Rare ginsenoside extract and preparation method therefor

Abstract

Provided are a rare ginsenoside extract and a preparation method therefor. The rare ginsenoside extract comprises Rh1, F4, Rg6, (20S)Rg3, (20R)Rg3 , Rk1, and Rg5. The sum of mass percentages of (20S)Rg3 and (20R)Rg3 is 6%-11%, the mass percentage of total rare ginsenoside is 27%-34%, and the mass percentage of total ginsenoside is 55%-65%. By using the method, the content of the rare ginsenoside extracted is significantly increased. While improving the extraction rate and conversion rate of high-activity rare ginsenoside, this method does not require the introduction of an organic solvent in the extraction process, thus reducing solvent pollution and impurity removal operations. The finished product features high controllability and stability and high rare ginsenoside content, and can be widely used for the research and development of functional health-care food for improving immunity, regulating blood pressure, blood fat, and blood glucose levels, support cardiovascular and cerebrovascular health, lowering cholesterol and glycosylated hemoglobin levels, and resisting tumors.
