Description

Contents container

[0001] This application relates to a container for contents.

[0002] Aerosol containers are used to package hair products used in hair care. Aerosol containers contain the contents and pressurized gas within a pressure-resistant container, such as a metal container, and discharge the cosmetic and pressurized gas together through a nozzle.

[0003] Hair products like this were typically used by pouring the contents into a separate container and then applying it to the hair or scalp with a brush or similar device. This approach presented inconveniences in storage and use, as it required a separate container or brush.

[0004] To solve this problem, a contents container equipped with a dispensing member was proposed, but there was an inconvenience in that dispensing and dispensing had to be performed as separate operations.

[0005] The purpose of this application is to provide a container for contents.

[0006] According to an embodiment of the present application, a content container is provided. The container may include a container portion for accommodating content; an actuator provided on an upper side of the container portion for discharging the content through a discharge port on the upper side; and a brush positioned on an upper side of the actuator and including at least one comb tooth crossing the discharge port.

[0007] Additionally, the contents can be discharged through a space around the comb formed on the discharge port.

[0008] Additionally, the brush can be configured to apply external force to pressurize the actuator, thereby causing the contents to be discharged.

[0009] In addition, the actuator may include a connecting portion provided on the upper side of the container portion to form a movement path of the contents; and a supporting portion provided on the upper side of the connecting portion to support the brush and form the discharge port inward.

[0010] In addition, the connecting portion may include an inlet connected to the outlet of the container portion; a diffusion portion through which the contents diffuse and move; and a first connecting portion formed by bending at an upper end of the diffusion portion and coupled to the brush.

[0011] In addition, the support portion may include a second connecting portion that is bent to be connected to the first connecting portion; a rim portion formed on an upper side of the second connecting portion to form a discharge port on the inside and having the brush provided on the upper side; and a side wall formed on a lower side of the rim portion to shield at least a portion of the connecting portion.

[0012] Additionally, the border portion may form a slope having a predetermined angle with respect to the longitudinal direction of the contents container.

[0013] Additionally, each of the above teeth may be provided in the direction of the slope of the slope.

[0014] Additionally, the container may further include a cover that shields at least a portion of a side of the contents container.

[0015] Additionally, the container may be an aerosol container.

[0016] Additionally, the container may include a valve that controls the discharge of the contents; and a nozzle that extends upward from the valve but forms a discharge path inward.

[0017] According to the present application, a brush is provided in the contents container, so there is no need to separately provide an application material such as a brush, making storage and use convenient.

[0018] In addition, the pressure for discharging the contents can be applied to the teeth of the brush so that the discharging and application of the contents can be done in one motion.

[0019] In addition, the content is discharged through the gaps around the teeth, thereby dispersing the content and causing the content to stick to the teeth, thereby increasing the application efficiency.

[0020] The effects that can be obtained from the embodiments of the present application are not limited to the effects mentioned above, and other effects not mentioned can be clearly understood by a person having ordinary skill in the technical field to which the present application belongs from the description below.

[0033] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a contents container according to an embodiment of the present application, FIG. 2 is a side view of a contents container according to an embodiment of the present application, FIG. 3 is a plan view of a contents container according to an embodiment of the present application, FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view of a contents container according to an embodiment of the present application, and FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of a part of a contents container according to an embodiment of the present application.

[0034] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 5, the contents container (1000) may include a container portion (100), an actuator (200), a brush (300), and a cover (400).

[0035] The container (100) can provide a storage space for the contents. The container (100) can be freely selected from among various types of containers, such as bottles, jars, and tubes, that can form a storage space.

[0036] In an embodiment, the contents may be hair products for scalp and hair care. Examples include, but are not limited to, shampoo, treatment, hair essence, hair oil, hair wax, hair mousse, hair gel, and hair dye.

[0037] In an embodiment, the container (100) may be an aerosol container. That is, contents and compressed air (e.g., nitrogen gas, etc.) may be contained together within the container (100). The contents within the container (100) may be discharged together with the compressed air as it is sprayed to the outside.

[0038] In an embodiment, the container (100) may include a receiving portion (110) for receiving contents, etc.; a valve provided on the upper side of the receiving portion (110) to control the discharge of the contents; and a nozzle (120) extending upward from the valve but forming a discharge path inward. At least a portion of the nozzle (120) is formed to extend outward from the container (100) and may move downward by pressurization. Movement of the nozzle (120) may cause the valve to open the container (100) to discharge the contents, etc. to the outside.

[0039] The actuator (200) is provided on the upper side of the container part (100) and can discharge the contents of the container part (100) through the discharge port on the upper side. That is, the actuator (200) can control the container part (100) to cause the contents to flow in from the container part (100) and the corresponding discharged matter to be discharged to the outside.

[0040] In an embodiment, the actuator (200) may include a connecting portion (210) provided on the upper side of the container portion (100) to form a movement path of the contents; and a supporting portion (220) provided on the upper side of the connecting portion (210) to support the brush (300) and form an outlet on the inside.

[0041] The connecting portion (210) may include an inlet (212) connected to the outlet of the container portion (100); a diffusion portion (214) through which the contents diffuse and move; and a first connecting portion (216) formed in a folded manner at the upper end of the diffusion portion (214) and connected to the brush (300).

[0042] The inlet (212) may have a shape corresponding to the outlet. For example, the outlet of the container (100) may be the outlet of the nozzle (120) of the container (100). In particular, the inlet (212) may have a support wall formed on the inside so as to be in contact with the upper end of the outlet (e.g., the nozzle (120)). The descent of the actuator (200) may be transmitted to the outlet (e.g., the nozzle (120)) of the container (100) through the support wall of the inlet (212).

[0043] Additionally, the inner diameter of the diffusion portion (214) may increase from the inlet (212) toward the first coupling portion (216) (i.e., toward the upper side). By gradually increasing the space through which the contents move, the flow rate of the contents can be reduced and they can be discharged by spreading more widely.

[0044] The support portion (220) may include a second connecting portion (222) that is formed by bending to be connected to the first connecting portion (216); a rim portion (224) that is formed on the upper side from the second connecting portion (222) and has a discharge port formed inwardly and a brush (300) provided on the upper side; and a side wall (226) that is formed on the lower side from the rim portion (224) and shields at least a portion of the connecting portion (210).

[0045] Although not shown, for example, one of the first coupling portion (216) and the second coupling portion (222) may be formed as a protrusion, and the other may be formed as a groove, and the first coupling portion (216) and the second coupling portion (222) may be fitted to each other. However, such coupling between the protrusion and the groove is exemplary, and various coupling methods may be applied depending on the embodiment. For example, the protrusion and the groove may be exchanged, the protrusion and the groove may be coupled to each other, or a screw coupling, etc. may be applied.

[0046] The brush (300) is for combing hair to organize hair or applying contents to hair, and may include at least one comb tooth (310) positioned on the upper side of the actuator (200) (particularly the support part (220)) and crossing the discharge port.

[0047] In an embodiment, a space may be formed around (or adjacent to) the comb teeth (310) on the discharge port, and the contents may be discharged through the space. For example, a plurality of comb teeth (310) may be spaced apart from each other on the discharge port, and a space (320) may be formed between the plurality of comb teeth (310), through which the contents may be discharged. In this way, the contents may be discharged between the comb teeth (310), thereby allowing the contents to be more dispersedly discharged, and at the same time, the contents may be applied to the comb teeth, thereby improving the application efficiency of the contents.

[0048] In an embodiment, the teeth (310) are spaced apart from each other, and thus the front (330) and the back (340) of the spaced apart space (320) can be opened. That is, the spaced apart space (320) can be opened not only upwardly, but also along the extension direction of the teeth (310). This facilitates the movement of hair and the like between the teeth, and in particular, allows the contents attached to the teeth to easily move to the hair.

[0049] In an embodiment, the brush (300) can be configured to receive an external force to pressurize the actuator (200) to discharge the contents. That is, the external force can be applied to the upper surface (i.e., the comb surface) of the brush (300) formed by the comb teeth (310), and the external force can be transmitted to the actuator (200) and the container (100) through the brush (300). For example, the upper surface of the brush (300) can be easily pressed by contacting hair or the like, so that the use and pressurization of the brush (300) can be performed in the same operation.

[0050] In an embodiment, the edge portion (224) of the actuator (200) may form an inclined surface having a predetermined angle with respect to the longitudinal direction of the content container (1000). Accordingly, each of the comb teeth (310) provided on the edge portion (224) may also be provided in the inclined direction of the inclined surface. This is to facilitate close contact with hair and application of the content.

[0051] The cover (400) can shield at least a portion of the side of the content container (1000). To this end, the cover (400) is formed to extend longitudinally from the top of the container portion (100) to the top of the actuator (200), and can receive at least a portion of the container portion (100) and at least a portion of the actuator (200) inside to protect them from the outside.

[0052] Specifically, the cover (400) may include a cover side wall (410) surrounding the container portion (100) and the actuator (200), and a separating wall (420) protruding inwardly from the cover side wall (410). The actuator (200) may be provided above the separating wall (420), and the container portion (100) may be provided below the separating wall (420). In addition, a portion of the separating wall (420) may be penetrated so that at least a portion of the actuator (200) (particularly, the inlet (212) of the connecting portion (210)) may be inserted. However, the present invention is not limited thereto.

[0053] In an embodiment, the cover (400) may be coupled with the container portion (100) and / or the actuator (200). Various coupling methods, such as a fitting coupling, a hooking coupling, or a screw coupling, may be applied for such coupling. For example, the lower end of the cover side wall (410) may be supported by or fitted to the upper end (shoulder portion) of the container portion (100), and the inlet (212) of the actuator (200) may be fitted to the separating wall (420). However, the present invention is not limited thereto.

[0054] The contents containers illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 5 are exemplary, and various configurations may be applied according to embodiments of the present application.

[0055]

[0056] As described above, embodiments have been disclosed in the drawings and specifications. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications and equivalent embodiments are possible. Therefore, the substantial scope of this application is defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
