Abstract
Description
Cap for fusion
[0001] The present invention relates to a cap for a fusion packaging, and more particularly, to a cap for a fusion packaging having a novel configuration for preventing a consumer from opening a container containing contents such as a pill and for confirming whether the container has been opened during handling.
[0002] Typically, dietary supplements, such as digestive aids and vitamins, are manufactured in tablet or pill form (hereinafter referred to as "pills"). To maximize efficacy and prevent overdose, pills are taken in prescribed doses on a regular basis.
[0003] These pills are sold in a state where they are contained in a designated storage container. Conventional pill storage containers have a structure including a container body that contains a number of pills, and a cap that is openably connected to the insertion port of the container body.
[0004] Therefore, to take the pill, the cap is opened from the main body of the container, and the pill contained within the main body of the container is taken.
[0005] However, there are cases where consumers arbitrarily open the cap while handling or using a medicine container containing pills, and there is insufficient means to check whether the cap has been opened.
[0006] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a new composite cap having a configuration for preventing consumers from opening a container containing contents such as pills and for confirming whether the container has been opened during handling.
[0007] According to the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problem, a composite cap is provided, which includes a lower cap (124) coupled to an upper opening of a container (20) in which pills are stored, and an upper cap (122) coupled to the lower cap (124), and is configured so that pills stored in the container (20) can be taken out by tearing off the upper cap (122).
[0008] The outer surface of the lower cap (124) is provided with at least one closed-loop type forced assembly stone piece (125), and the closed-loop type forced assembly stone piece (125) is forcibly inserted into at least one container-side stone piece joining groove (22) provided on the inner surface of the container (20), so that the upper cap (122) and the lower cap (124) are forcibly assembled to the container (20).
[0009] The bottom surface of the upper cap (122) and the upper part of the lower cap (124) are connected by a plurality of ribs (126), and the inside of the container (20) is subjected to a pressure force, and even if only one rib (126) among the plurality of ribs (126) bursts, the remaining ribs (126) cannot withstand the pressure inside the container (20) and burst naturally, causing the upper cap (122) to fall out of the lower cap (124).
[0010] The present invention has the effect of preventing a consumer from arbitrarily opening a cap during handling, such as possession or use, of a container containing contents such as a pill, and of reliably confirming whether the cap has been opened.

[0023] Referring to the drawings, the present invention includes a lower cap (124) coupled to the upper opening of a container (20) in which pills are stored, and an upper cap (122) coupled to the lower cap (124), and is configured so that the pills stored in the container (20) can be taken out by tearing off the upper cap (122). The upper cap (122) is configured so that the pills stored in the container (20) can be taken out by tearing off the upper cap (124) above the lower cap.
[0024] The container (20) described in the present invention is configured in a cylindrical shape, the upper cap (122) is configured in a circular disk shape, and the lower cap (124) is configured in a circular ring shape with the upper end connected to the lower surface of the upper cap (122) by a plurality of ribs (126).
[0025] The outer surface of the lower cap (124) is provided with at least one closed-loop type forced assembly stone piece (125), and the closed-loop type forced assembly stone piece (125) is forcibly inserted into at least one container-side stone piece joining groove (22) provided on the inner surface of the container (20), so that the upper cap (122) and the lower cap (124) are forcibly assembled to the container (20).
[0026] The bottom surface of the upper cap (122) and the upper part of the lower cap (124) are connected by a plurality of ribs (126), and the inside of the container (20) is subjected to a pressure force, and even if only one rib (126) among the plurality of ribs (126) bursts, the remaining ribs (126) cannot withstand the pressure inside the container (20) and burst naturally, causing the upper cap (122) to fall out of the lower cap (124).
[0027] In the present invention, the upper cap (122) and the lower cap (124) are made of a material having appropriate elasticity, such as plastic or synthetic resin, and the plurality of ribs (126) are also made of the same material as the upper cap (122) and the lower cap (124), and the upper and lower portions of the plurality of ribs (126) are connected to the bottom surface of the upper cap (122) and the upper portion of the lower cap (124), respectively. The plurality of ribs (126) are arranged at regular intervals along the circumferential direction based on the center of the upper cap (122) and the lower cap (124). In the present invention, 24 ribs (126) are provided.
[0028] Referring to Fig. 5, the upper cap (122) and the lower cap (124) are assembled by forcibly inserting them into the upper opening of the container (20), and when using the pills inside the container (20), the upper cap (122) is opened from the lower cap (124), and then the pills contained in the container (20) can be taken out and used.
[0029] The present invention is characterized by forced assembly of the upper cap (122) and the lower cap (124). That is, as described above, at least one closed-loop type forced assembly protrusion (125) is provided on the outer surface of the lower cap (124), and when the upper cap (122) and the lower cap (124) are forcibly pushed downward from the upper opening of the container (20) while the lower cap (124) is aligned to meet the upper opening of the container (20), at least one closed-loop type forced assembly protrusion (125) provided on the outer surface of the lower cap (124) goes into the center of the lower cap (124), and when the closed-loop type forced assembly protrusion (125) meets the container-side protrusion joining groove (22) on the inner surface of the container (20), the closed-loop type forced assembly protrusion (125) is seated and caught on the container-side protrusion joining groove (22) by the self-elastic restoring force of the lower cap (124) and the self-elastic restoring force of the closed-loop type forced assembly protrusion (125). Since the closed loop type forced assembly stone piece (125) of the lower cap (124) is forcibly inserted into at least one container-side stone piece joining groove (22) on the inner surface of the container (20), the upper cap (122) and the lower cap (124) can be forcibly assembled to the container (20).
[0030] In the present invention, two closed-loop type force assembly protrusions (125) are provided on the outer surface of the lower cap (124), and when the upper cap (122) and the lower cap (124) are forcibly pushed downward from the upper opening of the container (20) while the lower cap (124) is aligned to meet the upper opening of the container (20), the two closed-loop type force assembly protrusions (125) provided on the outer surface of the lower cap (124) enter toward the center of the lower cap (124), and when the closed-loop type force assembly protrusions (125) meet the two container-side protrusion joining grooves (22) provided on the inner surface of the container (20), the two closed-loop type force assembly protrusions (125) are secured and hung on the two container-side protrusion joining grooves (22) by the self-elastic restoring force of the lower cap (124) and the self-elastic restoring force of the two closed-loop type force assembly protrusions (125). Therefore, since the two closed-loop forced assembly pieces (125) of the lower cap (124) are forcibly inserted into the two container-side stone piece joining grooves (22) on the inner surface of the container (20), the upper cap (122) and the lower cap (124) can be forcibly assembled to the container (20).
[0031] In addition, in the present invention, the closed-loop forced assembly stone (125) is provided with a lower guide tapered portion (125GT) extending upward at least on the bottom surface when viewed from the side cross-section of the upper cap (122) and the lower cap (124), so that when the upper cap (122) and the lower cap (124) are forcibly assembled by pushing them down from the upper opening of the container (20), the lower guide tapered portion (125GT) slides down more smoothly along the inner surface of the container (20) before entering the container-side stone-side joining groove (22), thereby allowing the closed-loop forced assembly stone (125) to be inserted into the container-side stone-side joining groove (22). Therefore, there is an effect that the process of forcibly assembling the upper cap (122) and the lower cap (124) by pushing them down from the upper opening of the container (20) is more easily performed.
[0032] For reference, the present invention can be force-fitted in the form of an overcap to a general PET water bottle cap and any cap with a diameter of 28 mm on the market.
[0033] Meanwhile, in the present invention, the internal pressure force state of the container (20) is about 0.1 N, and the number of ribs (126) in the present invention is 24, and the 24 ribs (126) prevent the upper cap (122) from being torn (i.e., broken). In order to prevent the consumer from opening the container and to check whether it has been opened, even if only one rib (126) among the 24 ribs (126) bursts, the remaining ribs (126) (i.e., the remaining 23 ribs (126)) burst naturally due to changes over time without being able to withstand the force of 0.1 N, and the upper cap (122) falls off.
[0034] The present invention has the effect of preventing a consumer from arbitrarily opening the cap of a container (20) containing contents such as pills while in possession of the consumer, and reliably confirming whether the cap has been opened. In this case, preventing a consumer from arbitrarily opening the cap mainly means preventing a consumer from arbitrarily opening the upper cap (122) due to a mistake or the like, and confirming whether the cap has been opened mainly means confirming whether the upper cap (122) has been opened.
[0035] Meanwhile, FIG. 6 is a side cross-sectional view of a cap for fusion according to another embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 7 is a side cross-sectional view of a cap for fusion according to another embodiment of the present invention.
[0036] The present invention is characterized in that it further includes a closed loop type sealing channel portion (130) provided on the lower surface of the upper cap (122).
[0037] The lower surface of the upper cap (122) is provided with an inner channel forming protrusion (132) protruding downward, and an outer channel forming protrusion (134) protruding downward from the lower surface of the upper cap (122) so as to be arranged in a concentric shape with the inner channel forming protrusion (132) and positioned at an outer position of the inner channel forming protrusion (132), so that the sealing channel portion (130) is formed by the inner channel forming protrusion (132) and the outer channel forming protrusion (134). A cap insertion space into which the upper end of the lower cap (124) is inserted and coupled is secured between the inner channel forming protrusion (132) and the outer channel forming protrusion (134).
[0038] Accordingly, the upper cap (122) is connected to the upper end of the lower cap (124) by a plurality of ribs (126) (24 ribs (126) in the present invention), and at the same time, the upper end of the lower cap (124) is coupled to the cap insertion space between the inner channel forming protrusion (132) and the outer channel forming protrusion (134), so that the inner channel forming protrusion (132) and the outer channel forming protrusion (134) are in sealing contact with the inner and outer circumferential surfaces of the upper end of the lower cap (124), thereby further enhancing the sealing property of the interior of the container (20) by the upper cap (122) and the lower cap (124).
[0039] In addition, the present invention is characterized in that it further includes a closed loop auxiliary sealing edge piece (142) provided on the lower peripheral portion of the lower cap (124).
[0040] Since the closed loop auxiliary sealing edge piece (142) is in sealing contact with the inner surface of the container (20) when the upper cap (122) and the lower cap (124) are forcibly assembled by pushing them down from the upper opening of the container (20), it is expected that the sealing between the lower cap (124) and the container (20) will be double-enhanced.
[0041]
[0042] It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and that various modifications and variations can be made without changing the gist of the present invention.
[0043] Accordingly, the embodiments described above are provided to fully inform a person having ordinary skill in the art of the present invention of the scope of the invention, and should be understood to be exemplary and not limiting in all respects, and the present invention is defined only by the scope of the claims.
