Fan, fan-equipped clothing body and fan-equipped clothing

[0001] The present invention relates to a fan, a clothing body of fan-equipped wear to which the fan is attached, and fan-equipped wear.

[0002] In recent years, fan-equipped clothing that cools the body has become commercially available and is rapidly gaining popularity. Fan-equipped clothing has a clothing body made of a material with low breathability and a fan attached to it for introducing air into the clothing body. When the fan is activated, air is introduced from the fan into the clothing body, and the pressure of the introduced air forms an air flow passage between the clothing body and the wearer's body. The introduced air flows through the formed air flow passage along the surface of the wearer's body or underwear and is discharged to the outside through an air outlet formed between the back collar of the clothing body and the back of the wearer's neck.

Claims

1. A fan comprising: a fan main body having a rotationally driven impeller; and a mounting member for mounting the fan main body to a support body, wherein the fan main body comprises: a tubular portion in which the impeller is housed; an outer frame portion provided on the outside of the tubular portion and forming polygonal sides, the outer frame portion being inserted into an opening formed in the support body; a peripheral portion provided on the outside of the outer frame portion; and a finger guard portion covering the impeller, wherein the mounting member comprises: a plurality of retaining portions capable of covering the outer frame portion from the outside, the same number of which are polygonal as the outer frame portion; and annular connecting portions having a diameter capable of covering the outer frame portion from the outside, and elastically deformable connecting portions on the inside for supporting the retaining portions, wherein the outer frame portion has locking portions at positions where the peripheral portion and the holding portions face each other, capable of locking the mounting member, and the holding portions have locked portions that can be locked with the locking portions.

2. The fan according to claim 1, wherein the outer frame has rectangular sides, and the retaining portion is rectangular.

3. A fan as described in claim 2, wherein the mounting member is provided with an operating part at a position radially opposite the connecting part, the holding part is provided at a position opposite the position where the operating part is provided and in a direction intersecting the direction in which the operating part faces, and the engaging part is provided on the holding part at a position opposite the direction intersecting the direction in which the operating part faces.

4. A fan as described in claim 3, wherein the locking portion has an opening in the outer frame portion, and the locked portion has a shape that allows it to enter the locking portion and protrudes inward from the inner surface of the holding portion.

5. The fan according to claim 4, wherein the engaging portion is provided at a position offset to one side in the axial direction of the connecting portion.

A fan comprising: a fan main body having a rotationally driven impeller; and a mounting member for mounting the fan main body to a mounting base, wherein the fan main body comprises: a tubular portion in which the impeller is housed; an outer frame portion provided on the outside of the tubular portion and forming polygonal sides, the outer frame portion being inserted into an opening formed in the mounting base; a peripheral portion provided on the outside of the outer frame portion; and a finger guard portion covering the impeller, wherein the mounting member comprises a plurality of polygonal retaining portions capable of covering the outer frame portion from the outside, the same number of which is a number of the outer frame portions; and annular connecting portions having a diameter capable of covering the tubular portion from the outside and supporting the retaining portions along the axial direction of the annular ring, and wherein the outer frame portion comprises locking portions capable of locking the mounting member at positions where the peripheral portion and the holding portions face each other, and the holding portions comprise locked portions that can be locked to the locking portions.

7. The fan according to claim 6, wherein the outer frame has rectangular sides, and the retaining portion is rectangular.

8. A fan as described in claim 7, wherein the connecting portion is an elliptical ring, the mounting member has an operating portion at a position opposite the long axis direction of the connecting portion, the holding portion is provided at a position opposite the long axis direction of the connecting portion where the operating portion is provided and at a position opposite the short axis direction of the connecting portion that intersects with the direction in which the operating portion faces, and the engaging portion is provided on the holding portion at a position opposite the short axis direction of the connecting portion that intersects with the direction in which the operating portion faces.

9. A fan as described in claim 8, wherein the locking portion has an opening in the outer frame portion, and the locked portion has a shape that allows it to enter the locking portion and protrudes inward from the inner surface of the holding portion.

10. A fan according to claim 9, wherein the engaging portion has a sloped portion at the tip in the protruding direction that is inclined relative to the axial direction of the connecting portion.

A fan-equipped garment body having a fan mounting part for mounting a fan, and formed into a shape with a body part covering at least the torso part of a wearer, made of either non-breathable fabric or fabric that is breathable enough to be inflated by the introduction of air by a fan mounted on the fan mounting part, wherein the fan comprises: a fan main body part having a rotationally driven impeller; and an attachment member for attaching the fan main body part to an object to which the fan main body part is attached; the fan main body part comprises: a tubular part in which the impeller is housed; an outer frame part provided on the outside of the tubular part and forming polygonal sides; a peripheral part provided on the outside of the outer frame part; and a finger guard part covering the impeller; and the attachment member comprises: a plurality of polygonal retaining parts, the same number as the outer frame parts, that can cover the outer frame part from the outside; and annular connecting parts having a diameter that can cover the outer frame part from the outside and elastically deformable on the inside to support the retaining parts, the outer frame portion has a locking portion that can lock the attachment member at a position where the periphery and the pressing portion face each other, the pressing portion has a locked portion that is locked to the locking portion, and the fan attachment portion has a polygonal shape with the same number of angles as the outer frame portion and has an opening into which the outer frame portion is inserted.

Fan-equipped clothing comprising a fan mounting section for mounting a fan on a clothing body, the fan comprising: a fan main body having a rotationally driven impeller; and an attachment member for mounting the fan main body to a support body; the fan main body comprising: a tubular section in which the impeller is housed; an outer frame section provided on the outside of the tubular section and forming polygonal sides; a peripheral edge section provided on the outside of the outer frame section; and a finger guard section covering the impeller; the attachment member comprising: a plurality of polygonal retaining sections capable of covering the outer frame section from the outside, the same number of retaining sections as the outer frame sections; and annular connecting sections having a diameter capable of covering the outer frame section from the outside and elastically deformable on the inside to support the retaining sections; the outer frame section comprising locking sections capable of locking the attachment member at positions where the peripheral edge and the retaining sections face each other; and the retaining sections comprising retained sections that are locked to the locking sections; The main body of the clothing is made of non-breathable fabric or fabric that is breathable enough to be inflated by the introduction of air by a fan attached to the fan mounting part, and is formed in a shape with a body part that covers at least the torso part of the wearer, and the fan mounting part is a polygonal shape with the same number of angles as the outer frame part, and is equipped with an opening into which the outer frame part is inserted.
