Description

Data processing method and related device

[0001] This application claims priority to the Chinese patent application filed with the China Patent Office on December 7, 2023, with application number 202311676251.7 and application name “Data Processing Method and Related Devices”, the entire contents of which are incorporated by reference into this application. Technical Field

[0002] The present application relates to the field of terminal technology, and in particular to a data processing method and related devices. Background Art

[0003] In some scenarios, assuming that the first application is deployed in the first terminal device but the second application is not deployed, when a user needs to share the content in the first application with other users through the second application, the user can first transmit the content in the first application to the second terminal device where the second application is deployed through the first terminal device, and then share the content in the first application with other users through the second application in the second terminal device.

[0004] Currently, cross-device data transmission between a first terminal device and a second terminal device can be achieved through multi-screen collaboration. For example, when the first terminal device and the second terminal device are connected, the first terminal device can display the second terminal device's screen projection interface. The user can open the user sharing interface of the second application on this projection interface and drag or copy data from the first application to the user sharing interface on the projection interface to complete the data transmission.

[0005] However, this cross-device data transmission method is very different from the local sharing process on the same device, and the user learning cost is high. Summary of the Invention

[0006] The present application provides a data processing method and related apparatus for solving the problem in the prior art of large differences between the data transmission method across devices and the local sharing process on the same device.

[0007] In a first aspect, the present application provides a data processing method, which is applied to a first terminal device, in which a first application is deployed. The method includes: receiving a first operation, wherein the first operation is used to request sharing of first content in the first application; displaying a first user interface, wherein the first user interface includes an icon of a second application in a second terminal device, and the first terminal device and the second terminal device are in a connected state.

[0008] As an example, the first terminal device may be a tablet, and the second terminal device may be a mobile phone.

[0009] In this method, the first application may be a system application or a third-party application. For example, the first application may be a third-party music application.

[0010] In this method, the first content may include any one or more of the following information: web pages, songs, videos, links, pictures, text, etc. As an example, when the first application is a third-party music application, the first content may be a song.

[0011] In the method, the first user interface may be an interface for selecting a sharing method for the first content.

[0012] Optionally, the second application may not be deployed in the first terminal device, or the second application may be deployed in the first terminal device but is in a non-logged-in state.

[0013] In this method, the first application on the first terminal device can display the icon of the second application. This allows the user to transfer the first content from the first terminal device to the second terminal device by clicking the icon of the second application. This method is consistent with the local sharing process on the same device, is more intuitive, and has a low learning curve.

[0014] In addition, compared with the existing technology, the user does not need to drag the first content to the projection interface or transfer station, and the user operation process is natural.

[0015] In some possible implementations, displaying the first user interface includes: receiving first information from a second terminal device, where the first information is used to indicate deployment of the second application in the second terminal device; and displaying the first user interface based on the first information.

[0016] In this method, after receiving the first operation, or before receiving the first operation, the first terminal device can obtain the first information from the second terminal device, then create an icon for the second application based on the first information, and then display the icon for the second application in the first user interface.

[0017] In this method, the first terminal device can create an icon of the second application based on the first information. Subsequently, the user can click the icon of the second application to transmit the first content from the first terminal device to the second terminal device. The user operation process is natural.

[0018] In some possible implementations, the method further includes: receiving a second operation, where the second operation is used to instruct the user to click on an icon of a second application in the second terminal device in the first user interface; and sending the first content to the second terminal device.

[0019] In this method, the user clicks on the icon of the second application to transmit the first content from the first terminal device to the second terminal device, and the user operation process is natural.

[0020] In some possible implementations, sending the first content to the second terminal device includes: displaying a second user interface, the second user interface including an icon of a clone application of the second application, the clone application of the second application being created based on the second application in the second terminal device; receiving a third operation, the third operation being used to instruct the user to click on the icon of the clone application of the second application; and sending the first content to the second terminal device.

[0021] In one example, the first user interface may be as shown in FIG4(b), in which an icon of a second application of a second terminal device and icons of other social applications may be displayed. Assume that the first user interface may display icons of Application 1, Application 2, and Application 3, where Application 1 may be the second application, and Application 2 and Application 3 may be other social applications.

[0022] In this example, when the user clicks on application 1 in the first user interface shown in Figure 4(b), the first terminal device may receive the second operation, and then the first terminal device may display the second user interface shown in Figure 9. The second user interface may include an icon of a clone application of the second application, and the clone application of the second application may be created based on the second application.

[0023] In this example, the user can input a third operation in the second user interface shown in FIG9 , where the third operation is used to instruct the user to click on the icon of the clone application of the second application, and the first terminal device can receive the third operation.

[0024] In this implementation, the first terminal device can display the icon of the clone application of the second application. The user clicks the icon of the clone application of the second application to enable the first terminal device to transmit the first content to the second terminal device, and the user operation process is natural.

[0025] In some possible implementations, the second application is also deployed in the first terminal device, and the second user interface further includes an icon of the second application.

[0026] As an example, the second user interface of the first terminal device may be as shown in Figure 10. In this example, the second user interface may include an icon of the second application and an icon of a clone application of the second application.

[0027] In this example, the icon of the clone of the second application can be different from the icon of the second application. For example, the icon of the clone of the second application can include a clone tag, while the icon of the second application does not include a clone tag. Optionally, the clone tag can be represented by a circle, and the clone tag can be displayed in the lower right corner of the icon of the clone of the second application.

[0028] Optionally, in some embodiments, the account logged into the second application on the first terminal device and the account logged into the second application on the second terminal device may be different. In this way, the first terminal device can determine whether to share the first content through the second application on the first terminal device or the second application on the second terminal device based on the icon clicked by the user.

[0029] Optionally, in some embodiments, assuming that the second application in the first terminal device is in a non-logged-in state, the second user interface may not display the icon of the second application. In this case, the second user interface may be as shown in FIG. 9 .

[0030] In this implementation, the first terminal device can distinguish the icon of the second application from the icon of the clone application of the second application, which is conducive to the user selecting the appropriate icon and the user operation process is natural.

[0031] In some possible implementations, the method further includes: receiving a fourth operation, where the fourth operation is used to instruct displaying the first user interface.

[0032] As an example, after receiving the first operation, the first terminal device may display the user interface shown in Figure 11, which includes a "More" button. When the user clicks the "More" button, the first terminal device may receive the fourth operation and display the first user interface shown in Figure 12.

[0033] In this example, the first user interface may include a first area and a second area, wherein the first area may be an area for displaying applications in the first terminal device, and the second area may be an area for displaying applications in devices other than the first terminal device.

[0034] Assuming that the social applications in the first terminal device may include application 2 and application 3, and the second application may be application 1, the icons of application 2 and application 3 may be displayed in the first area, and the icon of application 1 may be displayed in the second area.

[0035] In this implementation, after the user inputs the fourth operation, the first terminal device can display the first user interface, and then the user can use the icon of the second application in the first user interface to enable the first terminal device to transmit the first content to the second terminal device, and the user operation process is natural.

[0036] In some possible implementations, the second application is also deployed in the first terminal device, and the first user interface also includes an icon of the second application in the first terminal device.

[0037] As an example, when a second application is deployed in a first terminal device, the first user interface of the first terminal device may be as shown in Figure 13. In this example, the first user interface also includes an icon of the second application in the first terminal device, and the social application in the first terminal device includes the second application in the first terminal device.

[0038] In this example, the icon of the second application in the first terminal device and the icon of the second application in the second terminal device are located in different areas. For example, the icon of the second application in the first terminal device is located in the first area, and the icon of the second application in the second terminal device is located in the second area.

[0039] Optionally, in some embodiments, the account logged in by the second application in the first terminal device and the account logged in by the second application in the second terminal device may be different.

[0040] Optionally, in some embodiments, assuming that the second application in the first terminal device is in a non-logged-in state, the first user interface may not display the icon of the second application in the first terminal device. At this time, the first user interface may be as shown in Figure 12.

[0041] In this implementation, the first terminal device can distinguish the icon of the second application in the first terminal device from the icon of the second application in the second terminal device, which is conducive to the user selecting an appropriate icon and the user operation process is natural.

[0042] In some possible implementations, after sending the first content to the second terminal device, the method further includes: sending second information to the second terminal device, the second information being used to instruct the user to send the first content based on the second application; receiving third information from the second terminal device, the third information being used to indicate the sharing interface of the second application; displaying a third user interface, the third user interface including the sharing interface of the second application; receiving a fifth operation, the fifth operation being used to instruct the user to confirm the sharing object in the sharing interface of the second application; and sending fourth information to the second terminal device, the fourth information being used to instruct the second terminal device to send the first content to the sharing object based on the second application.

[0043] Optionally, before sending the third information, the second terminal device may display the sharing interface of the second application through a physical screen or a virtual screen, and display the sharing interface of the second application on the first terminal device by means of screen projection.

[0044] Taking the first terminal device as a tablet, the second terminal device as a mobile phone, the first application as a third-party music application, and the second application as application 1 as an example, the third user interface can be as shown in Figure 4(c), and the third user interface can display at least one social user, wherein the at least one social user includes user 1, user 2, and user 3.

[0045] As an example, assuming that after a user selects User 1 in the third user interface shown in Figure 4(c), the first terminal device may determine that User 1 is the sharing target. At this time, the first terminal device may display the fourth user interface shown in Figure 4(d), which includes a share button. In this example, after the user clicks the share button in the fourth user interface, the first terminal device may receive the fifth operation.

[0046] In this method, the user can confirm the sharing object in the sharing interface of the second application in the third user interface and click a button to confirm sharing to share the first content to the sharing object through the second application, and the user operation process is natural.

[0047] In some possible implementations, the first terminal device and the second terminal device are logged into the same user account.

[0048] The first terminal device and the second terminal device can log in to the same user account, which is conducive to ensuring the privacy security of the first terminal device and the second terminal device when working together.

In some embodiments, the power management module 241 may also be provided in the processor 210. In other embodiments, the power management module 241 and the charging management module 240 may also be provided in the same device.

[0131] Optionally, in some embodiments, the power management module 241 may also be referred to as a battery management unit (PMU), and the PMU may be used to obtain status information of the battery 242 , such as the remaining power and temperature of the battery 242 .

[0132] The wireless communication function of the first terminal device can be implemented through antenna 1, antenna 2, mobile communication module 250, wireless communication module 260, modem processor and baseband processor.

[0133] Antenna 1 and antenna 2 are used to transmit and receive electromagnetic wave signals. The antennas in the first terminal device can be used to cover a single or multiple communication frequency bands. Different antennas can also be reused to improve antenna utilization.

[0134] Mobile communication module 250 can provide wireless communication solutions, including 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G, for the first terminal device. Mobile communication module 250 may include at least one filter, switch, power amplifier, low-noise amplifier (LNA), etc. Mobile communication module 250 can receive electromagnetic waves from antenna 1, filter and amplify the received electromagnetic waves, and transmit them to the modem processor for demodulation. [0135] The wireless communication module 260 can provide wireless communication solutions including wireless local area networks (WLAN) (such as wireless fidelity (Wi-Fi) networks), Bluetooth (BT), global navigation satellite system (GNSS), frequency modulation (FM), etc. applied on the first terminal device. The wireless communication module 260 can be one or more devices integrating at least one communication processing module. The wireless communication module 260 receives electromagnetic waves via the antenna 2, frequency modulates and filters the electromagnetic wave signals, and sends the processed signals to the processor 210. The wireless communication module 260 can also receive the signal to be sent from the processor 210, frequency modulate it, amplify it, and convert it into electromagnetic waves for radiation through the antenna 2.

[0136] In some embodiments, antenna 1 of the first terminal device is coupled to mobile communication module 250, and antenna 2 is coupled to wireless communication module 260, so that the first terminal device can communicate with the network and other devices through wireless communication technology.

[0137] The camera 293 is used to capture static images or videos. In some embodiments, the terminal device may include 1 or N cameras 293, where N is a positive integer greater than 1.

[0138] The display screen 294 is used to display images, videos, etc. The display screen 294 includes a display panel. In some embodiments, the terminal device may include 1 or N display screens 294, where N is a positive integer greater than 1.

[0139] In the embodiment of the present application, the display screen 294 may display an interface of a preset application, etc. The interface of the preset application may include: video frame images and video duration, etc.

[0140] In some embodiments of the present application, the preset applications may include but are not limited to video playback applications, audio playback applications, game applications, shopping applications, social applications, and other applications that can play audio or video.

[0141] The first terminal device can implement display functions using a graphics processing unit (GPU), display screen 294, and an application processor. A GPU is a microprocessor for image processing that connects display screen 294 and the application processor. The GPU is used to perform mathematical and geometric calculations for graphics rendering. The GPU can also be called a display core, a visual processor, or a display chip.

[0142] The first terminal device can realize the shooting function through the ISP, camera 293, video codec, GPU, display screen 294 and application processor.

[0143] Video codecs are used to compress or decompress digital video. The first terminal device may support one or more video codecs. This allows the first terminal device to play or record videos in various encoding formats, such as Moving Picture Experts Group (MPEG) 1, MPEG2, MPEG3, and MPEG4. Furthermore, the first terminal device can encapsulate and play audio, video, and screen recording data.

[0144] In some embodiments, the display screen may also be referred to as a physical screen.

[0145] The external memory interface 220 can be used to connect an external memory card, such as a Micro SD card, to expand the storage capacity of the first terminal device. The external memory card communicates with the processor 210 via the external memory interface 220 to implement data storage. For example, files such as music and videos can be stored on the external memory card.

[0146] The internal memory 221 can be used to store computer-executable program code, which includes instructions. The internal memory 221 can include a program storage area and a data storage area. The program storage area can store applications required for at least one function in the operating system (such as a sound playback function, an image playback function, etc.). The data storage area can store data created during the use of the terminal device (such as audio data, a phone book, etc.).

[0147] The first terminal device can implement audio functions such as music playback and recording through the audio module 270, the speaker 270A, the receiver 270B, the microphone 270C, the headphone jack 270D, and the application processor.

[0148] The audio module 270 is used to convert digital audio information into analog audio signal output, and is also used to convert analog audio input into digital audio signals. The speaker 270A, also known as the "speaker", is used to convert audio electrical signals into sound signals. The first terminal device can listen to music or listen to hands-free calls through the speaker 270A. The receiver 270B, also known as the "earpiece", is used to convert audio electrical signals into sound signals. When the first terminal device answers a call or voice message, the voice can be heard by placing the receiver 270B close to the human ear. The microphone 270C, also known as the "microphone" or "microphone", is used to convert sound signals into electrical signals. The headphone jack 270D is used to connect wired headphones.

[0149] The pressure sensor 280A is used to sense pressure signals and convert them into electrical signals. In some embodiments, the pressure sensor 280A can be set on the display screen 294. When a touch operation is applied to the display screen 294, the first terminal device can detect the intensity of the touch operation based on the pressure sensor 280A. The first terminal device can also calculate the position of the touch based on the detection signal of the pressure sensor 280A. The touch sensor 280B can be set on the display screen 294, and the touch sensor 280B and the display screen 294 form a touch screen, also known as a "touch screen". The touch sensor 280B is used to detect touch operations applied thereto or nearby. The touch sensor 280B can pass the detected touch operation to the application processor to determine the type of touch event. Visual output related to the touch operation can be provided through the display screen 294. In other embodiments, the touch sensor 280B can also be set on the surface of the first terminal device, at a different location from the display screen 294.

[0150] The buttons 290 include a power button, a volume button, etc. The buttons 290 can be mechanical buttons. Alternatively, they can be touch buttons. The first terminal device can receive button inputs and generate key signal inputs related to the user settings and function controls of the first terminal device. The motor 291 can generate vibration prompts. The indicator 292 can be an indicator light that can be used to indicate the charging status, power changes, messages, missed calls, notifications, etc. The timer 296 can be used to record time information. For example, when the first terminal device records a video, the start time and end time of the video can be recorded, as well as the duration of the recorded video.

[0151] In the embodiments of the present application, as examples, the software system of the first terminal device can adopt a layered architecture, an event-driven architecture, a microkernel architecture, a microservice architecture, or a cloud architecture. The layered architecture can adopt the Android system, the Apple (iOS) system, or other operating systems, which are not limited in the embodiments of the present application. The following uses Figure 3 as an example to illustrate the software structure of the first terminal device.

[0152] Figure 3 is a block diagram of the software structure of a first terminal device provided in an embodiment of the present application. The layered architecture divides the software system of the first terminal device into several layers, each with clear roles and division of labor. The layers communicate with each other through software interfaces. In some embodiments, the system may include an application layer (applications), an application framework layer (application framework), an Android runtime (Android runtime) and system libraries, a hardware abstraction layer (HAL), and a kernel layer (kernel).

[0153] The application layer may include a series of application packages, and the application layer runs applications by calling the application programming interface (API) provided by the application framework layer.

[0154] For example, the application package may include applications such as camera, gallery, calendar, call, map, navigation, wireless local area network (WLAN), Bluetooth, music, video, SMS, recording, etc. Of course, the application layer may also include third-party application packages, such as social applications, third-party music applications, third-party video applications, payment applications, shopping applications, banking applications, chat applications, or financial management applications, etc., which are not limited in this application.

[0155] The social application may have the function of playing video and audio. In response to the user's operation of playing a video, the first terminal device may play the video frame and the corresponding audio. In one possible design of the present application, the social application may call a media playback interface to start (one or more) players of the system in response to the user's operation of playing a video.

[0156] In some embodiments of the present application, when the first terminal device plays audio, the first terminal device can set the audio volume level in response to a user operation. When the first terminal device automatically plays a video, the first terminal device can play the audio corresponding to the video based on the set volume level.

[0157] The application framework layer provides an application programming interface (API) and programming framework for applications in the application layer. The application framework layer includes some predefined functions. For example, it may include an activity manager, a window manager, a content provider, a view system, a resource manager, and an audio service, etc., which are not limited in this embodiment of the application.

[0158] Among them, the audio service can be started during the startup phase of the first terminal device, and the audio service can be used to transmit and save relevant audio data information of the audio module.

[0159] The Android runtime consists of core libraries, a virtual machine, and a virtual machine monitor (VMM). The Android runtime is responsible for scheduling and management of the Android system. The core libraries consist of two parts: one for Java-based functions and the other for the Android core library. The application layer and application framework layer run in the virtual machine. The virtual machine executes Java files from the application layer and application framework layer as binary files. The virtual machine is responsible for performing functions such as object lifecycle management, stack management, thread management, security and exception management, and garbage collection.

[0160] The system library can contain modules with multiple functions, such as: surface manager, media library, 3D graphics processing library, and recognition algorithm module.

[0161] The surface manager manages the display subsystem and provides fusion of two-dimensional and three-dimensional layers for multiple applications. The media library supports playback and recording of a variety of common audio and video formats, as well as static image files. The media library can support multiple audio and video encoding formats, such as JPG, PNG, etc. The three-dimensional graphics processing library is used to implement three-dimensional graphics drawing, image rendering, synthesis, and layer processing. The recognition algorithm module can be used for sign language recognition, speech recognition, and text semantic recognition. Sign language recognition refers to recognizing speech or text as sign language, speech recognition refers to recognizing sign language or text as speech, and text semantic recognition refers to recognizing sign language or speech as text.

[0162] The HAL layer is an encapsulation of the Linux kernel driver, providing an interface to the upper layer and shielding the implementation details of the low-level hardware.

[0163] The HAL layer may include video HAL, audio HAL, and camera HAL.

[0164] The kernel layer is the layer between hardware and software. It drives the hardware, making it work. The kernel layer includes at least the display driver, camera driver, audio driver, and sensor driver. The audio driver, which drives audio-related devices (such as speakers), is primarily responsible for interacting with the hardware.

[0165] In the embodiment of the present application, the display driver may include a driver corresponding to the display, and the audio driver may include a driver corresponding to the speaker, a driver corresponding to the receiver, and a driver corresponding to the microphone.

[0166] The hardware layer includes displays, cameras, speakers, receivers, and microphones.

[0167] It is understood that the software structure of the first terminal device in the embodiment shown in FIG3 is merely a simple example and does not limit the scope of this application. For example, the first terminal device may also deploy cross-device services and virtual screen services. The cross-device service may be used to transmit information between other devices, and the virtual screen service may be used to create and manage virtual screens and run selected applications on the virtual screens.

[0168] Optionally, in this embodiment, the existence of the virtual screen is irrelevant to whether the display screen is connected or not. For example, when the user clicks to turn off the display screen, the application in the virtual screen continues to run.

[0169] In this application, the hardware architecture of the second terminal device is similar to the hardware architecture of the first terminal device shown in Figure 2, and the software architecture of the second terminal device is similar to the software architecture of the first terminal device shown in Figure 3, which will not be repeated here.

[0170] In some scenarios, the first application and the second application can be deployed simultaneously in the first terminal device, so that when the user needs to share the content in the first application with other users through the second application, the sharing can be done locally on the first terminal device.

[0171] Alternatively, the first application and the second application can be deployed in the second terminal device, so that when the user needs to share the content in the first application with other users through the second application, the sharing can be performed through local sharing on the second terminal device.

[0172] Taking the first terminal device as an example, assuming that the first terminal device is a tablet, the first application is a third-party music application, and the second application is a social application, the first terminal device can display the user interface shown in Figure 4(a). The user interface can display a share button for the content in the first application. In this example, the content in the first application can be a song.

[0173] When the user clicks the share button, the first terminal device may display a user interface as shown in FIG4( b ). The user interface may display at least one social application, such as application 1, application 2, and application 3.

[0174] Assuming that the second application is application 1, when the user clicks application 1, the first terminal device may display a user interface as shown in Figure 4(c). Optionally, the user interface may display at least one social user, for example, the at least one social user includes user 1, user 2, and user 3.

[0175] Assuming that a user clicks User 1, the first terminal device may display the user interface shown in Figure 4(d). This user interface includes a share button and a cancel button. When the user clicks the confirm button, the first terminal device shares the content in the first application with User 1 based on the second application.

[0176] After the first terminal device sends the content in the first application to user 1 based on the second application, the first terminal device may display a user interface as shown in FIG4( e ), which may indicate that the content in the first application has been shared successfully.

[0177] In other scenarios, a first application can be deployed on a first terminal device, and a second application can be deployed on a second terminal device. When a user needs to share content in the first application with other users via the second application, the user can first transfer the content in the first application to the second terminal device via the first terminal device, and then share the content in the first application with other users via the second application on the second terminal device.

[0178] Currently, cross-device data transmission can be achieved between a first terminal device and a second terminal device through multi-screen collaboration. In this method, a multi-screen collaboration service can be deployed in the first terminal device and the second terminal device. When the first terminal device and the second terminal device are connected, the first terminal device can display the projection interface of the second terminal device based on the multi-screen collaboration service. The user can then open the user sharing interface of the second application on the projection interface and drag or copy the data in the first application to the user sharing interface on the projection interface to complete the data transmission.

[0179] Taking the first terminal device as a tablet and the second terminal device as a mobile phone as an example, assuming that the first application is a third-party music application and the second application is a social application, the first application is deployed on the tablet and the second application is deployed on the mobile phone. When the tablet and the mobile phone are in a connected state, the user can input operations on the tablet to display the mobile phone screen projection interface. In some embodiments, when both the tablet and the mobile phone have Bluetooth turned on, the tablet and the mobile phone are connected to the same WiFi, and the tablet and the mobile phone have multi-screen collaboration services turned on, the tablet and the mobile phone can be in a connected state.

[0180] Optionally, after the user inputs an operation to display the mobile phone screen projection interface on the tablet, the tablet can display an interface as shown in Figure 5(a), which includes the mobile phone screen projection interface.

[0181] After the user inputs the operation of opening the social application and selecting the sharing object in the mobile phone screen projection interface, the tablet can display the interface as shown in Figure 5(b), in which the user sharing interface of the social application is displayed in the mobile phone screen projection interface.

[0182] The user can copy the sharing link in the third-party music application and paste the sharing link into the user sharing interface of the social application. Then the tablet can display the interface shown in FIG5(c), which may include a sharing button.

[0183] After the user clicks the share button, the tablet may display an interface as shown in FIG5( d ), which indicates that the sharing has been completed.

[0184] In addition, cross-device data transmission can be achieved between the first terminal device and the second terminal device through a transfer station. In this method, a transfer station service can be deployed in the first terminal device and the second terminal device. When the first terminal device and the second terminal device are connected, the user can drag the content of the first application to the transfer station of the first terminal device, and the transfer station of the second terminal device can display the content of the first application. The user can then select the content of the first application from the transfer station of the second terminal device and share it with other users through the application sharing interface of the second application on the second terminal device.

[0185] Taking the first terminal device as a tablet and the second terminal device as a mobile phone as an example, assuming that the first application is a gallery software and the second application is a social application, the first application is deployed on the tablet and the second application is deployed on the mobile phone.

[0186] As shown in FIG6( a ), when the tablet and the mobile phone are connected, the user can select photos in the gallery on the tablet and drag the selected photos into the transfer station on the tablet.

[0187] In some embodiments, when both the tablet and the mobile phone have Bluetooth enabled, are connected to the same WiFi, and have relay station services enabled, the tablet and the mobile phone may be in a connected state.

[0188] When the user drags the selected photos into the transfer station of the tablet, the tablet may display an interface as shown in FIG6( b ).

[0189] Optionally, after the user drags the selected photo into the transfer station of the tablet, the mobile phone may display an interface as shown in FIG7( a ), in which the transfer station of the mobile phone also includes the photo selected by the user.

[0190] As shown in FIG7( b ), the user can open the sharing interface of the social application on the mobile phone and drag the photos in the mobile phone transfer station to the sharing interface.

[0191] When the user drags a photo from the mobile transfer station to the sharing interface, the mobile phone may display an interface as shown in Figure 7(c), which may include a button to confirm sharing. When the user clicks the button to confirm sharing, the mobile phone may display an interface as shown in Figure 7(d), which indicates that sharing has been completed.

[0192] Although both methods can achieve cross-device data transmission, the processes of these two methods are very different from local sharing, and the user learning cost is high. Therefore, this application provides a data processing method to solve the problem of large differences from local sharing processes in the existing technology.

[0193] In the technical solution of the present application, the first terminal device displays a first user interface after receiving a first operation. The first operation can be used to request sharing of the first content in the first application. The first user interface can include an icon of the second application in the second terminal device.

[0194] In this method, a first application may be deployed in the first terminal device, a second application may be deployed in the second terminal device, and the first terminal device and the second terminal device may be in a connected state.

[0195] As an example, the first terminal device may be a tablet, and the second terminal device may be a mobile phone.

[0196] In this method, the first application may be a system application or a third-party application. For example, the first application may be a third-party music application.

[0197] In this method, the first content may include any one or more of the following information: web pages, songs, videos, links, pictures, text, etc. As an example, when the first application is a third-party music application, the first content may be a song.

[0198] In the method, the first user interface may be an interface for selecting a sharing method for the first content.

[0199] Optionally, before displaying the first user interface, the first terminal device may receive first information from the second terminal device, where the first information is used to instruct the second terminal device to deploy the second application.

[0200] Furthermore, after the user clicks the icon of the second application in the second terminal device on the first user interface, the first terminal device may send the first content to the second terminal device.

[0201] In one possible implementation, after the user clicks on the icon of the second application in the second terminal device in the first user interface, the first terminal device may further display the second user interface, which may include an icon of a clone application of the second application.

[0202] Among them, the clone application of the second application can be created for the first terminal device based on the second application in the second terminal device.

[0203] Furthermore, after the user clicks the icon of the clone application of the second application, the first terminal device can send the first content to the second terminal device.

[0204] In another possible implementation, before the first terminal device displays the first user interface, the user may further input an operation for displaying the first user interface on the first terminal device.

[0205] Furthermore, after the first terminal device sends the first content to the second terminal device, it can also send second information to the second terminal device, and the second information is used to indicate that the first content is sent based on the second application; after the second terminal device receives the first content and the second information, it can display the sharing interface of the second application through a physical screen or a virtual screen, and send third information to the first terminal device, and the third information is used to indicate the sharing interface of the second application; after the first terminal device receives the third information, it can display a third user interface, and the third user interface includes the sharing interface of the second application, so that the user can select a sharing object in the sharing interface of the second application in the third user interface, and send fourth information to the second terminal device, and the fourth information is used to instruct the second terminal device to share the first content to the sharing object based on the second application.

[0206] Optionally, the first terminal device and the second terminal device can log in to the same user account.

[0207] In this method, the icon of the second application can be displayed in the first application of the first terminal device. Therefore, the user can click the icon of the second application to transfer the first content from the first terminal device to the second terminal device. This method is consistent with the process of local sharing, more intuitive to users, and has a low user learning cost.

[0208] In addition, compared with the existing technology, the user does not need to drag the first content to the projection interface or transfer station, and the user operation process is natural.

[0209] Next, this application will provide a detailed introduction to the method of this application in conjunction with Figures 8 to 17.

[0210] Figure 8 is a flow chart of a data processing method provided by an embodiment of the present application. As shown in Figure 8, the data processing method may include S801 and S802.

[0211] S801: A first terminal device receives a first operation, where the first operation is used to request sharing of first content in a first application.

[0212] In the method, the first terminal device may be the first terminal device shown in Figure 1, in which the first application is deployed. As an example, the first terminal device may be a tablet.

[0213] In this method, the first application may be a system application or a third-party application. For example, the first application may be a third-party music application.

[0214] In this method, the first content may include any one or more of the following information: a web page, a song, a video, a link, a picture, text, etc. As an example, when the first application is a third-party music application, the first content may be a song.

[0215] For example, assuming that the first application is a third-party music application and the first content is a song, the first terminal device can display a user interface as shown in Figure 4(a). The user interface can display a share button for the first content, and when the user clicks the share button, the first terminal device can receive the first operation.

[0216] S802: The first terminal device displays a first user interface, where the first user interface includes an icon of a second application in the second terminal device. The first terminal device and the second terminal device are in a connected state.

[0217] In the method, the second terminal device may be the second terminal device shown in Figure 1. As an example, the second terminal device may be a mobile phone.

[0218] In this method, a second application may be deployed in the second terminal device, and the second application may be a social application.

[0219] In the method, the first user interface may be an interface for selecting a sharing method for the first content. In some embodiments, the first user interface may display at least one sharing method, and the user may select a sharing method from the at least one sharing method to share the first content.

[0220] Taking the first terminal device as a tablet and the second terminal device as a mobile phone as an example, in some embodiments, when both the tablet and the mobile phone have Bluetooth turned on and are connected to the same WiFi network, the tablet and the mobile phone may be in a connected state.

[0221] In this method, the icon of the second application of the second terminal device in the first user interface needs to meet the following requirements: after the icon of the second application of the second terminal device in the first user interface is clicked, the second application of the second terminal device can be operated.

[0222] Here, operating the second application of the second terminal device can be understood as the second terminal device operating the second application of the second terminal device, for example, the second terminal device opens the second application, displays the interface of the second application, etc. The operation here is only to emphasize the result of the second terminal operating the second application, and does not limit the specific operation process.

[0223] Optionally, the method for the first terminal device to display the first user interface may include: the second terminal device sends a first message to the first terminal device, and the first terminal device receives the first message accordingly; after the first terminal device receives the first message, it can create an icon for the second application based on the first information and display the icon of the second application in the first user interface.

[0224] The second application may be an application deployed on the second terminal device but not deployed on the first terminal device, or may be an application deployed on both the first terminal device and the second terminal device but the second application deployed on the first terminal device is in a non-logged-in state.

[0225] As an example, the second terminal device may send application installation information of the second terminal device to the first terminal device, where the application installation information is used to indicate the application installed by the second terminal device. Accordingly, the first terminal device receives the application installation information and obtains the first information therefrom.

[0226] Optionally, the first terminal device may also send application installation information of the first terminal device to the second terminal device, where the application installation information is used to indicate the application installed by the first terminal device.

[0227] Optionally, the step of the first terminal device acquiring the first information and creating an icon of the second application based on the first information may be performed after S801 or in advance, that is, before S801.

[0228] In this method, the first terminal device can create an icon of the second application based on the first information. Subsequently, the user can click the icon of the second application to transmit the first content from the first terminal device to the second terminal device. The user operation process is natural.

[0229] Furthermore, the first terminal device may also receive a second operation, which may be used to instruct the user to click an icon of a second application in the second terminal device in the first user interface, and then send the first content to the second terminal device based on the second operation.

[0230] In this method, the user clicks on the icon of the second application to transmit the first content from the first terminal device to the second terminal device, and the user operation process is natural.

[0231] In a first possible implementation, the first user interface may be as shown in FIG4(b), in which an icon of the second application of the second terminal device and icons of other social applications may be displayed. Assume that the first user interface may display icons for Application 1, Application 2, and Application 3, where Application 1 may be the second application, and Application 2 and Application 3 may be other social applications. This application will be described later using Application 1 as an example of the second application.

[0232] In this example, when the user clicks on application 1 in the first user interface shown in Figure 4(b), the first terminal device may receive the second operation, and then the first terminal device may display the second user interface shown in Figure 9. The second user interface may include an icon of a clone application of the second application, and the clone application of the second application may be created based on the second application.

[0233] As an example, after receiving the first information, the first terminal device can create a clone application of the second application based on the first information.

[0234] Optionally, the step of the first terminal device creating a clone application of the second application can be performed after S801, or can be performed in advance, that is, before S801.

[0235] The clone application of the second application and the second application may be deployed in different terminal devices, or may be deployed in different storage spaces in the same terminal device.

[0236] For example, assuming that the second application is not deployed in the first terminal device, the second application is deployed in the second terminal device, and the clone application of the second application is deployed in the first terminal device.

[0237] For another example, assuming that a second application is deployed in the first terminal device, the second application can be deployed in the first storage space of the first terminal device, and the clone application of the second application can be deployed in the second storage space of the first terminal device.

[0238] Optionally, the storage space here may be a storage device or a storage system, which is not limited in this application.

[0239] In some embodiments, the clone application of the second application can also be called a virtual clone application of the second application, or a clone virtual application of the second application.

[0240] Optionally, in some embodiments, when the second application is deployed in the first terminal device, the second user interface of the first terminal device may be as shown in Figure 10. In this example, the second user interface may include an icon of the second application and an icon of a clone application of the second application.

[0241] In this example, the icon of the clone of the second application can be different from the icon of the second application. For example, the icon of the clone of the second application can include a clone tag, while the icon of the second application does not include a clone tag. Optionally, the clone tag can be represented by a circle, and the clone tag can be displayed in the lower right corner of the icon of the clone of the second application.

[0242] Optionally, the first terminal device may further distinguish the icon of the second application from the icon of the clone of the second application in other ways. For example, if the icon of the second application and the icon of the clone of the second application are the same, the two can be distinguished by text, for example, the word "Clone" may be displayed below the icon of the clone of the second application, while the word "Clone" is not displayed below the icon of the second application.

[0243] Optionally, in some embodiments, the account logged into the second application on the first terminal device and the account logged into the second application on the second terminal device may be different. In this way, the first terminal device can determine whether to share the first content through the second application on the first terminal device or the second application on the second terminal device based on the icon clicked by the user.

[0244] In this method, the first terminal device can distinguish the icon of the second application from the icon of the clone application of the second application, which is conducive to the user selecting the appropriate icon and the user operation process is natural.

[0245] Optionally, in some embodiments, assuming that the second application in the first terminal device is in a non-logged-in state, the second user interface may not display the icon of the second application. In this case, the second user interface may be as shown in FIG. 9 .

[0246] In this implementation, a user can enter a third operation in the second user interface shown in Figure 9 or Figure 10, instructing the user to click the icon of the clone application of the second application. The first terminal device can then receive the third operation. After receiving the third operation, the first terminal device can send the first content to the second terminal device. Accordingly, the first terminal device can receive the first content.

[0247] In this method, after the first terminal device receives the third operation, the clone application of the second application in the first terminal device can obtain the first content and send the first content to the second terminal device through the cross-device sharing service in the first terminal device. Correspondingly, the second terminal device can receive the first content through the cross-device sharing service in the second terminal device.

[0248] Optionally, when a first terminal device sends the first content to a second terminal device, the first content may be serialized first. After obtaining the serialized first content, the serialized first content may be sent to the second terminal device. Correspondingly, after receiving the serialized first content, the second terminal device may deserialize it to obtain the first content.

[0249] In this implementation, the first terminal device sends the first content to the second terminal device through a software tool kit (SDK) sharing method of the second application.

[0250] In this implementation, the first terminal device can display the icon of the clone application of the second application. The user clicks the icon of the clone application of the second application to enable the first terminal device to transmit the first content to the second terminal device, and the user operation process is natural.

[0251] In a second possible implementation, after receiving the first operation, the first terminal device may display a user interface as shown in FIG11 , which includes a “More” button. When the user clicks the “More” button, the first terminal device may receive a fourth operation, which is used to instruct the display of the first user interface.

[0252] After receiving the fourth operation, the first terminal device may display the first user interface as shown in Figure 12. In this example, the first user interface may include a first area and a second area, where the first area may be an area for displaying applications in the first terminal device, and the second area may be an area for displaying applications in devices other than the first terminal device.

[0253] Assuming that the social applications in the first terminal device may include application 2 and application 3, and the second application may be application 1, the icons of application 2 and application 3 may be displayed in the first area, and the icon of application 1 may be displayed in the second area.

[0254] In this implementation, after the user inputs the fourth operation, the first terminal device can display the first user interface, and then the user can use the icon of the second application in the first user interface to enable the first terminal device to transmit the first content to the second terminal device, and the user operation process is natural.

[0255] Optionally, in some embodiments, when a second application is deployed on the first terminal device, the first user interface of the first terminal device may be as shown in Figure 13. In this example, the first user interface also includes an icon of the second application on the first terminal device, and the social application on the first terminal device includes the second application on the first terminal device.

[0256] In this example, the icon of the second application in the first terminal device and the icon of the second application in the second terminal device are located in different areas. For example, the icon of the second application in the first terminal device is located in the first area, and the icon of the second application in the second terminal device is located in the second area.

[0257] Optionally, the first terminal device may also distinguish the icon of the second application in the first terminal device from the icon of the second application in the second terminal device in other ways.

[0258] As an example, the icon of the second application in the first terminal device and the icon of the second application in the second terminal device may be different.

[0259] As another example, if the icon of the second application on the first terminal device is the same as the icon of the second application on the second terminal device, they can be distinguished by text. For example, the icon of the second application on the first terminal device may include the word "local" below, and the icon of the second application on the second terminal device may include the word "non-local" below.

[0260] In this implementation, the first terminal device can distinguish the icon of the second application in the first terminal device from the icon of the second application in the second terminal device, which is conducive to the user selecting an appropriate icon and the user operation process is natural.

[0261] Optionally, in some embodiments, the account logged in by the second application in the first terminal device and the account logged in by the second application in the second terminal device may be different.

[0262] In this way, the first terminal device can determine whether to share the first content through the second application in the first terminal device or through the second application in the second terminal device based on the icon clicked by the user.

[0263] Optionally, in some embodiments, assuming that the second application in the first terminal device is in a non-logged-in state, the first user interface may not display the icon of the second application in the first terminal device. At this time, the first user interface may be as shown in Figure 12.

[0264] In this implementation, the user can enter a second operation in the first user interface shown in Figure 12 or Figure 13, and the second operation is used to instruct the user to click on the icon of the second application in the second terminal device in the first user interface. Accordingly, the first terminal device can receive the second operation.

[0265] After receiving the second operation, the first terminal device may send the first content to the second terminal device. Correspondingly, the first terminal device may receive the first content.

[0266] In this method, after the first terminal device receives the second operation, the first terminal device can send the first content to the second terminal device through the cross-device sharing service. Correspondingly, the second terminal device can receive the first content through the cross-device sharing service in the second terminal device.

[0267] Optionally, when a first terminal device sends the first content to a second terminal device, the first content may be serialized first. After obtaining the serialized first content, the serialized first content may be sent to the second terminal device. Correspondingly, after receiving the serialized first content, the second terminal device may deserialize it to obtain the first content.

[0268] In this implementation, the first terminal device sends the first content to the second terminal device through a system sharing method.

[0269] Optionally, after the first terminal device sends the first content to the second terminal device, the first terminal device and the second terminal device can share the first content with the sharing object of the second application through the screen projection service. The specific method can be shown in Figure 14.

[0270] S1401: A first terminal device sends first content to a second terminal device. Correspondingly, the second terminal device receives the first content.

[0271] In this method, the step of the first terminal device sending the first content to the second terminal device can refer to the above embodiment and will not be repeated here.

[0272] S1402: The first terminal device sends second information to the second terminal device, where the second information is used to instruct the user to send the first content based on the second application. Correspondingly, the second terminal device receives the second information.

[0273] As an example, assuming that the user clicks the icon of the clone application of the second application in the second user interface as shown in Figure 9 or Figure 10, the second information may include first indication information, which is used to instruct the user to click the icon of the clone application of the second application.

[0274] As another example, assuming that the user clicks the icon of the second application of the second terminal device in the first user interface as shown in Figure 12 or Figure 13, the second information may include second indication information, which is used to instruct the user to click the icon of the second application of the second terminal device.

[0275] S1403: The second terminal device displays a sharing interface of the second application.

[0276] Optionally, when the second terminal device displays the sharing interface of the second application, the sharing interface of the second application may be displayed on a physical screen or a virtual screen of the second terminal device.

[0277] S1404: The second terminal device sends third information to the first terminal device, where the third information is used to indicate a sharing interface of the second application. Correspondingly, the first terminal device receives the third information.

[0278] In this method, the first terminal device and the second terminal device can transmit the third information based on the screen projection service. For example, the second terminal device can send the third information to the first terminal device through the screen projection service in the second terminal device, and the first terminal device can receive the third information through the screen projection service in the first terminal device.

[0279] S1405: The first terminal device displays a third user interface, where the third user interface includes a sharing interface of the second application.

[0280] Optionally, the sharing interface of the second application included in the third user interface may be a screen projection interface of the second terminal device, wherein the screen projection services of the first terminal device and the second terminal device are both in an enabled state.

[0281] Taking the first terminal device as a tablet, the second terminal device as a mobile phone, the first application as a third-party music application, and the second application as application 1 as an example, the third user interface can be as shown in Figure 4(c), and the third user interface can display at least one social user, wherein the at least one social user includes user 1, user 2, and user 3.

[0282] S1406: The first terminal device receives a fifth operation, which is used to instruct the user to confirm the sharing object in the sharing interface of the second application.

[0283] As an example, assuming that the user selects user 1 in the third user interface as shown in Figure 4(c), the first terminal device can determine that user 1 is the sharing object. At this time, the first terminal device can display the fourth user interface as shown in Figure 4(d), which includes a sharing button.

[0284] In this example, after the user clicks the share button in the fourth user interface, the first terminal device can receive the fifth operation.

[0285] S1407: The first terminal device sends fourth information to the second terminal device, where the fourth information is used to instruct the second terminal device to send the first content to the sharing object based on the second application. Correspondingly, the second terminal device receives the fourth information.

[0286] S1408: The second terminal device sends the first content to the sharing object based on the second application.

[0287] Optionally, after the second terminal device sends the first content to the sharing object based on the second application, the first terminal device may display a fifth user interface as shown in FIG4( e ), which may indicate that the first content has been shared successfully.

[0288] Optionally, after the first content is shared successfully, the second terminal device may send an indication message to the first terminal device indicating that the first content has been shared successfully. Correspondingly, after receiving the indication message, the first terminal device may close the screen projection interface of the second terminal device.

[0289] In this method, the user can confirm the sharing object in the sharing interface of the second application in the third user interface and click a button to confirm sharing to share the first content to the sharing object through the second application, and the user operation process is natural.

[0290] In this application, the first terminal device and the second terminal device can log in to the same user account, which is conducive to ensuring the privacy security of the first terminal device and the second terminal device when working together.
