[0003] The present invention generally relates to a safe driving system for trailer vehicles.
[0004] In particular, the present invention relates to a safe driving system that detects whether the intermediate floor system is locked in Twindeck type trailer vehicles with a mobile intermediate floor, and if it is not locked, it activates the safe driving function and warns the user.
[0005] STATE OF THE ART
[0006] Trailers are road vehicles used for carrying loads, and according to the highway regulations, semi-trailers are classified as 01 , 02, 03, 04. The yhave at least one axle designed and manufactured according to the characteristics of the load it will carry. It is connected to the vehicle it is towed with a connecting device known as a tow bar, turntable, hook, or kingpin.
[0007] In the state of the art, trailer vehicles have a "Safe driving" function that prevents the vehicle from moving by automatically braking during loading or unloading situations. This function warns the driver, for example with 10 short warning brake pulses, when the specified speed limit is exceeded. If the vehicle continues to move, it prevents driving by applying full braking when a second specified speed value is exceeded. Then after 20 seconds the brakes are released and the function is deactivated. The function is reactivated after the ignition is turned off and on again.
[0008] Another technique in the state of the art is that the intermediate floor of the Van Eck Twindeck vehicles has locking points at the upper and lower points. When the floor reaches these points, locking is performed with pneumatic pistons. In this way, the stability of the load on the floor is ensured. The mobile floor rests on hydraulic cylinders. If the intermediate floor does not fit completely into the locking points, it will get stuck in the middle and may slide downwards with the movement of the vehicle, depending on the load thereon. Having a high tonnage load on the intermediate floor and not being able to fully seat the locking points may damage the vehicle structure. As the intermediate floor slides downwards, damage may occur to the hydraulic system, side panels and the load carried on the vehicle. In this case, the driver will be warned using the Safe Driving function to prevent the vehicle from moving.
[0009] When the vehicle starts to move, if the mobile intermediate floor is not fully engaged in the locking points, an electrical signal is given through the system and the Safe Driving function is activated. Thus, the brakes are activated as the vehicle continues on its way. Warning braking is performed 10 times. If it continues to move, it will apply full brakes and prevent the movement. After 20 seconds, the brakes are released and the vehicle can barely move. The function is reactivated after the ignition is turned off and on again.
[0010] As a result of a research conducted in the state of the art, the application numbered TR2023 / 004679 was found. Said application discloses a lock warning system for trailers that are towed and moved by a towing vehicle and that can be extended on the axis parallel to the ground, which allows the extension process to be controlled by detecting whether the extension lock is closed or open and informing and warning the user about the situation. Here, it is detected whether the extension lock on the coupling devices on the trailers is closed or not, and accordingly a warning is given to the drivers. However, when examined in detail, no system was found that prevents the movement of the vehicle when the mobile intermediate floor trailer is left in the middle without being seated in the locking points. If the intermediate floor does not lock completely, it may slide downwards over time depending on the load, which may damage both the load carried on the vehicle and the vehicle itself. In cases where the intermediate floor system is not locked, material damages may occur.
[0011] In the solutions of the state of the art, when the intermediate floor is locked, a warning notification is made with a green light in the vehicle. However, this light is in a position where it can only be seen by the loading personnel, not the driver. It is used for informational purposes only and has no effect on vehicle movement. Since the driver does not see the signal from this light, he can start driving without knowing the location of the intermediate floor. This situation may cause serious problems.
[0012] As a result, improvements are being made in safe driving systems, therefore new structures are needed that will eliminate the disadvantages mentioned above and provide solutions to existing systems.
[0013] OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
[0014] The present invention is related to a safe driving system for trailer vehicles which fulfils the abovementioned requirements, eliminates all disadvantages and brings some additional advantages.
[0015] The main object of the present invention is to reveal a safe driving system that detects whether the intermediate floor system is locked in Twindeck type trailer vehicles with a mobile intermediate floor, and if it is not locked, it activates the safe driving function and warns the user.
[0016] One object of the present invention is to prevent material damages that may occur in cases where the intermediate floor system of the Twindeck vehicles with mobile intermediate floors is not locked, thanks to the warning system.
[0017] In order to realize all the advantages mentioned above and understood from the detailed explanation below, the present invention is a safe driving system that detects whether the intermediate floor system is locked in mobile intermediate floor trailer vehicles, stops the vehicle by means of a braking module that is activated in case it is not locked and warns the user, comprising;

[0032] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0033] In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the inventive safe driving system is described only for clarifying the subject matter in a manner such that no limiting effect is created. The invention is a safe driving system that detects whether the intermediate floor system is locked in Twindeck type trailer vehicles with a mobile intermediate floor, and if it is not locked, it activates the safe driving function and warns the user.

[0040] In a preferred embodiment of the invention, when the Twindeck type trailer vehicle starts to move, the ICR system (the system that controls the operation of the mobile intermediate floor by means of CAN modules and software) controlling the intermediate floor in the trailer vehicle is switched off. In the trailer vehicle, sensor-1 (5) detects the information that the intermediate floor is not locked, and sensor-2 (6) detects the information that it is locked, and this information is received via the ICR. When the system power is cut off, that is, when the ICR is closed, the last signal from the sensors is kept in memory. If information is received from Sensor-2 (6) that the intermediate floor is locked, no output signal is produced and driving continues normally. If a signal comes from sensor 1 (5) that the intermediate floor is not locked, the signal carrying this information is transmitted to the relay (1 ) via the CAN module (2). The relay (1) processes and analyzes this incoming signal and gives a command to the braking module (3) to stop the vehicle and warn the driver. With the command, the trailer vehicle starts braking and, for example, after 10 warning brakings, it brakes fully and stops the vehicle. At this time, the driver is also warned. After the driver has made the necessary checks and the vehicle is ready to drive, the safe driving system is reactivated when the vehicle ignition is turned off and on. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, communication between the relay (1), CAN module (2) and braking module (3) is provided by cables (4).

A safe driving system that detects whether the intermediate floor system is locked in mobile intermediate floor trailer vehicles, stops the vehicle by means of a braking module (3) that is activated when it is not locked, and warns the user, characterized by comprising;• A sensor-1 (5) that receives and transmits information that the intermediate floor in the trailer vehicle is not locked,• A sensor-2 (6) that receives and transmits information that the intermediate floor in the trailer vehicle is locked,• A CAN module (2) that receives the signal containing the information transmitted by the sensor-1 (5) or the sensor-2 (6) and transmits the intermediate floor not locked signal from the sensor-1 (5),• A relay (1 ) that receives the intermediate floor unlocked signal transmitted by the CAN module (2) and sends a command to the said braking module (3) to stop the vehicle and warn the driver.
