[0001] The invention relates to a device for simple lifting and sliding out of stackable boxes placed on a pallet.Prior State of the Art

[0002] Currently, certain types of goods or products are transported using boxes that are stacked on top of each other on a pallet, forming a transport unit. The individual boxes preferably interlock, creating a relatively stable unit on the pallet. The problem arises when the pallet with the boxes reaches its destination and the goods or products need to be removed from the boxes. This can only be done by removing the topmost box, setting it aside, and then extracting the product. Another method involves removing the product first and then taking the box aside. This process is repeated until all the stacked boxes on the pallet are uncovered, i.e., until the transport unit is disassembled. This method is space-intensive, requires extensive handling of boxes, and involves significant manual labor since the empty boxes must be stacked back onto the pallet.

[0005] This goal is fulfilled by the lifting device described in this technical solution with the following structural configuration. The core is a main mechanism embodied as a frame, on which telescopic rails for lifting boxes are movably attached. These rails are connected by lift templates, which can be implemented as a template, chain, or other sequentially lifting systems with grooves into which the movement pins of the telescopic rails extend. The telescopic rails feature at least two pins on the front side for engaging the transport box, e.g., an EPP box. [0007] The device consists of a frame (1), in which a main mechanism (4) is placed. Telescopic rails (10) for lifting boxes are movably mounted on it and are connected by lift templates (11), in this specific example realized as guide rails with grooves (12), into which movement pins (13) of the telescopic rails (10) extend. Each telescopic rail (10) has two front-side pins (14) for engaging a transport box, in this case, an EPP box. The main mechanism (4) with the telescopic rails (10) is movably mounted in the frame (1), allowing horizontal movement via the horizontal travel system (3) to engage the pin (14) with the box. Vertical movement is provided by the vertical travel system (2), which is movably attached to the frame (1). A cam (7) is fixed on the vertical travel system (2), which, due to its shape, enables the horizontal movement of the main mechanism (4), guided via the horizontal travel (3). Controlled movement of the mechanism (4) is ensured via rollers(8). The entire mechanism (4) is pressed against the cam (7) by springs (15) to ensure return motion.

The winding shaft (5) and the connected arm (6) initiate vertical movement of the vertical travel (2), which, via the cam (7), horizontally shifts the main mechanism (4) with the telescopic rails (10) toward the boxes so that pin (14) is inserted into a hole in the box. As the vertical movement of the vertical travel (2) continues, the lifting rod(9) activates the telescopic rails (10), which gradually lift the boxes using grooves (12), creating space between the boxes. A lifting device primarily for pallet goods, characterized in that it comprises a frame (1) housing a main mechanism (4), on which telescopic rails (10) for lifting boxes are movably mounted, connected by lift templates (11) featuring grooves (12) into which movement pins (13) of the telescopic rails (10) extend, each telescopic rail (10) having at least two front-end pins (14), with the main mechanism (4) being movably mounted in the frame (1) for horizontal movement via horizontal travel (3), the vertical movement of the telescopic rails (10) being provided by vertical travel (2) movably connected to the frame (1), with an arm (6) connected to the vertical travel (2), to which a clearance- defined lifting rod (9) is connected at one end and attached at the other end to the upper telescopic rail (10), the arm (6) also being linked to a control mechanism (5) that ensures both vertical movement of the telescopic rails (10) and horizontal movement of the main mechanism (4) with the lift templates (11), with a cam (7) attached to the vertical travel (2) enabling horizontal movement of the main mechanism (4) guided by the horizontal travel (3), the controlled motion being realized via rollers (8).

2. The lifting device according to claim 1, characterized in that it is equipped with springs (15) for pressing the main mechanism (4) against the cam (7) and ensuring its return motion.
