Abstract
Description
[0001] DESCRIPTION
[0002] A HEATING-COOLING DEVICE
[0003] TECHNICAL FIELD
[0004] The invention relates to a portable heating-cooling device comprising at least one chamber for placing the food product thereinto and at least one heat unit associated with the said chamber to exchange heat therebetween, which is intended to be used in heating and / or cooling food products.
[0005] PRIOR ART
[0006] A baby bottle is a special kind of bottle for babies used for babies to drink liquid foods. Baby bottles comprise a pacifier or nipple-like tip that is placed in the baby's mouth. This pacifier-like tip allows babies to absorb liquid food and feed. Baby bottles are used to meet the needs of breastfed or bottle-fed babies. Liquid foods such as breast milk or formula are given to babies through a bottle. Baby bottles offer an easier way for mothers or caregivers to feed babies.
[0007] When bottle feeding, the process of heating baby formula or liquid food is important. If food reaches very high temperatures, this can irritate babies' delicate oral tissues or damage their skin. Likewise, foods that are served too cold can prevent babies from consuming comfortably. It is also important to refrigerate the food prepared for bottlefed babies. The prepared food should be quickly cooled and offered to the baby immediately.
[0008] Application No. US2017325609A1 , known in the literature, relates to a voice-activated temperature-controlled mug. The mug can be controlled by the user's voice and can be used with a disposable cup inside. The mug with liquid inside is placed in a temperature-controlled container. According to the desire to keep the liquid hot and cold, the mug brings the liquid to the set temperature value and ensures that it is kept at that temperature value. As can be seen in this application, heat transfer is mainly carried out from a single region. Therefore, the heating and cooling rate is much lower. The application No. CN206687385U, known in the literature, relates to a cup the temperature of which can be adjusted. The cup brings the liquid for example the milk inside to the desired hot or cold temperature value and ensures that the milk remains at that temperature. Accordingly, inside the cup, there is a temperature sensor to measure the temperature value of the milk, there is a fan and thermal plate at the bottom of the cup.
[0009] Such solutions, which are known in the state of art, have a number of disadvantages. One of the main disadvantages is that the food product cannot be heated homogeneously. With the solutions known in the art, the device transfers the heat from a single point to the inner chamber, and in this case, the baby bottle is exposed to high temperature from a single region. In this case, while some of the baby bottle is overheated, some of it remains at a low temperature. Another technical problem known in the state of art is that the devices known in the art have a heating function and cannot be cooled according to the need. Therefore, this is not useful for food products that are desired to be consumed cold, and reduces the preferability and market volume.
[0010] As a result, all the above-mentioned problems have made it imperative to provide an innovation in the relevant technical field.
[0011] BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0012] The present invention relates to a heating-cooling device in order to eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages and to provide new advantages to the relevant technical field.
[0013] One object of the invention is to provide a heating-cooling device for the preparation of food products for use at predetermined temperatures.
[0014] One object of the invention is to provide a heating-cooling device that can transfer heat by forced convection in a closed volume, thus increasing heat transfer efficiency.
[0015] Another object of the invention is to provide a heating-cooling device that allows homogeneous heat distribution in the food product. Another object of the invention is to provide a heating-cooling device that allows the preparation of baby formula.
[0016] In order to achieve all the objects mentioned above and arising from the detailed explanation below, the present invention is a portable heating-cooling device comprising at least one chamber for placing the food product thereinto and at least one heat unit associated with the said chamber to exchange heat therebetween, which is intended to be used in heating and / or cooling food products. Accordingly, its novelty is that it comprises at least one spiral wall positioned inside the chamber so that air is at least partially circulated inside the chamber. Thus, a heating-cooling device structure that is portable allows homogeneous heat transfer is achieved.
[0017] A feature of a possible embodiment of the invention is that the chamber is cylindrical in shape. Thus, air circulation in the chamber can be provided more effectively and the food products inside can be heated and cooled more homogeneously.
[0018] A feature of another possible embodiment of the invention is that said spiral wall is formed in such a way that it protrudes into the chamber. Thus, the air circulated by the internal fan is mixed through the protrusions of the spiral wall, and the heat transfer becomes more efficient.
[0019] A feature of another possible embodiment of the invention is that the spiral wall is spiral-shaped. Thus, the air circulated by the internal fan is directed more effectively thanks to the spiral structure, allowing the food products inside to be heated or cooled down faster.
[0020] A feature of another possible embodiment of the invention is that it comprises at least one air duct to allow the heat transferred air in the chamber to be transferred back to the heat unit, and there are two of said air ducts. Thus, while the air inside is directed to the peltier element, the heat transfer takes place efficiently and the desired temperature is achieved.
[0021] A feature of another possible embodiment of the invention is that it comprises at least one sensor and at least one control unit for programming by the user. Thus, the user can set the desired temperature settings and monitor the internal temperature of the device.
[0022] A feature of another possible embodiment of the invention is that it comprises at least one battery. Thus, it is ensured that the device can work independently and can be used without being connected to the sockets.
[0023] A feature of another possible embodiment of the invention is that the heat unit comprises at least one peltier element and comprises at least one internal fan and at least one external fan on opposite sides of the said peltier element. Thus, air circulation is increased and heat transfer is accelerated for the effective operation of the peltier element.
[0024] A feature of another possible embodiment of the invention is that it comprises at least one lattice base on the floor-facing side of the chamber. This ensures that the device stands balanced and is in a stable position on the floor.
[0025] A feature of another possible embodiment of the invention is that the food product is baby formula placed in a baby bottle. Thus, the formula in the baby bottle can be heated quickly and effectively, especially for feeding babies.

[0028] Fig. 2 is a representative linear view of the body of the heating-cooling device of the present invention.
[0029] Fig. 3 is a representative linear view of the heating-cooling heat unit of the present invention.
[0030] Fig. 4 is another representative linear view of the heating-cooling device of the present invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0031] In this detailed description, the subject of the invention is explained for a better understanding of the subject, only via examples that will not pose any limiting effect.
[0032] Fig. 1 is a representative linear view of the heating-cooling device (1 ) of the present invention. The heating-cooling device (1 ) of the present invention provides heating and cooling of the food product placed thereinto. The heating-cooling device (1 ) is especially used to warm the bottles of babies or children. In alternative embodiments of the invention, the food product to be heated can also be canned beverages in addition to baby formula. In this way, it can be ensured that the heating-cooling process needed by the user is carried out by a portable device.
[0033] Fig. 2 is a representative linear view of the body (10) of the heating-cooling device (1 ) of the present invention. Accordingly, the heating-cooling device (1 ) comprises at least one body (10). There is at least one chamber (1 1 ) in the said body (10). The said body
[0034] (10) is a chassis that allows the components needed for the heating-cooling function to be accommodated inside. The said chamber (11 ) is an internal cavity provided in the body (10). The package of the food product to be heated is placed in the chamber (1 1 ). If the product to be heated is baby formula, a baby bottle is placed into the chamber
[0035] (11 ). On the side of the body (10) facing the floor, there is at least one lattice base (14). The said lattice base (14) increases the heat transfer of the heat unit (20) placed therein with its environment via the perforated structure thereof. In addition, the lattice base (14) allows the body (10) to be kept stable on the floor.
[0036] Fig. 3 is a representative linear view of the heat unit (20) of the heating-cooling device (1 ) of the present invention. Accordingly, the heating-cooling device (1 ) has a thermoelectric heat system. For this purpose, the heating-cooling device (1 ) comprises at least one peltier element (21 ). The said peltier element (21 ) is a thermoelectric device and allows heat to be transferred from one side to the other using electric current. The Peltier element (21 ) is made of semiconductor materials and uses the phenomenon known as the peltier effect. The electric current increases the temperature on one side of the peltier element (21 ) while lowering the temperature on the other side. In this way, it reverses heat transfer and provides temperature control. The operation principle of Peltier elements (21 ) is based on the transportability of heat by electric current via different semiconductor materials found therein. When electric current heats electrons carrying energy on a semiconductor surface, this energy is transferred to the opposite side, and the temperature increases on the heated side, while the temperature decreases on the cooled side. In this way, both heating and cooling are provided by changing the direction of the electric current in the heatingcooling device (1).
[0037] The heat unit (20) comprises at least one internal fan (22) and at least one external fan (23). The said internal fan (22) faces the side of the chamber (11 ). The said external fan (23) faces the side of the lattice base (14). The internal fan (22) and the external fan (23) contribute to more efficient operation by increasing the air circulation on the peltier element (21). Air is circulated in the chamber (11 ) by means of the internal fan (22), allowing the foodstuff inside to be heated or cooled. The external fan (23) prevents the heating-cooling device (1 ) from overheating.
[0038] Fig.4 is another representative linear view of the heating-cooling device (1) of the present invention. Accordingly, the chamber (11) of the heating-cooling device (1 ) is configured to allow air to circulate. For this purpose, the chamber (11) is essentially cylindrical in shape. There is at least one spiral wall (12) in the chamber (11 ). The said spiral wall (12) has a spiral structure provided along the lateral surface of the chamber (11 ). The spiral wall (12) is essentially provided in the form of spiral-shaped inward projection. In alternative embodiments of the invention, the spiral wall (12) can be in the form of indentation. While the air pushed from the internal fan (22) through the spiral wall (12) is advanced in the chamber (11), its linearity is disrupted and it is allowed to circulate. The air circulated in the chamber (11 ) is advanced back to the peltier element (21 ) and the internal fan (22). For this purpose, there is at least one air duct (13) on the chamber (11). The said air duct (13) extends between the ceiling and the floor of the chamber (11 ) and allows the heat transferred air by being circulated to be transferred back to the heat unit (20). For this purpose, there can be two air ducts (13) on the chamber (11) opposite each other. Thus, the desired closed loop is achieved.
[0039] The heating-cooling device (1) has at least one control unit (30). The said control unit (30) allows the heating-cooling device (1) to be controlled by the user as desired. For this purpose, the control unit (30) is connected with at least one sensor (31) located in the chamber (11). The said sensor (31) allows the temperature in the chamber (11 ) to be detected and kept within predetermined value ranges. The heating-cooling device (1) comprises at least one battery (32) for providing energy to the control unit (30). The said battery (32) can essentially be a Li-ion battery. Thus, it is ensured that the battery can be easily replaced in case of need and the heating or cooling function continues operating. This also makes it possible for the heating-cooling device (1) to be portable.
[0040] In a possible use of the invention, the control unit (30) is controlled by the user. Depending on the data it receives, the control unit (30) enables the peltier element (21) to heat or cool. The internal fan (22) allows air to be transferred into the chamber (11). During this process, the spiral wall (12) leaves a vortex effect that allows the air to circulate in the chamber (11 ). Subsequently, the heat transferred air is transferred from the air ducts (13) back to the peltier element (21 ) and the cycle is continued. During the process, temperature control is monitored by the sensor (31).
[0041] The advantages achieved thanks to all these embodiments are as follows:
[0042] - Portability: The heating-cooling device (1 ) is portable so that users can use it wherever they want. This feature satisfies the need to keep or prepare food products at the desired temperature, especially when traveling or at outdoor events.
[0043] - Fast and Homogeneous Heating-Cooling: The Peltier element (21) provides rapid heating and cooling using electric current. In this way, users can quickly set baby bottles or drinks to the desired temperature. However, the spiral walls (12) allow homogeneous heat transfer from the food product in the chamber (11 ).
[0044] - Hygiene and Safety: The heating-cooling device (1) safely heats or cools food products. This allows baby formula or other food products to be stored and used in a hygienic manner.
