DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0030] The following describes in detail embodiments of the present application, and the embodiments described with reference to the accompanying drawings are exemplary.
[0031] The electric drive assembly 1 according to an embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to FIG. 1 to FIG. 7 .
[0032] As shown in Figures 1-3, the electric drive assembly 1 according to an embodiment of the present application includes a housing 10, a cooling assembly 20, an oil pump assembly 30, and a filter assembly 40. Housing 10 is the overall outer shell of the electric drive assembly 1, serving as both a mounting and protective mechanism. Cooling assembly 20 primarily cools the cooling oil. Oil pump assembly 30 pumps oil. Filter assembly 40 filters the oil.
[0033] As shown in Figure 1, the cooling assembly 20, the oil pump assembly 30 and the filter assembly 40 are all arranged in the shell 10, so that the cooling assembly 20, the oil pump assembly 30 and the filter assembly 40 can be fixed, making the setting of the cooling assembly 20, the oil pump assembly 30 and the filter assembly 40 more secure, so that the cooling assembly 20, the oil pump assembly 30 and the filter assembly 40 can work more stably. In addition, the shell 10 can also isolate the cooling assembly 20, the oil pump assembly 30 and the filter assembly 40 from the external environment to prevent the external environment from affecting the operation of the cooling assembly 20, the oil pump assembly 30 and the filter assembly 40.
[0034] As shown in FIG1 , an oil chamber 11 is formed at the bottom of the housing 10. The oil chamber 11 is mainly used to store cooling oil. The oil pump assembly 30 is in communication with the oil chamber 11 and the cooling assembly 20, respectively, to pump the cooling oil in the oil chamber 11 into the cooling assembly 20. That is, when the electric drive assembly 1 requires cooling, the oil pump assembly 30 is controlled to operate, the oil pump assembly 30 pumps out the cooling oil in the oil chamber 11, and then pumps the cooling oil into the cooling assembly 20. The cooling assembly 20 cools the cooling oil to reduce its temperature. Finally, the cooling oil is passed to the transmission 60 and the motor 70, cooling the transmission 60 and the motor 70 so that the transmission 60 and the motor 70 can work better.
[0035] As shown in Figure 1, the filter assembly 40 includes a suction filter 41 and a fine filter 42. The suction filter 41 is disposed within the oil chamber 11 and communicates with the oil pump assembly 30. The fine filter 42 is connected between the oil pump assembly 30 and the cooling assembly 20. Specifically, when the oil pump assembly 30 is pumping oil, the suction filter 41 performs an initial filtration of the cooling oil within the oil chamber 11, removing any larger impurities. Before the oil pump assembly 30 pumps the cooling oil into the cooling assembly 20, the oil is further filtered through the fine filter 42, which removes even smaller impurities. The cooling oil filtered by the suction filter 41 and the fine filter 42 is then passed into the cooling assembly 20 for cooling.
[0036] Therefore, by providing a fine filter 42 between the oil pump assembly 30 and the cooling assembly 20, the fine filter 42 can filter out tiny impurities in the cooling oil. In this way, through the double filtration of the suction filter 41 and the fine filter 42, the impurity problem of the cooling oil in the electric drive assembly 1 can be improved, and the problems of bearing wear and abnormal damage in the electric drive assembly 1 can be reduced. At the same time, the metal fines flowing to the motor 70 can be filtered out to ensure the normal operation of the motor 70.
[0037] In addition, as shown in Figure 1, the electric drive assembly 1 also includes: a motor controller 50, the motor controller 50 is connected to the cooling component 20, and the cooling water used to cool the motor controller 50 cools the cooling oil in the cooling component 20. It should be noted that the heat dissipation of the motor controller 50 is relatively small. After the cooling water cools the motor controller 50, the temperature of the cooling water is still relatively low, but the temperature of the cooling oil introduced into the cooling component 20 is relatively high. Therefore, the motor controller 50 is connected to the cooling component 20 so that the cooling water can be introduced into the cooling component 20 to cool the cooling oil in the cooling component 20, thereby improving the cooling effect of the cooling oil and also improving the cooling utilization rate of the cooling water. In addition, integrating the motor controller 50 into the electric drive assembly 1 can improve the integration of the electric drive assembly 1.
[0038] Of course, as shown in Figures 3 and 4, the electric drive assembly 1 also includes a transmission 60. The transmission 60 is equipped with an oil spray pipe 61, which is connected to the oil outlet 201 of the cooling assembly 20. The oil spray pipe 61 is used to spray oil to cool the gears 68 in the transmission 60. The transmission 60 is primarily used to change the speed and torque of the engine. The transmission 60 is equipped with an oil spray pipe 61, which functions as an oil sprayer. The oil spray pipe 61 is connected to the oil outlet 201 of the cooling assembly 20, so that the cooling oil cooled by the cooling assembly 20 can be passed from the oil outlet into the oil spray pipe 61. It should be noted that the oil spray pipe 61 extends to the position of the gears 68 of the transmission 60. This allows oil to be sprayed directly onto the gears 68 of the transmission 60 through the oil spray pipe 61. This process not only reduces the temperature of the gears 68 but also improves the lubrication between the gears 68, allowing the gears 68 to operate more efficiently.
[0039] As shown in FIG5 , the oil injection pipe 61 is provided with a plurality of nozzles 62 , which are spaced apart to spray oil onto the gears 68 in the transmission 60 . The nozzles 62 can spray oil. The plurality of nozzles 62 are provided on the oil injection pipe 61 so that the cooling oil in the oil injection pipe 61 can be sprayed out through the plurality of nozzles 62 . The plurality of nozzles 62 are spaced apart so that the nozzles 62 can spray oil over a wider range, spraying oil onto as many gears 68 as possible, thereby improving the cooling and lubrication effects of the gears 68 .
[0040] As shown in FIG4 , the transmission 60 is further provided with a first bearing chamber 63 and a second bearing chamber 69. The first bearing chamber 63 is interconnected with the second bearing chamber 69 and is connected to one end of the oil injection pipe 61. Both the first bearing chamber 63 and the second bearing chamber 69 are used to house bearings. Connecting the first bearing chamber 63 to one end of the oil injection pipe 61 allows cooling oil in the oil injection pipe 61 to flow into the first bearing chamber 63. This not only reduces the temperature of the bearings in the first bearing chamber 63 but also improves the lubrication of the bearings therein, allowing them to operate more efficiently. The first bearing chamber 63 is interconnected with the second bearing chamber 69, allowing cooling oil in the first bearing chamber 63 to flow into the second bearing chamber 69. Similarly, this not only reduces the temperature of the bearings in the second bearing chamber 69 but also improves the lubrication of the bearings therein, allowing them to operate more efficiently.
[0041] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 6, the transmission 60 is also provided with an oil guide assembly 64. The oil guide assembly 64 includes an oil guide member 65 and a hollow shaft 66. An oil channel 67 is formed within the hollow shaft 66. The ends of the oil channel 67 are connected to the first bearing chamber 63 and the second bearing chamber 69, respectively. The oil guide member 65 is disposed at one end of the hollow shaft 66 adjacent to the first bearing chamber 63 to direct cooling oil into the oil channel 67. The oil guide member 65 is a structural member for guiding oil, while the hollow shaft 66 is a channel member for the circulation of cooling oil. The oil channel 67 is formed within the hollow shaft 66, and the ends of the oil channel 67 are connected to the first bearing chamber 63 and the second bearing chamber 69, respectively. In this way, cooling oil in the first bearing chamber 63 can flow into the second bearing chamber 69 through the oil channel 67, thereby cooling and lubricating the bearings in the second bearing chamber 69. The oil guide member 65 is arranged at one end of the hollow shaft 66 adjacent to the first bearing chamber 63, which can play a guiding role and better guide the cooling oil in the first bearing chamber 63 into the oil channel 67, so that the cooling oil can better enter the second bearing chamber 69, ensuring the cooling and lubrication effect of the bearing in the second bearing chamber 69.
[0042] According to an optional embodiment of the present application, as shown in FIG3 , the electric drive assembly 1 further includes: a motor 70, a cooling pipe 71 is provided at the stator 701 of the motor 70, and the cooling pipe 71 is connected to the other end of the oil injection pipe 61. The motor 70 can provide electric driving force after operation. A cooling pipe 71 is provided at the stator 701 of the motor 70, and the cooling pipe 71 is connected to the other end of the oil injection pipe 61, so that the cooling oil in the oil injection pipe 61 can also be passed into the cooling pipe 71, so that the stator 701 of the motor 70 can be cooled and cooled by the cooling pipe 71, so that the motor 70 can work better.
[0043] Specifically, as shown in FIG3 , the cooling pipe 71 includes a main pipe 72, a first branch pipe 73, and a second branch pipe 74. The main pipe 72 is connected to the other end of the oil injection pipe 61, and the first branch pipe 73 and the second branch pipe 74 are respectively connected to the main pipe 72. The first branch pipe 73 is located on the outer periphery of the stator 701 of the motor 70, and the second branch pipe 74 extends from the end away from the main pipe 72 toward the end of the stator 701. The main pipe 72 is the main pipeline of the cooling pipe 71. The cooling oil in the oil injection pipe 61 first flows into the main pipe 72. The first branch pipe 73 and the second branch pipe 74 are respectively connected to the main pipe 72. In this way, the cooling oil in the main pipe 72 can be respectively passed into the first branch pipe 73 and the second branch pipe 74. Among them, the first branch pipe 73 is located on the outer peripheral side of the stator 701 of the motor 70, and the second branch pipe 74 extends from the end of the main pipe 72 toward the end of the stator 701. In this way, the cooling oil in the first branch pipe 73 can cool the outer peripheral side of the stator 701 of the motor 70, and the cooling oil in the second branch pipe 74 can cool the end of the stator 701 of the motor 70, thereby quickly reducing the temperature of the motor 70 during operation, avoiding over-temperature failure and triggering torque limit.
[0044] It should be noted that, according to the cooling flow distribution simulation or calculation results, the inner diameter range of the injection pipe 61 is designed to be 6mm-8mm, and the inner diameter range of the cooling pipe 71 is designed to be 6mm-10mm, so as to maximize the cooling efficiency.
[0045] Optionally, as shown in FIG7 , the housing 10 is further provided with an oil return portion 75 , which is located below the cooling pipe 71 and is tilted toward the oil chamber 11 . The housing 10 is provided with an oil return portion 75 , which is located below the cooling pipe 71 , so that the cooling oil in the cooling pipe 71 will fall into the oil return portion 75 after cooling the motor 70 , and the oil return portion 75 is tilted toward the oil chamber 11 , so that the cooling oil that falls into the oil return portion 75 can flow back into the oil chamber 11 through the oil return portion 75 , thereby achieving circulation in the electric drive assembly 1 .
[0046] The vehicle 100 according to an embodiment of the present application includes: the electric drive assembly 1 of the above embodiment, as shown in FIG8 .
