Abstract
Description
Arm column fixing device of mobile X-ray device
[0001] The present invention relates to an arm column fixing device capable of fixing an arm column of a mobile X-ray device to the upper side of the main body.
[0002] An X-ray imaging device is a device that uses X-rays to obtain images of the inside of the human body or an object. It is widely used for medical and industrial purposes to examine injuries or diseases inside the human body that cannot be confirmed by external examination, or the internal structure of an object.
[0003] Recently, in cases where an X-ray is required for a critically ill patient with limited mobility or during surgery, a mobile X-ray imaging device is often moved to the required location to take the image instead of the patient going directly to the X-ray imaging room. As examples of mobile X-ray imaging devices, Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2011-0062397 discloses an “X-ray examination device for imaging children,” Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2018-0043716 discloses a “mobile X-ray imaging device,” and Korean Patent Registration No. 10-2471031 discloses a “mobile X-ray device having an arm column fixed structure.”
[0004] FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a conventional mobile X-ray imaging device. Generally, the mobile X-ray imaging device (10) includes a main body (20) equipped with wheels (21) for movement, a vertical column (30) installed vertically in front of the main body (20), an arm column (40) that moves up and down along the vertical column (30) and is extended in multiple stages, and an X-ray tube (50) installed at the end of the arm column (40). This mobile X-ray imaging device (10) moves with all arm columns (40) folded for convenience during movement. However, there is a problem that when an unexpected impact is applied during movement or when there is a sudden start or sudden braking, the arm column (40) rotates or the folded arm column (40) pops out, resulting in damage, malfunction, or a safety accident.
[0005] To solve this problem, the insertion part (41) that protrudes downwardly on the lower side of the female column (40) is fixed by being combined with the locking part (22) on the upper side of the main body (20). However, the conventional fixing device has a complicated configuration, so it takes a lot of time and money to manufacture, and there is a problem that damage or malfunction may occur due to impact when the insertion part (41) and the locking part (22) are combined. In addition, when the fixation is released, it is not easy to check whether the female column (40) and the locking part (22) are released, so there is an inconvenience that the user must directly lift the female column (40) to separate the insertion part (41) from the locking part (22).
[0006] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a female column fixing device of a mobile X-ray device capable of mechanically fixing a female column.
[0007] Another object of the present invention is to provide a female column fixing device of a mobile X-ray device that can absorb shock when fixing the female column and prevent damage or malfunction.
[0008] Another object of the present invention is to provide a female column fixing device of a mobile X-ray device, in which the female column is automatically raised to a predetermined height above the main body by the elastic restoring force of an elastic member when the female column is released from fixation.
[0009] Another object of the present invention is to provide a female column fixing device of a mobile X-ray device in which the unlocking button can be operated only when the female column is fixed.
[0010] As a means for solving the above-mentioned problem, the present invention provides an arm column fixing device of a mobile X-ray device, including an insertion part that protrudes downwardly on the lower side of an arm column of a mobile X-ray device; a coupling part that is formed on the upper side of the main body of the mobile X-ray device and has an insertion groove formed on the upper side so that the insertion part is correspondingly coupled; and a first elastic pin that is installed inside the insertion part so as to be able to move up and down and has a lower end that is elastically supported by the coupling part when the insertion part is lowered.
[0011] According to one feature, the device may further include a second elastic pin that is installed inside the connecting portion so as to be able to be lifted, and whose upper end is elastically supported by the insert portion when the insert portion is lowered.
[0012] According to another feature, the device may further include a coil spring provided on the outer surface of the second elastic pin to elastically support the second elastic pin toward the insertion portion, and a plate spring installed at the lower portion of the second elastic pin.
[0013] According to another feature, it may further include a cushion member that is respectively coupled to the lower end of the first elastic pin and the upper end of the second elastic pin.
[0014] According to another feature, the insertion part may further include a locking part that protrudes downwardly on one side and has a locking pin formed at the bottom, and a locking member that is rotatably installed on one side of the joining part and has a locking groove formed at one side of the upper part to be locked by the locking pin.
[0015] According to another feature, the locking member may further include an elastic member provided on one side of the locking member to elastically support the locking member.
[0016] According to another feature, the locking member may further include a solenoid installed on one side thereof and rotating the locking member.
[0017] According to another feature, the device may further include a second elastic pin that is installed to be able to be lifted on one side of the connecting portion and has an upper end that is elastically supported by the insertion portion when the insertion portion is lowered, a limit switch installed on a lower portion of the second elastic pin, and a plate spring that is interposed between the second elastic pin and the limit switch to elastically support the second elastic pin and turns the limit switch ON / OFF when the second elastic pin is lifted.
[0018] According to the arm column fixing device of the mobile X-ray device according to the present invention, since the arm column is mechanically fixed to the main body, accidents caused by unexpected rotation, elevation, or deployment of the arm column during external impact, sudden start, or sudden braking can be prevented.
[0019] In addition, according to the arm column fixing device of the mobile X-ray device according to the present invention, the first and second elastic pins are each elastically supported by an elastic member, and a cushion member is provided at the end, so that the shock applied to the insertion portion and the joining portion when fixing the arm column can be cushioned, thereby preventing damage or failure.
[0020] In addition, according to the arm column fixing device of the mobile X-ray device according to the present invention, when the arm column is released, the arm column automatically rises to a predetermined height above the joint by an elastic member that elastically supports the first and second elastic pins, so that the user can easily check whether the arm column is released, and convenience in terms of adjusting the height of the arm column can be improved.
[0021] In addition, according to the arm column fixing device of another mobile X-ray device of the present invention, the operation of the locking release button is possible only when the limit switch is in the ON state by the plate spring, so that damage or malfunction of the device due to malfunction can be prevented.
[0022] Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of a conventional mobile X-ray imaging device.
[0023] FIGS. 2 and 3 are perspective views of an arm column fixing device of a mobile X-ray device according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0024] FIGS. 4 and 5 are exploded perspective views of an arm column fixing device of a mobile X-ray device according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0025] Figures 6 and 7 are usage state diagrams of the arm column fixing device of a mobile X-ray device according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0026] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the embodiments described below are merely intended to be sufficiently detailed to enable those skilled in the art to easily practice the invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of protection of the present invention. In describing various embodiments of the present invention, components having the same technical features will be designated by the same reference numerals.
[0027] FIGS. 2 and 3 are perspective views of an arm column fixing device of a mobile X-ray device according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0028] As illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3, an arm column fixing device (100) of a mobile X-ray device according to one embodiment of the present invention includes an insertion part (200) that protrudes downwardly on the lower side of an arm column (40, see FIG. 1) of a mobile X-ray device (10, see FIG. 1), a coupling part (300) that is installed on the upper side of a main body (20, see FIG. 1) of the mobile X-ray device (10), and a first elastic pin (210) that is installed in an up-and-down manner inside the insertion part (200).
[0029] Here, the insertion part (200) is coupled to the lower side of the base frame (400) and protrudes downward. The base frame (400) is coupled to the lower surface of the female column (40) and serves to support the insertion part (200) and the hanging part (500) described later.
[0030] The connecting portion (300) is formed on the upper side of the main body (20) of the mobile X-ray device (10), and an insertion groove (310) is formed on the upper side of the connecting portion (300) so that the insertion portion (200) can be correspondingly connected.
[0031] The coupling part (300) is coupled to the upper part of the support bracket (320) in the shape of '┏┓', and the lower ends on both sides of the support bracket (320) are coupled on top of the base plate (330). In addition, a side wall plate (340) bent in the shape of the letter 'L' is formed in the lower space of the support bracket (320), and this side wall plate (340) serves to support the solenoid (600) and the locking member (700) described later. A housing (not shown) may be formed to surround the outer side of the support bracket (320), the base plate (330), and the side wall plate (340), and this housing may be formed in a cylindrical shape, for example, like the locking member (22) illustrated in FIG. 1. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and it goes without saying that the exterior of the housing may be formed in various shapes, such as a hexahedron, as needed.
[0032] A first elastic pin (210) is installed so as to vertically penetrate one side of the insertion portion (200). The lower end of the first elastic pin (210) protrudes toward the lower end of the insertion portion (200), and the upper end of the first elastic pin (210) penetrates the base frame (400) and protrudes toward the upper end of the base frame (400). The upper end of the first elastic pin (210) protruding toward the upper end of the base frame (400) serves to prevent the multi-stage unfolding of the female column (40). That is, in the female column (40) including a plurality of unit columns, a catch hole (not shown) is formed through the bottom surface of each unit column, and the upper end of the first elastic pin (210) is inserted by sequentially penetrating the catch holes of the unit columns folded into one, thereby being caught by the first elastic pin (210) and preventing unfolding of each unit column.
[0033] Meanwhile, a hook (500) is formed to protrude downward on one side of the insertion part (200), and the hook (500) protrudes downward by having its upper end joined to the lower side of the base frame (400). As an example, as illustrated in the drawing, the hook (500) may include a rectangular parallelepiped body (510) having a space therein, and hook pins (520) that penetrate and are joined to both lower ends of the body (510). At this time, an opening (511) that is open at the front, rear, and lower ends may be formed at the lower end of the body (510) so that a hook groove (740, see FIG. 6) of a locking member (700) to be described later can be engaged with the hook pin (520).
[0034] A solenoid (600) is installed on one side of the side wall plate (340), and a locking member (700) is installed on one side of the solenoid (600). The locking member (700) can be installed to be rotatable in the up-and-down direction by a pin member (710) penetrating the side wall plate (340), and an elastic member (720), such as a coil spring, which elastically supports the locking member (700) when the locking member (700) rotates is installed on one side of the locking member (700).
[0035] The solenoid (600) includes a movable shaft (610) that can move forward and backward, and when the solenoid (600) is operated, the front end of the movable shaft (610) is supported on one side of the lower end of the locking member (700). To this end, a contact portion (730) may be formed by bending one edge of the locking member (700) so as to face the movable shaft (610). In addition, a catching groove (740) is formed on one side of the upper end of the locking member (700) so as to be caught by a catching pin (520) of a catching portion (500), and a guide surface (750, see FIG. 6) that is inclined low in the opposite direction of the solenoid (600) is formed on the upper end of the locking member (700).
[0036] When the moving shaft (610) moves forward by the operation of the solenoid (600), the moving shaft (610) pushes the lower end of the locking member (700) to rotate the locking member (700) around the pin member (710). At this time, the engaging groove (740) of the locking member (700) is separated from the engaging pin (520) of the engaging portion (500), the fixation of the female column (40) is released, and the female column (40) can rise to the upper part of the main body (20).
[0037] Afterwards, the moving shaft (610) of the solenoid (600) moves backward, and the locking member (700) rotates back to its original position by the elastic restoring force of the elastic member (720).
[0038] Meanwhile, a limit switch (341) is installed at the bottom of the support bracket (320). This limit switch (341) is electrically connected to a locking release button (not shown) for operating a solenoid (600) to activate the operation of the locking release button. The solenoid (600) can be operated by the locking release button only when the limit switch (341) is in the ON state. As an example, the locking release button may be installed on one side of the main body (20) or a handle (23, see FIG. 1) provided on the main body (20).
[0039] A plate spring (321, see FIG. 6) is interposed between the support bracket (320) and the limit switch (341), and when the insertion part (200) is inserted into the coupling part (300) while the female column (40) is fixed, the second elastic pin (350, see FIG. 4) described below presses the plate spring (321) downwards to turn on the limit switch (341). That is, only when the female column (40) is lowered and the insertion part (200) is inserted into the coupling part (300), the fixing release of the female column (40) is possible by the operation of the locking release button and the solenoid (600).
[0040] FIGS. 4 and 5 are exploded perspective views of an arm column fixing device of a mobile X-ray device according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0041] The insertion portion (200) includes a pressing portion (220) that protrudes downward on one side of the lower portion, and a first elastic pin receiving portion (230) in which a first through hole (231, see FIG. 6) is formed vertically so that the first elastic pin (210) described above is inserted. At this time, the lower end of the pressing portion (220) protrudes lower than the lower end of the first elastic pin receiving portion (230), and both sides of the pressing portion (220) are formed as tapered inclined surfaces (221).
[0042] The first elastic pin (210) can be raised and lowered along the first through hole (231), and is elastically supported downward by the first coil spring (212, see FIG. 6) interposed between the first protrusion (211) of the first elastic pin (210) and the base frame (400), and the lower end of the first elastic pin (210) protrudes to the lower portion of the first elastic pin receiving portion (230) through the first through hole (231).
[0043] The connecting portion (300) is formed with inclined surfaces (301) on both sides of the upper portion to guide the insertion direction of the pressing portion (220), and an insertion groove (310) is formed on one side of the upper surface to allow the pressing portion (220) to be inserted. In addition, a step (302) is formed higher than the bottom surface of the insertion groove (310) on one side of the insertion groove (310) to support the first elastic pin receiving portion (230), and when the insertion portion (200) is lowered, the lower end of the first elastic pin (210) is elastically supported by the step (302) of the connecting portion (300).
[0044] A second through hole (311, see FIG. 6) is formed vertically on the bottom surface of the insertion groove (310) of the joint part (300), and a second elastic pin (350) is inserted into this second through hole (311). In addition, a support member (360) for supporting a second coil spring (352, see FIG. 6) described later is coupled to the lower end of the joint part (300), and an insertion hole is formed through the support member (360) so that the lower end of the second elastic pin (350) protrudes downward through the support member (360).
[0045] The second elastic pin (350) can be raised and lowered along the second through hole (311), and is elastically supported upward by the second coil spring (352) interposed between the second protrusion (351) of the second elastic pin (350) and the support member (360). At this time, the upper end of the second elastic pin (350) protrudes above the bottom surface of the insertion groove (310) of the joint part (300) through the second through hole (311), and when the insertion part (200) is lowered, the pressing part (220) presses the upper end of the second elastic pin (350) downward.
[0046] One end of a plate spring (321) is coupled to one side of the ceiling surface of the support bracket (320), and the other end of the plate spring (321) is elastically supported on the lower end of the second elastic pin (350). Accordingly, when the insertion portion (200) is lowered, the pressing portion (220) presses the second elastic pin (350) downward, and the second elastic pin (350) presses the other end of the plate spring (321) downward to elastically deform it.
[0047] As described above, a limit switch (341) is installed at the bottom of the plate spring (321), and the second elastic pin (350) presses the plate spring (321) to turn on the limit switch (341), thereby enabling the operation of the solenoid (600) by the locking release button.
[0048] Meanwhile, when the insertion part (200) and the coupling part (300) are coupled, the lower end of the first elastic pin (210) comes into contact with the step (302) of the coupling part (300), and the upper end of the second elastic pin (350) comes into contact with the pressing part (220). At this time, in order to absorb the shock caused by the lowering of the insertion part (200), a cushion member (213, 353) made of urethane is coupled to the lower end of the first elastic pin (210) and the upper end of the second elastic pin (350), respectively. In this case, the shock generated when the insertion part (200) and the coupling part (300) are coupled is alleviated by the first and second coil springs (212, 352), the plate spring (321), and the cushion member (213, 353), thereby having the effect of preventing damage or malfunction of the device.
[0049] Figures 6 and 7 are usage state diagrams of the arm column fixing device of a mobile X-ray device according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0050] As illustrated in Fig. 6, when the female column (40) is lowered to couple the insertion portion (200) to the coupling portion (300), the lower end of the first elastic pin (210) is elastically supported by the step (302) of the coupling portion (300), while the first elastic pin (210) rises through the first through hole (231) so that the upper end protrudes above the base frame (400). At this time, the plurality of unit columns constituting the female column (40) are caught on the upper end of the first elastic pin (210), thereby preventing unexpected multi-stage unfolding, and as the insertion portion (200) of the female column (40) is inserted into the coupling portion (300) of the main body (20), horizontal rotation of the female column (40) with respect to the vertical column (30) is also prevented.
[0051] In addition, the pressing portion (220) of the insertion portion (200) presses the upper portion of the second elastic pin (350) to lower it downward, and the second elastic pin (350) elastically deforms the plate spring (321) so that it bends downward. At this time, the limit switch (341) is turned ON by the plate spring (321).
[0052] When the female column (40) is lowered, the locking pin (520) of the locking part (500) presses the guide surface (750) of the locking member (700) to rotate the locking member (700) counterclockwise in the drawing, and when the locking pin (520) passes the guide surface (750) and is inserted into the locking groove (740), the locking member (700) is rotated clockwise by the elastic restoring force of the elastic member (720), and the locking pin (520) is caught in the locking groove (740), thereby fixing the female column (40).
[0053] When the arm column (40) is released, the unlocking button is operated to advance the moving shaft (610) of the solenoid (600) as shown in FIG. 7. At this time, the locking member (700) rotates counterclockwise in the drawing so that the engaging groove (740) of the locking member (700) is released from the engaging pin (520), and the insertion portion (200) automatically rises to the upper portion of the coupling portion (300) by the elastic restoring force of the first and second coil springs (212, 352) and the plate spring (321). That is, the arm column (40) automatically rises to a predetermined height to the upper portion of the main body (20) by the elastic restoring force, and the user can easily adjust the arm column (40) to a desired height, thereby improving convenience.
[0054] Meanwhile, after the rocker column (40) is released, the moving shaft (610) of the solenoid (600) moves backward and returns to its original position, and the locking member (700) also returns to its original position by the elastic restoring force of the elastic member (720).
[0055] At this time, as the plate spring (321) moves away from the limit switch (341), the limit switch (341) becomes OFF. In this case, even if the user operates the unlocking button, the solenoid (600) does not operate, and thus, malfunction of the solenoid (600) due to the unlocking button can be prevented.
[0056] Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, it is understood that those skilled in the art will be able to make various modifications and implementations without departing from the scope of the claims of the present invention.
[0057] According to the arm column fixing device of the mobile X-ray device of the present invention, accidents caused by unexpected rotation, elevation, or deployment of the arm column during external impact, sudden start, or sudden braking can be prevented.
[0058] In addition, according to the arm column fixing device of the mobile X-ray device according to the present invention, the impact applied to the insertion part and the joining part when fixing the arm column can be cushioned, thereby preventing damage or failure.
[0059] In addition, according to the arm column fixing device of the mobile X-ray device according to the present invention, the user can easily check whether the arm column is released from fixation, and convenience can be improved in terms of adjusting the height of the arm column.
[0060] In addition, according to the arm column fixing device of another mobile X-ray device of the present invention, damage or failure of the device due to malfunction can be prevented.
