[0002] Technical area
[0003] The present invention relates to an oil guide arrangement for a drive unit, a drive unit for a vehicle and a vehicle.
[0004] State of the art
[0005] An oil guide arrangement supplies oil to various components of the drive unit for lubrication and cooling. Particularly in a drive unit that includes an electric motor with a rotor, a rotor bearing, a first gear set, and a second gear set, a large number of oil channels are required to lubricate the components.
[0006] Description of the invention
[0007] It is an object of the present invention to provide an improved oil guide arrangement which enables oil guidance in a simple manner and ensures good oiling of the components.
[0008] The object is achieved by an oil guide arrangement having the features of claim 1. Advantageous further developments are the subject of the dependent claims.
[0009] An oil guide assembly is applicable to a drive unit with an electric machine having a rotor, a rotor bearing, a first gear set, and a second gear set. The oil guide assembly has a wall section and an oil supply device. The wall section can be stationary. The wall section can be connected in a rotationally fixed manner to a stationary component, for example, a housing.
[0010] The wall section forms a main oil channel, an oil channel for the rotor bearing, an oil channel for the rotor, an oil channel for the first gear set, and an oil channel for the second gear set. The main oil channel is designed to receive oil from the oil supply device. The oil channel for the rotor bearing is in fluid communication with the main oil channel. The oil channel for the rotor is in fluid communication with the main oil channel. The oil channel for the first gear set is in fluid communication with the oil channel for the rotor bearing. The oil channel for the second gear set is designed to receive oil from the oil supply device.
[0011] If two elements are coupled together, a movement of one element causes a reaction in the other element. For example, a connection can be provided by a positive or frictional connection. Additional elements can be provided between the elements. For example, a connection can be rotationally fixed. A rotationally fixed connection between two elements is understood to be a connection in which the two elements are rigidly coupled to one another in all intended states, e.g., a transmission, so that they essentially have the same speed. The elements can be present as individual components connected to one another in a rotationally fixed manner or as a single piece.
[0012] If two elements are fluidly connected, a fluid, such as oil, can be conducted from one element to the other. The fluid connection can be designed to be leak-free, so that the oil is essentially completely conducted from one element to the other.
[0013] An oil flow direction is the direction in which the oil moves within the oil guide assembly to reach the components being lubricated. Specifically, the beginning of an oil channel is located upstream of an end of an oil channel in the oil flow direction.
[0014] The main oil channel may have an outer section extending from the outside to the inside in the radial direction of the rotor bearing. The main oil channel may have an inner section extending inward in the radial direction and in the axial direction. The inner section may extend obliquely toward the rotor bearing with respect to a radial direction. The main oil channel may be in fluid communication with the oil supply device via a recess at a beginning in the oil flow direction of the main oil channel.
[0015] At least one of the main oil channel and the oil channels for the rotor, the rotor bearing, the first gear set, and the second gear set can be formed using cylindrical bores. At least two of the main oil channel and the oil channels for the rotor, the rotor bearing, and the second gear set can have the same diameter. Throttle elements, such as nozzles or bearings, for throttling the oil flow can be provided in at least one of the main oil channel and the oil channels for the rotor, the rotor bearing, the first gear set, and the second gear set.
[0016] The oil channel for the rotor bearing can be in fluid communication with one end of the main oil channel. The oil channel for the rotor bearing can extend from the end of the inner section of the main oil channel in the same direction as the inner section. In particular, the oil channel for the rotor bearing can be an extension of the inner section of the main oil channel. The oil channel for the rotor can be in fluid communication with the end of the main oil channel. The oil channel for the rotor can extend from the end of the inner section of the main oil channel in the axial direction of the rotor bearing. The oil channel for the first gear set can be in fluid communication with one end of the oil channel for the rotor bearing. The oil channel for the first gear set can extend from one end of the oil channel for the rotor bearing in the axial direction. The oil channel for the first gear set can extend in the axial direction opposite to the oil channel for the rotor. The oil channel for the second gear set can extend radially from the outside to the inside.
[0017] In one embodiment, the oil passage for the rotor bearing and the oil passage for the rotor can be in fluid communication with the main oil passage at the same position. In particular, the main oil passage can split into the oil passage for the rotor bearing and the oil passage for the rotor at one position.
[0018] In one embodiment, the oil channel for the first gear set can be fluidly connected to the oil channel for the rotor bearing via at least one bearing seat. The oil channel for the first gear set can be fluidly connected to one end of the oil channel for the rotor bearing.
[0019] The oil channel for the first gear set can be in fluid communication with the oil channel for the rotor bearing via two bearing seats. The two bearing seats can have a bearing seat for the rotor bearing. The bearing seat for the rotor bearing can be formed by the rotor and the wall section. The rotor bearing can be designed as a deep groove ball bearing and can throttle the oil flow in the oil channel for the first gear set. [0020] The two bearing seats can be designed to be adjacent to each other. The bearing seat for the rotor bearing and the bearing seat for the first planet carrier bearing can be arranged in this order in the oil flow direction. A gap can be provided between the bearing seat of the first planet carrier bearing and the bearing seat of the rotor bearing in the oil flow direction. The oil flow direction in the gap can be in the axial direction.

[0041] Detailed description of embodiments
[0042] Figure 1 shows a sectional view of an embodiment of an oil guide arrangement.
[0043] The oil guide arrangement is applicable to a drive unit 2 with an electric machine having a rotor 71, a rotor bearing 44, a first gear set, in this case a first planetary gear set 10, and a second gear set, in this case a second planetary gear set 20. The oil guide device has a wall section 61 and an oil supply device.
[0044] A main oil channel 90 is formed by the wall section 61. The main oil channel 90 is designed to receive oil from the oil supply device. The oil supply device is an annular space extending to the left in Figure 1 on an inner circumference of a stationary component 60 of the drive unit 2 at the top of the main oil channel 90. The main oil channel 90 is in fluid communication with the oil supply device via a horizontally extending flat recess. The main oil channel 90 is thus designed to receive oil from the oil supply device.
[0045] An oil channel 91 for the rotor bearing 44 is in fluid communication with the main oil channel 90. An oil channel 92 for the rotor 71 is in fluid communication with the main oil channel 90. An oil channel 93 for the first gear set is in fluid communication with the oil channel 91 for the rotor bearing 44. An oil channel 94 for the second gear set, described below with reference to Figure 3, is configured to receive oil from the oil supply device.
[0046] The wall section 61 forms the main oil channel 90 and the oil channels for oiling the rotor 71, the rotor bearing 44, the first gear set, and the second gear set. In this case, the wall section 61 is formed by a second planet carrier 22 for the second gear set.
[0047] Further details of the oil guide arrangement are described below.
[0048] The main oil channel 90 consists of two cylindrical bores. The first bore extends vertically in Figure 1 and is located radially outward. The first bore forms an outer section of the main oil channel 90. The second bore of the main oil channel 90 extends obliquely from the lower end of the first bore of the main oil channel 90 toward the rotor bearing 44. The second bore forms an inner section of the main oil channel 90. The oil channel 91 for the rotor bearing 44 is formed as an extension of the main oil channel 90. The oil channel 91 for the rotor bearing 44 ends in the oil flow direction at a bearing seat for the rotor bearing 44, which is formed by the wall section 61 and a first sun gear 11 of the first gear set. The oil flow direction of the oil is shown in Figures 1 to 3 by dashed arrows. The oil channel 91 for the rotor bearing 44 is in fluid communication with the main oil channel 90 at the same location as the oil channel 92 for the rotor 71.The oil passage 92 for the rotor 71 extends horizontally toward the rotor 71 and is formed by a bore. In other words, the main oil passage 90 branches into the oil passage 91 for the rotor bearing 44 and the oil passage 92 for the rotor 71.
[0049] Adjacent to the bearing seat for the rotor bearing 44, a bearing seat for a bearing 40 of a first planet carrier 12 for the first gear set is formed by the wall section 61 and the first planet carrier 12. At a rear end of the bearing seat for the bearing 40 of the first planet carrier 12, in the oil flow direction, a shoulder for axially positioning the bearing 40 of the first planet carrier 12 is provided. The oil channel 93 for the first gear set has an inner circumference of the shoulder of the wall section 61 and an outer circumference of a section of the first planet carrier 12. The oil channel 93 for the first gear set extends annularly horizontally to the right in the oil flow direction from the bearing seat for the rotor bearing 44 and ends with an opening at a short distance from a radially arranged section of the first planet carrier 12.
[0050] From the opening of the oil channel 93 for the first gear set, the oil escaping in the oil flow direction is conveyed outwards in the radial direction along the first planet carrier 12 due to centrifugal force during operation of the drive unit 2.
[0051] A collecting component 80 is arranged radially outside the opening of the oil channel 93 for the first gear set. The collecting component 80 has a collecting surface. The collecting surface is designed to collect oil from the opening of the oil channel 93 for the first gear set in the radial direction and to direct it axially to the first gear set. The collecting component 80 is designed to be rotationally fixedly connected to the first planet carrier 12. For this purpose, the collecting component 80 has a circumferentially extending undercut with an arcuate cross-section, which can be hooked over a circumferentially extending projection. The projection projects in the radial direction. The guidance of the oil by means of the collecting component 80 will be described in more detail with reference to Figure 2.
[0052] Figure 2 shows another sectional view of the embodiment of the oil guide arrangement. The sectional view extends radially through the first gear set, in this case the first planetary gear set 10. The first gear set has a number of first planet gears 14. One of the first planet gears 14 is rotatably mounted on a first planetary pin 13 of the oil guide arrangement by means of a bearing, in this case a needle bearing.
[0053] The first planetary pin 13 has a cavity formed by a bore in the axial direction and open toward the receiving component 80. The first planetary pin 13 has a number of recesses extending from the cavity of the first planetary pin 13 to an outer side of the first planetary pin 13. The recesses are formed by bores that have a significantly smaller diameter than the bore of the cavity. In the present case, two opposing recesses are provided. The recesses are arranged centrally with respect to the bearing of one of the first planetary gears 14.
[0054] The collecting component 80, with its collecting surface, is designed to direct oil in the axial direction to the cavity of the first planetary pin 13. The oil is directed radially to the bearing of one of the first planetary gears 14 via the recesses of the first planetary pin 13.
[0055] In addition to the first sun gear 11 and the first planet gears 14, the first gear set has a first ring gear 15. The first sun gear 11 meshes with one of the first planet gears 14. One of the first planet gears 14 meshes with the first ring gear 15 and is rotatably mounted on the first planetary pin 13. The first planetary pin 13 is connected to the first planet carrier 12. Figure 3 shows a further sectional view of the embodiment of the oil guide arrangement. The sectional view runs in the radial direction through the second gear set, in this case the second planetary gear set 20. The second gear set has a number of second planet gears 24. One of the second planet gears 24 is rotatably mounted on a second planetary pin 23 of the oil guide arrangement by means of two bearings, in this case needle bearings, arranged next to one another.
[0056] The second planetary pin 23 has a cavity formed by a bore in the axial direction and open toward the oil channel 94 for the second gear set. The second planetary pin 23 has a number of recesses extending from the cavity of the second planetary pin 23 to an outer side of the second planetary pin 23. The recesses are formed by bores that have a significantly smaller diameter than the bore of the cavity of the second planetary pin 23. In the present case, two opposing recesses are provided centrally to each of the bearings of the second planetary gear 24.
[0057] The cavity of the second planetary pin 23 is in fluid communication with the oil channel 94 for the second gear set. The oil is directed to one of the second planetary gears 24 via the cavity and the recesses of the second planetary pin 23.
[0058] In addition to the second planetary gears 24, the second gear set includes a second sun gear 21 and a second ring gear 25. The second sun gear 21 meshes with one of the second planetary gears 24. One of the second planetary gears 24 meshes with the second ring gear 25 and is rotatably mounted on the second planetary pin 23. The second planetary pin 23 is connected to the second planetary carrier 22.
[0059] The first ring gear 15 and the second sun gear 21 are formed by a sun ring gear 30. The sun ring gear 30 has the first ring gear 15 on an inner circumference. The sun ring gear 30 has the second sun gear 21 on an outer circumference.
[0060] The first gear set and the second gear set are arranged in the same plane in the axial direction. Figure 4 shows a diagram of an embodiment of a drive unit 2 with the oil guide arrangement.
