Liquid sugar, usually in a plastic or transparent container, is moved or spun with the help of a ball inside the toy. Children have fun watching these moving candies and at the same time have a sweet experience while drinking these candies.

For example, liquid candy should be tightly sealed and children should be accompanied by adult supervision to prevent accidental spillage or accidental drinking.

For example, there are candies such as "fruit rolls" or "fruit by the foot", which are rolled into a thin, flat shape. [0015] The invention relates to the improvement of a toy with liquid candy (roll on) for children, which contains liquid candy, can be played as a toy when finished, and has a roly-poly feature on the base, in order to eliminate the disadvantages mentioned above and to bring new advantages to the relevant technical field.

[0016] In the invention, the mouth of the socket into which the ball enters is further closed and the round ball of the invention has air holes on both sides. The aim of the invention is to ensure that this ball does not come out of its socket. Even in the very unlikely event that it is came out after long efforts (which it is not the case in normal use), the child will still be able to breathe for emergency intervention and will not choke thanks to the breathing holes in the ball. But for this scenario not to happen, the round ball must not come out of its socket, and the invention achives this. The product according to the invention is not monolithic, but in two parts and the socket head can therefore be closed to the desired extent. The round ball does not come out of its socket and does not get into the child's throat, thanks to the fact that its socket is more closed than in the known state of the art. The ball sits in the socket cavity because it is equipped with tabs.

[0018] The subject matter of the invention can also be used as a toy once the child has finished licking the liquid candy. In addition, the inventive product has a weight inside the bottom and has a roly-poly feature and does not tip over thanks to its roly-poly feature.

[0046] The invention relates to an improvement of a toy with liquid candy, and as shown in Figure 1-8, the toy consists of a head structure (10), main body (20), lower body (30), round ball (40), ball head (50). The main body (20) includes an outer channel (21 ) and a lower outer channel (22). The lower body (30) includes a weight location (31 ). The round ball (40) includes air holes (41 ). The ball head (50) includes the upper support (51 ), the lower support (52) and the inner channel (53).

CLAIMS1 - An improvement of a toy with liquid candy (roll on) for children, which contains liquid candy, can be played as a toy when finished, and has a roly-poly feature on the base, characterized in that it comprises:- Toy head structure (10), which is the part that forms the toy head part, which is attached to the lower outer channel (22) in the main body (20) by turning it through the helical channel structure inside,- The main body (20) comprising an outer channel (21 ) and a lower outer channel (22), the upper part of which comprises a toy head structure (10) and the lower part of which comprises a lower body (30), forming main part of the invention,- The lower body (30), which is located under the main body (20) and has a roly-poly feature thanks to the weight contained in the weight location (31 ) forming the bottom of the product,- Ball head (50) on the main body (20), which is tightly fitted to the outer channel (21 ) with a round ball (40) inside.2- The main body (20) used in the improvement of the toy with liquid candy according to claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises outer channel (21 ) in the upper part of the main body (20) through which the ball head (50) passes with a tight fit and lower outer channel (22), which is a helical structure through which the toy head structure (1 ) is rotated.3- The improvement of a toy with liquid candy according to claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises round ball (40) with protrusions on both sides and air holes (41 ).4- The round ball (40) according to claim 1 or 4, characterized in that it comprises protrusions on both sides of the round ball (40) that rest on the upper support (51 ) and lower support (52) in the ball head (50) and air holes (41 ) to provide an air space in the round ball (40).5- The ball head (50) contained in the improvement of the toy with liquid candy as claimed in claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises upper support (51 ) to prevent the round ball (40) from going up by contacting the protrusions of the air holes (41 ), lower support (52) to prevent the round ball (40) from falling down by contacting the protrusions of the air holes (41 ), and inner channel (53) acting as a barrier to prevent the ball head (50) from coming out.
