DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0024] In order to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the present invention, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are only part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of the embodiments. Based on the embodiments in the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without creative work are within the scope of protection of the present invention.
[0025] If certain terms are used in the specification and claims to refer to specific components, those skilled in the art should understand that hardware manufacturers may use different terms to refer to the same component. The specification and claims do not distinguish components based on differences in name, but rather on differences in their functionality. For example, the term "including" used throughout the specification and claims is an open-ended term and should be interpreted as meaning "including but not limited to." "Substantially" means that those skilled in the art can solve the technical problem within a certain error range and achieve a substantial technical effect.
[0026] The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described clearly and completely below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
[0027] In the related art, the second electrode of the self-moving device is provided with a plug hole and a guide hole connected to the plug hole. The outer diameter of the guide hole is larger than the plug hole. The first electrode of the charging station needs to be plugged into the plug hole from the guide hole in order to properly charge the self-moving device. However, the inventors of this application discovered that the positioning technology of the self-moving device can only make the first electrode of the charging station abut against the hole wall of the guide hole. The first electrode of the charging station is difficult to accurately plug into the plug hole, resulting in poor contact between the first and second electrodes, resulting in a small contact area between the first and second electrodes. In the event of vibration, the two electrodes are easily separated, resulting in the charging station being unable to properly charge the self-moving device.
[0028] Please refer to Figure 1. An embodiment of the present application provides a charging system 30. The charging system 30 may include a charging station 10 and a mobile device 20. The charging station 10 may be electrically connected to the mobile device 20 so that the charging station 10 can charge the mobile device 20.
[0029] When the mobile device 20 needs to be charged, the mobile device 20 can be moved to the side of the charging station 10 using RTK (Real-Time Kinematic) positioning technology, and the mobile device 20 can establish a communication connection with the charging station 10 so that the mobile device 20 can be initially positioned relative to the charging station 10. The mobile device 20 and the charging station 10 can be connected via Wi-Fi (wireless network); for example, the mobile device 20 and the charging station 10 can be connected via Bluetooth signals.
[0030] The self-propelled device 20 may include a main body 21, a control assembly and a drive module disposed on the main body 21. The control assembly may include components such as a circuit board, and the control assembly may control the movement of the drive module. For example, the drive module may include multiple drive wheels, which may be disposed at the bottom of the main body 21 to enable the self-propelled device 20 to move. The drive module may also include tracks, which may be disposed at the bottom of the main body 21 to enable the self-propelled device 20 to steer.
[0031] The self-moving device 20 may also include an ultrasonic ranging sensor, a laser radar, an infrared ranging sensor, or a visual sensor for identifying obstacles. The self-moving device 20 has a path planning function (i.e., obstacle handling capability). For small obstacles, the self-moving device 20 can automatically cross them. For medium and large obstacles, the self-moving device 20 can avoid them in a timely manner and clear the snow around the obstacles to the greatest extent possible. For example, the transmitter of the ultrasonic ranging sensor of the self-moving device 20 emits an ultrasonic wave. When the ultrasonic wave encounters and is reflected by the obstacle, the receiver of the ultrasonic ranging sensor can measure the distance from the obstacle to the self-moving device 20 based on the time difference between receiving the ultrasonic wave. This allows the self-moving device 20 to plan to avoid obstacles in advance, avoid collisions with obstacles, and effectively improve the safety performance of the self-moving device 20.
[0032] The self-propelled device 20 may be equipped with a snow removal device, a leaf blower, or a weed remover, so that the snow removal device, leaf blower, or weed remover can operate in a predetermined area, thereby improving the practicality of the self-propelled device 20. The self-propelled device 20 may also include a battery to provide power for driving the self-propelled device 20.
[0033] The embodiment of the present application also provides a power transmission component 200 and a power transmission component 300, and the power transmission component 200 and the power transmission component 300 are used to electrically contact and connect with each other to transmit electric energy between the two. As an example, the power transmission component 200 and the power transmission component 300 can be applied to the mobile device 20 and the charging station 10 to realize the power transmission between the mobile device 20 and the charging station 10. This specification does not limit whether the power transmission component 200 is applied to the mobile device 20 or the charging station 10, nor does it limit whether the power transmission component 300 is applied to the mobile device 20 or the charging station 10. For example, the power transmission component 200 can be applied to the mobile device 20 as a power receiving end, and the power transmission component 300 is applied to the charging station 10 as a power transmitting end. In this example, the power transmission component 300 is used to transmit electric energy to the power transmission component 200. Alternatively, the power transmission component 200 can also be used in the charging station 10 as a power transmitting end, and the power transmission component 300 is used in the mobile device 20 as a power receiving end. In this example, the power transmission component 300 is used to receive the power transmitted by the power transmission component 200.
[0034] The power transmission assembly 300 may include a second electrode mounting member 320 , a second mating member 330 and a second electrode 310 ; the power transmission assembly 200 may include a first electrode mounting member 220 , a first electrode 210 and a first mating member 209 .
[0035] In some examples, the first electrode 210 is mounted on the first electrode mounting member 220 and is configured to be plugged and mated with the second electrode 310 to achieve contact and electrical connection. The first mating member 209 is mounted on the first electrode mounting member 220 and is configured to be plugged and mated with the second mating member 330. During the plugging and mating process of the first mating member 209 and the second mating member 330, the first mating member 209 and the second mating member 330 are able to move relative to each other along a predetermined plugging direction C. The distance between the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310 is greater than the distance between the first mating member 209 and the second mating member 330. Therefore, the mating of the first mating member 209 and the second mating member 330 takes precedence over the contact between the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310. The first mating piece 209 is first mated with the second mating piece 330, and the first electrode 210 is connected to the second electrode 310 only after the first mating piece 209 is mated with the second mating piece 330. This helps to reduce the contact process between the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310, thereby helping to reduce the wear of the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310, and further helping to extend the service life of the first electrode 210.
[0036] In other examples, the second electrode 310 is mounted on the second electrode mounting member 320 and is configured to be plugged and mated with the first electrode 210 to achieve contact and electrical connection. The second mating member 330 is mounted on the second electrode mounting member 320 and is configured to be plugged and mated with the first mating member 209. During the plugging and mating process of the first mating member 209 and the second mating member 330, the first mating member 209 and the second mating member 330 are able to move relative to each other along a predetermined plugging direction C. The distance between the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310 is greater than the distance between the first mating member 209 and the second mating member 330, and the mating of the first mating member 209 and the second mating member 330 takes precedence over the contact between the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310.
[0037] The following description will be made in detail by taking the example that the power transmission component 200 is applied in the charging station 10 as a power transmitter and the power transmission component 300 is applied in the mobile device 20 as a power receiver.
[0038] The self-moving device 20 may include the above-mentioned power transmission component 300, which is arranged on the main body 21. It can be electrically connected to the battery and the charging station 10 through the power transmission component 200, so that the charging station 10 can charge the battery in the self-moving device 20.
[0039] Referring to Figures 1 and 2 , the power transmission assembly 300 may include a magnetic member 313. When the power transmission assembly 300 is properly connected to the charging station 10, the charging station 10 can recognize the magnetic member 313, allowing the charging station 10 to begin charging the battery of the mobile device 20. There are various options for the magnetic member 313. For example, the magnetic member 313 may be a magnet ring or a magnet block; for another example, the magnetic member 313 may be a magnet ring or a magnet block assembled from multiple magnet pieces. The power transmission assembly 300 may include a second electrode 310. The second electrode 310 may be electrically connected to the battery and the charging station 10, allowing the charging station 10 to charge the battery in the mobile device 20.
[0040] The specific structure of the charging station 10 refers to the following embodiments. Since the charging system 30 adopts all the technical solutions of all the following embodiments, it has at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the following embodiments, which will not be described one by one here.
[0041] The present application also provides a charging station 10, which can be used in a charging system 30. In the following embodiments, the charging station 10 is mainly used in the charging system 30 as an example for description, and other situations requiring the charging station 10 can be implemented with reference to the above.
[0042] Please refer to Figures 1, 3 and 4 simultaneously. The charging station 10 may include a housing 40, a push-pull assembly 100, a power transmission assembly 200 and a controller 400. The push-pull assembly 100 may be installed in the housing 40 to protect the push-pull assembly 100. The push-pull assembly 100 is driveably connected to the power transmission assembly 200 to drive the power transmission assembly 200 to move along the first direction X. The power transmission assembly 200 may include a magnetic sensor 224. The magnetic sensor 224 may be mounted on the first electrode mounting member 220. The magnetic sensor 224 may be used to sense the magnetic member 313 (as shown in Figure 2) of the power transmission assembly 300 of the mobile device 20. The push-pull assembly 100 may include an electric push rod 110, which may have an output shaft 111. The output shaft 111 is connected to the first electrode mounting member 220 to drive the movement of the power transmission component 200. The controller 400 is arranged in the housing 40 and is electrically connected to the electric push rod 110 and the magnetic sensor 224. When the charging station 10 is positioned and connected with the mobile device 20, the controller 400 can control the movement of the output shaft 111 of the electric push rod 110 according to the induction signal of the magnetic sensor 224 to the magnetic member 313.
[0043] In this way, the output shaft 111 of the electric push rod 110 can drive the power transmission component 200 to be electrically connected to the power transmission component 300 of the self-moving device 20. After the positioning and connection between the charging station 10 and the self-moving device 20 are completed, the controller 400 can control the movement of the output shaft 111 of the electric push rod 110 according to the induction signal of the magnetic sensor 224 to the magnetic part 313, so that the output shaft 111 of the electric push rod 110 can push the power transmission component 200 to the appropriate position, thereby facilitating the precise control of the movement stroke of the output shaft 111 of the electric push rod 110, thereby helping the power transmission component 200 to have good contact with the power transmission component 300 of the self-moving device 20, so that the charging station 10 can stably charge the self-moving device 20.
[0044] In addition, the low temperature environment has a lower impact on the magnetic member 313 and the magnetic sensor 224. The magnetic sensor 224 can also have a higher sensitivity and good anti-interference ability in a low temperature environment, so that the magnetic sensor 224 can operate stably in a low temperature environment, thereby improving the reliability and stability of the charging system 30. It is understandable that the magnetic member 313 can be pre-set at a suitable position of the power transmission component 300 of the mobile device 20 so that the magnetic sensor 224 can sense the position of the magnetic member 313. In some embodiments, the magnetic member 313 can be mounted on the surface of the second electrode mounting member 320, thereby helping the magnetic sensor 224 to quickly sense the magnetic member 313.
[0045] In some embodiments, the second electrode 310 can be mounted on the second electrode mounting member 320, and the magnetic member 313 can be disposed adjacent to the second electrode 310. Specifically, the magnetic member 313 is disposed adjacent to the second electrode 310, and when the magnetic sensor 224 responds to the magnetic member 313, the power transmission assembly 200 can be quickly connected to the second electrode 310.
[0046] The mobile device 20 and the charging station 10 can use RTK (Real-Time Kinematic) positioning technology to allow the mobile device 20 to stay next to the charging station 10, so that the charging station 10 can more accurately charge the mobile device 20. When the mobile device 20 needs to be charged, the mobile device 20 and the charging station 10 use RTK (Real-Time Kinematic) positioning technology to allow the mobile device 20 to stay next to the charging station 10, and the charging station 10 can establish a connection with the mobile device 20, so that the controller 400 can confirm that the mobile device 20 has accurately moved to the side of the charging station 10.
[0047] The charging station 10 and the mobile device 20 can be connected to each other through radio waves, infrared rays, or magnetic induction. For example, the charging station 10 can be connected to the mobile device 20 through a magnetic induction magnetic field signal. For example, a magnetic induction sensor is provided on one of the mobile device 20 and the charging station 10, and a positioning coil for the magnetic induction sensor to sense is provided on the other of the charging station 10 and the mobile device 20, so that the controller 400 can confirm that the mobile device 20 has been accurately moved to the side of the charging station 10 after the positioning connection between the charging station 10 and the mobile device 20 is completed. For example, the charging station 10 can be connected to the mobile device 20 through infrared rays. Infrared sensors are provided on both the mobile device 20 and the charging station 10. The infrared sensor in the mobile device 20 can receive infrared rays emitted by the infrared sensor in the charging station 10 to achieve positioning connection.
[0048] When the controller 400 confirms that the self-mobile device 20 has accurately moved to the side of the charging station 10, the controller 400 can control the output shaft 111 of the electric linear actuator 110 to move. At this time, the output shaft 111 of the electric linear actuator 110 of the charging station 10 can drive the power transmission component 200 to electrically connect with the power transmission component 300 of the self-mobile device 20. Because the magnetic sensor 224 detects different parameters, such as the magnetic field strength or magnetic flux, of the magnetic member 313 as it moves with the electric linear actuator 110, for example, as the magnetic sensor 224 gradually approaches the magnetic member 313, the magnetic field strength of the magnetic member 313 detected by the magnetic sensor 224 gradually increases. As a result, the magnetic field strength or magnetic flux of the magnetic member 313 sensed by the magnetic sensor 224 varies when the magnetic sensor 224 is at different positions. Therefore, the controller 400 can control the movement of the output shaft 111 of the electric push rod 110 according to the size of parameters such as the magnetic field strength or magnetic flux of the magnetic part 313 sensed by the magnetic sensor 224. For example, the controller 400 can compare the size of parameters such as the magnetic field strength or magnetic flux stored in advance with the size of parameters such as the magnetic field strength or magnetic flux of the magnetic part 313 sensed by the magnetic sensor 224, so that the controller 400 controls the movement of the output shaft 111 of the electric push rod 110 when the conditions are met, which helps to ensure good contact between the power transmission component 200 and the power transmission component 300 of the mobile device 20.
[0049] The controller 400 may be a central control unit, or may include multiple sub-control units. The controller 400 includes components such as a circuit board.
[0050] The magnetic sensor 224 can detect the magnetic field by utilizing the magnetic field sensitivity characteristics of magnetic sensitive materials (such as magnetoresistance, Hall elements, etc.). When the measured magnetic field of the magnetic member 313 acts on the magnetic sensor 224, it will cause changes in the physical quantity inside the magnetic sensitive material of the magnetic sensor 224, such as changes in resistance, voltage or current, and then convert it into a measurable electrical signal, that is, an induction signal. Among them, the magnetic sensor 224 can have a variety of options, for example, the magnetic sensor 224 can be a Hall effect sensor; for example, the magnetic sensor 224 can be a magnetoresistive sensor; for example, the magnetic sensor 224 can be a magnetic induction sensor.
[0051] The power transmission assembly 200 may further include a first electrode 210, which may be mounted on a first electrode mounting member 220. For example, the first electrode 210 may be secured to the first electrode mounting member 220 by plugging or threading. The first electrode 210 may be electrically connected to an external power source to provide power to the charging station 10, thereby enabling the charging station 10 to charge the mobile device 20. When the power transmission assembly 200 is electrically connected to the power transmission assembly 300 of the mobile device 20, the first electrode 210 is electrically connected to the second electrode 310.
[0052] The magnetic sensor 224 can be set adjacent to the first electrode 210. When the first electrode 210 is in good contact with the second electrode 310, the magnetic sensor 224 can quickly and accurately sense the magnetic part 313, so that the controller 400 can promptly control the output shaft 111 of the electric push rod 110 to stop moving, thereby helping to reduce the risk of the output shaft 111 of the electric push rod 110 continuing to move and damaging other components when the first electrode 210 is in good contact with the second electrode 310.
[0053] Referring to FIG. 5 , in some embodiments, the power transmission assembly 200 may further include a sensor mounting member 225 connected to the first electrode mounting member 220 . The sensor mounting member 225 may be provided with a mounting slot 2252 , and the magnetic sensor 224 may be mounted in the mounting slot 2252 . For example, the magnetic sensor 224 may be bonded to the mounting slot 2252 using an adhesive; or, for another example, the magnetic sensor 224 may be restrained in the mounting slot 2252 using a sheet metal member. Thus, mounting the magnetic sensor 224 in the mounting slot 2252 allows for a more compact assembly of the power transmission assembly 200 and facilitates installation of the magnetic sensor 224 , resulting in a simple structure and convenient operation. Furthermore, when the electric push rod 110 drives the power transmission assembly 200 to move, this helps reduce the risk of direct collision between the magnetic sensor 224 and other components, thereby facilitating protection of the magnetic sensor 224 .
[0054] Please refer to Figures 4 and 6 simultaneously. The charging station 10 may further include a guide component 500. The guide component 500 may be located within the housing 40. The guide component 500 may include a guide sleeve 510 and a guide shaft 520 slidably located within the guide sleeve 510. The guide sleeve 510 may be connected to the housing 40. For example, the guide sleeve 510 may be fixedly connected to the housing 40 by welding, or the guide sleeve 510 may be fixed relative to the housing 40 by a flange. The end of the guide shaft 520 may be connected to the first electrode mounting member 220. Specifically, the end of the guide shaft 520 extending from the guide sleeve 510 is connected to the first electrode mounting member 220, and the sliding direction of the guide shaft 520 is parallel to the moving direction of the output shaft 111 of the electric push rod 110. Since the end of the guide shaft 520 and the output shaft 111 of the electric push rod 110 are both connected to the first electrode mounting member 220, when the output shaft 111 of the electric push rod 110 moves, the output shaft 111 of the electric push rod 110 can drive the guide shaft 520 to slide in the guide sleeve 510, thereby helping the guide component 500 to guide the moving direction of the output shaft 111 of the electric push rod 110, so that the output shaft 111 of the electric push rod 110 can move stably along the preset direction.
[0055] In some embodiments, the number of guide components 500 can be multiple, for example, the guide components 500 can be two, three or four, etc. Multiple guide components 500 are more helpful in guiding the moving direction of the output shaft 111 of the electric push rod 110, so that the output shaft 111 of the electric push rod 110 can move more stably along the set direction.
[0056] In some embodiments, the guide component 500 may further include a ball bushing 530. The outer periphery of the ball bushing 530 is provided with a plurality of balls, and two adjacent balls may be arranged at intervals. The ball bushing 530 may be sleeved on the outer periphery of the guide shaft 520 so that the ball bushing 530 can be located between the guide sleeve 510 and the guide shaft 520. The ball bushing 530 helps reduce the friction between the guide sleeve 510 and the guide shaft 520, thereby facilitating the smooth sliding of the guide shaft 520 within the guide sleeve 510. In addition, the ball bushing 530 is located between the guide sleeve 510 and the guide shaft 520. The friction between the guide sleeve 510 and the guide shaft 520 is relatively small, which helps reduce the risk of the guide shaft 520 sliding and getting stuck within the guide sleeve 510. Moreover, the friction between the guide sleeve 510 and the guide shaft 520 is relatively small, which helps extend the service life of the guide sleeve 510 and the guide shaft 520.
[0057] In some embodiments, the guide member 500 may further include a first stopper 540 and a second stopper 550. The first stopper 540 may be located at an end of the guide shaft 520 away from the first electrode mounting member 220. The second stopper 550 may have a mounting hole 551, through which the guide shaft 520 may pass. The ball bushing 530 may be located between the first stopper 540 and the second stopper 550. Specifically, the first stopper 540 may be a stopper plate or a stopper block. The first stopper 540 may be connected to the end of the guide shaft 520 away from the first electrode mounting member 220, and the outer diameter of the first stopper 540 may be larger than the outer diameter of the guide shaft 520. The second stopper 550 may be a silicone stopper sleeve or a rubber stopper sleeve. The second stopper 550 may be securely mounted on the guide shaft 520 and not easily moved. In this way, the first limiting portion 540 and the second limiting portion 550 can limit the ball sleeve 530 on the guide shaft 520, thereby helping to reduce the risk of the ball sleeve 530 falling off the guide shaft 520. In addition, the first limiting portion 540 and the second limiting portion 550 can limit the ball sleeve 530 to the end of the guide shaft 520 away from the first electrode mounting member 220. When the end of the guide shaft 520 away from the first electrode mounting member 220 is located in the guide sleeve 510, the ball sleeve 530 can also reduce the friction between the guide shaft 520 located in the guide sleeve 510 and the guide sleeve 510, allowing the guide shaft 520 to slide more smoothly within the guide sleeve 510.
[0058] In some embodiments, the charging station 10 may further include a support plate 600 located within the housing 40, and the electric push rod 110 and the guide sleeve 510 are both mounted on the support plate 600. Specifically, the support plate 600 may be installed in a suitable position, for example, the support plate 600 may be located in the middle of the housing 40, so that when the center of gravity of the electric push rod 110 and the guide sleeve 510 changes, the support plate 600 can provide support, allowing the electric push rod 110 and the guide sleeve 510 to operate stably.
[0059] Among them, corresponding snap-in notches can be provided at the connection between the support plate 600 and the electric push rod 110 and the guide sleeve 510, so that the support plate 600 can be snap-fitted with the electric push rod 110 and the guide sleeve 510 respectively, which helps to improve the stability and reliability of the connection between the support plate 600 and the electric push rod 110 and the guide sleeve 510.
[0060] In some embodiments, the housing 40 may be provided with a receiving space 410, and the output shaft 111 of the electric push rod 110 may be connected to the first electrode mounting member 220 to drive the power transmission assembly 200 to be stored in or extended from the receiving space 410. Specifically, as shown in FIG1 , when the power transmission assembly 200 of the charging station 10 is connected to the power transmission assembly 300 of the self-moving device 20, the output shaft 111 of the electric push rod 110 may drive the power transmission assembly 200 to extend from the receiving space 410, thereby electrically connecting the power transmission assembly 200 to the power transmission assembly 300. When the power transmission assembly 200 of the charging station 10 is not connected to the power transmission assembly 300 of the self-moving device 20, the output shaft 111 of the electric push rod 110 may drive the power transmission assembly 200 to be stored in the receiving space 410, thereby protecting the power transmission assembly 200.
[0061] Referring to Figures 1 and 7, in some embodiments, the housing 40 is provided with a through hole 411, which can communicate with the accommodating space 410. The charging station 10 can also include a shielding door 700, which is movably connected to the housing 40 to cover or open the through hole 411. For example, the shielding door 700 can be rotatably connected to the housing 40 via a hinge or a latch, so that the shielding door 700 can cover or open the through hole 411. For another example, one of the shielding door 700 and the housing 40 can be provided with a slide rail, and the other of the shielding door 700 and the housing 40 can be provided with a slider, so that the shielding door 700 can cover or open the through hole 411.
[0062] When the power transmission component 200 of the charging station 10 is connected to the power transmission component 300 of the self-moving device 20, the shielding door 700 opens the through hole 411 so that the output shaft 111 of the electric push rod 110 can extend from the through hole 411 to the accommodating space 410; when the power transmission component 200 of the charging station 10 is not connected to the power transmission component 300 of the self-moving device 20, the power transmission component 200 can be stored in the accommodating space 410, and the shielding door 700 can block the through hole 411, thereby helping to reduce the risk of external impurities entering the accommodating space 410 from the through hole 411.
[0063] Please refer to Figures 2, 4 and 8 at the same time. In some embodiments, the power transmission component 200 may further include a first adjustment component 230, a second adjustment component 240 and a transmitter mounting base 250. The first electrode 210, the first electrode mounting member 220, the first adjustment component 230, the second adjustment component 240 and the transmitter mounting base 250 are arranged in sequence. The first electrode mounting member 220 is rotatably connected to the first adjustment component 230 to drive the first electrode 210 to swing under the action of an external force. The first adjustment component 230 is movably connected between the first electrode mounting member 220 and the second adjustment component 240 to drive the first electrode 210 and the first electrode mounting member 220 to move along the second direction Y under the action of an external force. The second adjustment component 240 is movably connected between the first adjustment component 230 and the transmitter mounting base 250 to drive the first electrode 210, the first electrode mounting member 220 and the first adjustment component 230 to move along the third direction Z under the action of an external force. The first direction X and the second direction Y It intersects with the third direction Z.
[0064] In this way, when the charging station 10 needs to charge the self-moving device 20, the push-pull component 100 can move the power transmission component 200 along the first direction X, and the first electrode 210 contacts the second electrode 310 of the self-moving device 20, so that the first electrode 210 can move along the second direction Y and / or the third direction Z under the action of external force during the movement along the first direction X, and can also swing, which helps the first electrode 210 to adaptively adjust relative to the second electrode 310 of the self-moving device 20, thereby helping the first electrode 210 to be accurately electrically connected to the second electrode 310 (that is, the first electrode 210 can be accurately plugged into the socket of the second electrode 310, so that the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310 have a larger contact area), preventing poor contact between the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310, and thus allowing the charging station 10 to charge the self-moving device 20 normally. In addition, the cooperation between the first electrode mounting member 220 , the first adjusting member 230 and the second adjusting member 240 can provide the first electrode 210 with multiple degrees of freedom, which helps to accurately adjust the position of the first electrode 210 .
[0065] It is understood that the first electrode 210 contacts the second electrode 310 of the self-moving device 20 under the action of the push-pull assembly 100. As the push-pull assembly 100 continues to push the first electrode 210, the first electrode 210 is subjected to the reaction force of the self-moving device 20, causing the first electrode 210 to move along the second direction Y and / or the third direction Z under the action of the push-pull assembly 100 and the external force, and the first electrode 210 may also swing. The external force applied to the first electrode 210 may be the reaction force of the second electrode 310 of the self-moving device 20 on the first electrode 210.
[0066] When the mobile device 20 is parked near the charging station 10 , the positioning of the mobile device 20 by the positioning navigation system (the mobile device 20 can be positioned using real-time dynamic measurement technology) may have deviations, resulting in a certain horizontal deviation between the second electrode 310 and the first electrode 210 .
[0067] In view of this, in some embodiments, the second direction Y can be a horizontal direction. In this way, the first adjustment component 230 can drive the first electrode 210 and the first electrode mounting member 220 to move in the horizontal direction under the action of the push-pull assembly 100 and an external force, thereby compensating for the horizontal deviation between the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310.
[0068] In some embodiments, the axial direction of the rotation axis O of the first electrode mounting member 220 and the first adjustment member 230 can be vertical, so that the first electrode mounting member 220 swings toward the left and right sides of the rotation axis O under the action of the push-pull assembly 100 and external force, thereby also compensating for the horizontal deviation of the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310.
[0069] When debris such as snow, mud, or branches accumulates on the ground, the self-moving device 20 may be lifted by the debris. Therefore, in some embodiments, the third direction Z may be vertical. Under the influence of the push-pull assembly 100 and an external force, the second adjustment component 240 can drive the first electrode 210, the first electrode mounting member 220, and the first adjustment component 230 to move vertically, thereby compensating for vertical deviation between the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310.
[0070] The first direction X, the second direction Y, and the third direction Z may intersect with each other in a three-dimensional space. For example, the first direction X, the second direction Y, and the third direction Z may be perpendicular to each other. The first direction X may be the X-axis direction of a three-dimensional coordinate system, the second direction Y may be the Y-axis direction of the three-dimensional coordinate system, and the third direction Z may be the Z-axis direction of the three-dimensional coordinate system.
[0071] The push-pull assembly 100 can be transmission-connected to the power transmission assembly 200 to drive the power transmission assembly 200 to move along the first direction X. For example, the push-pull assembly 100 can be transmission-connected to the transmitter mounting base 250 to drive the power transmission assembly 200 to move along the first direction X. The push-pull assembly 100 can be fixedly connected to the transmitter mounting base 250 via a screw connection or a snap connection.
[0072] The end of the output shaft 111 of the push-pull assembly 100 can be fixedly connected to the transmitter mounting bracket 250, allowing the electric push rod 110 to be driveably connected to the power transmission assembly 200, thereby driving the power transmission assembly 200 to move along the first direction X, thereby facilitating the first electrode 210 of the charging station 10 to selectively contact or disengage from the second electrode 310. In some embodiments, the transmitter mounting bracket 250, the first electrode mounting member 220, and the sensor mounting member 225 can be integrally formed, thereby simplifying the installation process of the power transmission assembly 200. The first electrode 210 of the power transmission assembly 200 can be connected to an external power source so that the charging station 10 can charge the mobile device 20.
[0073] In some embodiments, the first adjustment component 230 may include a first adjustment member 231 and a second adjustment member 232, and the second adjustment member 232 may be opposite to the first adjustment member 231. The first electrode 210, the first electrode mounting member 220, the second adjustment member 232, the first adjustment member 231, the second adjustment component 240, and the transmitter mounting base 250 are connected in sequence.
[0074] The first adjusting member 231 can be connected to the second adjusting member 240. For example, the first adjusting member 231 can be fixedly connected to the second adjusting member 240 by screw connection, snap connection or riveting, so that the first electrode 210, the first electrode mounting member 220, the second adjusting member 232 and the first adjusting member 231 move along the third direction Z following the second adjusting member 240 under the action of the push-pull assembly 100 and external force.
[0075] The second adjusting member 232 is movably connected to the first adjusting member 231 along the second direction Y, and the first electrode mounting member 220 can be located on the side of the second adjusting member 232 away from the first adjusting member 231, so that the first electrode 210 and the first electrode mounting member 220 follow the second adjusting member 232 to move relative to the first adjusting member 231 along the second direction Y under the action of the push-pull assembly 100 and external force, so that the position of the first electrode 210 can be adaptively adjusted along the second direction Y relative to the position of the second electrode 310.
[0076] In some embodiments, one of the first adjusting member 231 and the second adjusting member 232 is a guide rail, and the other of the first adjusting member 231 and the second adjusting member 232 is a slider. The first adjusting member 231 can be a guide rail, and correspondingly, the second adjusting member 232 can be a slider; or the first adjusting member 231 can be a slider, and correspondingly, the second adjusting member 232 can be a guide rail. In this way, the structures of the first adjusting member 231 and the second adjusting member 232 are relatively simple, the movement of the second adjusting member 232 relative to the first adjusting member 231 is also relatively convenient, and the cost is low. In addition, the combination of the guide rail and the slider can achieve highly precise positioning and position control, so that the slider can move along the specific track of the guide rail, ensuring the accuracy and stability of the movement.
[0077] In this embodiment, when the first adjusting member 231 is a guide rail and the second adjusting member 232 is a slider, the two ends of the first adjusting member 231 can also be provided with limit members, which can be limit columns or limit blocks, so as to limit the second adjusting member 232 from moving between the limit members at both ends of the first adjusting member 231, thereby preventing the second adjusting member 232 from sliding out of the first adjusting member 231.
[0078] In some embodiments, the first adjustment component 230 may further include a first connector 233, wherein the first electrode 210, the first electrode mounting member 220, the first connector 233, the second adjustment member 232, the first adjustment member 231, the second adjustment component 240, and the transmitter mounting base 250 are sequentially connected. The first connector 233 may be located between the second adjustment member 232 and the first electrode mounting member 220, and the first electrode mounting member 220 may be rotatably connected to the first connector 233. The first connector 233 may be connected to the second adjustment member 232 by screws or welding, so that the second adjustment member 232 can drive the first electrode 210, the first electrode mounting member 220, and the first connector 233 to move along the second direction Y under the action of the push-pull assembly 100 and external force.
[0079] The second adjustment component 240 may further include a second connecting member 241, which is located between the transmitting end mounting seat 250 and the first adjustment member 231, so that the second connecting member 241 carries the first electrode 210, the first electrode mounting member 220 and the first adjustment component 230 and follows the fourth adjustment member 243 to move along the third direction Z.
[0080] The power transmission assembly 200 may further include a first elastic member 260. The first elastic member 260 may be of various types, such as an elastic cord or a tension spring. The first elastic member 260 may be connected between the first connector 233 and the second connector 241 to maintain the first electrode 210 at or near the center of the transmitter mounting base 250.
[0081] The center position of the transmitter mounting base 250 can be approximately located in the middle of the transmitter mounting base 250, and the projection of the middle position of the trajectory of the second adjustment member 232 moving along the second direction Y on the transmitter mounting base 250 can approximately coincide with the center position of the transmitter mounting base 250. The initial position of the first electrode 210 can approximately coincide with the middle position of the trajectory of the second adjustment member 232 moving along the second direction Y. In this way, the initial position of the first electrode 210 being located at the center of the transmitter mounting base 250 can provide the first electrode 210 with a larger range of motion on the transmitter mounting base 250, thereby further facilitating the movement of the first electrode 210 along the second direction Y, thereby helping to expand the range of adaptive adjustment of the first electrode 210 along the second direction Y.
[0082] Among them, the second adjusting member 232 can drive the first connecting member 233 to move relative to the second connecting member 241 along the second direction Y under the action of the push-pull assembly 100 and external force, so that the position of the first connecting member 233 changes relative to the position of the second connecting member 241, thereby causing the first elastic member 260 to undergo a larger elastic deformation, that is, the first elastic member 260 is stretched.
[0083] After the charging station 10 has finished charging the mobile device 20, the push-pull assembly 100 needs to disengage the power transmission assembly 200 from the second electrode 310 of the mobile device 20. The power transmission assembly 200 is no longer affected by the push-pull assembly 100 or external forces. At this point, the first elastic member 260 needs to return to its original shape. Therefore, the first elastic member 260 applies a pulling force to the first connector 233 and the second connector 241. Under the pulling force of the first elastic member 260, the first connector 233 resets relative to the second connector 241, returning the first electrode 210 to its initial position along the second direction Y. This allows the charging station 10 to effectively and adaptively adjust its position relative to the second electrode 310 along the second direction Y the next time it charges the mobile device 20.
[0084] In some embodiments, there can be multiple first elastic members 260, and the multiple first elastic members 260 can be evenly distributed on both sides of the second adjusting member 232, so that the second adjusting member 232 can be moved more accurately to the middle position of the trajectory of the second adjusting member 232 moving along the second direction Y under the action of the first elastic member 260, which is more helpful for the second adjusting member 232 to move relative to the first adjusting member 231 along the second direction Y, thereby being more helpful for the adaptive adjustment of the position of the first electrode 210 relative to the position of the second electrode 310 along the second direction Y.
[0085] In some embodiments, the power transmission assembly 200 may further include a first connecting rod 201, which is movably connected to the first connecting member 233 along its length. For example, the first connecting rod 201 may be threadedly connected to the first connecting member 233. In another example, the first connecting rod 201 may be plugged into the first connecting member 233, thereby facilitating the first connecting rod 201 to adjust the length of its protrusion from the first connecting member 233, thereby facilitating the first connecting rod 201 to cooperate with the first elastic member 260. Of course, the number of first connecting rods 201 may correspond to the number of first elastic members 260, for example, the number of first connecting rods 201 may be the same as the number of first elastic members 260.
[0086] The power transmission assembly 200 may further include a second connecting rod 202, which is movably connected to the second connecting member 241 along its length. For example, the second connecting rod 202 may be threadedly connected to the second connecting member 241. In another example, the second connecting rod 202 may be plugged into the second connecting member 241, thereby facilitating adjustment of the length by which the second connecting rod 202 protrudes beyond the second connecting member 241, thereby facilitating engagement of the second connecting rod 202 with the first elastic member 260. Of course, the number of second connecting rods 202 may correspond to the number of first elastic members 260, for example, the number of second connecting rods 202 may be the same as the number of first elastic members 260.
[0087] The first elastic member 260 can be connected between the first connecting rod 201 and the second connecting rod 202. Specifically, one end of the first elastic member 260 is connected to the first connecting rod 201, and the other end of the second elastic member 270 is connected to the second connecting rod 202. In addition, the first connecting rod 201 is movably connected to the first connecting member 233 along its length, and the second connecting rod 202 is movably connected to the second connecting member 241 along its length, thereby facilitating adjustment of the tightness of the first elastic member 260 by adjusting the length of the first connecting rod 201 protruding from the first connecting member 233 and the length of the second connecting rod 202 protruding from the second connecting member 241, thereby facilitating adjustment of the preload force of the first elastic member 260.
[0088] In some embodiments, the second adjustment component 240 may also include a third adjustment member 242 and a fourth adjustment member 243, and the third adjustment member 242 may be arranged opposite to the fourth adjustment member 243, wherein the first electrode 210, the first electrode mounting member 220, the first connecting member 233, the second adjustment member 232, the first adjustment member 231, the second connecting member 241, the fourth adjustment member 243, the third adjustment member 242 and the transmitting end mounting base 250 are connected in sequence.
[0089] The third adjusting member 242 can be connected to the transmitter mounting base 250. For example, the third adjusting member 242 can be connected to the transmitter mounting base 250 by means of screw connection; for another example, the third adjusting member 242 can be connected to the transmitter mounting base 250 by means of snap connection; for another example, the third adjusting member 242 can be connected to the transmitter mounting base 250 by means of welding connection, so that the second adjusting member 232 is fixedly connected to the transmitter mounting base 250.
[0090] The fourth adjusting member 243 is movably connected to the third adjusting member 242 along the third direction Z, and the second connecting member 241 is located on a side of the fourth adjusting member 243 facing away from the third adjusting member 242. The second connecting member 241 can be fixedly connected to the fourth adjusting member 243 by screw connection, snap connection, or riveting, so that the first electrode 210, the first electrode mounting member 220, the first connecting member 233, the second adjusting member 232, the first adjusting member 231, and the second connecting member 241 move relative to the third adjusting member 242 along the third direction Z following the fourth adjusting member 243 under the action of the push-pull assembly 100 and external force, so that the position of the first electrode 210 can be adaptively adjusted relative to the position of the second electrode 310 along the third direction Z.
[0091] In some embodiments, one of the third adjusting member 242 and the fourth adjusting member 243 is a guide rail, and the other of the third adjusting member 242 and the fourth adjusting member 243 is a slider. The third adjusting member 242 can be a guide rail, and correspondingly, the fourth adjusting member 243 can be a slider; or the third adjusting member 242 can be a slider, and correspondingly, the fourth adjusting member 243 can be a guide rail. In this way, the structures of the third adjusting member 242 and the fourth adjusting member 243 are relatively simple, the movement of the fourth adjusting member 243 relative to the third adjusting member 242 is also relatively convenient, and the cost is low. In addition, the combination of the guide rail and the slider can achieve highly precise positioning and position control, allowing the slider to move along the specific track of the guide rail, ensuring the accuracy and stability of the movement.
[0092] In this embodiment, when the third adjusting member 242 is a guide rail and the fourth adjusting member 243 is a slider, the two ends of the third adjusting member 242 can also be provided with limit members, which can be limit columns or limit blocks, so as to limit the movement of the fourth adjusting member 243 between the limit members at both ends of the third adjusting member 242, thereby preventing the fourth adjusting member 243 from sliding out of the third adjusting member 242.
[0093] In some embodiments, the power transmission assembly 200 may further include a second elastic member 270. The second elastic member 270 may be of various types, such as an elastic cord as in the first elastic member 260 or a tension spring. The second elastic member 270 may be connected between the transmitter mounting base 250 and the second connector 241 to maintain the first electrode 210 at or near the center of the transmitter mounting base 250.
[0094] The center position of the transmitter mounting base 250 can be approximately located in the middle of the transmitter mounting base 250, and the projection of the middle position of the trajectory of the fourth adjustment member 243 moving along the third direction Z on the transmitter mounting base 250 can approximately coincide with the center position of the transmitter mounting base 250. The initial position of the first electrode 210 can approximately coincide with the middle position of the trajectory of the fourth adjustment member 243 moving along the third direction Z. In this way, the initial position of the first electrode 210 being located at the center of the transmitter mounting base 250 can provide the first electrode 210 with a larger range of motion on the transmitter mounting base 250, thereby further facilitating the movement of the transmitter mounting base 250 along the third direction Z, and further helping to expand the range of adaptive adjustment of the first electrode 210 along the third direction Z.
[0095] Among them, the fourth adjusting member 243 can drive the second connecting member 241 to move relative to the transmitting end mounting seat 250 along the third direction Z under the action of the push-pull assembly 100 and external force, so that the position of the second connecting member 241 changes relative to the transmitting end mounting seat 250, thereby causing the second elastic member 270 to undergo a larger elastic deformation, that is, the second elastic member 270 is stretched.
[0096] After the charging station 10 has finished charging the mobile device 20, the push-pull assembly 100 needs to drive the power transmission assembly 200 to disengage from the second electrode 310 of the mobile device 20. The power transmission assembly 200 is no longer affected by the push-pull assembly 100 or external forces. At this point, the second elastic member 270 needs to return to its original shape, so the second elastic member 270 applies a pulling force to the first connecting member 233 and the transmitter mounting base 250. Under the pulling force of the second elastic member 270, the second connecting member 241 can be reset relative to the transmitter mounting base 250. In other words, the fourth adjustment member 243 is reset relative to the third adjustment member 242 under the action of the second elastic member 270, causing the first electrode 210 to return to its initial position along the third direction Z. This allows the charging station 10 to effectively and adaptively adjust the position of the first electrode 210 along the third direction Z the next time it charges the mobile device 20.
[0097] In some embodiments, there can be multiple second elastic members 270, and the multiple second elastic members 270 can be evenly distributed on both sides of the fourth adjusting member 243, so that the fourth adjusting member 243 can be more accurately moved to the middle position of the trajectory of the fourth adjusting member 243 moving along the third direction Z under the action of the second elastic member 270, which is more conducive to the fourth adjusting member 243 moving along the third direction Z relative to the third adjusting member 242, thereby being more conducive to the adaptive adjustment of the position of the power transmission component 200 relative to the position of the second electrode 321 along the third direction Z.
[0098] The power transmission assembly 200 may further include a third connecting rod 203, which is movably connected to the transmitter mounting base 250 along its length. For example, the third connecting rod 203 may be threadedly connected to the transmitter mounting base 250. In another example, the third connecting rod 203 may be plugged into the transmitter mounting base 250, thereby facilitating adjustment of the length of the third connecting rod 203 protruding from the transmitter mounting base 250, thereby facilitating engagement of the third connecting rod 203 with the second elastic member 270. Of course, the number of third connecting rods 203 may correspond to the number of second elastic members 270, for example, the number of third connecting rods 203 may be the same as the number of second elastic members 270.
[0099] The power transmission assembly 200 may further include a fourth connecting rod 204, which is movably connected to the second connecting member 241 along its length. For example, the fourth connecting rod 204 may be threadedly connected to the second connecting member 241. In another example, the fourth connecting rod 204 may be plugged into the second connecting member 241, thereby facilitating adjustment of the length of the fourth connecting rod 204 protruding from the second connecting member 241, thereby facilitating engagement of the fourth connecting rod 204 with the second elastic member 270. Of course, the number of fourth connecting rods 204 may correspond to the number of second elastic members 270, for example, the number of fourth connecting rods 204 may be the same as the number of second elastic members 270.
[0100] The second elastic member 270 can be connected between the third connecting rod 203 and the fourth connecting rod 204. Specifically, one end of the second elastic member 270 is connected to the third connecting rod 203, and the other end of the second elastic member 270 is connected to the fourth connecting rod 204. In addition, the third connecting rod 203 is movably connected to the launch end mounting base 250 along its length, and the fourth connecting rod 204 is movably connected to the second connecting member 241 along its length. This helps to adjust the tightness of the second elastic member 270 by adjusting the length of the third connecting rod 203 protruding from the launch end mounting base 250 and the length of the fourth connecting rod 204 protruding from the second connecting member 241, thereby helping to adjust the preload force of the second elastic member 270.
[0101] In some embodiments, a first rotating structure 221 may be provided on a side of the first electrode mounting member 220 facing the transmitting end mounting base 250, and a second rotating structure 233a may be provided on a side of the first connecting member 233 facing the first electrode mounting member 220. The second rotating structure 233a includes a first side wall 233b and a second side wall 233c that are opposite and spaced apart from each other, and the first rotating structure 221 is rotatably hinged between the first side wall 233b and the second side wall 233c. Specifically, the first side wall 233b and the second side wall 233c may be arranged in sequence along the axial direction of the rotation axis O of the first rotating structure 221 and the second rotating structure 233a (the rotation axis O is located at the connection between the first rotating structure 221 and the second rotating structure 233a, and the axial direction of the rotation axis O may be consistent with the third direction Z). The first rotating structure 221 may be hinged to the first side wall 233b and the second side wall 233c via a hinge or a latch. In this way, the second rotating structure 233a can be rotatably connected to the first rotating structure 221, and can also have a certain limiting effect on the first rotating structure 221 through the first side wall 233b and the second side wall 233c, thereby helping the first rotating structure 221 to swing toward both sides of the rotation axis O between the first rotating structure 221 and the second rotating structure 233a, thereby allowing the first rotating structure 221 to swing along a specific direction.
[0102] In some embodiments, the power transmission assembly 200 may further include a third elastic member 280 and a fourth elastic member 290. The third elastic member 280 may be located on the side of the first electrode 210 that swings relative to the second rotating structure 233a along a fourth direction A (as shown in FIG. 4 , the fourth direction A may be counterclockwise around the rotation axis O between the first rotating structure 221 and the second rotating structure 233a). The third elastic member 280 may be connected to the first electrode mounting member 220 and the first connecting member 233. The fourth elastic member 290 may be located on the side of the first electrode 210 that swings relative to the second rotating structure 233a along a fifth direction B (as shown in FIG. 4 , the fifth direction B may be clockwise around the rotation axis O between the first rotating structure 221 and the second rotating structure 233a). The fourth elastic member 290 may be connected to the first electrode mounting member 220 and the second connecting member 241. The fourth direction A and the fifth direction B may be arranged around the rotation axis O of the first rotating structure 221 and the second rotating structure 233a, and the fourth direction A is opposite to the fifth direction B. Of course, in other embodiments, the fourth direction A may be a clockwise direction around the rotation axis O between the first rotating structure 221 and the second rotating structure 233a; correspondingly, the fifth direction B may be a counterclockwise direction around the rotation axis O between the first rotating structure 221 and the second rotating structure 233a.
[0103] Specifically, when the power transmission component 200 is not affected by the push-pull component 100 and external force, the third elastic member 280 and the fourth elastic member 290 can limit the first electrode mounting component 220 to the middle position of the swing trajectory of the first electrode mounting component 220, so that the first electrode mounting component 220 drives the first electrode 210 to swing along the fourth direction A or the fifth direction B under the action of the push-pull component 100 and external force, thereby allowing the first electrode 210 to swing in multiple directions.
[0104] In addition, after the charging station 10 finishes charging the mobile device 20, the first electrode mounting member 220 rotates to the middle position of the swing trajectory of the first electrode mounting member 220 under the action of the third elastic member 280 and the fourth elastic member 290, avoiding the first electrode mounting member 220 from being in an extreme position, so that the first electrode 210 also has a larger swing amplitude during the next charging.
[0105] In some embodiments, the power transmission assembly 200 may further include a fifth connecting rod 205, which may be movably connected to the first electrode mounting member 220 along its own length direction. For example, the fifth connecting rod 205 may be threadedly connected to the first electrode mounting member 220; for another example, the fifth connecting rod 205 may be plugged into the first electrode mounting member 220, thereby helping the fifth connecting rod 205 to move along its own length direction to adjust the length of the fifth connecting rod 205 protruding from the first electrode mounting member 220, thereby helping the fifth connecting rod 205 to cooperate with the third elastic member 280.
[0106] The power transmission component 200 may also include a sixth connecting rod 206, which can be movably connected to the first electrode mounting member 220 along its own length direction. For example, the sixth connecting rod 206 can be threadedly connected to the first electrode mounting member 220; for another example, the sixth connecting rod 206 can be plugged into the first electrode mounting member 220, thereby helping the sixth connecting rod 206 to move along its own length direction to adjust the length of the sixth connecting rod 206 protruding from the first electrode mounting member 220, thereby helping the sixth connecting rod 206 to cooperate with the fourth elastic member 290.
[0107] The power transmission assembly 200 may further include a seventh connecting rod 207, which is movably connected to the first connecting member 233 along its length. For example, the seventh connecting rod 207 may be threadedly connected to the first connecting member 233; in another example, the seventh connecting rod 207 may be plugged into the first connecting member 233, thereby facilitating movement of the seventh connecting rod 207 along its length to adjust the length of the seventh connecting rod 207 protruding from the first electrode mounting member 220, thereby facilitating engagement of the seventh connecting rod 207 with the third elastic member 280. In this embodiment, the seventh connecting rod 207 may be the same connecting rod as the first connecting rod 201. Of course, in other embodiments, the seventh connecting rod 207 and the first connecting rod 201 may each be a separate connecting rod.
[0108] The power transmission assembly 200 may further include an eighth connecting rod 208 movably connected to the first connecting member 233 along its length. For example, the eighth connecting rod 208 may be threadedly connected to the first connecting member 233. In another example, the eighth connecting rod 208 may be plugged into the first connecting member 233, thereby facilitating movement of the eighth connecting rod 208 along its length to adjust the length of the eighth connecting rod 208 protruding from the first electrode mounting member 220, thereby facilitating engagement of the eighth connecting rod 208 with the fourth elastic member 290. In this embodiment, the eighth connecting rod 208 may be the same connecting rod as the first connecting rod 201. Of course, in other embodiments, the eighth connecting rod 208 and the first connecting rod 201 may each be a separate connecting rod.
[0109] The third elastic member 280 can be connected between the fifth connecting rod 205 and the seventh connecting rod 207. This allows the tightness of the third elastic member 280 to be adjusted by adjusting the length of the fifth connecting rod 205 protruding from the first electrode mounting member 220 and the length of the seventh connecting rod 207 protruding from the first connecting member 233, thereby facilitating adjustment of the preload force of the third elastic member 280. The fourth elastic member 290 can be connected between the sixth connecting rod 206 and the eighth connecting rod 208. This allows the tightness of the fourth elastic member 290 to be adjusted by adjusting the length of the sixth connecting rod 206 protruding from the first electrode mounting member 220 and the length of the eighth connecting rod 208 protruding from the first connecting member 233, thereby facilitating adjustment of the preload force of the fourth elastic member 290.
[0110] Referring to Figures 2 and 8 , in this embodiment, the power transmission assembly 200 is configured to electrically contact the power transmission assembly 300 to transmit power. The power transmission assembly 300 may further include a second mating member 330. The power transmission assembly 200 also includes a first mating member 209. The first electrode 210 is mounted on the first electrode mounting member 220 and is configured to plug and mate with the second electrode 310 to achieve contact and electrical connection. The first mating member 209 is mounted on a side of the first electrode mounting member 220 proximal to the first electrode 210 and is configured to plug and mate with the second mating member 330.
[0111] During the plugging and mating process of the first mating member 209 and the second mating member 330, the first mating member 209 and the second mating member 330 are able to move relative to each other along a predetermined plugging direction C. The distance between the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310 is greater than the distance between the first mating member 209 and the second mating member 330. The mating of the first mating member 209 and the second mating member 330 takes precedence over the contact between the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310. The first mating member 209 mates with the second mating member 330 first, and the first electrode 210 is connected to the second electrode 310 only after the first mating member 209 and the second mating member 330 mate. This helps reduce the contact process between the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310, thereby helping to reduce wear on the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310, and further helping to extend the service life of the first electrode 210.
[0112] The “plug-in direction C” is the direction in which the push-pull component 100 drives the power transmission component 200 to move, that is, the “plug-in direction C” is the first direction X mentioned above.
[0113] The length direction of the first fitting 209 and the length direction of the first electrode 210 can both be arranged along the insertion direction C. That is to say, the length direction of the first fitting 209 is parallel to the length direction of the first electrode 210; or, the length direction of the first fitting 209 is substantially parallel to the length direction of the first electrode 210. The first fitting 209 and the first electrode mounting member 220 are arranged side by side in the insertion direction C; the first electrode 210 and the first electrode mounting member 220 are arranged side by side in the insertion direction C. In the insertion direction C, the end of the first fitting 209 away from the first electrode mounting member 220 protrudes more relative to the end of the first electrode 210 away from the first electrode mounting member 220.
[0114] The minimum distance between the end face of the end of the first fitting 209 facing away from the first electrode mounting member 220 and the first electrode mounting member 220 is greater than the minimum distance between the end face of the end of the first electrode 210 facing away from the first electrode mounting member 220.
[0115] Please refer to FIGS. 8 and 9 simultaneously. In some embodiments, the minimum distance between the end face of the end of the first fitting 209 facing away from the first electrode mounting member 220 and the first electrode mounting member 220 is L1, and the minimum distance between the end face of the end of the first electrode 210 facing away from the first electrode mounting member 220 and the first electrode mounting member 220 is L2, and L1 is greater than L2. Among them, the difference D1 between L1 and L2 is 12 mm to 25 mm. For example, the difference D1 between L1 and L2 can be, but is not limited to, 12 mm, 13 mm, 14 mm, 15 mm, 16 mm, 17 mm, 18 mm, 19 mm, 20 mm, 21 mm, 22 mm, 23 mm, 24 mm or 25 mm. Thus, the first fitting 209 protrudes more relative to the first electrode 210, which helps the first fitting 209 to preferentially cooperate with the second fitting 330 (as shown in FIG. 2), and also makes the structure of the power transmission component 200 relatively compact. Or, 0.7 < L1 / L2 < 0.8. For example, the ratio of L1 to L2 can be, but is not limited to, 0.71, 0.72, 0.73, 0.74, 0.75, 0.76, 0.77 or 0.78. Thus, the first fitting 209 protrudes more relative to the first electrode 210, which helps the first fitting 209 to preferentially cooperate with the second fitting 330, and also makes the structure of the power transmission component 200 relatively compact.
[0116] The second mating member 330 and the second electrode mounting member 320 are arranged side by side in the insertion direction C. The second electrode 310 and the second electrode mounting member 320 are also arranged side by side in the insertion direction C. In the insertion direction C, the end of the second mating member 330 away from the second electrode mounting member 320 protrudes further than the end of the second electrode 310 away from the second electrode mounting member 320. Correspondingly, the minimum distance between the end surface of the second mating member 330 facing away from the second electrode mounting member 320 and the second electrode mounting member 320 is greater than the minimum distance between the end surface of the second electrode 310 facing away from the second electrode mounting member 320 and the second electrode mounting member 320.
[0117] Referring to FIG. 10 , in some embodiments, the minimum distance L3 between the end surface of the second mating member 330 facing away from the second electrode mounting member 320 and the second electrode mounting member 320 is greater than the minimum distance L4 between the end surface of the second electrode 310 facing away from the second electrode mounting member 320. The difference D2 between distances L3 and L4 is between 4 mm and 7 mm. D2 can be, but is not limited to, 4 mm, 4.5 mm, 5 mm, 5.5 mm, 6 mm, 6.5 mm, or 7 mm. This makes the second mating member 330 more protruding relative to the second electrode 310, which helps the second mating member 330 preferentially mate with the first mating member 209 and also makes the structure of the power transmission assembly 300 more compact.
[0118] In this way, when the mobile device 20 switches from the waiting state to the charging state, the distance between the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310 is greater than the distance between the first matching piece 209 and the second matching piece 330, and the matching of the first matching piece 209 and the second matching piece 330 takes precedence over the contact between the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310.
[0119] Referring to both FIG. 9 and FIG. 10 , in some embodiments, a minimum distance L1 between an end surface of the first mating member 209 facing away from the first electrode mounting member 220 and the first electrode mounting member 220 is greater than a minimum distance L2 between an end surface of the first electrode 210 facing away from the first electrode mounting member 220. Correspondingly, a minimum distance L3 between an end surface of the second mating member 330 facing away from the second electrode mounting member 320 and the second electrode mounting member 320 is equal to a minimum distance L4 between an end surface of the second electrode 310 facing away from the second electrode mounting member 320 and the second electrode mounting member 320. Thus, when the mobile device 20 switches from a standby state to a charging state, the distance between the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310 is greater than the distance between the first mating member 209 and the second mating member 330, and mating between the first mating member 209 and the second mating member 330 takes precedence over contact between the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310.
[0120] In some embodiments, the minimum distance L1 between the end face of one end of the first fitting 209 facing away from the first electrode mounting member 220 and the first electrode mounting member 220 is equal to the minimum distance L2 between the end face of one end of the first electrode 210 facing away from the first electrode mounting member 220 and the first electrode mounting member 220. Correspondingly, the minimum distance L3 between the end face of one end of the second fitting 330 facing away from the second electrode mounting member 320 and the second electrode mounting member 320 is greater than the minimum distance L4 between the end face of one end of the second electrode 310 facing away from the second electrode mounting member 320 and the second electrode mounting member 320. Thus, when the self - moving device 20 switches from the state of being to be charged to the charging state, the distance between the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310 is greater than the distance between the first fitting 209 and the second fitting 330, and the fitting of the first fitting 209 and the second fitting 330 takes precedence over the contact between the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310.
[0121] In some embodiments, the first fitting 209 can be a fitting column, the first electrode 210 can be an electrode column, the length direction of the first fitting 209 can be the same as the length direction of the first electrode 210, that is, the length direction of the first fitting 209 can be parallel or substantially parallel to the length direction of the first electrode 210, and the cross - sectional area of the first fitting 209 is larger than the cross - sectional area of the first electrode 210. Thus, when the first fitting 209 and the first electrode 210 are made of the same material, since the cross - sectional area S1 of the first fitting 209 is larger than the cross - sectional area S2 of the first electrode 210, the first fitting 209 can be more wear - resistant than the first electrode 210, which helps to extend the service life of the first fitting 209, and further helps to ensure the reliability and stability of the first fitting 209.
[0122] In some embodiments, the ratio of the cross - sectional area S1 of the first electrode 210 to the cross - sectional area S2 of the first fitting 209 is 0.35 < S1 / S2 < 1. Among them, the ratio of S1 to S2 can be, but is not limited to, 0.36, 0.4, 0.45, 0.5, 0.55, 0.6, 0.65, 0.7, 0.78, 0.8, 0.85, 0.9, 0.95 or 0.99, etc. Thus, under the same other conditions, the first fitting 209 is more wear - resistant than the first electrode 210, which helps to increase the service life of the first fitting 209, and further helps to improve the stability and reliability of the first fitting 209.
[0123] In some embodiments, the hardness of the first fitting 209 is greater than the hardness of the first electrode 210. Thus, under the same other conditions, the strength of the first fitting 209 is relatively greater than the strength of the first electrode 210, making the first fitting 209 less likely to undergo fatigue fracture and wear than the first electrode 210, which helps to ensure the stability and reliability of the first fitting 209.
[0124] In some embodiments, the hardness of the first mating component 209 can be 56-60 HRC. In other words, the first mating component 209 can be made of stainless steel, which provides the first mating component 209 with excellent corrosion resistance. This helps the first mating component 209 effectively resist erosion by moisture, oxygen, and other chemicals, and is not easily rusted or corroded. This allows the first mating component 209 to be used in humid environments for long periods of time while maintaining its structural and performance stability. Furthermore, the first mating component 209 has high strength and hardness, capable of withstanding significant external forces and pressures. It is also not easily bent, deformed, or broken, and can maintain a stable shape and structure, helping the first mating component 209 to stably mate with the second mating component 330.
[0125] In some embodiments, the hardness HRC of the first electrode 210 may be 35-40, that is, the first electrode 210 may be made of brass, so that the first electrode 210 has excellent conductivity, thereby helping the first electrode 210 to be stably electrically connected to the second electrode 310.
[0126] In some embodiments, there are two first electrodes 210, and the first mating member 209 is located between the two first electrodes 210. Correspondingly, there are two second electrodes 310, and the second mating member 330 is located between the two second electrodes 310. In this way, the power transmission assembly 200 and the power delivery assembly 300 can better cooperate, with more uniform force distribution and a more compact structure.
[0127] In some embodiments, the hardness of the second fitting 330 is greater than that of the receiving end. Thus, the second fitting 330 is stronger than the second electrode 310 , making the second fitting 330 less susceptible to fatigue fracture and wear relative to the second electrode 310 .
[0128] In some embodiments, the second mating component 330 has a hardness HRC of 56-60. In other words, the second mating component 330 can be made of stainless steel, which provides excellent corrosion resistance. This helps the second mating component 330 effectively resist erosion by moisture, oxygen, and other chemicals, and is less susceptible to rust or corrosion. This allows the second mating component 330 to be used in humid environments for long periods of time while maintaining its structural and performance stability. Furthermore, the second mating component 330 has high strength and hardness, capable of withstanding significant external forces and pressures. It is also resistant to bending, deformation, or breakage, maintaining a stable shape and structure, which helps the second mating component 330 to stably mate with the first mating structure.
[0129] In some embodiments, the hardness HRC of the second electrode 310 is 35-40, that is, the second electrode 310 can be made of brass, so that the second electrode 310 has excellent conductivity, which helps the second electrode 310 to be stably electrically connected to the first electrode 210.
[0130] In some embodiments, when the self-mobile device 20 is in a state to be charged, the distance between the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310 is 0 mm to 130 mm or 0 mm to 170 mm. The "state to be charged" is understood to be a state in which the first mating member 209 and the second mating member 330 are in contact but the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310 are not in contact. The distance between the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310 can be, but is not limited to, 5 mm, 10 mm, 15 mm, 20 mm, 30 mm, 40 mm, 60 mm, 100 mm, 130 mm, or can be, but is not limited to, 130 mm, 135 mm, 140 mm, 145 mm, 150 mm, 155 mm, 160 mm, 165 mm, or 170 mm. Thus, when the self-mobile device 20 is in a state to be charged, the distance between the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310 is within the above range, allowing the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310 to quickly come into contact.
[0131] In some embodiments, when the self-mobile device 20 is in a state to be charged, the difference between the distance between the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310 and the distance between the first mating member 209 and the second mating member 330 can be 16 mm to 32 mm. The difference between the distance between the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310 and the distance between the first mating member 209 and the second mating member 330 can be, but is not limited to, 16 mm, 17 mm, 18 mm, 19 mm, 20 mm, 21 mm, 22 mm, 23 mm, 24 mm, 25 mm, 26 mm, 27 mm, 28 mm, 29 mm, 30 mm, 31 mm, or 32 mm. Thus, when the self-mobile device 20 is in a state to be charged, the difference between the distance between the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310 and the distance between the first mating member 209 and the second mating member 330 is within the above range, allowing the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310 to quickly come into contact.
[0132] In some embodiments, the surfaces of the first and second fittings 209 and 330 may be coated with a Teflon coating. The Teflon coating can be applied to the surfaces of the first and second fittings 209 and 330 of the guide post by spraying or immersion. The Teflon coating imparts self-lubricating properties to the surfaces of the first and second fittings 209 and 330, ensuring smoother contact and reducing friction between them. Furthermore, the Teflon coating offers excellent corrosion resistance, protecting the first and second fittings 209 and 330 from certain chemical substances, thereby extending their service life. Furthermore, the Teflon coating offers excellent anti-fouling properties, making the first and second fittings 209 and 330 easier to clean and less susceptible to dust, dirt, and other impurities.
[0133] Referring to both Figures 2 and 8 , the second electrode 310 is adjacent to the second mating member 330. The second mating member 330 may include a connected guide portion 332 and a mating portion 334. The mating portion 334 is located between the second electrode mounting member 320 and the guide portion 332. The guide portion may include a guide surface 332a that gradually narrows from the outside of the second electrode mounting member 320 toward the second electrode mounting member 320. The guide portion 332 is configured to contact the first mating member 209 of the charging station 10 and guide the first mating member 209 toward the mating portion 334, enabling the mating portion 334 to engage with the first mating member 209.
[0134] Since the guide surface 332a of the guide portion 332 gradually narrows from the outside of the second electrode mounting member 320 toward the direction of the second electrode mounting member 320, when the self-mobile device 20 needs to be charged, the first mating member 209 can contact the guide portion 332, and the guide surface 332a of the guide portion 332 can guide the first mating member 209 to move toward the mating portion 334, so that the mating portion 334 can cooperate with the first mating member 209, thereby helping the second electrode 310 to be accurately and quickly connected to the first electrode 210 of the charging station 10.
[0135] When the self-mobile device 20 is in the charging state and the first mating member 209 contacts the guide surface 332a of the second mating portion 330, the distance between the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310 is 130 mm to 170 mm. The distance between the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310 can be, but is not limited to, 130 mm, 135 mm, 140 mm, 145 mm, 150 mm, 155 mm, 160 mm, 165 mm, or 170 mm.
[0136] The mating portion 334 can be located on the side of the guide surface 332a that is closer to the second electrode mounting member 320. The guide portion 332 defines a guide hole 3321. The wall of the guide hole 3321 serves as the guide surface 332a. The guide surface 332a can be a conical surface, or a concave spherical surface, or a concave arc surface. The concave spherical surface, concave arc surface, or concave arc surface can all better guide the first mating member 209, allowing the first mating member 209 to more smoothly, quickly, and accurately mate with the mating portion 334 along the guiding direction of the concave arc surface of the guide portion 332.
[0137] In some embodiments, the wall of the guide through hole 3321 is a guide surface 332a, wherein the guide surface 332a is a tapered surface. Specifically, because the guide surface 332a is a tapered surface, when the self-mobile device 20 needs to be charged, the tapered surface of the guide portion 332 can better guide the first mating piece 209, so that the first mating piece 209 can more smoothly, quickly, and accurately mate with the mating portion 334 along the guiding direction of the tapered surface of the guide portion 332. Of course, the guiding direction of the tapered surface can be set according to the shape of the tapered surface. The tapered surface can guide the first mating piece 209 to the mating portion 334. For example, the guiding direction of the tapered surface can be from the outside of the second electrode mounting member 320 toward the second electrode mounting member 320.
[0138] In some embodiments, the wall of the guide through hole 3321 is a guide surface 332a, wherein the guide surface 332a is a concave spherical surface. Specifically, because the guide surface 332a is a concave spherical surface, when the self-mobile device 20 needs to be charged, the concave spherical surface of the guide portion 332 can better guide the first mating member 209, so that the first mating member 209 can more smoothly, quickly, and accurately mate with the mating portion 334 along the guiding direction of the concave spherical surface of the guide portion 332. Of course, the guiding direction of the concave spherical surface can be set according to the shape of the concave spherical surface. The concave spherical surface can guide the first mating member 209 to the mating portion 334. For example, the guiding direction of the concave spherical surface can be from the outside of the second electrode mounting member 320 toward the second electrode mounting member 320.
[0139] In some embodiments, the hole wall of the guide through hole 3321 is a guide surface 332a, wherein the guide surface 332a is a concave arc surface. Specifically, because the guide surface 332a is a concave arc surface, when the self-mobile device 20 needs to be charged, the concave arc surface of the guide portion 332 can better guide the first mating piece 209, so that the first mating piece 209 can more smoothly, quickly, and accurately mate with the mating portion 334 along the guiding direction of the concave arc surface of the guide portion 332. Of course, the guiding direction of the concave arc surface can be set according to the shape of the concave arc surface. The concave arc surface can guide the first mating piece 209 to the mating portion 334. For example, the guiding direction of the concave arc surface can be from the outside of the second electrode mounting member 320 toward the second electrode mounting member 320.
[0140] In some embodiments, the guide portion 332 may define a guide through hole 3321 , and the matching portion 334 may be selected from one of an avoidance space, a matching hole, and a fixing structure.
[0141] For example, the first mating member 209 may be a connecting post, the guide portion 332 may define a guide through hole 3321, and the mating portion 334 may be an escape space, which may be connected to the guide through hole 3321. When the guide portion 332 guides the first mating member 209 to the mating portion 334, the mating portion 334 may escape the first mating member 209, thereby preventing the second mating member 330 from obstructing the movement of the first mating member 209.
[0142] For another example, the first mating member 209 may be a connecting post, the guide portion 332 may define a guide through-hole 3321, the mating portion 334 may be provided with a mating hole 3341, and the mating hole 3341 may be connected to the guide through-hole 3321. When the guide portion 332 guides the first mating member 209 to the mating portion 334, the mating portion 334 may radially limit the first mating member 209 and partially accommodate the first mating member 209.
[0143] For another example, the first mating member 209 may be a connecting post, the guide portion 332 may define a guide through hole 3321, and the mating portion 334 may be a fixing structure, wherein the fixing structure may be a protruding fixing structure or a slot fixing structure. When the guide portion 332 guides the first mating member 209 to the mating portion 334, the fixing structure may secure a portion of the first mating member 209, thereby preventing the first mating member 209 from separating from the second mating member 330.
[0144] In some embodiments, the second mating member 330 is formed with a mating hole 3341 and a guide through-hole 3321. The guide through-hole 3321 is connected to the mating hole 3341. The mating holes 3341 and the guide through-hole 3321 are arranged sequentially in a direction away from the second electrode mounting member 320. The guide through-hole 3321 is located in the guide portion 332. The hole wall of the guide through-hole 3321 forms a guide surface 332a. The mating hole 3341 is located in the mating portion 334. When the self-mobile device 20 needs to be charged, the first mating member 209 can abut against the guide surface 332a. The guide surface 332a can guide the first mating member 209 to be inserted into the mating portion 334, so that the mating portion 334 can limit the first mating member 209 in the radial direction and accommodate the first mating member 209.
[0145] In some embodiments, the diameter of the guide hole 3321 gradually decreases from the guide hole 3321 toward the mating hole 3341, and the diameter of the mating hole 3341 is smaller than the maximum diameter of the guide hole 3321. The wall of the guide hole 3321 is configured to contact the first mating piece 209 to guide the first mating piece 209 to slide toward the mating hole 3341. Specifically, because the diameter of the guide hole 3321 gradually decreases from the guide hole 3321 toward the mating hole 3341, the wall of the guide hole 3321 can more smoothly guide the first mating piece 209 to mate with the mating hole 3341. Furthermore, the diameter of the mating hole 3341 is smaller than the maximum diameter of the guide hole 3321, making it difficult for the first mating piece 209 to disengage from the mating portion 334 when mated with the mating piece.
[0146] Referring to FIG. 11 , in some embodiments, the ratio D1 / D2 of the diameter D1 of the mating hole 3341 to the maximum diameter D2 of the guide hole 3321 ranges from 0.18 to 0.25. The ratio D1 / D2 can be, but is not limited to, 0.18, 0.19, 0.20, 0.21, 0.22, 0.23, 0.24, or 0.25. Thus, the ratio D1 / D2 of the diameter D1 of the mating hole 3341 to the maximum diameter D2 of the guide hole 3321 ranges from 0.18 to 0.25, which helps the guide portion 332 guide the first mating member 209 to mate with the mating portion 334 and also allows for a more compact design of the second mating member 330.
[0147] In some embodiments, the ratio D1 / D2 of the diameter D1 of the mating hole 3341 to the maximum diameter D2 of the guide hole 3321 ranges from 0.2 to 0.22. The ratio D1 / D2 can be, but is not limited to, 0.20, 0.21, or 0.22. Thus, the ratio D1 / D2 of the diameter D1 of the mating hole 3341 to the maximum diameter D2 of the guide hole 3321 ranges from 0.18 to 0.25, which further facilitates the guide portion 332 in guiding the first mating member 209 to mate with the mating portion 334 and also facilitates a more compact design for the second mating member 330.
[0148] In some embodiments, the ratio S1 / S2 of the cross-sectional area S3 of the mating hole 3341 to the cross-sectional area S4 of the guide through hole 3321 is in the range of 0.03 to 0.06. The ratio S3 / S4 of the cross-sectional area S3 of the mating hole 3341 to the cross-sectional area S4 of the guide through hole 3321 can be, but is not limited to, 0.03, 0.04, 0.05 or 0.06. In this way, the ratio S1 / S2 of the cross-sectional area S3 of the mating hole 3341 to the cross-sectional area S4 of the guide through hole 3321 is in the range of 0.03 to 0.06, which helps the guide portion 332 guide the first mating piece 209 to mate with the mating portion 334 and makes the volume of the second mating piece 330 designed to be relatively small.
[0149] In some embodiments, the ratio S1 / S2 of the cross-sectional area S3 of the mating hole 3341 to the cross-sectional area S4 of the guide hole 3321 is in the range of 0.04 to 0.05. The ratio S3 / S4 of the cross-sectional area S3 of the mating hole 3341 to the cross-sectional area S4 of the guide hole 3321 can be, but is not limited to, 0.04, 0.045, or 0.05. Thus, the ratio S1 / S2 of the cross-sectional area S3 of the mating hole 3341 to the cross-sectional area S4 of the guide hole 3321 is in the range of 0.04 to 0.05, which further facilitates the guide portion 332 in guiding the first mating member 209 to mate with the mating portion 334 and further facilitates a more compact design of the second mating member 330.
[0150] Referring again to FIG. 2 , in this embodiment, the second electrode 310 may be provided with a first insertion hole 311 and a second insertion hole 312 that are coaxially connected. The second insertion hole 312 may be connected to the first insertion hole 311. The first insertion hole 311 and the second insertion hole 312 are arranged sequentially in a direction away from the second electrode mounting member 320. The diameter of the second insertion hole 312 gradually decreases from the second insertion hole 312 toward the first insertion hole 311. Thus, when the mobile device 20 needs to be charged, the first electrode 210 of the charging station 10 may contact the wall of the second insertion hole 312. The diameter of the second insertion hole 312 gradually decreases from the second insertion hole 312 toward the first insertion hole 311, allowing the second insertion hole 312 to guide the first electrode 210 of the charging station 10 into the first insertion hole 311, thereby facilitating quick and accurate insertion of the first electrode 210 into the first insertion hole 311. In addition, the first plug hole 311 can also limit the first electrode 210 in the radial direction.
[0151] In some embodiments, the wall of the second insertion hole 312 can be tapered. Specifically, when the mobile device 20 needs to be charged, the first electrode 210 of the charging station 10 can contact the tapered surface of the second insertion hole 312. The diameter of the second insertion hole 312 gradually decreases from the second insertion hole 312 toward the first insertion hole 311, so that the second insertion hole 312 can guide the first electrode 210 of the power transmission component 200 of the charging station 10 to slide into the first insertion hole 311, thereby facilitating faster and more accurate insertion of the first electrode 210 of the power transmission component 200 of the charging station 10 into the first insertion hole 311. In addition, the first insertion hole 311 radially limits the first electrode 210.
[0152] In some embodiments, the wall of the second plug hole 312 can be a concave spherical surface. Specifically, when the mobile device 20 needs to be charged, the first electrode 210 of the charging station 10 can contact the concave spherical surface of the second plug hole 312. The aperture of the second plug hole 312 gradually decreases from the second plug hole 312 toward the first plug hole 311, so that the second plug hole 312 can guide the first electrode 210 of the power transmission component 200 of the charging station 10 to slide into the first plug hole 311, thereby helping the first electrode 210 of the power transmission component 200 of the charging station 10 to plug into the first plug hole 311 more quickly and accurately. In addition, the first plug hole 311 limits the first electrode 210 in the radial direction.
[0153] In some embodiments, the wall of the second plug hole 312 can be a concave arc surface. Specifically, when the mobile device 20 needs to be charged, the first electrode 210 of the charging station 10 can contact the concave arc surface of the second plug hole 312.
[0154] Referring to FIG. 12 , the power transmission assembly 300 may further include a ball sleeve 314 for plugging and mating with the second mating member 330. The ball sleeve 314 may include a sleeve body and a plurality of balls. The sleeve body may have a generally cylindrical outer profile. The sleeve body may be provided with a plurality of through-holes, each of which may extend through the inner and outer surfaces of the sleeve body. The plurality of balls may be disposed in corresponding locations within the plurality of through-holes, each of which may protrude from the inner and outer surfaces of the sleeve body. The guide portion 332 may define a guide through-hole 3321, the mating portion 334 may be provided with a mating hole 3341, and the ball sleeve 314 may be located within the mating portion 334 and communicate with the guide through-hole 3321. Specifically, the first mating member 209 (as shown in FIG. 8 ) may be a connecting post. Because the ball sleeve 314 is located in the mating hole 3341, when the connecting post is inserted into the mating hole 3341, the friction between the first mating member 209 and the mating hole 3341 is relatively small. This helps reduce wear and tear between the first mating member 209 and the second mating member 330, thereby helping to extend the service life of the second mating member 330 and the first mating member 209. Furthermore, because the ball sleeve 314 is located in the mating hole 3341, the friction when the first mating member 209 is inserted into or removed from the mating hole 3341 is relatively small, facilitating quick insertion or removal of the first mating member 209.
[0155] The power transmission assembly 300 may further include a stop plate 222, which may be connected to the second mating member 330 and located on a side of the mating portion 334 facing away from the guide portion 332. The ball sleeve 314 is clamped between the stop plate 222 and the guide portion 332. The diameter of the guide through hole 3321 at the end closest to the ball sleeve 314 is smaller than the outer diameter of the ball sleeve 314. Specifically, the aperture of the connection between the mating hole 3341 and the guide through hole 3321 is smaller than the outer diameter of the ball sleeve 314, so that the ball sleeve 314 cannot extend into the guide through hole 3321, and the limiting plate 222 is located on the side of the mating hole 3341 away from the guide through hole 3321, so that the limiting plate 222 can block the side of the mating hole 3341 away from the guide through hole 3321, which helps to limit the ball sleeve 314 at the connection between the mating hole 3341 and the guide through hole 3321 and between the limiting plate 222, so that the ball sleeve 314 is not easy to fall off from the mating hole 3341, thereby improving the stability and reliability of the ball sleeve 314 installed on the second mating part 330.
[0156] In some embodiments, the power transmission assembly 300 may further include a mounting base 340, which is mounted on the second electrode mounting member 320. The second mating member 330 can selectively be in a fixed state and a rotating state. When the second mating member 330 is in the fixed state, the second mating member 330 is relatively fixed to the mounting base 340. When the second mating member 330 is in the rotating state, the second mating member 330 and the mounting base 340 rotate relative to each other. Thus, when the second mating member 330 is in the rotating state, the second mating member 330 can swing relative to the mounting base 340. When the first mating member 209 abuts the guide surface 332a of the second mating member 330, the position of the second mating member 330 relative to the mounting base 340 can be adaptively adjusted. This allows the second mating member 330 to swing relative to the mounting base 340, helping the second mating member 330 to more quickly and accurately guide the first mating member 209 to mate with the mating portion 334.
[0157] In some embodiments, the forward and backward direction of the self-moving device 20 is defined as the front-to-back direction. When the second fitting member 330 is in a rotational state, the second fitting member 330 can rotate in the left-right direction relative to the mounting base 340. Specifically, the rotation axis of the second fitting member 330 and the mounting base 340 is located at the connection between the second fitting member 330 and the mounting base 340. The rotation axis of the second fitting member 330 and the mounting base 340 can be perpendicular to the front-to-back direction, and the axial direction of the rotation axis of the second fitting member 330 and the mounting base 340 can be parallel to the height direction of the self-moving device 20. The second fitting member 330 can rotate clockwise or counterclockwise around the rotation axis of the second fitting member 330 and the mounting base 340 so that the second fitting member 330 can rotate in the left-to-right direction relative to the mounting base 340, thereby facilitating adaptive adjustment of the second fitting member 330 relative to the mounting base 340 in the left-to-right direction.
[0158] In some embodiments, the forward and backward direction of the self-moving device 20 is defined as the front-to-back direction. When the second fitting member 330 is in a rotational state, the second fitting member 330 can rotate in the vertical direction relative to the mounting base 340. Specifically, the rotation axis of the second fitting member 330 and the mounting base 340 is located at the connection between the second fitting member 330 and the mounting base 340. The rotation axis of the second fitting member 330 and the mounting base 340 can be perpendicular to the front-to-back direction, and the axial direction of the rotation axis of the second fitting member 330 and the mounting base 340 can be parallel to the width direction of the self-moving device 20. The second fitting member 330 can rotate clockwise or counterclockwise around the rotation axis of the second fitting member 330 and the mounting base 340 so that the second fitting member 330 can rotate in the vertical direction relative to the mounting base 340, thereby facilitating adaptive adjustment of the second fitting member 330 relative to the mounting base 340 in the vertical direction.
[0159] In some embodiments, the power transmission assembly 300 further includes a rotating member 350 connected between the second mating member 330 and the mounting base 340. The second mating member 330 is able to rotate relative to the mounting base 340 via the rotating member 350 connected to the mounting base 340. The rotating member 350 can be a latch, a bolt, or a screw. The rotating member 350 can be hinged to the second mating member 330 and the mounting base 340, thereby facilitating the rotation of the second mating member 330 relative to the mounting base 340. The rotating member 350 has a simple structure and is easy to operate.
[0160] The power transmission assembly 300 also includes a fixing member 360, which can be connected between the second mating member 330 and the mounting base 340. The second mating member 330 is fixed relative to the mounting base 340 by the fixing member 360 connected to the mounting base 340. Specifically, the fixing member 360 can be a pin, a bolt, or a screw. The fixing member 360 can be connected between the second mating member 330 and the mounting base 340 simultaneously with the rotating member 350, thereby facilitating the fixation of the second mating member 330 relative to the mounting base 340. The fixing member 360 has a simple structure and is easy to operate.
[0161] The fixing member 360 is detachably connected between the second mating member 330 and the mounting base 340 and is spaced apart from the rotating member 350, so that the second mating member 330 can be selectively positioned between a fixed state and a rotating state. Specifically, when the fixing member 360 and the rotating member 350 are simultaneously connected between the second mating member 330 and the mounting base 340, the second mating member 330 is in a fixed state. When the fixing member 360 is removed from between the second mating member 330 and the mounting base 340 and the rotating member 350 is connected between the second mating member 330 and the mounting base 340, the second mating member 330 is in a rotating state. In this way, the power transmission assembly 300 can switch the state of the second mating member 330 by whether the fixing member 360 is installed between the second mating member 330 and the mounting base 340, and the operation is convenient and the structure is simple.
[0162] In some embodiments, the power transmission assembly 300 further includes a damping structure disposed at the junction of the second mating member 330 and the mounting base 340. Specifically, the damping structure may be a silicone or rubber structure. The damping structure disposed at the junction of the second mating member 330 and the mounting base 340 provides a damping effect, allowing the second mating member 330 to remain stationary relative to the mounting base 340 after swinging a certain angle, thereby enabling the second mating member 330 to more stably guide the first mating member 209 to engage with the mating portion 334.
[0163] In some embodiments, the guide surface 332a and / or the wall of the second insertion hole 312 may be coated with Teflon. Specifically, the wall of the guide through hole 3321 may be coated with Teflon; alternatively, the wall of the second insertion hole 312 may be coated with Teflon; or alternatively, both the wall of the guide through hole 3321 and the wall of the second insertion hole 312 may be coated with Teflon.
[0164] The Teflon coating can be applied to the guide surface 332a and / or the wall of the second plug hole 312 by spraying or dipping. This coating imparts excellent self-lubricating properties to the guide surface 332a and / or the wall of the second plug hole 312, ensuring smoother coordination between the power transmission assembly 200 of the charging station 10 and the power transmission assembly 300 of the mobile device 20 and reducing friction between the two. Furthermore, the Teflon coating exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, making the guide surface 332a and / or the wall of the second plug hole 312 resistant to corrosion by certain chemicals, thereby helping to extend the service life of the power transmission assembly 300. Furthermore, the Teflon coating exhibits excellent anti-fouling properties, facilitating the cleanliness of the guide surface 332a and / or the wall of the second plug hole 312 and preventing the adhesion of dust, dirt, and other impurities.
[0165] Please refer to FIG. 2 again. In some embodiments, the power transmission assembly 300 may further include an insulating member 370. The insulating member 370 may be made of a variety of materials. For example, the insulating member 370 may be made of plastic. In another example, the insulating member 370 may be made of wood.
[0166] The insulating member 370 can be connected to the second electrode mounting member 320 and the second electrode 310, wherein the insulating member 370 can be screwed or snap-connected to the second electrode mounting member 320, and the second electrode 310 can be plug-connected or threaded to the insulating member 370, so that the second electrode 310 can be connected to the second electrode mounting member 320 through the insulating member 370, thereby effectively preventing the second electrode 310 from being conductive with other metal parts and easily causing electric shock to the user.
[0167] In the charging system 30 provided in the embodiment of the present application, when the charging station 10 needs to charge the self-moving device 20, the push-pull component 100 can move the power transmission component 200 along the first direction X, and the first electrode 210 contacts the second electrode 310 of the self-moving device 20, so that the first electrode 210 can move along the second direction Y and / or the third direction Z under the action of external force during the movement along the first direction X, and can also swing, which helps the first electrode 210 to adaptively adjust relative to the second electrode 310 of the self-moving device 20, thereby helping the first electrode 210 to be accurately electrically connected to the second electrode 310 (that is, the first electrode 210 can be accurately plugged into the plug hole of the second electrode 310, so that the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310 have a larger contact area), preventing poor contact between the first electrode 210 and the second electrode 310, and thus allowing the charging station 10 to charge the self-moving device 20 normally. In addition, the cooperation between the first electrode mounting member 220 , the first adjusting member 230 and the second adjusting member 240 can provide the first electrode 210 with multiple degrees of freedom, which helps to accurately adjust the position of the first electrode 210 .
