Description

[0001] A Connection Bracket

[0002] TECHNICAL FIELD

[0003] The invention relates to a connection bracket for mounting the side antispray part in the side antispray mudguard assembly, which prevents the antispray part from loss, breakage and corrosion of the chassis component, used in trailer and semi-trailer type vehicles.

[0004] PRIOR ART

[0005] Today, according to research and customer complaints, it is often the case that vehicles are lost or lose their function due to the breakage of the antispray part as a result of the breakage of the antispray part from the vehicle during time-dependent travel, due to road conditions or due to different operational effects (RORO transportation, train loading transportation, etc.). Additionally, smart screws and double-sided tape are used in the assembly operation. Due to the smart screw used in the assembly operation, the assembly is done in a machinable manner on the vehicle chassis part coating, causing corrosion during use. Due to the current assembly processes, problems such as the antispray part getting lost, breaking off and the chassis component getting corroded occur.

[0006] As a result of the research conducted in the literature, a Turkish patent application with the application number "2023 / 019627" and the invention title "MOUNTING BRACKET FOR SUSPENSION SYSTEM ELEMENTS" was found. The abovementioned application relates to a mounting bracket used in the automotive industry in the assembly of suspension system elements onto the vehicle chassis, which enables the assembly of the suspension element onto the vehicle chassis. However, in the abovementioned application, no indication was found regarding the bracket used for the installation of the side antispray part in the side antispray mudguard equipment used in trailer and semi-trailer type vehicles.

[0007] As a result, the abovementioned problems and the problems that cannot be solved in the light of the state of the art have made it necessary to make an improvement in the relevant technical field.

[0008] BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a connection bracket in order to eliminate the abovementioned disadvantages and to bring new advantages to the relevant technical field.

[0009] The main purpose of the invention is to prevent the antispray part from being lost, broken and the chassis component from corroding.

[0010] Another purpose of the invention is to enable the assembly to be completed through the mounting holes on the side antispray bracket without machining.

[0011] The invention, for all the aforementioned purposes and for all the purposes that will arise from the detailed description below, is a side bracket comprising side antispray that prevents water and other substances from forming fog clouds in the axle area, side horizontal trailer profile that is a welded assembly part that frames the vehicle and is located on the right and left of the vehicle, which is used for the assembly of the side antispray part in the side antispray mudguard equipment, which is used in trailer and semi-trailer type vehicles and prevents the side antispray part from being lost, broken and the chassis component from corroding, characterized by comprising; mudguard bracket with mounting holes on it, which allows the side antispray to be connected to the chassis part and the side horizontal trailer profile via the said mounting holes, a rivet that is passed through the mounting holes in the fender bracket and swollen by hitting both ends.

[0012] In order to understand the advantages of the present invention with its structure and additional elements, it shall be evaluated with the following defined figures.

[0013] BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

[0014] Figure 1 is a representative illustration of a connection bracket which is the subject of the invention.

[0015] Figure 2 is another representative illustration of a connection bracket which is the subject of the invention.

[0016] Figure 3 is another representative illustration of a connection bracket which is the subject of the invention.

[0017] Figure 4 is a representative illustration of a connection bracket.

[0018] The drawings are not required to be scaled and the details which are not necessary for understanding the present invention may be neglected. Moreover, the elements that are at least substantially identical or have at least substantially identical functions are shown by the same number.

[0024] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0025] In this detailed description, the connection bracket of the present invention is described by means of examples only for clarifying the subject matter such that no limiting effect is created

[0026] A connection bracket comprises, mudguard bracket (1 ), rivet (2), side antispray (3), side horizontal trailer profile (4). The mudguard bracket (1) is the element with mounting holes on it, which enables the side antispray (3) to be connected to the chassis part through the said mounting holes. Rivet (2) is the connection element used for assembly, which is passed through the mounting holes in the mudguard bracket (1) and swollen by hitting both ends. Side antispray (3) is a connecting element that prevents water and other substances from forming fog clouds in the axle area. The side horizontal trailer profile (4) is the welded assembly piece located on the right and left sides of the vehicle.

[0027] A rivet (2) is used to mount the side antispray (3) to the mudguard bracket (1) with a connection bracket. The operation is completed without machining by mounting the side antispray (3) to the pre-machined mounting holes on the chassis component using rivets (2) from the mounting holes on the mudguard bracket (1). In this way, the corrosion problem is eliminated, and since a durable and rigid structure is obtained from the assembled structure with smart screws and double-sided tape, complaints such as breakage and loss in variable operations are prevented. In addition, while the old bracket used 8000 mm (2 pieces) long raw material for 1 vehicle, the new antispray mudguard bracket (1) will be 1200 mm (10 pieces) long material. This design, which will be used instead of the existing side antspray (3) mudguard bracket (1), which is a long material during production, provides convenience to the operator during assembly, and many factors are improved in terms of storage and spare parts service. A connection bracket, short type side antspray (3) rivet (2) is used for mounting the mudguard bracket (1). The new type of side antspray (3) is mounted to the pre-machined mounting holes on the chassis component side horizontal trailer profile (4) using rivets (2) from the mounting holes on the mudguard bracket (1), thus completing the operation without any machining. The corrosion problem is eliminated, and since a more durable and rigid structure is obtained than the structure assembled with smart screws and double-sided tape, customer complaints such as breakage and loss in variable operations are prevented.
