[0023] The common cleaning equipment in the market usually uses the cooperation of the scraper and the roller brush to achieve the ground cleaning. The cleaning water flows out through the roller brush to absorb the stains, and then the dirt is scraped off through the friction between the scraper and the roller brush to achieve the cleaning effect. Therefore, the roller brush and the scraper are interference fit. Most of the existing cleaning equipment is through the fixed metal scraper and the roller brush to squeeze and rub. In the long-term use process, the bristles on the roller brush are continuously worn out, so that the interference amount between the roller brush and the metal scraper becomes smaller and smaller, causing the water scraping to be not clean, the ground is easy to leave water stains, and the cleaning effect becomes poor.
[0024] In view of the above problems, the present application provides a cleaning assembly and a cleaning equipment. The cleaning assembly is applied to the cleaning equipment, and is used to solve the problem that the interference amount between the roller brush and the scraper is reduced due to the large friction between the scraper and the roller brush and the easy wear of the roller brush. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, it is a specific embodiment of the cleaning assembly and the cleaning equipment provided by the present application.
[0025] FIG. 1 is a structural schematic diagram of an embodiment of the cleaning equipment 10 provided by the present application; FIG. 2 is a partial cross-sectional schematic diagram of an embodiment of the cleaning equipment 10 provided by the present application; FIG. 3 is a structural schematic diagram of an embodiment of the cleaning assembly provided by the present application; FIG. 4 is a structural exploded schematic diagram of an embodiment of the cleaning assembly provided by the present application; FIG. 5 is a structural schematic diagram of the water scraping assembly of the cleaning assembly provided by the present application; and FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of the water scraping assembly of the cleaning assembly provided by the present application.
[0026] As shown in FIGS. 1-6, the present application provides a cleaning device 10, which comprises a cleaning assembly 200 and a rolling brush 300 for directly contacting the ground, the rolling brush 300 is provided with a plurality of bristles which can adsorb the ground stains during the rolling of the rolling brush 300. The cleaning assembly 200 of the cleaning device 10 comprises a base 210 and a scraping assembly 220, the rolling brush 300 is rotatably arranged on the base 210; the base 210 is provided with a mounting groove 211, and a mounting portion 221 is arranged in the mounting groove 211, the mounting portion 221 can be a water spraying assembly acting on the rolling brush 300, the base 210 is provided with a water outlet device and a water drainage device (not shown in the figure), the water outlet device is communicated with the mounting portion 221 for conveying clean water to the mounting portion 221, and the mounting portion 221 sprays clean water to the rolling brush 300 for cleaning the rolling brush 300. The scraping assembly 220 is arranged in the mounting groove 211, and the scraping assembly 220 comprises a scraping plate 222 and an elastic member. The scraping plate 222 is used to scrape the dirt from the rolling brush 300 in interference fit with the rolling brush 300. The scraping plate 222 comprises a scraping portion 2222 which is used to abut against and interfere with the rolling brush 300. When the rolling brush 300 rotates, the dirt on the rolling brush 300 can be scraped off. The cleaning device 10 further comprises an upper cover assembly 400 which is detachably fixed to the base 210 and is used to cover the cleaning assembly 200 and part of the rolling brush 300.
[0027] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 6, in the embodiments provided by the present application, the scraping plate 222 is provided with a first through hole 2221 which penetrates through the scraping plate 222. The mounting portion 221 is provided with a second through hole 2211, and the elastic member is arranged in the first through hole 2221 and the second through hole 2211 after being pre-deformed, and elastically abuts against the mounting portion 221 and the scraping plate 222 to make the scraping plate 222 have a tendency to move towards the rolling brush 300. Therefore, when the rolling brush 300 rotates and presses the scraping plate 222, the elastic member is deformed greatly under pressure, and the scraping plate 222 moves towards the direction away from the rolling brush 300; when the rolling brush 300 stops pressing the scraping plate 222, no pressure is applied to the elastic member, and the elastic member restores to its original state to push the scraping plate 222 to move towards the rolling brush 300. Thus, the scraping plate 222 and the rolling brush 300 achieve elastic frictional contact, which can reduce the wear of the rolling brush 300 compared with the rigid contact between the scraping plate 222 and the rolling brush 300, ensure that the scraping plate 222 always maintains reasonable interference fit with the rolling brush 300, and prolong the service life of the rolling brush 300. Moreover, since the elastic member is arranged in the mounting portion 221, the mounting portion 221, the scraping plate 222 and the elastic member form an integral whole, and no structure needs to be added outside the mounting portion 221. Therefore, while achieving elastic frictional contact between the scraping plate 222 and the rolling brush 300, the internal space of the cleaning assembly is saved, and the problem of sealing is avoided.
[0028] In order to improve the cleaning force of the rolling brush 300, as shown in FIGS. 4-6, the cleaning assembly 200 of the present application further comprises a comb plate 224 arranged on the side of the scraper 222 away from the mounting portion 221 to increase the friction effect on the rolling brush 300. The comb plate 224 is provided with a third through hole 2241, and the elastic member is arranged in the first through hole 2221, the second through hole 2211 and the third through hole 2241. The elastic member is elastically abutted against the mounting portion 221, the scraper 222 and the comb plate 224 under pressure, so that the scraper 222 and the comb plate 224 have a tendency to move towards the rolling brush 300. In the embodiments provided by the present application, in order to facilitate the assembly of the water scraping assembly 220, the first through hole 2221, the second through hole 2211 and the third through hole 2241 are of the same size. In some other embodiments, the sizes of the first through hole 2221, the second through hole 2211 and the third through hole 2241 can be different, which are arranged according to the actual application needs.
[0029] In the embodiments provided by the present application, the number of elastic members is two, and the number of the first through hole 2221, the second through hole 2211 and the third through hole 2241 is also two. In actual application process, the number of elastic members can be adjusted according to the needs, and the number of the first through hole 2221, the second through hole 2211 and the third through hole 2241 is also adjusted correspondingly.
[0030] In order to improve the stability of the water scraping assembly 220 as a whole, as shown in FIG. 6, in the embodiments provided by the present application, one end of the elastic member extending out of the comb plate 224 is a fixed portion 2231, which is abutted against the side of the comb plate 224 away from the scraper 222, so that the mounting portion 221, the scraper 222 and the comb plate 224 are closely attached. In the embodiments provided by the present application, the fixed portion 2231 extends towards the rolling brush 300, so that the fixed portion 2231 is abutted against the side of the comb plate 224 away from the scraper 222. In the embodiments without the comb plate 224, the fixed portion 2231 is abutted against the side of the scraper 222 away from the mounting portion 221.
[0031] In the embodiments provided by the present application, the elastic member is a metal elastic sheet 223. In some other embodiments, the elastic member can be a spring, a torsion spring, an elastic soft rubber or the like. In the embodiments shown in the present application, as shown in FIG. 6, the metal elastic sheet 223 has a first bending portion 2232 and a second bending portion 2233 arranged symmetrically. Therefore, the fixed portion 2231 also has a first fixed portion 2231a and a second fixed portion 2231b arranged symmetrically. When the scraper 222 and the comb plate 224 move towards or away from the rolling brush 300, the fixed portion 2231 is always abutted against the comb plate 224, so as to keep the mounting portion 221, the scraper 222 and the comb plate 224 stable in the vertical direction.
[0032] As shown in FIGS. 4-6, the mounting portion 221 includes a first plate body 2212 and a second plate body 2213 arranged oppositely. The side of the first plate body 2212 away from the second plate body 2213 faces the roller brush 300. The second through hole 2211 is located between the first plate body 2212 and the second plate body 2213, and thus the metal spring 223 is arranged between the first plate body 2212 and the second plate body 2213. Compared with the technical solution in which the elastic member is arranged outside the mounting portion 221, the embodiment provided in the present application does not need to arrange extra parts outside the mounting portion 221, can effectively save the internal space of the assembly, and avoids the problem of sealing.
[0033] In the embodiment provided in the present application, a fixing mode of the metal spring 223 mounted on the mounting portion 221 is provided. As shown in FIG. 6, the side of the first plate body 2212 toward the second plate body 2213 is a first surface 2212a, and the side of the second plate body 2213 toward the first plate body 2212 is a second surface 2212b. The first surface 2212a and the second surface 2212b are symmetrically provided with a locking portion 2214. The first bending portion 2232 and the second bending portion 2233 of the metal spring 223 are provided with a clamping portion 2234 matched with the locking portion 2214. The clamping portion 2234 cooperates with the locking portion 2214 to fix the metal spring 223 on the mounting portion 221. The present application provides one of the embodiments of the clamping portion and the clamping portion. The locking portion 2214 protrudes from the plane, and the clamping portion 2234 is a recess matched with the locking portion 2214. The structure of the locking portion 2214 and the clamping portion 2234 is not limited to the embodiment provided in the present application, and other ways of fixing the elastic member on the mounting portion 221 can be used.
[0034] In order to limit the distance of the movement of the scraper 222 toward the roller brush 300, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, in the embodiment provided in the present application, a first stop portion 2223 is arranged at the other end of the scraper 222 away from the water scraping portion 2222, and the first stop portion 2223 extends toward the mounting portion 221. When the roller brush 300 stops pressing the scraper 222, the elastic member restores to its original state and drives the scraper 222 to move toward the roller brush 300. The first stop portion 2223 abuts against the outer wall of the mounting portion 221, limits the movement of the scraper 222 toward the roller brush 300, and keeps the scraper 222 in a stationary state, limits the distance between the water scraping portion 2222 and the roller brush 300 to control the maximum friction between the water scraping portion 2222 and the roller brush 300, and more effectively protects the roller brush 300. In the embodiment provided in the present application, two first stop portions 2223 are arranged, but the number of the first stop portions 2223 can be adjusted according to the requirements in actual application.
[0035] As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 6, in the embodiments provided in the present application, the comb plate 224 comprises a comb portion 2242 for abutting against the roller brush 300. In order to limit the distance of movement of the comb plate 224 towards the direction of the roller brush 300, a second stop portion 2243 is arranged at the other end away from the comb portion 2242, and the second stop portion 2243 extends towards the mounting portion 221. When the roller brush 300 stops pressing the comb plate 224, the elastic member restores to its original state and drives the comb plate 224 to move towards the direction of the roller brush 300, and the second stop portion 2243 abuts against the outer wall of the mounting portion 221, limiting the movement of the comb plate 224 towards the direction of the roller brush 300, so that the comb plate 224 remains in a stationary state, limiting the distance between the comb portion 2242 and the roller brush 300 to control the maximum friction between the comb portion 2242 and the roller brush 300, and more effectively protecting the roller brush 300. In the embodiments provided in the present application, three second stop portions 2243 are arranged, but the number of the second stop portions 2243 can be adjusted according to requirements in actual application.
[0036] As shown in FIG. 2 to FIG. 4, in the embodiments provided in the present application, the second plate body 2213, the first stop portion 2223 and the second stop portion 2243 are arranged away from the side of the first plate body 2212 and towards the inner wall of the mounting groove 211. The metal elastic sheet 223 has a maximum bending distance, and if the bending degree of the metal elastic sheet 223 exceeds the maximum bending distance, the metal elastic sheet 223 cannot restore to its original shape, resulting in that the metal elastic sheet 223 cannot adjust the elastic contact between the scraper 222 and the roller brush 300. In order to prevent the metal elastic sheet 223 from failing to restore to its original shape, the distance between the first stop portion 2223 and / or the second stop portion 2243 and the inner wall of the mounting groove 211 is less than the maximum bending distance of the metal elastic sheet 223, and when the roller brush 300 presses the scraper 222 or the comb plate 224, the first stop portion 2223 or the second stop portion 2243 abuts against the inner wall of the mounting groove 211, so that the scraper 222 or the comb plate 224 cannot continue to move away from the direction of the roller brush 300, thereby ensuring the elasticity of the metal elastic sheet 223.
[0037] As shown in FIG. 2 to FIG. 4, in the embodiments provided in the present application, the cleaning assembly 200 comprises a water spraying assembly, the first plate body 2212 is a water outlet plate of the water spraying assembly, the second plate body 2213 is a water channel plate of the water spraying assembly, and the second through hole 2211 is located between the water outlet plate and the water channel plate. The water spraying assembly further comprises a spray head arranged towards the roller brush 300. The water outlet device of the cleaning device 10 discharges water through the water channel plate into the water spraying assembly, and then discharges the water from the water outlet plate of the water spraying assembly to the spray head, and the spray head uniformly sprays the water flow to the roller brush 300.
[0038] The application provides a cleaning assembly 200 and a cleaning device 10. The cleaning assembly 200 comprises a base 210 and a wiping assembly 220. The base 210 is arranged to rotate a roller brush 300. The base 210 has a mounting portion 221. The wiping assembly 220 comprises a wiping plate 222 and an elastic member. The wiping plate 222 comprises a wiping portion 2222. The wiping portion 2222 is arranged to abut against the roller brush 300. The wiping plate 222 has a first through hole 2221. The mounting portion 221 has a second through hole 2211. The elastic member is arranged to pass through the first through hole 2221 and the second through hole 2211 and elastically abut against the mounting portion 221 and the wiping plate 222 under pressure. The wiping portion 2222 and the roller brush 300 are kept in elastic frictional contact by the characteristics of the elastic member. The interference amount is stable. The problem that the roller brush 300 is easily worn is solved. A good cleaning effect is achieved. The mounting space is saved due to the integral arrangement of the wiping assembly 220. The problem of waterproof sealing is solved.
[0039] The above description is merely an embodiment of the application and does not limit the patent scope of the application. Any equivalent structure or equivalent process transformation based on the content of the specification and drawings or direct or indirect application in other related technical fields is also included in the patent protection scope of the application.
