Abstract
Description
top
[0001] The present invention relates to a top, and more particularly, to a top that can be used as a top or a spinner.
[0002] Typically, a top is made of wood shaped like a cone, with a metal ball or pin embedded in the bottom, or a screw with a hemispherical head attached to it.
[0003] These spinning tops require a lot of effort in processing the wood and inserting the balls, and have the disadvantage of easily cracking or breaking when subjected to external impact. Therefore, synthetic resin spinning tops made by injection molding plastic synthetic resin are widely used.
[0004] Recently, tops have become widely used, allowing two or more users to spin each other's tops in a space (e.g., a spinning top arena), and collide with each other while moving tops to stop the opponent's top first or cause its parts to disintegrate.
[0005] Additionally, as TV animations featuring spinning tops have become wildly popular, they are gaining popularity among many children.
[0006] However, tops have a monotony that prevents children from playing with them for other purposes other than spinning them, which can easily cause children to lose interest.
[0007] To solve these problems, the present invention aims to provide a top that can be used as a top or a spinner.
[0008] In order to achieve the above object, one embodiment of the present invention is a top, comprising: a batting; a batting support part that is connected to the batting and rotates; a spinner part having an upper grip part and a lower grip part that are coupled to a shaft that passes through the batting support part, and configured to rotate the batting support part around the shaft; and a bottom part installed at a lower portion of the spinner part; wherein the bottom part has a locking part that is movably installed, and when the locking part engages with at least a portion of the batting support part as it moves in a certain direction, it rotates together with the batting support part.
[0009] In addition, the bottom part according to the above embodiment is characterized by including a bottom part body; a locking part installed so as to be movable in the radial direction of the bottom part body; a rotational shaft that contacts the ground to rotate, is coupled with at least a part of the locking part, is installed so as to be movable in the up / down direction, and moves the locking part radially inward or outward depending on the position of the up / down movement; and a spring that provides elastic force so that the rotational shaft maintains a certain position.
[0010] In addition, the bottom part according to the above embodiment is characterized by including a bottom part body; a locking part that moves radially outwardly of the bottom part body through centrifugal force generated in the bottom part body when the bottom part body rotates through rotational frictional force with the battling support part; and a rotating shaft that rotates by being coupled with at least a part of the locking part that has moved radially outwardly.
[0011] In addition, the bottom part according to the above embodiment is characterized in that it further includes a locking spring that provides elasticity so that the locking part maintains a certain position.
[0012] In addition, the rotation shaft according to the above embodiment is installed so as to be movable in the up / down direction, and is characterized by further including a spring that provides elasticity so that the rotation shaft maintains a certain position.
[0013] In addition, the rotation axis according to the above embodiment is characterized by forming a plurality of coupling portions coupled with the locking portion along the upper circumference.
[0014] In addition, the bottom part according to the above embodiment is characterized in that it is detachably connected to the lower grip part of the spinner part.
[0015] In addition, the bottom part according to the above embodiment is characterized by including: a bottom part body having a rotational axis formed on a lower surface; a bottom part body 1 having a flange formed on an upper portion of the bottom part body and engaging with a lower gripping part; a locking part that moves radially outward of the bottom part body through centrifugal force generated by rotation of the bottom part body and the bottom part body 1 through rotational frictional force with respect to a battling support part; and a locking part spring that provides elastic force so that the locking part maintains a certain position.
[0016] In addition, the bottom part according to the above embodiment is characterized by including: a bottom part body having a rotation axis formed on a lower surface; a bottom part body 1 having a plurality of fitting projections formed on an upper portion of the bottom part body and fitted into a portion of the lower grip part; a locking part that moves radially outwardly of the bottom part body through centrifugal force generated by rotation of the bottom part body and bottom part body 1 through rotational frictional force with a battling support part; and a locking part spring that provides elastic force so that the locking part maintains a certain position.
[0017] In addition, the battling support according to the above embodiment further includes a coupler protrusion formed on the inside, and the locking portion is characterized in that it moves radially outward to couple with the coupler protrusion so as to increase the rotational force transmitted to the rotational shaft.

[0047] (First Embodiment)
[0048] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an inflator according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing the configuration of the inflator according to the embodiment of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view showing the bottom portion configuration of the inflator according to the embodiment of FIG. 1, FIG. 4 is a perspective view shown to explain the operation process of the inflator according to the embodiment of FIG. 1, and FIG. 5 is another perspective view shown to explain the operation process of the inflator according to the embodiment of FIG. 1.
[0049] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 5, the inflator (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention may be used as an inflator or a spinner, and may include a battling (110), a battling support part (120), a spinner part (130), and a bottom part (140).
[0050] The battling (110) is a ring-shaped member, a through hole (111) in which the battling support part (120) and the spinner part (130) are installed is formed, and one or more coupling grooves (112) may be formed to be coupled with the battling support part (120) along the inner surface circumference of the through hole (111).
[0051] In addition, the battling (110) forms a partial appearance of the top (100), can collide with other tops through rotation, can be made of a metal material, and an arbitrary pattern can be formed on the upper surface to impart aesthetic beauty to the top (100).
[0052] The battling support member (120) is a cylindrical member that is connected to the battling (110) and rotates. A through hole (121) is formed so that a spinner member (130) can be installed, and one or more connecting portions (122) that engage with connecting grooves (112) formed in the battling (110) along the perimeter of the outer surface can be formed.
[0053] Additionally, the battling support member (120) may have one or more catches (123) formed along the outer surface perimeter of the lower portion to engage with a portion of the bottom portion (140).
[0054] Additionally, a bearing (not shown) may be additionally configured so that the battling support member (120) can rotate around the spinner member (130).
[0055] The spinner part (130) has an upper grip part (131) and a lower grip part (131a) that are coupled to the upper and lower parts of a shaft (132) that penetrates the battling support part (120), and can be configured so that the battling support part (120) rotates around the shaft (132).
[0056] In addition, the spinner part (130) may be installed by penetrating the battling support part (120) so that an insertion part (133) is installed at the end of the shaft (132) connected to the upper grip part (131), and a boss (132a) may be installed at the lower grip part (131a), and an insertion part (133a) may be installed at the top of the boss (132a) so that the insertion part (133) is coupled thereto.
[0057] Additionally, guide parts (134a) may be installed on both sides of the lower grip part (131a) to guide a part of the bottom part (140) to move.
[0058] Through this, the spinner part (130) installed through the battling support part (120) is configured so that the battling support part (120) can rotate, and as the battling support part (120) rotates, the battling (110) can also rotate.
[0059] In addition, the spinner portion (130) can be configured to reflect the pattern formed in the battling (110), and the spinner cover (135) can be configured to be combined with the upper grip portion (131) so that the overall appearance of the top (100) can be maintained the same.
[0060] To this end, the upper grip portion (131) may form fastening grooves (134) on both sides, and a fastening portion (136) may be formed on the inner surface of the spinner cover (135) to be coupled with the fastening grooves (134).
[0061] The bottom part (140) is installed at the lower part of the spinner part (130) and is configured to rotate together with the battling support part (120) when engaged with at least a part of the battling support part (120) through a movably installed locking part (143), and may be configured to include a bottom part body (141), bottom part body 1 (142), a locking part (143), a rotation shaft (144), and a spring (145).
[0062] The bottom body (141) may have a storage space formed inside, and guide grooves (141a) may be formed on both sides so that the locking portion (143) can move radially inward.
[0063] The bottom body 1 (142) may have a through hole (142a) installed in the center through which at least a portion of the rotation shaft (144) passes, and a guide groove (142b) formed to guide the locking part (143) to move.
[0064] The locking member (143) may be formed of a pair of members, and an upwardly protruding flange (143a) may be installed on one side, and an inclined groove (143b) may be installed on the other side.
[0065] In addition, the locking part (143) is installed so as to be movable in the radial direction of the bottom body (141, 142), and when the locking part (143) moves radially outward, the flange (143a) collides with the catch (123) of the rotating batting support part (120), thereby allowing the bottom part (140) to rotate together with the batting support part (120).
[0066] The rotation axis (144) is configured to be in contact with the ground and form a center of rotation, and can be configured to move in the up / down direction. On one side, a rotation axis protrusion (144a) that extends a certain length and makes contact with the ground can be installed.
[0067] In addition, an inclined projection (144b) that is coupled with an inclined groove (143b) of a locking part (143) can be installed on both sides of the rotation shaft (144), so that the locking part (143) moves radially inward or outward through the inclined groove (143b) and the inclined projection (144b) depending on the position of movement in the up / down direction.
[0068] That is, when a user operates the top (100) as a spinner, by pressing the rotation axis (144) and moving it upward, the locking part (143) moves radially inward according to the movement of the rotation axis (144), and accordingly, the locking part (143) moves to a position where it does not collide with the catch (123) of the batting support part (120), so that the batting (110) can perform free rotation and function as a spinner.
[0069] In addition, when operating as a top (100), when the pressure on the rotation shaft (144) is released, the rotation shaft (144) moves downward and the locking part (143) moves radially outward.
[0070] Accordingly, the locking part (143) moves to a position where it collides with the catch (123) of the battling support part (120), and engages with the battling (110) and the battling support part (120), thereby causing the bottom part (140) to rotate together, thereby enabling it to function as a top.
[0071] The spring (145) provides elasticity to keep the rotation axis (144) in a downward position so that the rotation axis (144) can function as a top, for example.
[0072]

[0091] That is, the locking part (143') is maintained in a state of being gathered radially inward through the elastic force of the spring (143d), and when the user operates the top (100') as a spinner, when the rotation axis (144') is pressed and moved upward, the connecting part (144'c) of the rotation axis (144') moves upward, so that the locking part (143') is positioned so that the batting (110) can perform free rotation and function as a spinner without colliding with the catch (123) of the batting support (120).
[0092] In addition, when operating as a top (100'), when the pressing force of the rotation shaft (144') is released while the battling (110) and the battling support (120) are rotating, the joint (144'c) of the rotation shaft (144') moves downward, and the bottom part (140') rotates due to the rotational frictional force between the rotating battling (110) and the battling support (120) and the bottom part (140'), and when a centrifugal force exceeding the elastic force of the locking spring (143'd) is generated through the rotation, the locking part (143') moves radially outward.
[0093] In addition, the catch (143'c) of the locking part (143') engages with the connecting part (144'c) of the rotation shaft (144'), and accordingly, the locking part (143') moves to a position where it collides with the catch (123) of the battling support part (120), and when the locking part (143') collides with the catch (123), the bottom part (140') rotates together with the battling (110) and the battling support part (120), thereby enabling it to function as a top.
[0094] The spring (145) provides elasticity to keep the rotation axis (144') in a downward position so that the rotation axis (144') can function as a top, for example.

[0121] The locking member (243) may be formed of a pair of members, and when the bottom body (241) and the bottom body 1 (242) rotate through the rotational frictional force of the battling support member (220) and the spinner member (230), the bottom body (241) may be configured to move radially outward through the centrifugal force generated in the bottom body (241) and the bottom body 1 (242).
[0122] In addition, when the locking part (243) moves radially outward by centrifugal force, it comes into close contact with the inner surface of the coupler (223) of the battling support part (220), so that the rotational force of the battling support part (220) is transmitted through the bottom body (241) and bottom body 1 (242).
[0123] In addition, the rotational force transmitted through the bottom body (241) and bottom body 1 (242) forms various frictional forces depending on the shape of the end of the rotation shaft (241a), thereby providing various movements to the top (200).
[0124] The locking spring (244) is installed between the flange (241b) of the bottom body (241) and the flange (243a) installed on one side of the locking part (243) to provide elasticity so that the locking part (243) is maintained at a certain position, for example, at a position gathered radially inwardly of the bottom body (241).
[0125] In addition, the lock spring (244) causes the lock (243) to move radially outward of the bottom body (241) due to centrifugal force, and then when the centrifugal force disappears, the lock (243) returns to its original position.

[0127] (Example 4)
[0128] FIG. 17 is a perspective view showing a spinning top according to another embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 18 is a front view showing a part of the spinning top according to the embodiment of FIG. 17 in isolation, FIG. 19 is an exploded perspective view showing the configuration of the spinning top according to the embodiment of FIG. 17, FIG. 20 is a perspective view showing a process of combining a batting support part and a bottom part of the spinning top according to the embodiment of FIG. 17, and FIG. 21 is a partially exploded perspective view showing a configuration of the bottom part of the spinning top according to the embodiment of FIG. 17.
[0129] As shown in FIGS. 17 to 21, a spinning top (200') according to the fourth embodiment can be configured to include a batting ring (210), a batting support part (220'), a spinner part (230'), and a bottom part (240') so that it can be used as a spinning top and also as a spinner.
[0130] The top (200') according to the fourth embodiment differs from the top according to the third embodiment in the configuration of the battling support part (220'), the spinner part (230'), and the bottom part (240').
[0131] First, the top (200') according to the fourth embodiment is composed of a battling (210), a battling support part (220'), and a spinner part (230') and can function as a spinner.
[0132] In addition, the top (200') according to the fourth embodiment can function as a top by combining a bottom part (240') configured to be detachable with a spinner part (230').
[0133] The battling support member (220') according to the fourth embodiment is a cylindrical member that is connected to the battling (210) and rotates, and has a through hole (221') formed so that a spinner member (230') can be installed, and one or more connecting portions (222') that engage with the battling (210) can be formed along the perimeter of the outer surface.
[0134] In addition, a coupler (223') that transmits rotational force so that the bottom part (240') rotates can be formed along the outer surface perimeter of the lower portion of the battling support part (220') by being in close contact with a part of the bottom part (240').
[0135] The coupler (223') is a ring-shaped member, installed at the lower part of the battling support member (220'), and comes into close contact with the locking member (243') that slides and protrudes from the bottom part (240'), thereby allowing rotational force to be transmitted to the bottom part (240') through friction with the inner surface of the coupler (223').
[0136] Additionally, the coupler (223') may have a coupler protrusion (223'a) formed on the inner surface.
[0137] The coupler protrusion (223'a) is engaged with the coupler protrusion (223'a) when the locking portion (243') moves radially outward from the bottom portion (240') by centrifugal force.
[0138] Through the coupling of the coupler protrusion (223'a) and the locking portion (243'), the rotational force of the battling support portion (220') is directly transmitted to the bottom portion (240'), thereby further increasing the rotational force of the rotation shaft (241'a).
[0139] Additionally, the battling support part (220') may be configured with a bearing (not shown) so that it can rotate around the spinner part (230').
[0140] The spinner part (230') has an upper grip part (231') and a lower grip part (231'a) that are installed to penetrate the battling support part (220'), and can be configured so that the battling support part (220') rotates around the shaft (232').
[0141] A shaft (232') connected to the upper grip part (231') can be installed so that the spinner part (230') can be installed by penetrating the battling support part (220').
[0142] A boss (232'a) that is coupled to the upper grip part (231') can be installed on the upper surface of the lower grip part (231'a).
[0143] Additionally, a support slope (231'b) formed with an inclined surface can be installed so that it can be positioned along the lower circumference of the lower grip portion (231'a) by force-fitting a portion of the bottom portion (240').
[0144] In addition, the spinner part (230') can be configured to reflect the pattern formed in the battling (210), and the spinner cover (235) can be configured to be combined with the upper grip part (231') so that the overall appearance of the top (200') can be maintained the same.
[0145] The bottom part (240') can be detachably connected to the lower grip part (231'a) of the spinner part (230').
[0146] For this purpose, the bottom part (240') may be configured to include a bottom part body (241'), a bottom part body 1 (242'), a lock part (243'), and a lock part spring (244).
[0147] The bottom body (241') is configured to have a tapered shape from the top to the bottom, and a rotation axis (241'a) can be formed on the lower surface.
[0148] The rotation axis (241'a) may be configured as a polygonal shape such as a round shape, a star shape, or a triangle shape with an arbitrary curvature formed at the end.
[0149] Additionally, the bottom body (241') can be formed with both upper sides partially open.
[0150] The bottom body 1 (242') is installed on the upper part of the bottom body (241') and supports the locking part (243') to slide.
[0151] In addition, the bottom body 1 (242') may be formed with a spacer (242'a) on the upper portion and a plurality of fitting projections (242'b) protruding inwardly on both sides with a certain length centered on the spacer (242'a).
[0152] The fitting projection (242'b) is forcibly fitted with the support slope (231'b) of the lower grip portion (231'a) to fix the spinner portion (230') and the bottom portion (240').
[0153] The locking member (243') may be formed of a pair of members, and when the bottom body (241') and the bottom body 1 (242') rotate through the rotational frictional force of the battling support member (220') and the spinner member (230'), the bottom body (241') may be configured to move radially outward by utilizing the centrifugal force generated in the bottom body (241') and the bottom body 1 (242') through the rotation.
[0154] In addition, when the locking part (243') moves radially outward by centrifugal force, it comes into close contact with the inner surface of the coupler (223') of the battling support part (220') so that the rotational force of the battling support part (220') is transmitted through the bottom body (241') and the bottom body 1 (242').
[0155] In addition, when the locking part (243') slides radially outwardly of the bottom body (241') and couples with the coupler protrusion (223'a), the rotational force of the battling support part (220') is directly transmitted to the bottom part (240'), thereby further increasing the rotational force of the rotational shaft (241'a).
[0156] In addition, the rotational force transmitted through the bottom part (240') is formed into various frictional forces depending on the shape of the end of the rotational axis (241'a), allowing the top (200') to move in various directions.
[0157] The locking spring (244) is installed between the guide portion (241'b) formed on both sides of the bottom body (241') and the flange (243'a) installed on one side of the locking portion (243') to provide elasticity so that the locking portion (243') maintains a position gathered radially inwardly of the bottom body (241').
[0158] In addition, the lock spring (244) causes the lock (243') to move radially outward of the bottom body (241') by centrifugal force and then return the lock (243') to its original position when the centrifugal force disappears.
[0159] Therefore, it can be used as a top or a spinner, and the bottom part can be separated and used as needed.
