Description

[0001]IPC: E04B 9 / 00 Mounting profile of a set of profiles for creating profile structures of a frame-sheathing type suspended ceiling (Variants) TECHNICAL FIELD The invention relates to the construction industry and can be used in the field of creating suspended ceilings, in particular when installing frame-sheathing type structures. TECHNICAL LEVEL In the field of suspended structures, in particular stretch ceilings, a fairly large number of profiles are presented that solve the problems of creating architectural forms of a suspended ceiling with various functional properties, such as the placement of light lines, ventilation units and other equipment in the plane of the ceiling and wall abutments. A limited number of similar solutions for suspended ceilings based on frame-sheathing type structures are currently presented. In this regard, in order to create several architectural solutions in one frame-sheathing structure, architects-designers and installers have to select profiles from different manufacturers, taking into account that many profiles do not fit together in cross-section, and perform complex calculations to align the suspended ceiling plane to their dimensions. Such work is labor-intensive and requires taking into account a large number of materials and their parameters throughout the entire period of work from project creation to finishing work and, as practice shows, in most cases it is impossible to exclude all errors in calculations and the human factor, which leads to damage to the material and the need for recalculations and alterations, including at the final stages of finishing work. A joint unit for fastening a suspended ceiling is known from the prior art (Patent RU 2742420 C1 priority date 08 / 10 / 2020).) – a prototype of the claimed technical solution, the technical result of which is an increase in the reliability of the joint of the device for fastening a suspended ceiling or other similar suspended coverings due to the cushioning of adverse effects on the fastening unit and the structure of the suspended ceiling or other similar suspended coverings and, as a consequence, an increase in the resistance of these suspended coverings to loads arising during operation. The known joint unit of the suspended ceiling fastening device is a profile structure in the form of a three-component system implementing a damper connection, where the profile structure includes a base profile and a mounting profile containing damper connection elements in the form of a groove for a damper, a mating part and a damper, due to the use of which a flexible decoupling of the supporting surface of the wall and the suspended ceiling structure is ensured, which allows increasing the resistance of frame-sheathing structures to loads arising during operation and prevents the appearance of cracks on the plane of the suspended ceiling. A disadvantage of the prototype is the limitation of the options for adjoining with the supporting surface.DISCLOSURE OF THE ESSENCE OF THE INVENTION The objective of the invention is to create a wide range of abutments of a suspended ceiling with a supporting surface with provision of their flexible decoupling, which allows the use of a profile structure to create a cornice zone in the area of the wall abutment according to the first variant and a technical zone according to the second variant. Additionally, using such mounting profiles, it is possible to create niches in the plane of suspended ceilings of the frame-sheathing type. The technical result of the group of inventions is the simplification of the process of installing a suspended ceiling in the form of frame-sheathing structures - a solution to the problem of an insufficient arsenal of means and an expansion of the functional capabilities of the prototype for creating wall abutments. The mounting profile of the profile set for creating profile structures of a frame-and-sheathing suspended ceiling, containing damper joint elements in the form of a mating part and a damper, in accordance with the first version, is made in the form of a composite structure consisting of two parts made with the possibility of coupling, of which the first is provided with a mounting shelf, while the other part is provided with a putty element coupled with the base, wherein the mounting shelf is made in the form of a cornice with grooves oriented downwards and has a free edge, the base is made in the form of a closed contour, the width of the cross-section of which is proportionate to the free edge of the mounting shelf, for which the base acts as a support. The mounting shelf of such a mounting profile is provided with an additional groove, which in turn is provided with recesses. The mounting profile of the profile set for creating profile structures of a frame-and-sheathing suspended ceiling, containing damper connection elements in the form of a mating part and a damper, in accordance with the second embodiment, is made in the form of a composite structure consisting of two parts made with the possibility of mating, of which the first is provided with a mounting shelf, while the other part is provided with a putty element mated with the base, wherein the mounting shelf is made in the form of a gap expander and has a free edge, the base is made in the form of a closed contour the cross-sectional width of which is proportionate to the free edge of the mounting shelf, for which the base acts as a support. The mounting profiles of the profile set for creating profile structures are provided with elements forming a cavity for the connectors. The mating part of such mounting profiles is made in the form of a corner. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS In Fig.1-2 show wall abutments created by means of the claimed mounting profiles of the profile set for creating profile structures. Fig. 3 shows additional possibilities of using the claimed mounting profiles of the profile set for creating profile structures. IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INVENTION The process of installing frame-and-sheathing structures is simplified due to the presence of profiles in the set for various functions, which allows creating a wide range of architectural solutions from wall abutments along the perimeter of the suspended ceiling. The claimed invention expands the functional capabilities of the prototype by ensuring the use of the profile structure for creating a cornice zone in the area of the wall abutment according to the first variant and a technical zone according to the second variant. Additionally, using such mounting profiles, it is possible to create niches in the plane of suspended ceilings of the frame-and-sheathing type, which will be clear from the disclosure of the invention below. The created abutment of the suspended ceiling with the supporting surface not only ensures their flexible decoupling, but also solves the problem of an insufficient arsenal of means for creating wall abutments. Flexible decoupling is ensured by the fact that the set of profiles for creating profile structures includes a base profile 1 and a mounting profile 2, containing damper connection elements in the form of a groove 3 for the damper of the base profile 1, a mating part 4 and a damper 5. The mounting profiles 2 for both of the options are made in the form of composite structures, from two parts, made, in turn, with the possibility of mating, of which one part is equipped with a mounting shelf 6 for the first option and 7 for the second option, respectively. The other part of the mounting profiles 2 is equipped with a putty element 8 and 9, respectively, as well as a base 10 and 11, respectively, for each option in the order they are mentioned. The compatibility of the mounting profiles is achieved by observing the condition for their implementation, namely, each mounting profile of the profile set has the same height from any mounting shelf to the edge of any putty element and the same shape of each of them. Thus, due to one set of profiles, a whole range of architectural solutions are obtained that are easy to install and when combining (joining) the profiles with each other, the mounting shelves and putty elements, as well as the bases or their parts, converge in the cross section. Elements 12, forming cavities for connectors, allow for the convergence of the ends of the profiles with each other and connecting several profile structures with a damper connection in one line without displacement. Each of the mounting profiles 2 is made combined with the mating part 4, which is made, for example, in the form of a corner, but not limited to, which will facilitate the combination of the elements of the damper connection by inserting the mating part 4 with the damper 5 into the cavity 3 of the base profile 1. Since the length of the profiles, as a rule, is two meters or more, and the installation is performed by two hands of one person, with the hands extended upwards, then the installation shelves 6 and 7, duplicating the mating part 4, act as an additional guide, which allows from the starting part of the mounting profile (according to any of the options) and further along its entire remaining length to connect the elements of the profile structure by progressive pressing. An additional element in the form of a rib 13, forming a groove for connectors, allows to combine the peripheral edges of the base profiles 1 in one line in order to prevent displacements of the profile structure (then the base profiles 1 can be placed along the perimeter of the room with an accuracy of up to a millimeter). The execution of a number of profiles in the form of a composite structure is necessary when the structure of the mounting profile has large dimensions (for example, a large distance from the wall), profile structures made in this way are easier to manufacture and transport, in addition, additionally, with the help of elements of such profile structures, it is possible to create various combinations, including the creation of niches in the plane of the ceiling, which will be discussed below. The mounting profile of the set of profiles for creating profile structures according to the first variant is made in the form of a composite structure as shown in Fig.1, consists of two parts, where the first part is provided with a mounting shelf 6, and the other part is provided with a putty element 8, which is connected with a base 10, and is made as follows, the mounting shelf 6 is made in the form of a cornice with downwardly oriented grooves 14 for runners and has a free edge 15. The base 10 is made in the form of a closed contour 16 the width of the cross-section of which is proportionate to the free edge 15 of the mounting shelf 6, for which the base 10 acts as a support, thus realizing the possibility of connecting two parts of the mounting profile with each other. The mating part 4 of such a profile is made in the form of a corner combined with a part of the mounting shelf 6, made in turn in the form of a cornice, then the design of the mounting profile 2 has better ergonomics when combined with the frame-sheathing structure.By means of such mounting profile 2 one of the wall abutments is realized with provision of flexible decoupling, which will provide the possibility of placing curtains in such abutment. For illumination of the wall abutment the mounting shelf 6 made in the form of a cornice with downwardly oriented grooves 16 for runners can be provided with an additional groove 17 for a light source (not shown in Fig. 1), for example, made in the form of an LED strip, but not limited to. Such groove 17 is also provided with recesses for placement in the structure of the mounting profile 2 of a diffuser (not shown in Fig. 1). The mounting profile 2 of the set of profiles for creating profile structures according to the second variant (Fig. 2) made in the form of a composite structure as shown in Fig.2, consists of two parts, where one part is provided with a mounting shelf 7, made in the form of a gap expander, provided with a counterpart 4 of the damper joint made in the form of a corner and has a free edge 18, while the other part is provided with a putty element 9, connected to a base 11, which is made in the form of a closed contour 19, the width of the cross-section of which is proportionate to the free edge 18 of the mounting shelf 7, for which the base 11 acts as a support, due to which the possibility of connecting the two parts of the mounting profile 2 with each other is realized. By means of such a mounting profile 2, another of the wall abutments is realized with the provision of a wide niche - a technical cavity for placing equipment, for example, a projector screen, picture hangers and other large-sized equipment that must be hidden above the surface of the suspended ceiling. For the device of large niches, a gap expander, as shown in Fig.2, is provided with hooks 20 on the outside, which, by analogy with elements 12 forming a cavity for connectors, form such a cavity together with the mounting shelf 7. As was previously indicated, an additional effect of using a set of mounting profiles is the possibility of creating niches in the plane of a suspended ceiling by combining the mounting profiles of the set with each other. Examples of such use are illustrated in Fig. 3. Fig. 3a) shows a combination of a mounting profile 2 according to the second embodiment of the present invention. Where the base 11 acts as a support for the part of the mounting profile 2 provided with a mounting shelf 7, made in the form of a gap expander. When organizing a niche, at least part of the corner of the mating part 4 should be excluded (as shown in Fig.) to be able to connect the mounting shelf 7 of the shelf with the base 21 of the mounting profile 22 (also included in the set of profiles, not being the object of legal protection according to the present invention). In Fig.7 b) shows a combination of a mounting profile 2 according to the first variant of the present invention. Where the base 10 acts as a support for the part of the mounting profile 2 equipped with a mounting shelf 6 made in the form of a cornice. When organizing a niche, it is advisable to exclude at least part of the corner of the mating part 4 (as shown in Fig.) to be able to connect the mounting shelf 6 of the shelf with the base 21 of the mounting profile 22 (also included in the set of profiles, not being the object of legal protection according to the present invention). The mounting profiles of the set of profiles for each of the variants can be used as follows. The examples below are given for the purpose of sufficiently disclosing the essence of the invention and do not limit the possibilities of using the invention in another way. The design of a frame-sheathing type of suspended ceiling (Code of rules for design and construction SP 163.1325800.2014. Designs using plasterboard and gypsum fiber sheets. The design and installation rules) includes (Fig. 1-3) a metal frame 23 consisting of guides 24 and ceiling 25 profiles assembled together into a frame structure. Such a frame structure is attached to the ceiling of the room using hangers (not shown in the Fig.). Also, the frame-sheathing type of suspended ceiling includes sheathing sheets 26, for example, gypsum plasterboard and gypsum fiber sheets, which are sewn on from below the frame structure and form the plane of the suspended ceiling. Guide profiles 24 are used in places where the frame structure adjoins the wall of the room - the supporting surface 27. Traditionally, guide profiles 24 are attached along the perimeter of the room through a damper tape and the metal frame 23 is assembled by placing the ends of the ceiling profiles 25 in them. In this way, the metal frame 23 is built in a horizontal plane. When creating niches or abutments with a supporting surface 27, their perimeter is set using guide profiles 24.The lining sheets 26 are hemmed in one or two layers. Then finishing work is carried out on applying a decorative finishing coating, at the final stage of which the obtained plane of the suspended ceiling is painted (or the final appearance is designed in another way). The prototype of the claimed technical solution offers a different method from the traditional one for creating abutments with a damper tape, to compensate for the stresses of the connections of the metal frame 23 with the supporting surface 27, in which cracks may appear on the plane of the suspended ceiling along the line of conjugation of its plane with the perimeter of the room. The prototype offers a profile structure with a flexible decoupling of the supporting surface of the wall and the suspended ceiling structure, which, due to the damper 5 and some freedom that it provides, allows the elements of the damper connection in the form of a groove 3 for the damper and the mating part 4 to dampen such stresses. The prototype offers a profile design for creating a shadow abutment, however, at present there is a need to combine several types of abutments with each other to create suspended ceilings of complex architecture. For this purpose, a set of profiles compatible with each other is proposed, where each mounting profile 2 has the same height from the mounting shelf 6 and 7 of the present group of inventions to the edge of the putty element 8 and 9, and each of them has the same shape. Thus, when combining (joining) the mounting profiles 2 with each other, the mounting shelves 6 and 7, as well as the putty elements 8 and 9, as well as the bases 10 and 11 or their parts, converge in the cross section. Base profiles 1 are placed along the perimeter of the room, connecting them to each other in one line, thus the plane of the suspended ceiling is precisely defined over its entire area.In the area of the window (or other translucent structure), a mounting profile 2 according to variant one of the present invention is used (Fig. 1), in the area of placement of equipment (for example, a projector screen), a mounting profile 2 according to variant two of the present invention is used (Fig. 2). If necessary, niches are organized as shown in Fig. 3. In this way, profile structures are created, including a base profile 1 and a mounting profile 2 according to any variant, and containing damper connection elements in the form of a groove 3 for a damper, a mating part 4 and a damper 5. Bases 10 and 11 of mounting profiles 2 are screwed to guide profiles 24 of a metal frame 23 of a frame-sheathing structure as follows. In the case of two-layer sheathing, the guide profile 24 is aligned with the bases 10 or 11, retreating by the thickness of the sheathing sheet 26 from the lower edge of the bases 10 or 11 of the mounting profiles 2.In case of single-layer sheathing, guide profile 24 is screwed to the lower edge of bases 10 and 11 of mounting profiles 2 according to any of the variants. Due to this, all profile structures with a damper connection have a reliable combination with the frame-sheathing structure, in particular with its metal frame 23. The mating parts 4 with a damper 5 in the starting part of mounting profiles 2 (their edge) are inserted into groove 3 for the damper of the base profile 1 and by successive pressing form profile structures with a damper connection along the entire perimeter of the room. In this case, mounting profiles 2 are joined with each other along a straight line and at corner joints, combining bases 10 and 11 or their parts, as well as their putty elements 8 and 9.It should be noted that the difference in the width of the obtained profile structures with a damper connection, when several profiles of the profile set are used, can be compensated both by means of special plugs (not the subject of the invention), and by means of end cuts of the mounting profiles 2 at 45 degrees since their putty elements 8 and 9 have the same shape, then all the lower parts of the profile structures converge in the horizontal plane. When joining profile structures, connectors are used, which are inserted into the cavities formed by elements 12, forming a cavity for the connectors. Thus, all profile structures are combined with each other in one line without displacements in the plane, due to which a flat plane of the suspended ceiling is obtained. Then, by means of ceiling profiles 25, a frame structure is formed, to the metal frame 23 obtained in this way, sheathing sheets 26 are sewn, the lower layer of which is brought close to the putty elements 8 and 9, and then a number of finishing works are carried out to create a decorative finishing coating. As a result, without complex calculations, by means of simple installation, a smooth surface of a suspended ceiling with multifunctional wall abutments for a whole range of architectural solutions is obtained. The process of creating variants of architectural solutions. Creation of a cornice zone in the area of the wall abutment (location of the window opening) by means of a profile structure including a mounting profile 2 (Fig. 1). Both parts of the mounting profile 2 are assembled by fastening the base 10 with the mounting shelf 6, namely with its free edge 15 over the entire width of the cross-section of the closed contour 16. The base 10 is combined with the guide profile 24 as described above. The mating part 4 with the damper 5 is inserted into the groove 3 for the damper of the base profile 1, while the mounting shelf 6 acts as a kind of beacon for the corner of the mating part 4, as indicated above. A light source (not shown in Figs. 1 and 3) is placed in the groove 17 and connected, the groove is closed with a diffuser (also not shown in Fig.). The runners themselves, on which the curtains will be hung during operation, are placed directly into the downwardly oriented grooves 14 for the runners of the mounting shelf 6. Then the metal frame 23 is assembled as described above, the peripheral parts of the sheathing sheets 26 are combined with the putty element 8 and finishing work is performed as indicated above.By means of such a mounting profile 2 according to the first variant of the present invention, made in the form of a composite structure, one of the wall abutments is realized with provision of a flexible decoupling, which allows the use of the obtained profile structure for placing curtains, so that the cornice remains invisible to the eye. Creation of a wide niche in the area of the wall abutment by means of a profile structure, including the mounting profile 2 (Fig. 2). Both parts of the mounting profile 2 are assembled by fastening the base 11 with the mounting shelf 7, made in the form of a gap expander, namely its free edge 18 over the entire width of the cross-section of the closed contour 19. The base 11 is combined with the guide profile 24 as described above. The mating part 4 with the damper 5 is inserted into the groove 3 for the damper of the base profile 1, wherein the mounting shelf 7 acts as a kind of beacon for the mating part 4, as was indicated above.Next, the metal frame 23 is assembled as described above, the peripheral parts of the sheathing sheets 26 are combined with the putty element 9 and finishing works are performed as indicated above. By means of such a mounting profile 2 according to the second variant of the present invention, made in the form of a composite structure, one of the wall abutments is realized with provision of a flexible junction, which allows the use of such a profile structure with the obtained wide niche for placing equipment, for example, a projector screen, picture hangers and other large-sized equipment that must be hidden above the surface of the suspended ceiling in such a technical cavity. Thus, the problem of an insufficient arsenal of means for creating wall abutments for various architectural tasks is solved, the functional capabilities of wall abutments are expanded using a flexible junction with a damper connection.
