The discussion is not an acknowledgement or admission that any of the material referred to is or was part of the common general knowledge as at the priority date of the application.

[0003] On industrial sites, such as mining and construction sites, various road and infrastructure demarcation signs and posts are generally used. Such signs may take various forms, such as road traffic signs, safety signs, information signs, and / or the like. Such signs are often of high importance by indicating and providing information on safety practices, operational practices, and / or the like.

[0004] However, as a result of the inherent nature of such industrial sites, such as a mine site, it is not uncommon for dirt and dust to be generated that adhere to signage and impede visibility of information thereon. Accordingly, it is not uncommon for signage on an industrial site to require periodic cleaning.

[0005] Conventionally, cleaning of industrial signage is typically performed manually, where personnel clean or wash signs with buckets of water, cloths and brushes, or the like. On many industrial sites, such manual cleaning is arduous and timeconsuming, especially if there is a large amount of signage and / orthe industrial site spans a large geographical area. For example, mine sites may span several square kilometers and include hundreds or even thousands of signs, making conventional cleaning practices time-consuming and arduous.

[0006] In light hereof, Applicant has identified a need in the art for a sign cleaning assembly that is able to clean signage on industrial sites in an efficient and automated manner and the current invention was conceived with these goals in mind.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
