Tips for high frequency output devices

[0001] The present invention relates to a tip for a high frequency output device.

[0002] High-frequency skin care devices are widely used for cosmetic purposes. These devices output high-frequency waves to the skin, promoting collagen regeneration. Meanwhile, the electrodes on the tip of the high-frequency output device in the high-frequency skin care device apply high-frequency waves to the skin.

[0003] A conventional tip for a high-frequency output device may include a housing, two or more printed circuit boards (PCBs) housed in the housing, and a pogo pin electrically connecting the two adjacent PCBs. One end of the pogo pin is soldered to one of the two adjacent PCBs and penetrates the other of the two adjacent PCBs.

[0004] These conventional tips for high-frequency output devices have the problem that the pogo pin has a complex structure and takes up a lot of space, which limits the overall space and structure and increases the manufacturing cost.

[0005] In addition, the conventional technology had the problem of increasing assembly cost and assembly time as soldering of pogo pins and printed circuit boards was required.

[0006] The present invention has been devised to solve the above-described problems, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide a tip for a high-frequency output device, which is configured with a terminal that is interposed between two adjacent substrates and electrically connects the two substrates by elastic contact, thereby reducing restrictions on the overall space and structure.

[0007] In addition, another object of the present invention is to provide a tip for a high-frequency output device, which can reduce assembly cost and assembly time as soldering is unnecessary.

[0008] The problems to be solved by the present invention are not limited to the problems mentioned above, and other problems not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description below.

[0009] A tip for a high-frequency output device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a housing; a first substrate disposed inside the housing; at least one electrode fixed to the first substrate and applying high-frequency to skin; a second substrate disposed inside the housing at a distance from the first substrate and applying an electric signal to the first substrate; and a terminal for electrical connection between at least one of the electrodes and the second substrate.

[0010] In addition, the terminal may include a first terminal that is in contact with the second substrate and receives the electric signal of the second substrate; and a second terminal that is coupled to the first substrate and is in contact with the first terminal and applies the electric signal transmitted from the first terminal to the electrode.

[0011] In addition, the first terminal may include a first contact member that makes elastic contact with the second substrate; a bending member that extends from the first contact member and bends toward the second terminal; and a second contact member that extends from the bending member and makes elastic contact with the second terminal.

[0012] Additionally, the end of the first contact member may have a bent shape so as to make elastic contact with the second substrate.

[0013] Additionally, the end of the second contact member may have a bent shape to surround the second terminal.

[0014] Additionally, the second contact member may generate an elastic force toward the second terminal.

[0015] Additionally, the second contact member may extend obliquely from the bending member toward the second terminal.

[0016] Additionally, the second terminal may include a shaft that is coupled to the first substrate and elastically contacts the second contact member to transmit an electric signal transmitted from the first terminal to the electrode.

[0017] Additionally, the first substrate to which the second terminal is coupled can be installed so as to be movable in a direction away from the second substrate or in a direction approaching the second substrate.

[0018] Additionally, the shaft may further include a stopper installed thereon to limit the range in which the shaft moves in a direction approaching the second substrate.

[0019] Additionally, the stopper can be caught on the first terminal when the shaft moves in a direction approaching the second substrate.

[0020] Other specific details of the present invention are included in the detailed description and drawings.

[0021] A tip for a high-frequency output device according to one embodiment of the present invention is configured with a terminal that is interposed between two adjacent substrates and electrically connects the two substrates by elastic contact, thereby having the effect of reducing constraints on the overall space and structure.

[0022] In addition, the tip for a high-frequency output device according to one embodiment of the present invention has the effect of reducing assembly cost and assembly time since soldering is unnecessary.

[0023] The effects of the present invention are not limited to the effects mentioned above, and other effects not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description below.

[0037] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a tip for a high frequency output device according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a plan view showing a tip for a high frequency output device according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing a tip for a high frequency output device according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view showing a tip for a high frequency output device according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 5 is another exploded perspective view showing a tip for a high frequency output device according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a terminal of a tip for a high frequency output device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIGS. 7 and 8 are perspective views showing a holder and a terminal of a tip for a high frequency output device according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0038] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 8, a tip for a high-frequency output device according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a housing (100), a first substrate (200), at least one electrode (300), a second substrate (400), and a terminal (500).

[0039] A housing (100) may serve as the basic body of the present invention. The housing (100) may include an outer frame (110), a first inner frame (120), and a second inner frame (130).

[0040] The outer frame (110) may have open upper and lower surfaces. For example, a first substrate (200), at least one electrode (300), and a first inner frame (120) may be installed on the lower portion of the outer frame (110). In addition, a second inner frame (130) and a second substrate (400) may be accommodated on the upper portion of the outer frame (110).

[0041] The first inner frame (120) is placed at the bottom of the outer frame (110) and can cover the opened lower surface of the outer frame (110).

[0042] At least one through hole (121) through which at least one electrode (300) passes may be formed at the lower portion of the first inner frame (120). Here, the electrode (300) may protrude to the outside of the housing (100) through the through hole (121). For example, a plurality of electrodes (300) may be arranged and fixed in a grid shape on the first inner frame (120). As another example, a plurality of through holes (121) may be arranged in a grid shape on the first inner frame (120). These through holes (121) may be formed to penetrate the first inner frame (120) in a direction away from the second substrate (400).

[0043] A slot (122) may be formed on the upper portion of the first internal frame (120) to which the first substrate (200) and the lower portion of the plunger (700) are fixed. For example, the first substrate (200) may be positioned lower than the plunger (700) in the slot (122).

[0044] An elastic member (600) may be installed on the outer periphery of the first inner frame (120). The elastic member (600) may generate an elastic force that moves the first inner frame (120) toward the second substrate (400). Accordingly, the first inner frame (120) may be moved away from the second substrate (400) by the driving module, and then returned to its original position by moving toward the second substrate (400) by the elastic force of the elastic member (600).

[0045] For example, one side of the elastic member (600) may be supported on the second inner frame (130), and the other side of the elastic member (600) may be supported on the lower side of the outer frame (110).

[0046] The second inner frame (130) may be placed on top of the outer frame (110). A guide hole (131) may be formed in the second inner frame (130) to guide the movement of the plunger (700). The guide hole (131) may be formed penetrating the second inner frame (130). In addition, the plunger (700) may be movably inserted into the guide hole (131).

[0047] The second inner frame (130) may be detachably connected to the handpiece. For example, a hook may be formed on the second inner frame (130), and a hook groove may be formed on the handpiece to be hooked and fixed. Here, the hook may be formed to protrude from the upper side of the second inner frame (130). As another example, a hook groove may be formed on the second inner frame (130), and a hook may be formed on the handpiece to be hooked and fixed to the hook groove. Here, the hook groove may be formed to be recessed into the upper side of the second inner frame (130). In addition, the handpiece may be utilized as a handle for the operator to hold. In addition, the handpiece may house a power module that supplies power to the second substrate (400), or a cable that connects the power module may be housed.

[0048] The first substrate (200) can serve to transmit power supplied from the second substrate (400) through the terminal (500) to the electrode (300). This first substrate (200) can be placed inside the housing (100).

[0049] For example, a first substrate (200) may be coupled with a second terminal (520). In this way, the first substrate (200) coupled with the second terminal (520) may be installed to be movable in a direction away from the second substrate (400) or in a direction approaching the second substrate (400). Here, the first substrate (200) coupled with the second terminal (520) may be moved by a driving module in a direction away from the second substrate (400) or in a direction approaching the second substrate (400).

[0050] The drive module may function to move the first substrate (200) away from the second substrate (400) or toward the second substrate (400). For reference, the direction away from the second substrate (400) may be the lower side or the direction in which the electrode (300) protrudes outward from the housing (100), and the direction toward the second substrate (400) may be the upper side or the direction in which the electrode (300) is inserted into the interior of the housing (100).

[0051] The drive module may include an actuator and a plunger (700).

[0052] The actuator is detachably coupled to the plunger (700) and can move the plunger (700) away from the second substrate (400) or toward the second substrate (400). For example, the actuator may include a screw shaft rotated by a driving motor and a moving nut that moves along the screw shaft by the rotation of the screw shaft. As another example, the actuator may move the plunger (700) away from the second substrate (400) or toward the second substrate (400) by hydraulic pressure or pneumatic pressure.

[0053] The plunger (700) can be moved by an actuator in a direction away from the second substrate (400) or in a direction approaching the second substrate (400), and in conjunction therewith, the first internal frame (120) fixed to the plunger (700), the first substrate (200) fixed to the first internal frame (120), and one needle fixed to the first substrate (200) can be moved together in a direction away from the second substrate (400) or in a direction approaching the second substrate (400).

[0054] At least one electrode (300) can be fixed to the first substrate (200) and serve to apply high frequency to the skin.

[0055] For example, the electrodes (300) may be configured in multiples, and the multiple electrodes (300) may be arranged at intervals on the lower surface of the first substrate (200) to apply high frequency to the skin. Furthermore, the multiple electrodes (300) may be arranged in a grid shape on the lower surface of the first substrate (200).

[0056] As another example, the electrode (300) may include an invasive shape or a non-invasive shape. Here, the invasive shape electrode (300) may include a needle shape. Additionally, the non-invasive shape electrode (300) may include a pin or bar shape.

[0057] The invasive electrode (300) can be inserted into the skin when the first substrate (200) is moved away from the second substrate (400). In addition, the invasive electrode (300) can be discharged from the skin when the first substrate (200) is moved toward the second substrate (400) while inserted into the skin.

[0058] The second substrate (400) may be placed within the housing (100) at a distance from the first substrate (200) and may serve to supply power to the first substrate (200). The second substrate (400) may receive power from a power module placed within the handpiece. For example, the second substrate (400) may be placed within the second internal frame (130). As another example, the second substrate (400) may have a plate shape.

[0059] The terminal (500) can serve to electrically connect at least one electrode (300) and the second substrate (400).

[0060] For example, the terminal (500) may be configured in multiples. Meanwhile, the drawing illustrates an example in which there are two terminals (500), but the present invention is not limited thereto.

[0061] The terminal (500) may include a first terminal (510) and a second terminal (520).

[0062] The first terminal (510) is in contact with the second substrate (400) and can receive an electric signal from the second substrate (400).

[0063] The first terminal (510) may include a first contact member (511), a bending member (512), and a second contact member (513). Here, the first contact member (511) may be formed on one side of the first terminal (510), the bending member (512) may be formed between one side and the other side of the first terminal (510), and the second contact member (513) may be formed on the other side of the first terminal (510).

[0064] The first contact member (511) may be a conductive elastic contact member that makes electrically elastic contact with the second substrate (400). For example, the first contact member (511) may have a curved shape so as to make electrically elastic contact with the second substrate (400). Specifically, the first contact member (511) may have a ring shape.

[0065] The bending member (512) may extend from the first contact member (511) and bend toward the second terminal (520). For example, one side of the bending member (512) may have an arc shape. In this case, one side of the bending member (512) may be vertically connected to the first contact member (511), and the other side of the bending member (512) may be connected at an angle to the second contact member (513).

[0066] The second contact member (513) may be a conductive elastic contact member that extends from the bending member (512) and makes electrically elastic contact with the second terminal (520). For example, one side of the second contact member (513) may have a bent shape to surround the second terminal (520). Specifically, the second contact member (513) may have a ring shape. In addition, one side of the second contact member (513) may generate an elastic force toward the second terminal (520). To this end, the second contact member (513) may extend obliquely from the bending member (512) toward the second terminal (520).

[0067] The second terminal (520) is coupled to the first substrate (200) and is in contact with the first terminal (510), and can serve to apply an electric signal transmitted from the first terminal (510) to the electrode (300).

[0068] The second terminal (520) may include a shaft (521) and a stopper (522).

[0069] The shaft (521) is coupled to the first substrate (200) and electrically elastically contacts the second contact member (513), so that it can transmit an electric signal transmitted from the first terminal (510) to the electrode (300). For example, the upper side of the shaft (521) may have a smaller diameter than the lower side of the shaft (521). In addition, a stopper (522) may be installed between the upper side of the shaft (521) and the lower side of the shaft (521).

[0070] The stopper (522) is installed on the shaft (521) and can limit the movement range of the shaft (521) in the direction of approaching the second substrate. Specifically, the stopper (522) can be caught on the second contact member (513) of the first terminal (510) when the shaft (521) moves in the direction of approaching the second substrate (400). At this time, the stopper (522) can limit the movement range of the shaft (521) in the direction of approaching the second substrate (400).

[0071] For example, a sloped part whose diameter decreases as it approaches the second substrate (400) may be formed on one side of the stopper (522).

[0072] A tip for a high frequency output device according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include a holder (900).

[0073] The holder (900) may serve to secure the first terminal (510) to the second internal frame (130) of the housing (100). For example, the holder (900) may be secured to the second internal frame (130) of the housing (100) while the terminal (500) is secured thereto. In another example, the terminal (500) may be secured to the holder (900) while the holder (900) is secured to the second internal frame (130) of the housing (100). Meanwhile, the holder (900) may be screw-connected to the interior of the housing (100).

[0074] The holder (900) may include an insertion groove (910) into which the first contact member (511) is inserted, and a support (920) that supports the bending member (512).

[0075] An insertion groove (910) can be formed as a depression on one side of the holder (900), and a first contact member (511) can be inserted therein.

[0076] The support (920) may be formed to protrude from the other side of the holder (900), and a bending member (512) may be wrapped around the outer circumference of the support (920). This support (920) supports the bending member (512) when the second contact member (513) electrically elastically contacts the second terminal (520), and can stably fix the first terminal (510) to the holder (900).

[0077] A tip for a high frequency output device according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include a first O-ring (10), a second O-ring (20), and a third O-ring (30).

[0078] The first O-ring (10) is installed on the shaft (521) and can serve to maintain airtightness between the shaft (521) and the second internal frame (130) when the shaft (521) penetrates the second internal frame (130).

[0079] The first O-ring (10) is installed around the shaft (521) to seal the space between the shaft (521) and the second internal frame (130).

[0080] The second O-ring (20) is installed around the plunger (700) to seal the space between the plunger (700) and the second inner frame (130).

[0081] The third O-ring (30) is installed around the second inner frame (130) to seal the space between the outer frame (110) and the second inner frame (130).

[0082] Hereinafter, the operation of a tip for a high-frequency output device according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described.

[0083] FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing a state in which a first substrate moves in a direction closer to a second substrate in a tip for a high-frequency output device according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing a state in which a first substrate moves in a direction away from a second substrate in a tip for a high-frequency output device according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0084] First, the driving module moves the first internal frame (120), the first substrate (200), the electrode (300), and the shaft (521) toward the second substrate (400). At this time, the second contact member (513) of the first terminal (510) moves along the shaft (521) of the second terminal (520) and makes electrical elastic contact, so that the electrical connection between at least one electrode (300) and the second substrate (400) can be maintained through the first terminal (510) and the second terminal (520). (See FIG. 9)

[0085] Next, the first internal frame (120), the first substrate (200), the electrode (300), and the shaft (521) are moved toward the second substrate (400) by the elastic force of the elastic member (600). At this time, the second contact member (513) of the first terminal (510) moves along the shaft (521) of the second terminal (520) and electrically elastically contacts it, so that the electrical connection between at least one electrode (300) and the second substrate (400) can be maintained through the first terminal (510) and the second terminal (520). (See FIG. 10)

[0086] According to the present invention, a tip for a high-frequency output device according to one embodiment of the present invention is interposed between two adjacent substrates, and a terminal is formed that electrically elastically contacts and electrically connects the two substrates, thereby having the effect of reducing restrictions on the overall space and structure.

[0087] In addition, the tip for a high-frequency output device according to one embodiment of the present invention has the effect of reducing assembly cost and assembly time.

[0088] While the embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the attached drawings, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the present invention can be implemented in other specific forms without altering the technical concept or essential features thereof. Therefore, the embodiments described above should be understood to be illustrative in all respects and not restrictive.
