The present patent of invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics and / or similar preparations and is characterised by a composition, more specifically a liquid base composition, and a process for obtaining same, uniting technology and treatment for mixed and oily skins, combining glycolic acid and tranexamic acid, among other ingredients, providing hydration and reducing sun spots on the skin, as well as delivering a gentle peeling effect and improving the appearance of wrinkles and expression lines.

Description

“LIQUID BASE COMPOSITION WITH GLYCOLIC ACID FOR HYDRATION AND REDUCTION OF SUN SPOTS ON THE SKIN AND THE PROCESS FOR OBTAINING IT”

[0001] The present invention patent belongs to the technical field of cosmetics and / or similar preparations characterized by its composition, more specifically it presents a liquid base composition and respective production process, combining technology and treatment for combination and oily skin, combining glycolic acid, tranexamic acid, among other ingredients, providing hydration and reduction of sun spots on the skin, in addition to delivering a gentle peeling effect and improving the appearance of wrinkles and expression lines. STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE.

[0002] Several patent documents found in the state of the art show the use of Glycolic Acid, for example, combined with Tranexamic Acid, as skin lighteners, including the correction of skin pigmentation anomalies.

[0003] In particular, patent document CN 111281840, for example, presents a face brightening and skin beauty cream and method of preparation thereof that, in addition to using Glycolic Acid combined with Tranexamic Acid as skin lighteners, also includes a skin sunscreen agent.

[0004] Also in order to present a skin lightening solution, patent document CN104586686 discloses a skin lightening lotion, which comprises parts of tranexamic acid, parts of hyaluronic acid, parts of a humectant, and parts of glycolic acid, among other ingredients.

[0005] Furthermore, patent document US2013018020 relates to a melanin production inhibitor containing tranexamic acid and nicotinic acid amide as active ingredients, which inhibits the formation of skin melanocytes, and to a cosmetic composition containing the melanin production inhibitor as an active ingredient and has the effects of reducing spots, liver spots, freckles and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, improving skin tone and texture, and whitening the skin. [0006] Glycolic acid as it exists in the state of the art is notoriously known to cause flaking and dryness of the skin, causing a problem when used in cosmetic products that require characteristics that provide greater skin hydration.

[0015] According to the present invention, the liquid base composition makes it possible to achieve several other benefits, such as: - medium and high coverage; - blue light protection; - natural matte finish; - oil control for up to 8 hours; and - be a dermatologically tested product.

[0016] To measure the technical effect of the liquid foundation composition with glycolic acid for hydration and reduction of sun spots on the skin, exhaustive tests were conducted to verify the effects / attributes obtained, such as the perceived effectiveness test and the instrumental effectiveness test (hydration test and image analysis).

[0017] Regarding the perceived efficacy test, this was conducted in accordance with the Good Clinical Practice guidelines, Resolution 466 / 12 and the Ethical Guidelines, and quality control was performed at each stage of the method, according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. [0027] In reference to the instrumental efficacy test, the evaluation of the efficacy of the investigational product in moisturizing potential, through instrumental evaluation, is carried out by a skin hydration measuring instrument, for example by the Corneometer equipment, after 14, 28 and 56 days of continuous use, with the study being carried out with 17 female participants aged between 35 and 60 years.

[0028] The efficacy of the investigational product according to the present invention in reducing expression lines, dark spots, and visible pores is assessed through photographic recording and image analysis, for example, using Complexion Analysis (Canfield) software after 14, 28, and 56 days of continuous use. The study was conducted with 17 female participants between the ages of 35 and 60.

[0029] Thus, after evaluating the instrumental effectiveness, the following results were found in relation to the product of the present invention: - after evaluation using the Corneometer equipment, the investigational product provided a statistically significant improvement in skin hydration after 14, 28 and 56 days of continuous use; - after quantitative evaluation of lines using Visia equipment (a facial diagnosis and analysis system that provides an improved experience for aesthetic and skin care consultations), the investigational product provided a significant reduction (p<0.05) in fine expression lines after 56 days of continuous use of the product; - after quantitative evaluation of brown spots using the Visia equipment, the investigational product provided a significant reduction (p<0.05) in brown spots after 56 days of continuous use of the product; - after quantitative evaluation of stains under UV light using Visia equipment, the investigational product provided a reduction in UV spots after 14, 28 and 56 days of continuous use of the product; and - after quantitative evaluation of pores using Visia equipment; the investigational product provided a significant reduction (p<0.05) of pores after 14, 28 and 56 days of continuous use of the product.

[0033] In an essential mode of execution of the present invention, the formulation ingredients of the liquid base composition with glycolic acid for hydration and reduction of sun spots on the skin, represented by their respective international nomenclatures (International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients - INCI), ranges of use and functions, are presented in Table 02.

and then transfer the ingredients to a dispersing device for up to 15 minutes;still in this phase 6, carry out the evaluation of the pigment dispersion with a glass slide, and after total dispersion of the pigments, the beaker is returned to the shaker, and this phase 6 should not present pigment risks; in a phase 7, add to the main beaker, under phases 5 and 6 previous, the ingredients Pentaerythrityl tetra-di-t-butyl hydroxyhydrocinnamate, Cetyl polyethylene glycol / polypropylene glycol-10 / 1 dimethicone, Benzyl Alcohol, Polyglyceryl-4 isostearate, Disteardimonium hectorite, Propylene carbonate, Isododecane, Dimethicone crosspolymer, and Dimethicone, and homogenize in the shaker, for up to 15 minutes;and to obtain the emulsion: increase the speed to 1100RPM of the main phase and slowly pour the aqueous phase over the main oily phase to the thread point, and after the aqueous phase is completely added, maintain constant stirring for approximately 5 minutes, and in phase 8, add to the main beaker slowly, spraying, and homogenize, at a speed of 800RPM, for up to 10 minutes or until the final composition is completely homogeneous.;
