[0001] The present disclosure relates to a method for displaying product options and a device for performing the same, and more specifically, to a method for displaying product options and a device for performing the same, which allows immediate option selection by displaying all options for each attribute on a single screen when purchasing a product having one or more attributes.
[0002] With the advancement of logistics services and communication infrastructure, online transactions are becoming increasingly active. These online transactions are primarily conducted through online shopping malls. Online shopping malls display detailed information about products on their web pages, and users use this information to decide whether to purchase a product. Meanwhile, users are often asked to select options when purchasing a product. Product web pages typically contain descriptions of various options and drop-down lists for selecting options. In these cases, users must select the desired option from the drop-down list. However, this method of requiring users to review detailed product information and then select the desired option from the drop-down list not only requires continuous scrolling, but also requires users to remember the desired option, making the purchase process inconvenient. Furthermore, when there are many product options, scrolling becomes lengthy, making it difficult to quickly select and remember the options. In particular, when a product has multiple attributes, the inconvenience described above can be exacerbated by having to select options separately for each attribute. Therefore, a user-friendly option display method is required.
