Abstract

A self-cleaning thermal reactor for producing isocyanate. The reactor comprises a reactor housing, a heat exchange assembly, and a stirring assembly; the reactor housing is provided with a reaction liquid inlet, a reaction liquid outlet, and a gas phase outlet; the heat exchange assembly is arranged in the reactor housing; the reactor housing is further provided with a first heat exchange medium inlet and a first heat exchange medium outlet; the heat exchange assembly comprises a plate-pair type heat exchange assembly; the plate-pair type heat exchange assembly is coaxially arranged in the reactor housing and comprises plate pairs and plate reinforcing structures; there are a plurality of plate pairs, and the plate pairs are vertically arranged and fixed in an annular manner by means of the plate reinforcing structures; each plate pair is a closed cavity formed by welding two metal plates; the upper end of the plate pair is provided with a second heat exchange medium inlet, and the lower end of the plate pair is provided with a second heat exchange medium outlet; and the stirring assembly is inserted into the reactor housing and is coaxially arranged with the reactor housing. Also provided are a method for producing isocyanate by using the self-cleaning thermal reactor, and an obtained isocyanate. The self-cleaning thermal reactor can realize self-cleaning during operation, thereby realizing long-period operation thereof.
