Abstract

Provided is a sushi counter capable of reducing labor required for carrying in and installing the sushi counter to an installation space. This sushi counter includes: a top plate; a mounting base provided on the top plate so that an upper surface thereof is positioned above an upper surface of the top plate, and is disposed along one end edge in a width direction of the top plate in a plan view; and a plurality of legs provided on the top plate. The plurality of legs are formed to be switchable between a storage position and a use position.

[0001] The present invention relates to a sushi counter.

[0002] An example of a sushi counter is described in Patent Document 1. The sushi counter described in Patent Document 1 includes a countertop with a base. The countertop is supported by a support plate arranged along a vertical plane.

[0009] [Embodiment] As shown in Figure 1, the sushi counter 10 according to this embodiment comprises a countertop, a base, and multiple legs. The base is attached to the countertop so that its top surface is positioned higher than the top surface of the countertop. The base is also arranged along one edge of the countertop in the width direction when viewed from above. The multiple legs are attached to the countertop. The multiple legs are configured to be switchable between a storage position and a usage position.

Claims

1. A sushi counter comprising: a top plate; a stand attached to the top plate so that its upper surface is positioned higher than the top surface of the top plate and is arranged along one edge of the top plate in the width direction in a plan view, the stand having an upper surface for directly placing sushi on; and a plurality of legs attached to the top plate, wherein the plurality of legs are configured to be switchable between a storage position and a usage position.

2. The sushi counter according to claim 1, wherein the base is integrally formed with the top plate.

3. A sushi counter according to claim 1 or claim 2, comprising a plurality of said top plates, each of said plurality of top plates having a connecting portion used for connecting to an adjacent top plate.

4. A sushi counter as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2, comprising: a first row having at least one counter with the top plate, the base, and the plurality of legs; a second row having at least one counter with the top plate, the base, and the plurality of legs different from those in the first row, the longitudinal direction of which intersects with the longitudinal direction of the first row; and a corner counter connecting the first row and the second row.

5. The sushi counter according to claim 4, wherein the corner counter comprises: a corner top plate; and corner legs attached to the corner top plate.

6. A sushi counter as described in claim 5, wherein the corner legs are removably attached to the corner top plate, and a storage recess is formed on the underside of the corner top plate in which the corner legs can be stored when removed.

7. The sushi counter of claim 5, wherein the corner counter is arranged between the bases in the first row and the bases in the second row and has a corner base attached to the corner top plate, the upper surface of the corner top plate being located on the same plane as the upper surfaces of the top plates in the first row and the upper surfaces of the top plates in the second row, and the upper surface of the corner base being located on the same plane as the upper surfaces of the bases in the first row and the upper surfaces of the base plates in the second row.

8. A sushi counter as described in claim 4, wherein the first row is connected to each of the longitudinal ends of the second row via the corner counters, forming an approximately U-shaped counter in a plan view.

9. A sushi counter as described in claim 3, wherein the plurality of tabletops are connected in a straight line, and the minimum distance from a first end, which is the longitudinal end of a tabletop that constitutes an end of the plurality of tabletops, to a leg is shorter than the minimum distance from a second end connected to an adjacent tabletop to the first end.

10. The sushi counter according to claim 3, further comprising a partition removably attached to one end face of the top plate in the width direction and extending downward from said end face.

11. The sushi counter according to claim 10, wherein the partition is formed in the shape of a flexible curtain.
