AI Technical Summary
The existing adjustment arrangement for a motor vehicle's tailgate, which relies on a gas pressure element, faces challenges in achieving reliable tipping safety while maximizing the usable axial hub, as the overlap between the housing and outer tube in the axial direction compromises tilt safety when trying to optimize the hub.
The solution involves shifting the overlap of the adjustment arrangement's parts from the axial direction to the radial direction, allowing for a larger hub without compromising tilt safety. This is achieved by using an inner guide element that extends from the sleeve to the outer tube, and a collar that serves multiple functions, including connecting the guide element and providing a surface for the spring element.
This design enables the adjustment arrangement to achieve the highest possible stroke while maintaining the highest possible safety against tilting in the extended position, effectively optimizing the usable axial hub without sacrificing tilt safety.

Abstract
Description
[0001] Adjustment arrangement for a closure element of a motor vehicle
[0002] The present invention relates to an adjusting arrangement for a closure element of a motor vehicle according to the preamble of claim 1 and to an adjusting arrangement for a closure element of a motor vehicle according to the preamble of claim 17.
[0003] The term "closure element" is to be understood broadly in this context. It includes, for example, a tailgate, a trunk lid, a hood, a side door, a cargo area flap, a window pane, a pop-up roof, or the like of a motor vehicle. The following focuses on the application of adjusting a tailgate of a motor vehicle.
[0004] The known prior art (DE 10 2021 129 734 A1), from which the invention is based, relates to an adjustment arrangement for a tailgate in the form of a gas pressure element, in particular a gas pressure spring. A movement-assisting arrangement that supports the opening and closing movement of the tailgate by means of spring force has two connections for directing linear movements along a geometric deflection axis. One connection serves to couple the adjustment arrangement to the tailgate, the other connection to couple the adjustment arrangement to the vehicle body. A tubular adjustment housing provides an interior space in which a rod with a piston and a spring arrangement of the movement-assisting arrangement are arranged. The adjustment housing has an outer tube and an inner tube, which telescopically interlock when the adjustment assembly is adjusted between a retracted and an extended position. The inner tube is a sleeve in which the piston is guided along the geometric deflection axis. Such an adjustment assembly is typically used in a drive assembly for a tailgate as the passive side, i.e., as an adjustment assembly without its own drive motor, to support another adjustment assembly with its own drive motor, which is used as the active side of the drive assembly. The structural design of the known adjustment assembly ensures high operational reliability and, with regard to manual adjustability, a high level of user comfort. However, guaranteeing reliable tipping stability is a challenge. To reliably prevent the adjustment assembly from tilting sideways in the extended position, the housing inner tube and the housing outer tube overlap to a certain extent in the axial direction, i.e., along the geometric deflection axis. However, this has a detrimental effect on the usable axial stroke of the adjustment assembly. Thus, when the housing outer tube is flush with the connection-side end of the housing inner tube in the retracted position of the adjustment assembly, a comparatively large axial distance remains between the free end of the rod or piston and the connection-side axial end of the interior space enclosed by the housing inner tube. The theoretically possible stroke is therefore not fully utilized. If one wanted to make better use of the theoretically possible stroke, either the outer housing tube would have to be moved beyond the connection-side end of the inner housing tube, which is not sensible from a design point of view, or the outer housing tube would have to be shortened, which would then reduce the overlap between the inner housing tube and the outer housing tube in the axial direction, which would be at the expense of the tipping stability.
[0005] The invention is based on the problem of designing and developing the known adjustment arrangement in such a way that the greatest possible safety against lateral tilting of the adjustment arrangement in the extended position is achieved with the greatest possible stroke.
[0006] The above problem is solved by the features of the characterising part of claim 1.
[0007] The key idea is to shift the overlap between two axially aligned parts of the adjustment assembly, which reliably ensures tipping stability, from the outside of the adjustment assembly radially inwards. This allows the housing outer tube to be shortened because the overlap between the housing outer tube and the housing inner tube is then no longer relevant for tipping stability. By shortening the housing outer tube, it can then be moved further in the direction of the connection-side end of the housing inner tube when the adjustment assembly is in the retracted position without protruding beyond it. Accordingly, the free end of the rod or piston can also be moved further and can therefore perform a greater stroke with the same technical length of the adjustment assembly or the adjustment housing.
[0008] In particular, it is proposed that at least one inner guide element which is axially fixed and pivot-proof to the sleeve extends axially from the sleeve in the direction of the first connection assigned to the housing outer tube, which surrounds the rod over part of its axial extent and in which the rod is guided.
[0009] According to the particularly preferred embodiment according to claim 2, the sleeve has a radially inwardly directed collar at one end, which makes it easy to provide multiple functions. Thus, the collar can serve, on the one hand, to connect the inner guide element; on the other hand, it can serve, on its other axial side, as a bearing surface for the free end of the rod or, if the sleeve forms the cylinder of a cylinder-piston arrangement, for a piston at the end of the rod. A further function will be explained below in connection with a spring arrangement.
[0010] Claims 3 to 5 relate to a spring arrangement with which the first connection can be easily preloaded against the second connection. If a collar as described above is present, this collar can also serve as a contact surface for a spring element of the spring arrangement.
[0011] According to the particularly preferred embodiment according to claims 6 to 8, a securing arrangement is provided which, in particular via at least two securing elements, securely holds the spring arrangement in the axial direction in the event of a failure of the motion support arrangement, particularly in the event of a fire, for example, if plastic parts of the motion support arrangement melt, and prevents the spring arrangement from expanding uncontrollably. Claims 9 and 10 specify particularly preferred materials and cross-sectional shapes of essential components of the motion support arrangement.
[0012] Claim 11 specifies various preferred design options for the realization of the at least one inner guide element.
[0013] Claim 12 relates to an anti-twist device which, if required by design, reliably prevents individual components from twisting relative to one another in a simple manner.
[0014] According to the particularly preferred embodiment according to claims 13 and 14, in addition to the at least one inner guide element, at least one outer guide element can be provided which further supports the realization of a reliable anti-tilt device.
[0015] Claim 15 defines particularly preferred axial extensions of the inner guide element and the outer guide element to optimize the anti-tilt protection.
[0016] According to the particularly preferred embodiment of claim 16, the securing arrangement also has a further, third securing element that increases design freedom while maintaining a high level of security against uncontrolled expansion of the spring arrangement in the event of a failure of the motion support arrangement. For example, axial securing of the spring arrangement can be achieved on one side by one of the two securing elements interacting with the other securing element to provide axial support in the event of a failure of the motion support arrangement; thus, these two securing elements complement each other functionally.
[0017] According to a further teaching according to claim 17, which has independent significance, a further adjustment arrangement with a movement support arrangement is claimed, wherein the movement support arrangement has a first connection and a second connection for diverting, in particular linear, movements along a geometric diverting axis, wherein the adjustment arrangement has a tubular adjustment housing with an inner housing tube formed by a sleeve and a housing outer tube, which telescopically extend into one another during an adjustment of the adjustment arrangement between a retracted position and an extended position, wherein one of the two connections is assigned to the sleeve and the housing outer tube, wherein the adjustment housing provides an interior space in which the movement support arrangement is at least partially arranged, wherein the movement support arrangement comprises a rod which is axially fixed to the housing outer tube and surrounded by the housing outer tube, preferably over its entire axial extent, wherein the rod is assigned to the same connection as the housing outer tube.
[0018] It is essential that at least one outer guide element, which is axially fixed and pivot-proof relative to the sleeve, extends axially from the sleeve in the direction of the first connection assigned to the housing outer tube, which is surrounded by the housing outer tube and on which the housing outer tube is guided, that the movement support arrangement has a spring arrangement with a spring element, in particular a spiral compression spring, arranged in a radial space between the rod and the housing outer tube, and that the spring arrangement, in particular the spring element, prestresses the first connection against the second connection, in particular in the direction of the extended position of the adjustment arrangement, and is axially supported at one end on a first spring support section which is axially fixed relative to the housing outer tube and at the other end on a second spring support section which is axially fixed relative to the sleeve, that the spring element extends in sections into the radial space between the at least one outer guide element and the rod. Preferably, in the axial section of the motion support arrangement in which the at least one outer guide element extends, an axial spring end section of the spring element facing the sleeve is guided on the rod.
[0019] Reference is made to all statements regarding the proposed adjustment arrangement according to the first teaching. The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to a drawing which merely illustrates exemplary embodiments. The drawing shows
[0020] Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation of the rear area of a motor vehicle with a tailgate to which a proposed adjustment arrangement is assigned,
[0021] Fig. 2 shows the adjustment arrangement according to Fig. 1 in a longitudinal section in a) a retracted and b) an extended position,
[0022] Fig. 3 is a detailed view of an embodiment of the adjustment arrangement according to Fig. 2 in the area of a guide element,
[0023] Fig. 4 is a detailed view of another embodiment of the adjustment arrangement according to Fig. 2 in the area of a guide element and
[0024] Fig. 5 is a detailed view of yet another embodiment of the adjustment arrangement according to Fig. 2 in the region of a guide element.
[0025] The preferred embodiment illustrated in the figures relates to an adjustment assembly 1 for a closure element 2 of a motor vehicle. Such an adjustment assembly 1 is used in a drive assembly for the closure element 2, here and preferably as the passive side, i.e., as an adjustment assembly 1 without its own drive motor, to support another adjustment assembly 1 with its own drive motor, here a spindle drive, which is used as the active side of the drive assembly. Such a drive assembly is shown as an example in Fig. 1.
[0026] For a further understanding of the term "closure element" 2, reference is made to the introductory part of the description. The invention is explained below using a closure element 2 configured as a tailgate. The adjustment arrangement 1 shown in Fig. 2 comprises a movement support arrangement 3 having a first connection 4, hereinafter also referred to as the rod bearing-side connection, and a second connection 5, hereinafter also referred to as the sleeve-side connection, for deflecting movements, in particular linear movements, along a geometric deflection axis 6.
[0027] The adjustment assembly 1 further comprises a tubular adjustment housing 7 with an inner housing tube 9 formed by a sleeve 8 and an outer housing tube 10, which extend telescopically into one another, i.e., axially overlap, during an adjustment of the adjustment assembly 1 between a retracted position (Fig. 2a)) and an extended position (Fig. 2b)). The term "axial" in this case always refers to the geometric deflection axis 6. "Axially fixed" accordingly means that relative movement in the axial direction is prevented. The term "radial" used below also always refers to the geometric deflection axis 6.
[0028] Each of the two connections 4, 5 is assigned to the sleeve 8 and the housing outer tube 10, meaning that the sleeve 8 and the housing outer tube 10 are axially fixed to the respective connection. The adjustment housing 7 provides an interior space in which the motion support arrangement 3 is at least partially arranged.
[0029] The housing outer tube 10 and / or the sleeve 8 can be connected to the respective associated connection 4, 5 in a form-fitting, force-fitting, and / or material-fitting manner. It is particularly preferred if the housing outer tube 10 and / or the sleeve 8 is welded to the respective associated connection 4, 5, in particular by means of ultrasonic or laser welding.
[0030] The motion support arrangement 3 has a rod 11 that is axially fixed to the housing outer tube 10 and surrounded by the housing outer tube 10, preferably over its entire axial extent, and is assigned to the same connection 4 as the housing outer tube 10, i.e., is axially fixedly mounted on the same connection. Accordingly, this connection 4 is referred to as the rod bearing side connection. The other connection 5 is referred to as the sleeve side connection. The rod 11 can be positively, non-positively, and / or materially connected to the first connection 4 assigned to the housing outer tube 10. It is particularly preferred if the rod 11 is crimped to the first connection 4 assigned to the housing outer tube 10.
[0031] It is now essential that at least one inner guide element 12 which is axially fixed and pivot-proof to the sleeve 8 extends axially from the sleeve 8 in the direction of the first connection 4 assigned to the housing outer tube 10, which surrounds the rod 11 over part of its axial extent and in which the rod 11 is guided.
[0032] In this context, "swivel-proof" means that a swivel movement, i.e. a lateral tilting, about a swivel axis orthogonal to the geometric diversion axis 6 is prevented.
[0033] The term "guide" or "guided" means that a sliding bearing is provided, in this case the rod 11 can slide along in the at least one inner guide element 12, which in particular requires that the at least one inner guide element 12 corresponds in cross section to the rod 11.
[0034] In this way, as can be seen in Figures 3 and 4, the at least one inner guide element 12 forms a safeguard against lateral tilting of the sleeve 8 relative to the housing outer tube 10. The sleeve 8 and the housing outer tube 10 then no longer have to overlap as much as in the prior art. This overlap then serves primarily to seal the interior of the adjustable housing 7 from the environment, and less to provide stability against tilting. In particular, for reliable stability against tilting, an overlap of the sleeve 8 and the housing outer tube 10 over an axial extent corresponding to a maximum of one quarter, preferably a maximum of one fifth, more preferably a maximum of one sixth, of the outer diameter of the sleeve 8 is sufficient here and preferably. Furthermore, it is provided here and preferably that, as for example in Fig. 3, but also in another embodiment in Fig.4 shows that the sleeve 8 has, at its end facing the first connection 4 associated with the housing outer tube 10, a radially inwardly directed collar 13, which axially firmly connects the at least one inner guide element 12 to the sleeve 8, i.e., to the cylindrical part that extends telescopically in the housing outer tube 10. Here, and preferably, the collar 13 forms an axial outer surface 14 that is oriented orthogonally to the geometric discharge axis 6 and / or to the sleeve 8.
[0035] The inner guide element 12 therefore extends from the collar 13 in the axial direction, so that along the geometric diversion axis 6 the inner guide element 12 extends on one side of the collar 13 and the sleeve 8, i.e. the cylindrical part which runs telescopically in the outer housing tube 10, extends on the other side of the collar 13. In particular, there is a rotationally fixed connection between the at least one inner guide element 12 and the collar 13. A variant of an axially fixed connection between the at least one inner guide element 12 and the collar 13 is here and preferably a one-piece design of the at least one inner guide element 12 with the collar 13, although according to another variant a positive, non-positive and / or materially bonded connection between the at least one inner guide element 12 and the collar 13 is also conceivable.
[0036] With respect to the collar 13, an overlap of the sleeve 8 and the housing outer tube 10 over an axial extent corresponding to a maximum of 2 times, preferably a maximum of 1.5 times, more preferably a maximum of 1 times, the axial extent of the collar 13 is sufficient for reliable tilt resistance here and preferably.
[0037] As Figures 2 to 5 show, the movement support arrangement 3 here and preferably comprises a spring arrangement 15 with a spring element 16, in particular a spiral compression spring, arranged in a radial space between the rod 11 and the housing outer tube 10. The spring arrangement 15, in particular the spring element 16, biases the first connection 4 against the second connection 5, in particular in the direction of the extended position of the adjustment arrangement 1. The spring arrangement 15, in particular the spring element 16, is axially supported at one end on a first spring support section 17 axially fixed to the housing outer tube 10 and at the other end on a second spring support section 18 axially fixed to the sleeve 8.Here and preferably, the radially inwardly directed collar 13 of the sleeve 8 forms the second spring support section 18, wherein it is preferably provided that the spring element 16 in the retracted position, in particular also in the extended position, axially rests against the axial outer surface 14 of the collar 13.
[0038] Furthermore, it is preferably provided here that the spring element 16 is guided at least partially (Figs. 4 and 5), possibly even completely (Fig. 3), on the inside of the housing outer tube 10. Additionally or alternatively, it is particularly provided that the spring element 16, with its axial spring end section 19 facing the sleeve 8, is guided on the outside of the at least one inner guide element 12 (Fig. 4). Here, the preferably spiral-shaped spring element 16 then has a smaller coil diameter than in the section of the guide on the inside of the housing outer tube 10.
[0039] As is particularly illustrated in Fig. 2, here and preferably the movement support arrangement 3 also has a securing arrangement 20 which is coupled to the rod 11 in such a way that the spring element 16 is held on the rod 11 in the axial direction in the event of a failure of the movement support arrangement 3, in particular in the event of a fire.
[0040] Here and preferably it is provided that the securing arrangement 20 has a rod bearing-side securing element 21 made of heat-resistant material, in particular metal, and a sleeve-side securing element 22 made of heat-resistant material, in particular metal, between which the spring element 16, in particular the entire spring arrangement 15, is arranged, and that the two securing elements 21, 22 are axially fixedly coupled to the rod 11 in such a way that the two securing elements 21, 22 are held on the rod 11 in the axial direction in the event of a failure of the movement support arrangement 3, in particular in the event of a fire, and the spring element 16 is secured in the axial direction between the two securing elements 21, 22.
[0041] Heat-resistant material is defined here as a material that is more heat-resistant than the material of the connections 4, 5, the material of the housing outer tube 10 and / or the material of the sleeve 8.
[0042] At this point, it should be mentioned that the sleeve-side securing element 22 is here and preferably part of a piston 23 of a piston unit 24 or forms such a piston 23, wherein the rod 11 here and preferably forms the piston rod 25. The sleeve 8 here and preferably forms the cylinder 26 of a corresponding cylinder-piston arrangement 27. The piston 23 preferably divides the sleeve 8 into two chambers K1, K2, in particular either tightly or through which fluid can flow, so that the adjustment arrangement 1 forms a gas pressure spring or a gas damper.
[0043] Furthermore, it is preferably provided here that the rod bearing-side securing element 21 is arranged axially between the first connection 4 assigned to the housing outer tube 10 and an inner circumferential collar 28 on the housing outer tube 10.
[0044] Due to the axially fixed connection between the housing outer tube 10 and the associated first connection 4, for example by welding, the unit consisting of rod 11 and securing arrangement 20 is held axially fixed to the first connection 4.
[0045] Additionally or alternatively, the sleeve-side securing element 22 is arranged axially between the collar 13 of the sleeve 8 and the second connection 5 assigned to the sleeve 8.
[0046] The sleeve-side securing element 22 thus forms an axial stop for the sleeve 8 when it is adjusted to the extended position.
[0047] The rod bearing-side securing element 21 and / or the sleeve-side securing element 22 is here and preferably formed integrally with the rod 11, for example, by radially expanding the rod 11. Alternatively, the rod bearing-side securing element 21 and / or the sleeve-side securing element 22 can also be a separate, in particular disc-shaped, element that is positively, non-positively, and / or materially coupled to the rod 11.
[0048] In the case of a separate element, it is, for example, screwed to the rod 11 at the front.
[0049] Here and preferably, in particular with a view to optimum safety in the event of the above-mentioned failure, in particular in the event of fire, it is provided that the rod 11 is made of metal, and / or that the connections 4, 5, the outer housing tube 10 and / or the sleeve 8 are made of plastic and / or metal.
[0050] The rod 11 can be hollow or made of solid material and / or be threadless or threaded. In the latter case, the rod 11 forms, in particular, a spindle of a spindle-spindle nut drive, preferably an active side of the drive assembly. In this case, the collar 13 forms a corresponding internal thread on the inside and thus forms the spindle nut of the spindle-spindle nut drive.
[0051] In the preferred embodiments shown in Figures 2 to 4, a single inner guide element 12 is provided, which is tubular in shape and has a round or non-round cross-section, in particular a square cross-section, preferably polygonal. Alternatively, it is also conceivable for several inner guide elements 12 to be provided as axial, circumferentially spaced, web-shaped segments.
[0052] To form an optional anti-twist device, it can also preferably be provided that the outer contour of the sleeve 8 and the inner contour of the housing outer tube 10 and / or the outer contour of the sleeve-side securing element 22 and the inner contour of the sleeve 8 and / or the outer contour of the rod 11 and the inner contour of the individual inner guide element 12 or the unit of several inner guide elements 12 are each non-circular in cross-section, in particular angular, preferably polygonal, for example hexagonal. The cross-section here means a section orthogonal to the geometric discharge axis 6, i.e., in the radial direction.
[0053] A non-circular contour can be used to provide a simple anti-rotation device that prevents rotation of the housing outer tube 10 relative to the sleeve 8 or of the connections 4, 5 relative to each other. In principle, even if no anti-rotation device is required at an axial location, the respective outer and / or inner contour can be round.
[0054] The embodiment in Fig. 4 differs from that in Fig. 3 in that here and preferably, in addition to the at least one inner guide element 12, at least one outer guide element 29 which is axially fixed and pivot-fixed to the sleeve 8 extends axially from the sleeve 8 in the direction of the first connection 4 assigned to the housing outer tube 10, which is surrounded by the housing outer tube 10 and on which the housing outer tube 10 is guided.
[0055] The at least one outer guide element 29 thus forms an additional safeguard against lateral tilting of the sleeve 8 relative to the housing outer tube 10. In particular, there is also a rotationally fixed connection between the at least one outer guide element 29 and the collar 13. A variant of the axially fixed connection between the at least one outer guide element 29 and the collar 13 is preferably, as already described above for the at least one inner guide element 12, a one-piece design of the at least one outer guide element 29 with the collar 13, although here too, as a further variant, a positive, non-positive and / or materially bonded connection between the at least one outer guide element 29 and the collar 13 is conceivable.
[0056] Here and preferably, the at least one outer guide element 29 is radially spaced from the at least one inner guide element 12. The at least one outer guide element 29 extends, in particular parallel to the at least one inner guide element 12, also starting from the collar 13 in the axial direction. The collar 13 axially connects the at least one inner guide element 12 to the at least one outer guide element 29. In particular, along the geometric diversion axis 6, i.e. in the axial direction, the at least one outer guide element 29 extends on one side of the collar 13 and the remaining sleeve 8, i.e. the cylindrical part that runs telescopically in the housing outer tube 10, extends on the other side of the collar 13.
[0057] Furthermore, here and preferably, the spring element 16 extends in sections in the radial space between the at least one outer guide element 29 and the at least one inner guide element 12 (Fig. 4).
[0058] 'Sectionally' here means that an axial spring end section 19 of the spring element 16 facing the sleeve 8 extends in the radial space between the at least one outer guide element 29 and the at least one inner guide element 12.
[0059] Furthermore, according to Fig. 4 and preferably, it is provided that in the axial section of the movement support arrangement 3 in which the at least one outer guide element 29 extends, an axial spring end section 19 of the spring element 16 facing the sleeve 8 is guided on the at least one inner guide element 12.
[0060] This is preferably provided for the entire adjustment of the adjustment arrangement 1 between the retracted position and the extended position. The spring element 16 is in particular shaped such that it is guided in a first axial section 19, namely said axial spring end section 19, on which at least one inner guide element 12 is guided, and in another, second axial section 30 on the housing outer tube 10. For this purpose, a coil diameter of the spring coils of the spring element 16 that varies over the axial extent is preferably provided. In the second axial section 30 of the spring element 16, which is guided on the housing outer tube 10, a larger coil diameter is provided than in the first axial section 19 of the spring element 16, which is guided on the at least one inner guide element 12.Preferably, the coil diameter varies such that the second axial section 30 of the spring element 16 with the larger coil diameter does not collide with the at least one outer guide element 29 when the adjustment arrangement 1 is adjusted between the retracted position and the extended position.
[0061] In the embodiments shown in the figures and preferred in this respect, it is particularly preferred that the axial extent of the inner guide element 12 and / or the outer guide element 29 corresponds to at least 2 times, preferably at least 5 times, more preferably at least 10 times, the axial extent of the collar 13.
[0062] Additionally or alternatively, it is particularly preferred that the axial extension of the inner guide element 12 corresponds to at least 1.5 times, preferably at least 2 times, more preferably at least 2.5 times, the outer diameter of the sleeve 8.
[0063] Furthermore, it is additionally or alternatively particularly preferred that the axial extent of the outer guide element 29 corresponds to at least 0.5 times, preferably at least 1 times, more preferably at least 1.2 times, the outer diameter of the sleeve 8.
[0064] As shown in the embodiment in Fig. 3, the securing arrangement 20 can, if necessary, have a further securing element 31 made of heat-resistant material, in particular metal, which is arranged between the rod bearing-side securing element 21 and the sleeve-side securing element 22 and / or between the spring element 16 and the collar 13. The further securing element 31 is then arranged in alignment with the sleeve-side securing element 22 such that, in the event of a failure of the movement support arrangement 3, in particular in the event of a fire, it is held in the axial direction on the rod 11 by the sleeve-side securing element 22 and secures the spring element 16 in the axial direction. According to Fig. 3, here and preferably the further securing element 31 extends circumferentially around the rod 11 and / or the at least one inner guide element 12.Additionally or alternatively, the further securing element 31 is axially movable relative to the rod 11 and / or the at least one inner guide element 12.
[0065] Here and preferably, the further securing element 31 is a separate, in particular disc-shaped, element.
[0066] When providing such an additional securing element 31, it is not necessary for the sleeve-side securing element 22 to have an outer contour that corresponds to the inner contour of the sleeve 8; instead, the sleeve-side securing element 22 can have a smaller cross-section. This significantly increases design freedom.
[0067] Finally, as shown in Fig. 5, an adjustment arrangement 1 for a closure element 2 of a motor vehicle with a movement support arrangement 3 is also proposed, wherein the movement support arrangement 3 has a first connection 4 and a second connection 5 for diverting, in particular linear, movements along a geometric diverting axis 6, wherein the adjustment arrangement 1 has a tubular adjustment housing 7 with a housing inner tube 9 formed by a sleeve 8 and a housing outer tube 10, which telescopically extend into one another during an adjustment of the adjustment arrangement 1 between a retracted position and an extended position, wherein the sleeve 8 and the housing outer tube 10 are each assigned one of the two connections 4, 5, wherein the adjustment housing 7 provides an interior space in which the movement support arrangement 3 is at least partially arranged, wherein the movement support arrangement 3 has a rod 11 which is axially fixed to the housing outer tube 10 and surrounded by the housing outer tube 10, preferably over its entire axial extent, wherein the rod 11 is assigned to the same connection 4 as the housing outer tube 10.
[0068] It is essential that at least one outer guide element 29 which is axially fixed and pivot-proof to the sleeve 8 extends axially from the sleeve 8 in the direction of the first connection 4 assigned to the housing outer tube 10, which is surrounded by the housing outer tube 10 and on which the housing outer tube 10 is guided.
[0069] An inner guide element 12, as provided in Figures 3 and 4, is omitted here. Here, the at least one outer guide element 29 provides additional protection against lateral tilting of the sleeve 8 relative to the outer housing tube 10.
[0070] It is furthermore essential that the movement support arrangement 3 has a spring arrangement 15 with a spring element 16, in particular a spiral-shaped compression spring, arranged in a radial intermediate space between the rod 11 and the housing outer tube 10, and that the spring arrangement 15, in particular the spring element 16, prestresses the first connection 4 against the second connection 5, in particular in the direction of the extended position of the adjustment arrangement 1, and is axially supported at one end on a first spring support section 17 which is axially fixed to the housing outer tube 10 and at the other end on a second spring support section 18 which is axially fixed to the sleeve 8, that the spring element 16 extends in sections in the radial intermediate space between the at least one outer guide element 29 and the rod 11.
[0071] Here and preferably, it is further provided that in the axial section of the movement support arrangement 3, in which the at least one outer guide element 29 extends, an axial spring end section 19 of the spring element 16 facing the sleeve 8 is guided on the rod 11.
[0072] This is preferably provided for the entire adjustment of the adjustment arrangement 1 between the retracted position and the extended position. The spring element 16 is here also particularly shaped such that it is guided on the rod 11 in one axial section, namely said axial spring end section 19, and on the housing outer tube 10 in another axial section, which can be an axial spring end section 19 on the other side of the spring. For this purpose, a coil diameter of the spring coils of the spring element 16 that varies over the axial extent is preferably provided. In the axial section of the spring element 16 that is guided on the housing outer tube 10, a larger coil diameter is provided than in the axial section of the spring element 16 that is guided on the rod 11.Preferably, the coil diameter varies such that the axial section of the spring element 16 with the larger coil diameter does not collide with the at least one outer guide element 29 when the adjustment arrangement 1 is adjusted between the retracted position and the extended position.
[0073] Reference may be made to all statements relating to the proposed adjustment arrangement 1 according to the first teaching.
