[0029] The Applicant has realized that women who wear a wired bra or a wireless / wire- free bra or a bralette may encounter or may experience various types of inconvenience or undesired appearance of their breast or body.

[0030] The Applicant has realized that when wearing a wireless bra or a wire-free bra, or a bralette or other bra that lacks underwire, the breasts are often pushed together and / or are pushed inwardly towards each other, and / or rub against each other; and this may cause inconvenience to some female wearers, due to such inwardly pushing forces that the bra or bralette applies on the breasts of the wearer. Additionally or alternatively, realized the Applicant, this may cause to some female wearers skin irritation, skin rashes, sweating or increased sweating, and even muscle pain or body pain due to the inwardly-directed forces that the bra or bralette puts on the breasts of the female wearer.

[0031] The Applicant has realized that some conventional bras may include a “gore” element or a “bridge” element, which is made of metal and which is located between the two cups of the bra. However, realized the Applicant, some female wearers are inconvenienced by the touch of the metal “gore” element on their skin, and / or by the indirect feel of such metal “gore” in proximity to their skin. Additionally, realized the Applicant, such metal “gore” element may indeed assist in shaping the breasts in some situations or positions, but may also create an undesired sloppy look when the metal “gore” element floats away from the body orwhen it does not directly touch the skin of the female wearer. Furthermore, realized the Applicant, the metal wire(s) that are used in such metal “gore” element are inconvenient or uncomfortable to some female users, and may even prick the wearer’s skin or breasts.

[0032] Some embodiments of the present invention provide an innovative Breasts Separator Unit, as well as a bra or garment that incorporates such Breasts Separator Unit.

The designs incorporate visual symmetry and anatomical compatibility, reflecting a balance between functionality and discreetness. The figure encapsulates the versatility of the Breasts Separator Unit, underscoring its potential to cater to diverse user preferences, garment types, and ergonomic requirements while maintaining a focus on practicality and innovation.

[0120] Referring again to Fig. 13, it demonstrates the structural integration of a Breasts Separator Unit within a garment, emphasizing the interaction between the unit and the surrounding textile layers. Fig. 13 demonstrates how the separator is positioned and supported by various fabric elements, creating a seamless interface between the functional component and the overall garment design. The depiction reveals a thoughtful arrangement of materials and structural elements, ensuring both the functionality of the separator and the aesthetic continuity of the garment.

[0121] For example, the separator is centrally placed between the two fabric layers, where an outer layer and an inner layer work cohesively to encase the unit. The outer layer, oriented away from the wearer’s body, provides a protective barrier that maintains the garment's external appearance while supporting the separator's placement. The inner layer, designed to be in contact with the skin, is constructed from softer materials to enhance wearer comfort, ensuring that the separator’s edges or structural elements do not cause irritation or pressure points.

[0122] In some implementations, the separator is further complemented by an additional internal fabric layer positioned between the separator and the inner layer. This intermediate layer introduces thickness and reinforces the separator’s functional properties, such as improving its stability or modifying its pressure distribution. Similarly, an external fabric layer, located between the separator and the outer surface, serves to augment its integration while ensuring the separator’s structure remains concealed. This multi-layered configuration not only improves the durability and functionality of the separator but also ensures it remains discreet, preserving the garment's visual aesthetics.

[0123] The separator itself is designed with careful attention to geometry and material selection, conforming to the garment’s contours and providing targeted support to the breasts. Its placement within the layered fabric system allows for slight positional adjustments, granting the wearer flexibility to customize its fit. The separator's incorporation is achieved through advanced manufacturing techniques, such as stitching, bonding, or adhesive attachment, ensuring its stability and longevity.

[0124] Fig. 13 demonstrates the interplay between engineering and comfort, where the separator becomes an integral, yet invisible, part of the garment. By embedding it within a thoughtfully designed textile framework, Fig. 13 highlights the practical and aesthetic benefits of this innovative solution, showcasing its adaptability to various garment types and user preferences. This integration not only enhances functionality but also ensures wearability, making the separator a refined addition to modern apparel design.
