[0005] Due in particular to their potential of becoming contaminated during the use, the ceramic sanitary ware should be regularly flushed in order to satisfy the conditions of hygiene. Among these, the urinals constitute an important example of the ceramic sanitary ware that require cleaning after every use. The flushing systems with push action, which permit the flow of water into a urinal for a certain time depending on a push force applied and automatically stop the water flow at the end of such time, are often preferred for the urinals. However, since said flushing systems are the systems that require to be operated by a user by way of touching, the systems with the ability of being triggered in a touchless manner are preferred especially in the public spaces. Because said systems are mostly the concealed systems, one has to perform modifications in the spaces where said ceramic sanitary ware are present and it is even necessary in most cases to dismantle a mounting surface and repair said surface after the alteration, in order to convert the existing mechanical systems into the systems with touchless control or to convert the existing touchless systems into the systems with mechanical control. For all these reasons, the conversion between the mechanically controlled systems and the touchless-control systems often becomes a topic of interest only when the major modifications are involved.

[0032] The invention relates to a urinal flushing system structure, which is suitable both for the mechanical triggering to permit the water flow upon the application of a push force and for the touchless triggering to permit the water flow as a result of a touchless triggering action. More particularly, the invention relates to a urinal flushing system structure, in which the concealed components that are connected to the plumbing and the surface components that are visible to the user are common, and therefore, it is possible to convert a system with the ability of mechanical triggering into a system with the ability of touchless triggering or a system with the ability of touchless triggering into a system with the ability of mechanical triggering without having to perform any alteration and modification either in the concealed structure or in the surface structure and surface coating material. The urinal flushing system structure according to the invention comprises

[0037] In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the body (1) has at least one water inlet (11), via which the water enters said body (1), and at least one water outlet (12), via which the water exits said body (1) to flow to the urinal. A urinal flushing system structure, in which the concealed components that are connected to the plumbing and the surface components that are visible to the user are common, and therefore, it is possible to convert a system with the ability of mechanical triggering into a system with the ability of touchless triggering or a system with the ability of touchless triggering into a system with the ability of mechanical triggering without having to perform any alteration and modification either in the concealed structure or in the surface structure and surface coating material, characterized in that said urinal flushing system structure comprises• at least one cartridge (Ml) in the embodiment where it is desired to control the water flow mechanically or at least one solenoid valve (Tl) in the embodiment where it is desired to control the water flow in a touchless manner,• at least one body (1) with a structure suitable for positioning both the cartridge (Ml), which enables the flow to be controlled mechanically in the embodiment where it is desired to control the water flow mechanically, and the solenoid valve (Tl), which enables the flow to be controlled in a touchless manner in the embodiment where it is desired to control the water flow in a touchless manner,• at least one force applying arm (M2), which enables at least one cartridge (Ml) to be triggered in the embodiment where it is desired to control the water flow mechanically, or at least one sensor (T3), which enables at least one solenoid valve (Tl) to be triggered in the embodiment where it is desired to control the water flow in a touchless manner, and• at least one panel (2) with a structure suitable for positioning both at least one force applying arm (M2) and at least one sensor (T3), said force applying arm (M2) enabling to trigger the cartridge (Ml), which allows the flow to be controlled mechanically in the embodiment where it is desired to control the water flow mechanically, said sensor (T3) enabling to trigger the solenoid valve (Tl), which allows the flow to be controlled in a touchless manner in the embodiment where it is desired to control the water flow in a touchless manner.
2. A urinal flushing system structure according to Claim 1 characterized in that the body(1) is a body (1) having at least one water inlet (11), via which the water enters said body (1), and at least one water outlet (12), via which the water exits said body (1) to flow to the urinal.

A urinal flushing system structure according to Claim 1 or 2 characterized in that the body (1) has at least one housing (13) for positioning the cartridge (Ml) in the embodiment where it is preferred to trigger the flushing system mechanically or for positioning the solenoid valve (Tl) in the embodiment where it is preferred to trigger the flushing system in a touchless manner.

A urinal flushing system structure according to Claim 3 characterized in that the housing (13) is a housing (13), which is positioned between the water inlet (11) and the water outlet (12) so that the cartridge (Ml) or the solenoid valve (Tl) positioned into said housing (13) is able to permit or prevent the passage of the water, entering said body (1) via said water inlet (11), towards said water outlet (12).

A urinal flushing system structure according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that said urinal flushing system structure comprises, in a preferred embodiment where the water flow is controlled mechanically, at least one force applying arm (M2), which enables a force to be applied on the cartridge (Ml) so that said cartridge (Ml) permits or prevents the water flow.
6. A urinal flushing system structure according to Claim 5 characterized in that the force applying arm (M2) is a force applying arm (M2), which is configured to extend from the cartridge (Ml) to a mounting surface in order to transfer a push force applied by a user to said cartridge (Ml).
7. A urinal flushing system structure according to Claim 5 or 6 characterized in that said urinal flushing system structure comprises at least one button (M4), which enables the user to apply a push force on the force applying arm (M2).
8. A urinal flushing system structure according to Claim 7 characterized in that the panel(2) has at least one panel opening (21), in which the button (M4) may be positioned.
9. A urinal flushing system structure according to Claim 7 or 8 characterized in that said urinal flushing system structure has at least one fixing part (M3), which enables the button (M4) to be fixed on the panel (2).
10. A urinal flushing system structure according to Claim 9 characterized in that the fixing part (M3) is a fixing part (M3), which, after the button (M4) is positioned on the panel (2) via a surface thereof, is positioned on said button (M4) via another surface of said panel (2) and thus enables said button (M4) to be fixed on said panel (2).

A urinal flushing system structure according to any one of Claims 7-10 characterized in that said urinal flushing system structure comprises at least one spring (M5), which applies a push force on the button (M4) in order to enable said button (M4) to return to its initial position when the application of the force on said button (M4) by the user is terminated.

A urinal flushing system structure according to Claim 3 or 4 characterized in that said urinal flushing system structure comprises, in a preferred embodiment where the water flow is controlled in a touchless manner, at least one solenoid valve adapter (T2), which enables the solenoid valve (Tl) to be positioned into the housing (13).
13. A urinal flushing system structure according to Claim 12 characterized in that the solenoid valve adapter (T2) is a solenoid valve adapter (T2), which allows the solenoid valve (Tl) to be positioned into the housing (13) present on the body (1).

A urinal flushing system structure according to any one of Claims 1-4 or 12-13 characterized in that the sensor (T3) is a sensor (T3), which is connected to the solenoid valve (Tl) and which, as a result of being triggered, enables said solenoid valve (Tl) to either permit or prevent the water flow.
15. A urinal flushing system structure according to Claim 14 characterized in that the panel (2) has at least one panel opening (21), in which the sensor (T3) may be positioned.
16. A urinal flushing system structure according to Claim 15 characterized in that the sensor (T3) is a sensor (T3), which is positioned on the panel (2), preferably on the panel opening (21) available on said panel (2), in such a way that said sensor (T3) is accessible to the user, in other words, said sensor (T3) may be triggered by the user.
17. A urinal flushing system structure according to any one of Claims 1-4 or 12-16 characterized in that said urinal flushing system structure has at least one sensor seat (T4), which enables the sensor (T3) to be positioned on the panel (2).
18. A urinal flushing system structure according to Claim 15 or 16 or 17 characterized in that the sensor seat (T4) is a sensor seat (T4), which is positioned in the panel opening (21).
19. A urinal flushing system structure according to Claim 18 characterized in that the sensor seat (T4) has a gap which the sensor (T3) may penetrate.

A urinal flushing system structure according to any one of Claims 17-19 characterized in that the sensor seat (T4) is a sensor seat (T4), which is configured in a way to enable the sensor (T3) to be positioned in the panel opening (21) that is located on the panel (2) and that is of a size suitable for positioning the button (M4), to make it possible to use the same panel with both said button (M4) and said sensor (T3).
21. A urinal flushing system structure according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that said urinal flushing system structure has at least one body box (3) in which the body (1) is positioned.

A urinal flushing system structure according to Claim 21 characterized in that the body box (3) is a body box (3), which, by being placed under the plaster during the positioning of the body (1) in a concealed manner, creates a space where said body (1) may be positioned, said body box (3) also allowing the panel (2) to be positioned thereon and providing access to said body (1) when said panel (2) is detached.
3. A urinal flushing system structure according to Claim 22 characterized in that said urinal flushing system structure has at least one panel frame (22), which is positioned on the body box (3) to form a surface where the panel (2) may be fixed.
