[0009] The proposed invention introduces a novel type of funerary monument with a fully removable system for the safekeeping of urns. It allows for convenient and discreet access for the deposit and viewing of urns, without requiring external permits. It can be concealed underground for discretion or left visible for special occasions, such as All Saints' Day. It offers the option of personalization with spaces for personal items, such as digital memory devices or recorded DNA. It can house several funerary urns belonging to the same family, ensuring individual privacy without sharing memorial spaces.

CLAIMS 1. Underground device for the preservation and access of cinerary urns characterized by having means to safeguard at least one cinerary urn and / or personal objects in a device embedded at ground level, for this purpose comprising: an outer body with a cylindrical or polygonal section closed only at its base that cooperates by housing an inner container whose separators (4) define the funerary spaces, conventional means for extracting the inner container in a high and vertical manner, where these means may be: manual, electromechanically assisted, hydraulic or pneumatic, as well as by means of gear systems, counterweight systems or springs; at least one sealing gasket between the outer container and the inner container; a conventional security locking system activated by digital means, code or physical key.
