without the mixture was also obtained. Technopolymer 130, a product name manufactured by Techno Polymer Co., Ltd., was used as the ABS resin. The blending amount of each mixture was 3 mass% relative to the total amount of the resin composition. The resin composition was charged into an injection molding machine (M-50AII-DM manufactured by Meiki Seisakusho Co., Ltd.) and injection molding was performed to obtain an antiviral resin plate. The molding temperature for injection molding was 240°C, and the size of the antiviral agent resin plate was 5 cm × 5 cm × 1 mm.

[0062] <Evaluation of antibacterial properties of resin composition> NB medium was added to sterilized purified water at a concentration of 1 / 500, and the number of Escherichia coli bacteria was 1 × 10 5 pieces / mL ~ 5×10 5 A liquid (hereinafter also referred to as "E. coli liquid") adjusted to give a concentration of E. coli bacteria / mL was dropped in 0.4 mL onto the surface of the resin plate containing the mixture or the blank resin plate. The liquid portion of the E. coli liquid dropped onto the surface of the resin plate containing the mixture or the blank resin plate was covered with polyethylene film and left to stand at 35°C and a relative humidity of 90% or more for 24 hours. The size of the polyethylene film was 4 cm x 4 cm. Thereafter, the number of E. coli bacteria was measured by the plate smear method using a normal agar medium. The antibacterial activity value was calculated using the following formula: Antibacterial activity value = Log (1 cm of blank resin plate) 2 Number of E. coli per 1 cm of resin plate containing the mixture) - Log ( 2 coli count per serving)

[0063] <Evaluation of antiviral properties of resin composition> 0.4 mL of influenza A virus fluid (hereinafter also referred to as "second virus fluid") was dropped onto the surface of a resin plate containing the mixture or a blank resin plate. The virus infectivity of the second virus fluid was 1 x 10 5 PFU (plaque-forming unit) / mL ~ 5 x 10 5 The viral infectivity was measured in PFU / mL. The liquid portion of the second virus fluid dropped onto the surface of the resin plate into which the mixture was kneaded or the blank resin plate was covered with a polyethylene film and allowed to stand at 25°C for 24 hours. The size of the polyethylene film was 4 cm x 4 cm. Thereafter, the second virus fluid dropped onto the surface of the resin plate into which the mixture was kneaded or the blank resin plate was recovered, and this recovered liquid was subjected to the plaque count measurement method to measure the viral infectivity. Based on the measured value of the viral infectivity, the antiviral activity value was calculated using the following formula: Antiviral activity value = Log (1 cm of blank resin plate) 2 Viral infectivity per 1 cm of resin plate containing the mixture) - Log ( 2 (viral infectivity per

[0064] The evaluation results are summarized in Tables 2 and 3.

[0065]

[0066]

[0067] In Table 2, the shaded columns indicate that no measurement was performed.

[0068] <Results of Comparative Examples 1 to 4> In Comparative Examples 1 and 2, the water absorption rate of the inorganic powder after 72 hours in an environment of 25°C and 75% relative humidity was more than 5%. In Comparative Examples 3 and 4, the loose bulk density was 0.01 g / cm 3 ~0.5g / cm 3 Therefore, even when 10% by mass of inorganic powder was added, the soluble glass powder was surrounded by a highly hygroscopic environment in Comparative Examples 1 and 2, and the gap distance between the soluble glass particles was insufficient in Comparative Examples 3 and 4, so that aggregation and solidification of the soluble glass powder due to moisture absorption could not be sufficiently prevented.

[0069] <Results of Examples 1 to 10> The inorganic powders of Examples 1 to 10 had a loose bulk density of 0.01 g / cm 3 ~0.5g / cm 3 The glass powder contained inorganic particles having a Db / Da value in the range of 1 / 5,000 to 1 / 1 and a water absorption rate of 5% or less after 72 hours in an environment of 25°C and 75% relative humidity. Therefore, it was found that an addition amount of 10% by mass or less can suppress aggregation and solidification of the soluble glass powder due to moisture absorption while maintaining the high antibacterial and antiviral properties that the soluble glass powder inherently possesses.
