Description

cosmetics

[0001] The present invention relates to a cosmetic preparation. Specifically, the present invention relates to a cosmetic preparation comprising a cyclic carboxamide derivative or a salt thereof.

[0002] Cyclic carboxamide derivatives have the effect of inhibiting heparanase activity, and have been proposed for use, for example, as anti-wrinkle agents or as whitening agents effective in preventing or suppressing pigmentation such as age spots (Patent Document 1).

[0003] Oil-in-water emulsion cosmetics are widely used as bases for topical skin preparations, including skin cosmetics, due to their refreshing feel. However, emulsions are inherently unstable, and are known to experience creaming, aggregation, or coalescence when left for extended periods. Conventional lotions and creams have ensured stability over time by incorporating common water-soluble thickeners such as carboxyvinyl polymers. However, incorporating large amounts of water-soluble thickeners makes it difficult to eliminate sliminess, heavy spread, stickiness, and creasing upon application. Therefore, a cosmetic that provides a refreshing, penetrating feel without a slimy feel has been proposed by combining polyoxyethylene fatty acid sorbitan, a specific surfactant, and a higher alcohol (see, for example, Patent Document 2).

[0004] International Publication No. 2011 / 040496, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2008-88129

The present invention is based on these findings.

[2] R 1 is a hydroxyalkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, and X is -CH 2 - or -NH-, and n is 1. [3] The cosmetic preparation according to [1] or [2], wherein component (D) is 1-(2-hydroxyethyl)-2-imidazolidinone. [4] The cosmetic preparation according to any one of [1] to [3], further comprising (G) a glycerin monoalkyl ester, a glycerin monoalkyl ether, a sorbitan monoalkyl ester, a sorbitan monoalkyl ester, a sterol, or a branched higher alcohol.
