[0003] FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0004] The present invention relates to a device for transport, storage and dispensing for large format bottles of wine that allows, in a single device, to perform the tasks of transport, storage and dispensing of wine for the field of hospitality. The device for transport, storage and dispensing for large format bottles of wine object of the invention is applied in the production and winemaking and its distribution and marketing, within this scope would be as agents the importers and exporters of wine, wholesalers, retail and Horeca channels, the hotel and catering industry and also the private consumer.

[0005] BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0006] In the field of wine marketing, it is known to use wooden boxes that are used to package wine bottles that have the sole function of transporting or protecting the aforementioned bottles during the time they are stored until they are consumed.

[0007] Likewise, for the hospitality industry and on many occasions by way of representation, all barrel houses, both national and international, allocate part of their production to the bottling of large- volume formats that can range from 3 liters to 18 liters.

[0008] These large format wine bottles can present a problem when served due to their large weight and volume, this being the main cause of their difficult handling and manipulation. In this way, this type of bottle is often relegated as a decorative element, losing the contents thereof.

[0009] It seems appropriate to look for some element or device that can facilitate the work of serving the wine with the device object of this invention, apart from serving as a case, it also allows to serve the liquid from the bottle directly from the same case, without the need to take the bottle out of its case, in order to be served in a comfortable, efficient and safe way.

[0010] DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0011] Object of the invention is a device for transport, storage and dispensing for large format bottles of wine comprising a first parallelepiped-shaped structure, comprising sidewalls, and a second parallelepiped-shaped structure, comprising sidewalls, where the second parallelepiped-shaped structure is located inside the first parallelepiped-shaped structure, such that the second parallelepiped-shaped structure is rotatable with respect to the first parallelepiped-shaped structure by means of metal rivets that join the sidewalls of the first parallelepiped-shaped structure with the sidewalls of the second parallelepiped-shaped structure.

[0012] In the device for transport, storage and dispensing for large format bottles of wine object of the invention, the sidewalls of the first parallelepiped-shaped structure comprise two facing holes, and the sidewalls of the second parallelepiped-shaped structure comprise two facing holes, where rivets with tightening screws join the facing holes of the first parallelepiped-shaped structure with the facing holes of the second parallelepiped-shaped structure with tightening screws.

[0054] PREFERENTIAL EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

[0055] The device for transport, storage and dispensing for large format bottles of wine object of the invention comprises a first parallelepiped-shaped structure (100) that houses a second parallelepiped-shaped structure (200) inside.

[0056] The first parallelepiped-shaped structure (100) comprises two sidewalls (7), a front door (2), a rear lid (4), an upper part (5) and a bottom part (8), such that these parts (4, 8, 24), mechanically joined, configure the first parallelepiped-shaped structure (100). In addition, the first parallelepiped-shaped structure (100) comprises two triangular parts (9) joining the upper part (5) with the two sidewalls (7), and a front fixed part (3) joining the bottom part (8) with the two sidewalls (7), providing solidity to the first parallelepiped-shaped structure (100).

[0057] The front door (2) and the rear lid (4) are slidable so as to allow access to the interior of the first parallelepiped-shaped structure (100) both at its rear part and at its front part. In addition, both the front door (2) and the rear part (4) have gripping elements (1) to facilitate their sliding.

Bottom, the bottom closure (14) is fitted between the sidewalls (9) and mechanically fixed, and comprises a circular recess (26) configured to receive the base of the bottle and hold it.

[0062] The second stiffener (13) comprises perforations (22) configured to house a textile element (19) that facilitates the rotation of the second parallelepiped-shaped structure (200). Said textile element (19) comprises steel elements (21) at its ends to prevent the exit of the perforations (22).

[0063] For joining the first parallelepiped-shaped structure (100) and the second parallelepiped-shaped structure (200), the sidewalls (7) of the first parallelepiped-shaped structure (100) comprise two facing holes (15), and the sidewalls (12) of the second parallelepiped-shaped structure (200) comprise two facing holes (20), so that metal rivets (16) with tightening screws (18) are located with the holes (15, 20) of the parallelepiped-shaped structures (1 , 2). To facilitate the rotation of the second parallelepiped-shaped structure (200) with respect to the first parallelepiped-shaped structure (100), a separator (17) is located between both parallelepiped-shaped structures (1 , 2). With this configuration it is facilitated that the second parallelepiped-shaped structure (200) is static with respect to the first parallelepiped-shaped structure (100) for the transport and storage of the bottle, and in the same way it is possible to rotate the second parallelepiped-shaped structure (200) with respect to the first parallelepiped-shaped structure (100) for pouring the content of the bottle housed inside the second parallelepiped-shaped structure (200).

Claims

CLAIMS1 . Device for transport, storage and dispensing for large format bottles of wine, characterized in that it comprises:- a first parallelepiped-shaped structure (100), comprising sidewalls (7), and- a second parallelepiped-shaped structure (200), comprising sidewalls (12), wherein the second parallelepiped-shaped structure (200) is located inside the first parallelepiped-shaped structure (100), such that the second parallelepiped-shaped structure (200) is rotatable with respect to the first parallelepiped-shaped structure (100) by means of metal rivets (16) that join the sidewalls (7) of the first parallelepiped-shaped structure (100) with the sidewalls (12) of the second parallelepiped-shaped structure (200).

Device for transport, storage and dispensing for large format bottles of wine, according to claim1 , characterized in that:- the sidewalls (7) of the first parallelepiped-shaped structure (100) comprise two facing holes (15), and- the sidewalls (12) of the second parallelepiped-shaped structure (200) comprise two facing holes (20), where rivets (16) with tightening screws (18) join the facing holes (15) of the first parallelepipedshaped structure (100) with the facing holes (20) of the second parallelepiped-shaped structure (200).

Device for transport, storage and dispensing for large format bottles of wine, according to claim2, characterized in that it comprises a separator (17) in each rivet (16) between the first parallelepiped-shaped structure (100) and the second parallelepiped-shaped structure (200)4. Device for transport, storage and dispensing for large format bottles of wine, according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that:- the first parallelepiped-shaped structure (100) further comprises a front door (2), a rear lid (4), an upper part (5) and a bottom part (8), the sidewalls (7), the upper part (5) and the bottom part (8) being joined;- the second parallelepiped-shaped structure (200) further comprises an upper closure (10) and a bottom closure (14), the sidewalls (12), the upper closure (10) and the bottom closure (14) being joined.

Device for transport, storage and dispensing for large format bottles of wine, according to claim4, characterized in that the second parallelepiped-shaped structure (200) comprises a firststiffener (11) joining the two sidewalls (12) next to the upper closure (10) and a second stiffener (13) positioned next to the bottom closure (14) joining the two sidewalls (12).

Device for transport, storage and dispensing for large format bottles of wine, according to any of claims 4 or 5, characterized in that the first parallelepiped-shaped structure (100) comprises two triangular parts (9) joining the upper part (5) with the two sidewalls (7), and a front fixed part (3) joining the bottom part (8) with the two sidewalls (7).

Device for transport, storage and dispensing for large format bottles of wine, according to any one of claims 4 to 6, characterized in that:- sidewalls (7) comprise grooves (23),- the bottom part (8) comprises a groove (24), such that the grooves (23) of the side parts (7) together with the groove (24) of the bottom part (8) form a guide for the rear lid (4).

Device for transport, storage and dispensing for large format bottles of wine, according to any one of claims 4 to 6, characterized in that:- sidewalls (7) comprise grooves (23),- the front fixed part (3) comprises a recess configured to receive one end of the front door (2) such that the recess together with the grooves (23) of the side parts (7) configure a guide for the front door (2).

9. Device for transport, storage and dispensing for large format bottles of wine, according to any of claims 4 to 8, characterized in that the upper closure (10) comprises a circular groove (25) configured to receive the neck of a bottle.

10. Device for transport, storage and dispensing for large format bottles of wine, according to any one of claims 4 to 9, characterized in that the bottom closure (14) comprises a circular recess (26) configured to receive the base of the bottle.

11. Device for transport, storage and dispensing for large format bottles of wine, according to claim 5, characterized in that it comprises a textile element (19) fixed to perforations (22) of the second stiffener (13) through steel elements (21) located at the ends of the textile element (19), such that said steel elements (21) are configured to prevent the exit of the textile element (19) from the perforations (22).
