Abstract
Description
Fireworks play equipment and fireworks play method
[0001] The present invention relates to a fireworks toy device in which a firework is ignited and bursts into flames, and a fireworks play method using the same, and to a fireworks toy device in which electricity is applied when the firework is impacted, causing the firework to ignite and burst into flames.
[0002] In recent years, video games and PC games that are played on a computer using images have become popular. However, because these games use images, they lack the so-called realistic sense of realism. For this reason, realistic games that do not use images have been developed in order to achieve a realistic sense of realism.
[0003] For example, there is a game in which players shoot down small, simple flying objects (e.g., drones) as described in Patent Document 1. The invention of Patent Document 2 uses a simple flying object as described in Patent Document 1 and shoots it down with a bullet, but differs in that the simple flying object actively separates and falls on its own, making the game more dynamic.
[0004] Patent No. 6749536 JP 2021-192650 A
[0005] However, the inventions of Patent Documents 1 and 2 described above are both games in which players aim at and shoot down objects flying in the air, and because the propeller and base are separate, incorrect operation could result in the propellers colliding with indoor walls and falling, or even colliding with the player themselves. On the other hand, because the games involve shooting down small, simple flying objects such as drones, sufficient space is required indoors for the objects to move around. Furthermore, while games in which players shoot down flying objects (drones) provide the dynamic sensation of destroying objects, they lack the visual dynamism of light.
[0006] The present invention was developed with a focus on light and in response to the above-mentioned problems. That is, the present invention aims to provide a fireworks toy device that produces a strong impact by igniting and exploding fireworks that emit a strong light when struck, creating a visually dynamic effect, and a method of playing with fireworks using the same.
[0007] As a result of extensive research, the inventors have discovered that a player can strike a target with impact force, which ignites the fireworks and causes them to burst into flames, creating a visually dynamic impact. The present invention is based on this finding.
[0008] That is, the present invention resides in 1) a fireworks toy device A that is ignited by receiving an external impact, comprising a firework 4 having an ignition portion, a switch body 2 that turns ON when subjected to the impact, a heating body 3 that heats when electricity is passed through it, and a power supply 5, wherein the switch body 2, heating body 3, and power supply 5 are electrically connected to one another, the switch body 2 turns ON when subjected to an impact and electricity is passed through it, the heating body 3 is heated by the current passing through it, the heating body 3 is heated by the heating of the heating body 3, the ignition portion 42 of the firework 4 is ignited by the heating, and the firework 4 burns and ejects due to the ignition.
[0009] 2) The present invention resides in a fireworks toy device A, characterized in that the target holding base 1 comprises a target portion 11 and a support leg portion 12 supporting the target portion, the switch body 2 is provided on the front side of the target portion 11 so as to be exposed, the heating body 3 and the fireworks 4 are provided on the back side of the target portion 11, and the support leg portion 12 is provided with a power source body 5.
[0010] 3) The present invention also resides in a fireworks toy device A, characterized in that a target portion 21 is provided on the front side of the switch body 2.
[0011] 4) The fireworks toy device A is characterized in that a cushion body 11A for preventing shock is provided around the switch body 2.
[0012] 5) The firework 4 is in a fireworks toy device A characterized in that the target portion 11 is provided with a holder H for detachably holding the firework 4.
[0013] and 6) a fireworks play method using the fireworks toy device A described in claim 1, comprising an impact applying step of applying an impact to the switch body 2 with a flying object, a circuit energizing step in which the switch body 2 is turned ON upon receiving the impact, a heat generating step in which the switch body is turned ON and the heating wire 35 of the heating body 3 generates heat, an ignition step in which the ignition part 42 of the firework body 4 is ignited by the heat generated by the heating wire 35, and a firework ejection step in which the firework body is ejected by ignition.
[0014] 1) The fireworks game of the present invention is "a fireworks toy device A that ignites upon receiving an external impact, and includes a firework 4 with an ignition unit, a switch element 2 that turns ON upon impact, a heater 3 that heats when electricity is applied, and a power supply 5, with the switch element 2, heater 3, and power supply 5 being electrically connected to each other, the switch element 2 turning ON upon impact and applying electricity, the heater 3 being heated by the application of electricity, the heating element 3 being heated by the heating of the heater 3, the ignition of the ignition unit 42 of the firework 4, and the ignition causing the firework 4 to burst into flames," allowing players to experience a visually dynamic and impactful sensation as a game. Furthermore, the player can experience an exciting and refreshing feeling, thereby relieving stress.
[0015] 2) Furthermore, "the target holding base 1 consists of a target portion 11 and supporting legs 12 that support it, with the switch body 2 exposed on the front side of the target portion 11, the heating element 3 and fireworks 4 on the back side of the target portion 11, and the power source 5 on the supporting legs 12," so the target portion 11 is supported in a stable state.
[0016] 3) Furthermore, since "the target portion 21 is provided on the front side of the switch body 2," there is an advantage that the difficulty of hitting the target can be changed by changing the size of the target portion 21.
[0017] 4) Furthermore, "the shock-preventing cushion body 11A is provided around the switch body 2," so even if the target is missed and a bullet or the like hits the area around the switch body 2, the shock is absorbed as much as possible so that the switch body 2 does not easily react. This makes it possible to prevent the switch body 2 from being turned on accidentally.
[0018] 5) Furthermore, since "the target portion 11 is provided with a holder H for detachably holding the firework 4," it is easy to replace the firework 4 with a new one.
[0019] 6) Furthermore, "the method of playing with fireworks using fireworks toy device A comprises an impact application step in which a flying object applies an impact to switch element 2, a circuit energization step in which switch element 2 is turned ON upon receiving the impact, a heat generation step in which the switch element is turned ON and heating wire 35 of heater element 3 is heated, an ignition step in which ignition section 42 of firework element 4 is ignited by the heat generated by heating wire 35, and a firework ejection step in which the firework is ejected by the ignition," so that the player can experience a visually dynamic and impactful sensation as a game. Furthermore, the player can experience an exciting and refreshing feeling and relieve stress.

[0021] Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below, with reference to the drawings as necessary. In the drawings, identical elements are designated by the same reference numerals, and duplicate explanations will be omitted. Furthermore, unless otherwise specified, positional relationships such as up, down, left, and right are based on the positional relationships shown in the drawings. Furthermore, the dimensional ratios of the drawings are not limited to those shown.
[0022] The fireworks toy device A of the present invention is a fireworks toy device A that is switched on when an external impact is applied, closes a circuit, current flows, generates heat, ignites the firework, and the firework ignites and burns, and can be enjoyed by visually observing the fireworks.
[0023] Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view illustrating a fireworks toy device A of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a schematic view showing a target 11 in the fireworks toy device A of the present invention, where (A) shows the front side of the target 11 and (B) shows the back side of the target 11. The fireworks toy device A includes its constituent components, namely, a firework 4 having an ignition part 42 (specifically, a fuse), a switch element 2 that turns ON when struck, a heater element 3 that heats when current is applied to it, and a power source 5 such as a battery or storage battery. The switch element 2, heater element 3, and power source 5 are connected by conductors, and when the switch element 2 is turned ON, current is applied to the circuit of the system connected by the conductors.
[0024] (Target holding base 1) The target holding base 1 is equipped with the above-mentioned components that make up the fireworks play equipment A of the present invention, such as the firework 4, switch 2, heater 3, and power supply 5. The target holding base 1 is also made up of the target 11, which is the object that will be directly impacted, and the support legs 12 that support it. The support legs 12 support the target 11 at a certain distance from, for example, the floor, side walls, ceiling, or ground.
[0025] For example, if the target is to be supported from the floor, an enlarged leg 12A with a larger floor contact area is provided below the support leg 12. Therefore, even if an impact is applied to the target holder base 1, it will not fall over because it is stably supported by the enlarged leg 12A. The target 11 is preferably a flat plate with a certain installation area for installing the switch body 2, heater 3, fireworks 4, etc. A circular shape is preferable, but this is not necessarily the case.
[0026] (Switch body 2) The switch body 2 that is activated by receiving an impact is provided on the front side of the target 11, and this switch body 2 is preferably provided in the center so that it is exposed on the front side of the target 11. One terminal 2a of the switch body 2 is connected via a conductor to one end 3a of the heating body 3 (described later), and the other terminal 2b is connected via the same conductor to an electrode 5a of a battery or the like that serves as the power source 5.
[0027] As will be described later, the other end 3b of the heating element 3 is also connected to the other electrode 5b of the power supply 5 via a conductor. In this way, the switch element 2, heating element 3, and power supply 5 are interconnected to form a system circuit. The target 11 is structured so that when an impact is applied to the part of the switch element 2 exposed on the front side, the switch element 2 turns ON, closing the circuit. Various types of switch element 2 can be selected, but typically one equipped with a shock sensor and capable of turning ON when it receives an impact is used.
[0028] There are various types of switch body 2, including a type that instantaneously closes from the OFF state when subjected to an impact, turning ON and then immediately returning to its original state, a type that instantaneously closes from the OFF state when subjected to an impact, turning ON and then returning to OFF after a certain period of time (including a delay circuit), and a type that instantaneously closes from the OFF state when subjected to an impact, turning ON and then maintaining the ON state (in this case, opening the circuit to cut off the current will return to the original OFF state), and various other well-known types can be selected from these. Note that although a normal control board etc. that controls the above-mentioned operations is not shown, it is incorporated into the switch body 2.
[0029] (Heating element 3) Meanwhile, on the backside of the target holding base, there are disposed the heating element 3 and the firework 4 equipped with a fuse which serves as the ignition section 42. This heating element 3 generates heat when electricity is applied, and has the function of igniting the ignition section 42 of the firework 4, more specifically the fuse of the firework 4. Figure 3 is a side view showing the heating element 3. Figure 4 shows the upper member 3A of the heating element 3, with (A) being a side view of the upper member 3A and (B) being a plan view of the upper member 3A.
[0030] 5 also shows the lower member 3B of the heating element 3, with (A) being a plan view of the lower member 3B and (B) being a side view of the lower member 3B. The heating element 3 is used to ignite the fuse of the firework 4, and various types are used. For example, the one shown in the figure is composed of an upper member 3A and a lower member 3B, has a fulcrum 33 in the center, and is made of plastic in the shape of a clothespin. When the forked knob 31 (upper piece 31A, lower piece 31B) on one side of the fulcrum 33 is pinched to narrow the gap, the forked gripping portion 32 (upper piece 32A, lower piece 32B) on the other side conversely widens the gap. In this way, the heating element 3 can be gripped just like a clothespin (clothespin).
[0031] In the bifurcated gripping portion 32 (32A, 32B), a thin filament-like heating wire 35 (e.g., nichrome wire, tungsten wire, etc.) is stretched across one lower piece 32B. More specifically, the heating wire 35 is stretched across a groove 34 formed in one lower piece 32B. As described above, one end 3a of the heating wire 35 is connected to one terminal 2a of the switch body 2 via a conductor, and the other end 3b is connected to an electrode 5b of the storage battery, which is the power source 5, via a conductor. The other terminal 2b of the switch body 2 is connected to the other electrode 5a of the power source 5.
[0032] 3 and 5, one end and the other end of the heating wire 35 are omitted, but Fig. 7 shows the connection state of these ends. Now, when the knob 31 is pinched inward with the fingers, the gripping portion 32 opens, and conversely, when the fingers are removed from the knob 31, the gripping portion 32 closes. Therefore, the fuse, which is the ignition portion 42 of the firework 4, can be grasped with a simple operation using the fingers. In order to provide the knob 31 with a restoring force, one method is to attach a spring body S that opens in the direction between the forked knob 31 as shown in the figure. In this case, when the knob 31 is pinched inward and then released, the knob 31 returns outward.
[0033] Another method is to wrap an elastic rubber ring around the grip portion 32 in the direction in which the grip portion 32 closes. In this case, too, when the knob portion 31 is pinched inward and then released, the knob portion 31 returns outward, and the grip portion 32 on the opposite side closes. Then, as can be seen from Figure 6, which will be described later, when the grip portion 32 is holding the fuse 42 of the firework 4, the heating wire 35, which is stretched across the groove 34 formed in the lower piece 32B below the grip portion 32, comes into direct contact with a part of the fuse 42. Therefore, when the switch body 2 is turned ON (state) and the circuit is closed, i.e., when electricity is applied, the heating wire 35 generates heat.
[0034] When the heating wire 35 generates heat, the fuse, which is the ignition part 42, immediately ignites. In this case, the heating wire 35 is extremely thin and has an extremely small heat capacity, so it generates heat instantly when electricity is applied. Here, the heating wire 35 may burn out when the fuse of the firework 4 catches fire, but in that case, the heating element 3 will be replaced with a new heating wire 35. Of course, if the heating wire 35 does not burn out, it can be used again.
[0035] (Firework Element 4) The firework element 4 has a firework body 41 and a fuse which is an ignition part 42, and when the fuse is ignited, the firework body 41 bursts into flames. Figure 6 is an explanatory diagram showing the relative positions of the firework element 4 having the fuse and the heating element 3. As mentioned above, the fuse which is the ignition part 42 of the firework element 4 is set so as to come into contact with the heating wire 35 of the heating element 3. The firework body 41 of the firework element 4 is fixed by a firework holder H provided on the target portion 11.
[0036] Here, for example, a U-shaped elastic pressure holder is used as the firework holder H, and in this case the firework body 41 is pushed into the firework holder H and fixed by the elastic pressure. However, it is also possible to fix the firework body 41 by attaching it to the target 11 with tape or the like. The heating element 3 can be fixed by gripping the fuse, which is the ignition part 42 of the firework body 4, just like a clothespin, so it is extremely easy to attach the heating element 3 and the firework body 4 to each other. Furthermore, because the heating element 3 is lightweight, it is held in place by gripping the fuse 42 of the firework body 4.
[0037] As described above, the heating element 3 is connected to the switch element 2 and power supply 5 via conductors, and when the switch element 2 is turned ON, the system circuit is closed, electricity is passed, and the heating element 3, more specifically the heating wire 35, instantly generates heat. At this time, the fuse of the firework element 4 is set so that it is in contact with the heating wire 35 (see Figure 6), so when the heating wire 35 generates heat, the fuse 42 is reliably ignited. Figure 7 is a diagram explaining the mutual connection state of the switch element 2, heating element 3, and power supply 5.
[0038] One end 3a of the heating wire 35 (not shown) of the heater 3 is connected via a conductor to one terminal 2a of the switch body 2, and the other end 3b is connected via a conductor to the electrode 5b of the storage battery, which is the power source 5. The other terminal 2b of the switch body 2 is connected to the other electrode 5a of the power source 5. Next, Figure 8 is a diagram explaining the flow when playing with the fireworks toy device A. When playing with this fireworks toy device A, the flow is as follows.
[0039] First, 1) an impact is applied (impact application process) → 2) the switch element 2 is turned ON upon receiving the impact (circuit energization process) → 3) the switch element is turned ON and the heating wire 35 of the heater 3 generates heat (heat generation process) → 4) the heat generated by the heating wire 35 causes the ignition part 42 (i.e., the fuse) of the firework element 4 to ignite (ignition process) → 5) the ignition part 42 ignites, causing the firework element 4 to burn and eject (firework burning and ejection process).
[0040] In this way, a player can enjoy using the fireworks toy device A by going through the following steps in order: 1) Impact application process → 2) Circuit energization process → 3) Heat generation process → 4) Ignition process → 5) Fireworks ejection process. Here, as the first process, it is necessary to apply pressure, i.e., impact, to the switch body 2 to turn it ON.
[0041] To achieve this, it is necessary to use a projectile to impact the target 11. For example, a player can throw a ball (such as a softball) at the target holder from a certain distance away, causing it to collide with the switch body 2 of the target 11. Other methods include a player using a bow and arrow to collide with the switch body 2, or a player using a model gun to shoot a bullet at the switch body 2. Alternatively, if a drone is also considered a projectile, a player can operate a flying object, such as a small recreational drone, and fly it towards the target 11, causing it to hit the switch body 2 and impact it.
[0042] (Actual Play) An example of how to actually play the game is shown below. The distance between the player (gamer) and the target support base 1 is 10 meters, and the height from the floor to the center of the target 11 is 1.65 meters. The switch body 2 is placed in the center of the target 11. A firework of the type that fires with a burst of flame is used, and one is set on the target 11 facing upward. The player uses an electric air gun to fire a bullet (BB bullet) at the target 11. The bullet hits the switch body 2 on the target 11, causing an impact on the switch body 2. The force of the impact turns the switch body 2 ON. When the switch body 2 is ON, the system circuit is closed and electricity is applied. This causes the heater 3 connected to the switch body 2 to become conductive, causing the heating wire 35 to heat up. The fuse 42 of the firework, which is in contact with the heating wire 35, ignites, causing the firework to burn and explode.
[0043] 9A and 9B are diagrams showing an example in which a target portion 21 is attached to the front of the target portion 11, with (A) being a front view and (B) being a side view. This is an example in which a target portion 21 indicating a target is attached to the front of the target portion 11. In this case, it is preferable to use a disk-shaped target portion 21 that is larger than the switch body 2. When a bullet or the like hits the target portion 21, the switch body 2 receives an impact and turns ON. Changing the size of the target portion 21 has the advantage of being able to change the ease of hitting the target.
[0044] Third embodiment Figure 10 is an explanatory diagram showing the state in which the front side of the target 11 is covered with a shock-preventing cushion 11A. The periphery of the switch unit 2 in the center of the target 11 is covered with a shock-preventing cushion 11A. The shock is absorbed as much as possible when a ball misses and hits the periphery of the switch unit 2, rather than the switch unit 2 itself, so that the switch unit 2 does not easily react when a ball misses and hits it. Other embodiments (installed on the ceiling, installed on the side wall) In the first embodiment described above, the target holder base is installed at a certain distance from the floor, but other configurations are also possible.
[0045] Figure 11 is an explanatory diagram showing different installation modes of the target holding base 1, (A) is an example in which the target part 11 is installed so as to hang down from the ceiling surface, and (B) is an example in which it is installed so as to protrude laterally from the side wall surface.
[0046] While the preferred embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment and can be applied to any other device as long as the principles of the present invention are applicable. For example, the heater 3 can be one that ignites the ignition part 42 (fuze) by electric discharge.
[0047] It is also possible to use a switch unit 2 equipped with a sensor that detects vibrations and to install it on a part of the backside of the target 11. In this case, for example, simply by a bullet or the like hitting the target 11, the switch unit 2 will turn ON, igniting the fireworks 4. In addition, the power source 5 (battery, storage battery, etc.) has been described as being installed on the support leg 12, but it is also possible to install it directly on the target 11.
[0048] Furthermore, the control board etc. incorporated in the switch body 2 can be provided independently in a part of the target 11, or in the support leg 12 away from the target 11. It is also possible to provide a normal ON-OFF switch midway through the circuit to cut off the current. The fireworks used in the present invention are small, and for example, ejection fireworks are preferably used, but are not necessarily limited to this. For example, if the target 11 is large and outdoors, launch fireworks can also be used. In either case, the fireworks 4 burn and eject while emitting a flash of light, creating a visually dynamic and impactful impression.
[0049] In the first embodiment described above, one firework 4 facing upward is set on the target portion 11 of the target holding base 1, but the number of fireworks 4 can be freely selected as appropriate. For example, it is also possible to set two fireworks 4 facing diagonally upward in parallel on both sides of the firework 4 facing upward. In this case, three heating elements 3 are used, the same number as the number of fireworks 4. Now, when the fireworks are ignited, they burn in three directions, providing an extremely dynamic sensation both visually and aurally.
[0050] Furthermore, in the first embodiment, the target holder base 1 is placed in a fixed position, but it can also be made movable by providing rolling parts to the support legs 12. In particular, if it is made to move automatically, the player will be aiming at a moving target, which will make the game more dynamic. Naturally, the fireworks game of the present invention can be played not only indoors but also outdoors.
[0051] The fireworks toy device A of the present invention is a fireworks toy device A that ignites upon receiving an external impact, so players can experience a visually dynamic and impactful sensation as a game, and also get an exciting and refreshing feeling, which helps relieve stress.
