[0001] This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202411219895.8, filed with the State Intellectual Property Office of China on August 31, 2024, entitled "Wearable Device, Watch Strap, Watch Body", the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference. Technical Field
[0002] This application relates to the field of wearable device technology, and more particularly to a watch strap, watch body, and wearable device. Background Technology
[0003] Wearable devices generally refer to miniature electronic devices that can be worn on the body for activities, such as smartwatches and smart bracelets. Smartwatches and smart bracelets can be used independently or as portable accessories for mobile devices.
[0004] Wearable devices mainly consist of a watch body and a watch band. Due to the limited space in the watch body, the functions of the watch band have been continuously expanded, resulting in the emergence of functional watch bands, such as solar-powered watch bands and watch bands with enhanced battery life. This requires an electrical connection structure to electrically connect the functional watch band to the watch body.
[0005] In addition, the watch strap can be detached from the watch body to meet different user needs. Consequently, how to design an electrical connection structure suitable for a watch strap that can be detached from the watch body has become a technical challenge for those skilled in the art. Summary of the Invention
[0006] This application provides a wearable device, a watch strap, and a watch body. The purpose is to provide an electrical connection structure for a wearable device with a detachable watch strap and watch body.
[0007] To achieve the above objectives, the embodiments of this application adopt the following technical solutions:
[0008] In one aspect, this application provides a wearable device, such as a watch or a bracelet.
[0009] The wearable device provided in this application includes a watch body, a watch strap, and a connecting shaft. The watch body includes a first component, such as a circuit board; the watch strap includes a second component, such as a solar film electrically connected to the circuit board; and the connecting shaft connects the watch strap and the watch body. Additionally, the wearable device may include a locking structure connected to the connecting shaft, capable of driving the connecting shaft to move and connect or separate the watch body and the watch strap, meaning the watch strap and watch body are detachable. The wearable device also includes a first conductive structure and a second conductive structure. The first conductive structure is disposed on the watch body and connected to the first component, and the second conductive structure is disposed on the watch strap and connected to the second component. The watch strap is connected to the watch body via the locking structure, the first conductive structure is in contact with the second conductive structure, and the first and second components are electrically connected. The watch strap is separated from the watch body via the locking structure, and the first conductive structure is separated from the second conductive structure.
[0010] In the wearable device provided in this application, the watch body and the watch strap are detachable. In order to adapt to the detachable watch strap and watch body, the first conductive structure provided on the watch body and the second conductive structure provided on the watch strap are connected by contact. For example, when the watch strap is connected to the watch body, the first conductive structure is in contact with the second conductive structure, which can realize the electrical connection between the first device and the second device. When the watch strap is separated from the watch body, the first conductive structure is separated from the second conductive structure and does not contact, which can realize the electrical disconnection between the first device and the second device.
[0011] In one possible implementation, the second conductive structure includes a connecting shaft that is conductive; an end of the connecting shaft contacts the first conductive structure, the first device and the second device are electrically connected, and the watch strap and the watch body are connected.
[0012] In this structure, the connecting shaft not only serves as a structural component connecting the watch body and the watch strap, but also as a structural component electrically connecting the first device and the second device. In this way, based on the connection between the watch strap and the watch body and the electrical connection between the first device and the second device, the structural components of the wearable device can be simplified, the number of structural components can be reduced, and the assembly process can be simplified.
[0013] In one possible implementation, the watch strap is provided with a first elastic element, and a connecting shaft is connected to the first elastic element, the first elastic element being used to provide elastic force to the connecting shaft in contact with a first conductive structure.
[0014] The first elastic element can apply elastic force to the connecting shaft, thereby improving the electrical connection stability between the connecting shaft and the first conductive structure.
[0015] In one possible implementation, the first conductive structure includes a first conductive element that is elastic; the first conductive element has a cavity surrounding a connecting shaft; the watch strap is connected to the watch body, the connecting shaft is inserted into the cavity, and the connecting shaft contacts the first conductive element; the watch strap is separated from the watch body, and the connecting shaft exits the cavity.
[0016] A first conductive element is provided on the watch body. The first conductive element has a cavity for inserting a connecting shaft. When the connecting shaft is inserted into the cavity, the watch strap and the watch body can be connected, as well as the first device and the second device can be electrically connected. When the connecting shaft is withdrawn from the cavity, the watch strap and the watch body can be disassembled, as well as the first device and the second device can be electrically disconnected.
[0017] In addition, since the first conductive element is elastic, this can improve the stability of the electrical connection between the connecting shaft and the first conductive element.
[0018] In one possible implementation, the watch strap is provided with a first elastic element, and a connecting shaft is connected to the first elastic element. The first elastic element is used to provide elastic force for the connecting shaft to contact a first conductive structure. The first conductive structure includes an elastic first conductive element. The first conductive element has a cavity surrounding the connecting shaft. The watch strap is connected to the watch body, and the connecting shaft is inserted into the cavity and contacts the first conductive element. The watch strap is separated from the watch body, and the connecting shaft exits the cavity.
[0019] In this embodiment, the first elastic element can provide a spring force (for example, the spring force is along the first direction) for the connecting shaft to be inserted into the cavity of the first conductive element, and the first conductive element can also provide resistance for the connecting shaft to continue moving along the first direction. In this way, by using the cooperation of the first elastic element and the first conductive element, the movement distance of the connecting shaft can be limited, thereby improving the stability of the wearable device.
[0020] In one possible implementation, the first conductive element includes a metal sheet that has a perforated structure surrounding the periphery of the cavity.
[0021] By setting a hollow structure, the deformation of the first conductive component can be increased, thereby improving its elasticity.
[0022] In one possible implementation, the cavity includes a separate first enclosure and a second enclosure.
[0023] By employing a phase-separated first and second enclosure, the cavity can have a certain amount of deformation. In this way, when the connecting shaft is inserted into the cavity, the deformation of the cavity can be used to increase the contact area between the connecting shaft and the inner wall of the cavity, thereby improving the electrical connection stability between the connecting shaft and the first conductive component.
[0024] In one possible implementation, the first conductive element has a hollow structure surrounding the periphery of the cavity, the first conductive element comprising a first part and a second part that are separated from each other, and the cavity formed by the first part and the second part comprising a separated first surrounding portion and a second surrounding portion.
[0025] The hollow structure allows for greater deformation of the first conductive component. In addition, the further cavity includes a separate first surrounding part and a second surrounding part, which can better allow the connecting shaft to fit against the inner wall surface of the cavity.
[0026] In one possible implementation, the first conductive structure further includes a wire, one end of which is connected to the first conductive element and the other end of which is connected to the first device.
[0027] Electrically connecting the first conductive element and the first device (such as a circuit board) using wires results in a relatively simple structure and easy assembly. In some processes, the wires can be soldered to the first conductive element.
[0028] In one possible implementation, the watch body is provided with a first fixing member, and a first conductive member is disposed within the first fixing member; the first fixing member has a space for deformation of the first conductive member; the first fixing member has a hole for a connecting shaft to pass through, and the hole communicates with the cavity.
[0029] The first conductive element is placed inside the first fixing element. For example, the first fixing element can be made of insulating material. The first fixing element is placed inside the watch case of the watch body made of metal material, so that the first conductive element is insulated from the watch case.
[0030] Since the first conductive element can be deformed, a space that allows the first conductive element to deform can be provided within the first fixing element.
[0031] In one possible implementation, a sealing ring for mating with the connecting shaft is provided on the inner wall surface of the hole.
[0032] A sealing ring can prevent liquid from entering the instrument body and damaging the internal components or other structural parts.
[0033] In one possible implementation, the second conductive structure further includes a second conductive element connected to the second device; the second conductive element has a groove extending axially along the connecting shaft, the connecting shaft being slidably disposed within the groove; a locking structure drives the connecting shaft to move along a first direction, the connecting shaft being inserted into the cavity; the locking structure also drives the connecting shaft to move along a second direction, the connecting shaft being withdrawn from the cavity; the first direction is opposite to the second direction.
[0034] In this structure, the second conductive element not only serves as an electrical connection structure, but also allows the connecting shaft to slide, enabling the movement of the connecting shaft, thereby achieving a detachable connection between the watch body and the watch strap, as well as the electrical connection and disconnection between the first and second components.
[0035] In one possible implementation, a second elastic element is provided in the groove, one end of which is connected to the connecting shaft and the other end is connected to a second conductive element. The second elastic element is conductive. The watch strap is connected to the watch body, and the second elastic element is used to provide elastic force to the connecting shaft along the axial direction of the connecting shaft.
[0036] In this example, the second elastic element can not only apply elastic force to the connecting shaft, making the electrical connection stability between the connecting shaft and the first conductive structure on the body better, but also improve the electrical connection stability between the connecting shaft and the second conductive element, since the connecting shaft is slidably disposed in the groove of the second conductive element. By using a conductive second elastic element to connect the second conductive element and the connecting shaft, the electrical connection stability of the conductive structure can be improved.
[0037] That is, the second elastic element in this example not only applies elastic force but also provides electrical connection.
[0038] In one possible implementation, the locking structure includes a track groove disposed on the second conductive element and a slide post passing through the track groove and connected to the connecting shaft, the track groove extending axially along the connecting shaft; the slide post moving along the track groove can drive the connecting shaft to move.
[0039] By utilizing the movement of the sliding column within the track groove, the connecting shaft can be driven to slide along the groove, enabling the detachment of the watch body and watch strap, as well as the electrical connection and disconnection of the first and second components.
[0040] In one possible implementation, the connecting shaft includes a separate first shaft and a second shaft, one end of the watch strap is connected to the watch body via the first shaft and the second shaft; a first conductive structure is disposed between the first shaft and the second shaft; and a second conductive structure is disposed between the first shaft and the second shaft.
[0041] In this example, an electrical connection structure, including a first conductive structure and a second conductive structure, is positioned between two axes. For instance, in some scenarios, two or more sets of electrical connection structures can be configured. For example, when the first and second devices require power supply and other signal routing, multiple sets of electrical connection structures can be configured as needed to meet usage requirements.
[0042] In one possible implementation, the connecting shaft includes a separate first shaft and a second shaft, one end of the watch strap is connected to the watch body via the first shaft and the second shaft; a first conductive structure is disposed between the first shaft and the second shaft; a second conductive structure is disposed between the first shaft and the second shaft; and the second conductive structure includes either the first shaft or the second shaft.
[0043] In this implementation structure, the connecting shaft can be used as a structural component of the electrical connection structure. At the same time, multiple sets of electrical connection structures can be set between the first shaft and the second shaft, which can increase the number of electrical signals between the first device and the second device.
[0044] In one possible implementation, the second conductive structure includes: a third conductive element, a fourth conductive element, and a third elastic element; the third conductive element is connected to the second device, the fourth conductive element is used to contact the first conductive structure, the third elastic element connects the third conductive element and the fourth conductive element, the third elastic element is used to provide elastic force to the fourth conductive element pointing towards the first conductive structure, and the third elastic element is conductive.
[0045] In this example, a third conductive element is used to connect to the second device, and a fourth conductive element is in contact with the first conductive structure to achieve electrical connection between the first and second devices. Additionally, a third elastic element used to connect the third and fourth conductive elements can apply elastic force to the fourth conductive element, improving the stability of the electrical connection between the fourth conductive element and the first conductive structure.
[0046] In one possible implementation, the watch strap is provided with a second fixing member having a mounting cavity, a third conductive member, a third elastic member and a fourth conductive member being disposed within the mounting cavity, the third elastic member being disposed between the third conductive member and the fourth conductive member, and the third conductive member being fixedly connected to the second fixing member; the second fixing member is provided with a limiting structure for preventing the fourth conductive member from sliding out of the mounting cavity.
[0047] By creating an installation cavity within the second fixing member, the third conductive element, the fourth conductive element, and the third elastic element are disposed within the second fixing member. For example, the second fixing member can be made of insulating material. The second fixing member is disposed within the conductive watch strap. In this way, the electrical connection structure (the third conductive element, the fourth conductive element, and the third elastic element) can be electrically isolated from the conductive watch strap using the insulating second fixing member.
[0048] In some examples, the third conductive element, the third elastic element, and the fourth conductive element are arranged along the thickness direction of the watch strap. In order to prevent the fourth conductive element from moving out of the mounting cavity under the elastic force of the third elastic element, a limiting structure can be provided on the second fixing element. For example, the limiting structure can be a boss or other structure.
[0049] In one possible implementation, a sealing ring is provided on the outer wall surface of the second fastener.
[0050] A sealing ring is installed to prevent liquid from entering the watch band and damaging the electronic components inside.
[0051] In one possible implementation, the first conductive structure includes a fifth conductive element and a fourth elastic element; the fifth conductive element is used to contact the fourth conductive element, the fifth conductive element is connected to the fourth elastic element, the fourth elastic element is connected to the first device, and the fourth elastic element is conductive.
[0052] By providing an elastic element between the fifth conductive element and the first device, the stability of the electrical connection between the conductive element and the device can be improved.
[0053] In one possible implementation, one end of the fourth elastic element is soldered to the fifth conductive element, and the other end abuts against the circuit board.
[0054] In one possible implementation, the fifth conductive element has a first plane, and the fourth conductive element has a second plane; the watch strap is connected to the watch body, and the first plane is in contact with the second plane.
[0055] By utilizing plane-to-plane contact to achieve electrical connection between the first and second devices, the contact area can be increased, thereby improving the stability and reliability of the electrical connection.
[0056] In one possible implementation, the watch case has a mounting hole, a fifth conductive element is disposed in the mounting hole, and a sealing structure for cooperating with the fifth conductive element is provided on the inner wall of the mounting hole.
[0057] A sealed structure can prevent liquid from entering the watch body and damaging the internal components or other structural parts.
[0058] In one possible implementation, the locking structure includes a button with a first abutting surface and a connecting shaft with a second abutting surface that mates with the first abutting surface. Both the first and second abutting surfaces are inclined surfaces. When the button is pressed, the first abutting surface contacts the second abutting surface, causing the connecting shaft to retract inward and separating the watch body and the watch strap.
[0059] In one possible implementation, the locking structure also includes an elastic element, one end of which is connected to the connecting shaft and the other end to the watch strap. The watch body is connected to the watch strap, and the elastic element is used to provide elastic force to the connecting shaft along the axial direction of the connecting shaft.
[0060] In one possible implementation, the first device includes a circuit board, and the second device includes a solar film; the strap has a light-transmitting area at the location corresponding to the solar film.
[0061] In other examples, the first device can also be other electronic devices, and the second device can also be other electronic devices, such as batteries or sensors.
[0062] In one feasible implementation, the second conductive structure has a winding hole, and the solar film is connected to a wire, which is positioned on the winding hole. This allows for an electrical connection between the solar film and the circuit board.
[0063] Secondly, this application provides a watch strap for a wearable device.
[0064] The wearable device strap provided in this application includes: a connecting shaft, a locking structure, a second device, and a second conductive structure. The locking structure is connected to the connecting shaft and can drive the connecting shaft to move, connecting the watch body and the strap, or separating the watch body and the strap. The second device is used to electrically connect with the first device on the watch body. The second conductive structure is connected to the second device. When the strap is connected to the watch body through the locking structure, the second conductive structure is used to contact the first conductive structure disposed on the watch body, and the second device is electrically connected to the first device. When the strap is separated from the watch body through the locking structure, the second conductive structure is used to separate from the first conductive structure.
[0065] The connection method between the watch strap and the watch body provided in this application is a detachable connection. In order to adapt to the detachable connection, the second conductive structure installed in the watch strap adopts a connection method that contacts the first conductive structure in the watch body, so as to realize the electrical connection and electrical disconnection of the first device and the second device.
[0066] In one possible implementation, the second conductive structure includes a connecting shaft that is conductive; an end of the connecting shaft is used to contact the first conductive structure, such that the first device and the second device are electrically connected, and the watch strap and the watch body are connected.
[0067] In this structure, the connecting shaft not only serves as a structural component connecting the watch body and the watch strap, but also as a structural component electrically connecting the first device and the second device. In this way, based on the connection between the watch strap and the watch body and the electrical connection between the first device and the second device, the structural components of the wearable device can be simplified, the number of structural components can be reduced, and the assembly process can be simplified.
[0068] In one possible implementation, the watch strap further includes: a first elastic element, a connecting shaft connected to the first elastic element, the first elastic element being used to provide elastic force to the connecting shaft in contact with a first conductive structure.
[0069] The first elastic element can apply elastic force to the connecting shaft, thereby improving the electrical connection stability between the connecting shaft and the first conductive structure.
[0070] In one possible implementation, the second conductive structure further includes a second conductive element connected to the second device; the second conductive element has a groove extending axially along the connecting shaft, the connecting shaft being slidably disposed within the groove; a locking structure drives the connecting shaft to move along a first direction, the connecting shaft contacting the first conductive structure; the locking structure also drives the connecting shaft to move along a second direction, the connecting shaft separating from the first conductive structure; the first direction is opposite to the second direction.
[0071] In this structure, the second conductive element not only serves as an electrical connection structure, but also allows the connecting shaft to slide, enabling the movement of the connecting shaft, thereby achieving a detachable connection between the watch body and the watch strap, as well as the electrical connection and disconnection between the first and second components.
[0072] In one possible implementation, a second elastic element is provided in the groove, one end of which is connected to the connecting shaft and the other end is connected to a second conductive element. The second elastic element is conductive. The watch strap is connected to the watch body, and the second elastic element is used to provide elastic force to the connecting shaft along the axial direction of the connecting shaft.
[0073] In this example, the second elastic element can not only apply elastic force to the connecting shaft, making the electrical connection stability between the connecting shaft and the first conductive structure on the body better, but also improve the electrical connection stability between the connecting shaft and the second conductive element, since the connecting shaft is slidably disposed in the groove of the second conductive element. By using a conductive second elastic element to connect the second conductive element and the connecting shaft, the electrical connection stability of the conductive structure can be improved.
[0074] In one possible implementation, the locking structure includes a track groove disposed on the second conductive element and a slide post passing through the track groove and connected to the connecting shaft, the track groove extending axially along the connecting shaft; the slide post moving along the track groove can drive the connecting shaft to move.
[0075] In one possible implementation, the connecting shaft includes a separate first shaft and a second shaft, one end of the watch strap is connected to the watch body via the first shaft and the second shaft; a second conductive structure is disposed between the first shaft and the second shaft.
[0076] In this example, the electrical connection structure of the conductive structure is placed between two axes. For example, in some scenarios, two or more sets of electrical connection structures can be set. For instance, when the first and second devices require power supply and other signal routing, multiple sets of electrical connection structures can be set as needed to meet the usage requirements.
[0077] In one possible implementation, the second conductive structure includes: a third conductive element, a fourth conductive element, and a third elastic element; the third conductive element is connected to the second device; the fourth conductive element is used to contact the first conductive structure; the third elastic element connects the third conductive element and the fourth conductive element, and the third elastic element is used to provide elastic force to the fourth conductive element pointing towards the first conductive structure, and the third elastic element is conductive.
[0078] In this example, a third conductive element is used to connect to the second device, and a fourth conductive element is in contact with the first conductive structure to achieve electrical connection between the first and second devices. Additionally, a third elastic element used to connect the third and fourth conductive elements can apply elastic force to the fourth conductive element, improving the stability of the electrical connection between the fourth conductive element and the first conductive structure.
[0079] In one possible implementation, the watch strap further includes: a second fixing member having a mounting cavity, a third conductive member, a third elastic member and a fourth conductive member disposed within the mounting cavity, the third elastic member being disposed between the third conductive member and the fourth conductive member, the third conductive member being fixedly connected to the second fixing member; the second fixing member is provided with a limiting structure for preventing the fourth conductive member from sliding out of the mounting cavity.
[0080] In one possible implementation, a sealing ring is provided on the outer wall surface of the second fastener.
[0081] A sealing ring is installed to prevent liquid from entering the watch band and damaging the electronic components inside.
[0082] Thirdly, this application provides a watch body for a wearable device, which is detachably connected to a watch strap.
[0083] The wearable device provided in this application includes a first device and a first conductive structure. The first device is used to electrically connect with a second device on a watchband. The first conductive structure is connected to the first device. When the watchband is connected to the watch body, the first conductive structure is used to contact the second conductive structure disposed on the watchband, and the first device and the second device are electrically connected. When the watchband is separated from the watch body, the first conductive structure is used to separate from the second conductive structure.
[0084] The connection method between the watch strap and the watch body provided in this application is a detachable connection. In order to adapt to the detachable connection, the first conductive structure installed in the watch body adopts a connection method that contacts the second conductive structure in the watch strap, so as to realize the electrical connection and electrical disconnection of the first device and the second device.
[0085] In one possible implementation, the first conductive structure includes a first conductive element that is elastic; the first conductive element has a cavity surrounding a connecting shaft disposed on the watch strap; when the watch strap is connected to the watch body, the connecting shaft is inserted into the cavity and contacts the first conductive element; when the watch strap is separated from the watch body, the connecting shaft exits the cavity.
[0086] A first conductive element is provided on the watch body.
[0087] In one possible implementation, the first conductive element includes a metal sheet that has a perforated structure surrounding the periphery of the cavity.
[0088] The use of a metal sheet structure with a hollowed-out design is not only simple, but also ensures the contact area between the connecting shaft and the metal sheet, thus improving the stability of the electrical connection.
[0089] In one possible implementation, the body further includes: a first fixing member, a first conductive member disposed within the first fixing member; the first fixing member having a space for deformation of the first conductive member; the first fixing member having a hole through which a connecting shaft passes, the hole communicating with a cavity.
[0090] The first conductive element is placed inside the first fixing element. For example, the first fixing element can be made of insulating material. The first fixing element is placed inside the watch case of the watch body made of metal material, so that the first conductive element is insulated from the watch case.
[0091] Since the first conductive element can be deformed, a space that allows the first conductive element to deform can be provided within the first fixing element.
[0092] In one possible implementation, a sealing ring for mating with the connecting shaft is provided on the inner wall surface of the hole.
[0093] A sealing ring can prevent liquid from entering the instrument body and damaging the internal components or other structural parts.
[0094] In one possible implementation, the first conductive structure includes: a fifth conductive element and a fourth elastic element, the fifth conductive element being used to contact the second conductive structure; the fifth conductive element being connected to the fourth elastic element, the fourth elastic element being used to connect to the first device, and the fourth elastic element being conductive.
[0095] By providing an elastic element between the fifth conductive element and the first device, the stability of the electrical connection between the conductive element and the device can be improved.
[0096] In one possible implementation, the watch case has a mounting hole, a fifth conductive element is disposed in the mounting hole, and a sealing structure for cooperating with the fifth conductive element is provided on the inner wall of the mounting hole.
[0097] A sealed structure can prevent liquid from entering the watch body and damaging the internal components or other structural parts. Attached Figure Description

Detailed Implementation
[0135] This application provides a wearable device, such as a smart bracelet or a smartwatch. The wearable device can be worn on the wrist and performs functions such as time display, time recording, time announcement, message notification, activity detection, heart rate monitoring, and blood oxygen level detection.
[0136] Wearable devices may include a strap and a body. The strap is used to wrap around the user's wrist to enable the wearable device to be worn, and the body is used for display.
[0137] Figures 1 and 2 exemplarily illustrate the structural diagrams of some wearable devices. Figure 2 simply shows a wearable device including a watch strap. The example wearable device includes a watch body 100, a first watch strap 201, and a second watch strap 202. The watch body 100 is connected between the first watch strap 201 and the second watch strap 202. The first watch strap 201 and the second watch strap 202 can be connected by a connecting structure so that the first watch strap 201, the watch body 100, and the second watch strap 202 form a closed loop to wrap around the wrist.
[0138] The connection structure illustrated in this application can be a butterfly buckle, a snap fastener, or other feasible connection structure. This application does not impose any special limitations on the structure of the connection.
[0139] Some wearable devices may include a watch strap that connects to the watch body.
[0140] Figure 3 is an exploded view of a wearable device. This example wearable device includes a watch strap and a watch body 100. Figure 3 simply shows a first watch strap 201. The watch body 100 can be connected to the first watch strap 201 via a connecting shaft 300, for example, the connecting shaft 300 can be an isoaxial structure with spring bars.
[0141] The connecting shaft 300 can be set on the first watch strap 201, as shown in Figure 3. A hole 400 can be opened on the watch body 100, and the connecting shaft 300 extends into the hole 400 to connect the watch body and the watch strap. For example, the watch strap and the watch body are rotatably connected, and the watch strap can rotate relative to the watch body.
[0142] To enhance the user experience, some wearable devices feature a detachable connection between the watch strap and the watch body. For example, a locking structure can be incorporated into the wearable device. This locking structure connects to the connecting shaft 300, allowing the connecting shaft 300 to move and connect or separate the watch strap and the watch body, thus enabling the watch strap and the watch body to be detachable.
[0143] In the wearable device exemplified in this application, a processor, sensors, a battery and battery management module, and memory devices can be housed within the watch body 100. These devices can be integrated onto a circuit board, such as a printed circuit board (PCB).
[0144] As wearable devices become more diverse in function, the number of structural components is also increasing. For example, wearable devices can convert solar energy into electrical energy to improve device performance, such as extending battery life. Due to the limited space inside the watch body and the large number of structural components, it is impossible to integrate a solar panel with a large area. Therefore, it is necessary to expand the functionality of the watch band. For example, in some feasible structures, the solar panel can be placed in the watch band. Consequently, an electrical connection structure is needed to electrically connect the solar panel located in the watch band to the circuit board located in the watch body.
[0145] For example, components such as batteries and sensors can be placed in the watch band, making full use of the space within the band. An electrical connection structure can be used to electrically connect the components (batteries, sensors, etc.) in the watch band to the components (such as the controller) in the watch body.
[0146] This application provides examples of wearable devices in which the strap and the body are detachably connected. The device also includes an electrical connection structure for connecting a component (such as a solar film) in the strap to a component (such as a circuit board) in the body. This electrical connection structure should not affect the detachable connection between the strap and the body, and should also enable the electrical connection between the component on the strap and the component on the body when the strap and the body are connected.
[0147] This application provides some exemplary electrical connection structures, which can be implemented as shown below.
[0148] Figure 4 shows an exploded view of a partial structure of a wearable device. A first component, such as a circuit board 3, can be mounted on the watch body 100. The circuit board 3 can house electronic components such as a controller, sensors, a battery and battery management module, and a memory. A second component, such as a solar panel 2, can be mounted on the first strap 201. In other examples, the second component could be other components, such as a battery or sensors.
[0149] This application does not impose any special limitations on the types of the first device disposed on the watch body 100 and the second device disposed on the watch strap. In the following examples, the first device is illustrated by circuit board 3, and the second device is illustrated by solar film 2.
[0150] The solar film 2 installed on the first watch band 201 needs to be electrically connected to the circuit board 3 installed on the watch body 100. For example, the controller on the circuit board 3 can be made to interconnect the signal with the solar film 2 on the first watch band.
[0151] As shown in Figure 4, an electrical connection structure 1 can be set up to connect the solar film 2 and the circuit board 3, so as to realize the signal communication between the solar film 2 and the circuit board 3.
[0152] See Figure 5, which exemplarily illustrates one implementation of the electrical connection structure 1. This electrical connection structure 1 may include a first conductive structure 11 and a second conductive structure 12. The first conductive structure 11 may be disposed on the watch body 100 shown in Figure 4 and connected to the circuit board 3, while the second conductive structure 12 may be disposed on the first watchband 201 shown in Figure 4 and connected to the solar film 2. In some examples, the first conductive structure 11 may be a wire.
[0153] In some examples, the watch strap is connected to the watch body via a buckle structure, and the first conductive structure 11 is in contact with the second conductive structure 12 to achieve electrical connection between the circuit board 3 and the solar film 2; the watch strap is separated from the watch body via the buckle structure, and the first conductive structure 11 is separated from the second conductive structure 12 to achieve electrical disconnection between the circuit board 3 and the solar film 2.
[0154] As shown in Figure 5, in this example, the second conductive structure 12 includes a connecting shaft 300, which is conductive. For example, the connecting shaft 300 can be made of a metal material.
[0155] The end of the connecting shaft 300 contacts the first conductive structure 11, realizing the electrical connection between the circuit board 3 and the solar film 2, and also realizing the connection between the watch body and the watch strap. When the end of the connecting shaft 300 is separated from the first conductive structure 11 and no longer in contact, the circuit board 3 and the solar film 2 are electrically disconnected, and the watch body and the watch strap are separated.
[0156] As shown in Figure 5, the connecting shaft 300 in this application example serves not only as a physical connector between the watch body and the watch strap, but also as an electrical connector of the electrical connection structure 1. This simplifies the entire electrical connection structure, conforms to the miniaturization design of the device, and makes installation relatively simple.
[0157] As shown in Figures 6 and 7, Figure 6 exemplarily illustrates the connection relationship between the connecting shaft 300 and the first conductive structure 11 disposed on the watch body, and Figure 7 is an exploded view of a portion of the structure in Figure 6. Referring to Figure 6, the first conductive structure 11 may include a first conductive element 111 and another conductive element 112. The first conductive element 111 and the conductive element 112 are connected.
[0158] In some examples, the conductive element 112 in Figure 6 can be a wire, one end of which can be connected to the first conductive element 111, such as by soldering, and the other end of the conductive element 112 can be connected to the circuit board. Using a wire as an electrical connector in the electrical connection structure is simple in structure, the wiring can be arranged according to the space of the device, the installation is convenient, and the stability of the electrical connection can be guaranteed at the same time.
[0159] In other examples, the first conductive structure 11 may include a first conductive element 111, one end of which is used to contact the connecting shaft 300, and the other end is connected to the circuit board. In this example, the first conductive element 111 may be a metal sheet.
[0160] As shown in Figure 7, the first conductive element 111 has a cavity 111A for surrounding the connecting shaft 300. When the watch strap is connected to the watch body, the connecting shaft 300 is inserted into the cavity 111A and contacts the first conductive element 111, thereby achieving an electrical connection between the circuit board and the solar film. When the watch strap is separated from the watch body, the connecting shaft 300 is withdrawn from the cavity 111A, achieving not only the disassembly of the watch strap and the watch body but also the electrical disconnection between the circuit board and the solar film.
[0161] As shown in Figure 6, a first elastic element 122 can be provided on the watch strap. The first elastic element 122 is connected to the connecting shaft 300 and provides a spring force to the connecting shaft 300 in contact with the first conductive structure 11. For example, in Figure 6, the first elastic element 122 can provide a spring force F1 to the connecting shaft 300 moving in the L1 direction, so that the connecting shaft 300 can move towards the cavity 111A of the first conductive element 111. When the connecting shaft 300 is inserted into the cavity 111A, the first elastic element 122 can also provide a spring force, which allows the connecting shaft 300 to make better contact with the first conductive structure 11, thus achieving stable electrical connection.
[0162] In some examples, the first elastic element 122 can be a spring as shown in Figure 6, or it can be a sheet.
[0163] In this example, when the connecting shaft 300 is inserted into the cavity 111A, the first conductive element 111 can also provide the connecting shaft 300 with a resistance F2 in the opposite direction to F1, limiting the movement distance of the connecting shaft 300, so that the connecting shaft 300 is stably and reliably inserted into the cavity 111A and makes stable contact with the first conductive element 111, thereby improving the stability and reliability of the electrical connection between the connecting shaft 300 and the first conductive element 111.
[0164] The first conductive element 111 in this application example is elastic. Compared with a conductive element with strong rigidity, the first conductive element has better flexibility and better elastic deformation. In this way, when the connecting shaft 300 is inserted into the cavity 111A, the first conductive element 111 with its flexibility can make the connecting shaft 300 fit better with the first conductive element 111, which can improve the electrical connection stability between the connecting shaft 300 and the first conductive element 111.
[0165] In some feasible structures, as shown in Figures 7 and 8, the first conductive element 111 has a hollow structure 111B surrounding the cavity 111A. By providing the hollow structure 111B, the deformation of the first conductive element 111 can be increased, thereby enhancing its elasticity.
[0166] To further improve the electrical connection stability between the connecting shaft 300 and the first conductive element 111, as shown in FIG8, the cavity 111A includes a separate first surrounding portion 111A1 and a second surrounding portion 111A2, as shown in FIG8, the separate first surrounding portion 111A1 and the second surrounding portion 111A2 are separated by black dotted lines.
[0167] This can be understood as follows: the cavity 111A used to contain the connecting shaft 300 has a certain deformation space. In this way, the connecting shaft 300 extends into the cavity 111A. By utilizing the deformable characteristics of the cavity 111A, the connecting shaft 300 can better fit with the inner wall surface of the cavity 111A, thereby improving the reliability of the electrical connection between the connecting shaft 300 and the first conductive element 111, and thus improving the stability of the electrical connection structure of the device.
[0168] In some structures, as shown in Figure 8, the cavity 111A includes an enclosing space K1 that matches the shape of the end of the connecting shaft, and an expansion space K2 that communicates with the enclosing space K1. In some examples, the connecting shaft can be inserted into the enclosing space K1, and the expansion space K2 can provide some deformation space for the enclosing space K1, so that the connecting shaft fits better with the first conductive element 111.
[0169] In some feasible structures, a metal sheet with a certain thickness can be used as the first conductive element 111. By opening a hollow structure on the metal sheet, which penetrates the thickness of the metal sheet, a structure as shown in Figure 8 is formed, which increases the deformation of the first conductive element and enhances the elasticity of the first conductive element 111.
[0170] Using a metal sheet as a conductive component, the metal sheet has a certain thickness, which can increase the contact area between the connecting shaft and the conductive component, improve the stability of the electrical connection, and the metal sheet has a simple structure, occupies little space, and can achieve miniaturization.
[0171] In other examples, a helical spring can be used as a conductive element, and the connecting shaft can extend into the cavity formed by the helical spring.
[0172] As shown in Figures 9 and 10, Figure 10 is a cross-sectional view AA of Figure 9. In this example, a first fixing member 101 can be provided inside the watch case, and a first conductive member 111 can be provided inside the first fixing member 101. As shown in Figure 10, a space 1011 for deformation of the first conductive member 111 can be provided inside the first fixing member 101. In this way, when the connecting shaft 300 extends into the cavity of the first conductive member 111, the first conductive member 111 can be moved and deformed using this space, and the connecting shaft 300 can be securely fitted into the cavity.
[0173] See Figures 10 and 11. Figure 11 is an exploded structural diagram of the first fixing member 101 and the connecting shaft 300 from Figure 10. A hole 1012 can be provided on the first fixing member 101 for the connecting shaft 300 to pass through. The hole 1012 communicates with the cavity 111A of the first conductive member 111, and the connecting shaft 300 can extend into the cavity 111A through the hole 1012.
[0174] To improve the electrical connection stability of the electrical connection structure and prevent liquid from entering and damaging the device, as shown in Figures 10 and 11, a sealing ring 1013 for cooperating with the connecting shaft 300 is provided on the inner wall surface of the hole 1012.
[0175] In some examples, multiple sealing rings 1013 may be provided, with the multiple sealing rings 1013 arranged at axial intervals along the hole 1012. In other examples, as shown in Figures 10 and 11, a single sealing ring may be provided.
[0176] In some feasible structures, as shown in Figures 10 and 11, the first fastener 101 may include a first component 101A and a second component 101B, which are engaged to form a space 1011 for accommodating the first conductive element 111. In other examples, the first fastener 101 may also employ other structures, such as a one-piece molded component.
[0177] Among the available materials, the first component 101A and the second component 101B can be made of plastic material, and the first component 101A and the second component 101B can be fixedly connected by the colloid 1014 shown in Figure 10.
[0178] As shown in Figure 12, in some examples, a lug 102 can be provided on the body 100. The first fixing member 101 shown in Figures 10 and 11 can be provided in the lug 102. The wires for connecting to the circuit board can pass through the lug 102 and connect to the circuit board.
[0179] In some feasible configurations, a hole 400 for inserting the connecting shaft 300 can be provided on the lug 102.
[0180] The above examples illustrate some possible implementations of the first conductive structure 11 disposed on the watch body. Figure 13 shows one possible structure of the second conductive structure 12 disposed on the watch band. The second conductive structure 12 may include a connecting shaft 300 and a second conductive element 121, the connecting shaft 300 being connected to the second conductive element 121, the second conductive element 121 being used to connect to a solar film.
[0181] As shown in Figures 13 and 14, a winding hole 1211 can be opened on the second conductive element 121, and the wire connected to the solar film 2 is installed in the winding hole 1211.
[0182] In this example, the watch body and the watch strap are detachably connected. For example, as shown in Figure 13, the connecting shaft 300 can move along the width direction of the watch strap. As shown in Figure 13, the connecting shaft 300 moves along the L2 direction, that is, the connecting shaft 300 retracts inward and separates from the watch body, thereby realizing the separation of the watch body and the watch strap.
[0183] In one feasible structure, as shown in Figure 14, a groove 1212 can be provided in the second conductive element 121, and the connecting shaft 300 is provided in the groove 1212. The groove 1212 extends along the axial direction of the connecting shaft 300, and the connecting shaft 300 can slide along the groove 1212. It can be understood that the extension direction of the groove 1212 is parallel to the width direction of the watch strap.
[0184] The locking structure drives the connecting shaft 300 to move relative to the second conductive member 121 in a first direction, and the connecting shaft 300 can be inserted into the cavity 111A of the first conductive member 111; the locking structure drives the connecting shaft 300 to move relative to the second conductive member 121 in a second direction, and the connecting shaft 300 can be withdrawn from the cavity 111A of the first conductive member 111. The first direction is opposite to the second direction, and both the first direction and the second direction are parallel to the width direction of the watch strap.
[0185] Understandably, the locking structure causes the connecting shaft 300 to move relative to the second conductive element 121 in the second direction, allowing the connecting shaft 300 to exit the cavity 111A of the first conductive element 111. The locking structure then causes the connecting shaft 300 to move relative to the second conductive element 121 in the second direction, allowing the connecting shaft 300 to exit the cavity 111A of the first conductive element 111.
[0186] It is understood that the above example of inserting the first direction connecting shaft into the cavity 111A and withdrawing the second direction connecting shaft from the cavity 111A can be replaced by the first direction connecting shaft withdrawing from the cavity 111A and the second direction connecting shaft entering the cavity 111A.
[0187] Referring again to Figures 13 and 14, a track groove 1213 can be formed on the second conductive element 121. The track groove 1213 extends parallel to the width direction of the watch strap; for example, the track groove 1213 extends along the L2 direction. Furthermore, a fixing hole 300A can be formed on the connecting shaft 300, and the sliding post 20 passes through the track groove 1213 and is installed in the fixing hole 300A. Thus, when the sliding post 20 moves along the track groove 1213, it can drive the connecting shaft 300 to move along the sliding groove 1212, achieving the separation of the watch strap from the watch body.
[0188] In some structures, as shown in Figure 13, a second elastic element 123 may also be included. The second elastic element 123 connects the connecting shaft 300 and the second conductive element 121. For example, the second elastic element 123 is a spring, with one end connected to the connecting shaft 300 and the other end connected to the second conductive element 121. As shown in Figure 13, the second elastic element 123 can be installed in the groove 1212 of the second conductive element 121, with one end of the second elastic element 123 abutting against the connecting shaft 300 and the other end abutting against the wall of the groove 1212.
[0189] In some other examples, the second elastic element 123 is also a bendable spring.
[0190] As shown in Figure 13, when the slide column 20 is pushed along the L2 direction, the connecting shaft 300 moves along the L2 direction, that is, the connecting shaft 300 retracts and separates from the watch body, realizing the separation of the watch body and the watch strap. The second elastic element 123 is compressed and accumulates elastic force. When the user removes the pushing force on the slide column 20, the slide column 20 generates the elastic force F shown in Figure 13, which drives the connecting shaft 300 to move in the opposite direction to L2, so that the connecting shaft 300 moves to the initial position.
[0191] Furthermore, the second elastic element 123, as illustrated in Figure 13, can also improve the electrical connection stability between the connecting shaft 300 and the second conductive element 121. For example, if the connecting shaft 300 is slidably disposed within the groove of the second conductive element 121, and the contact area between the connecting shaft 300 and the inner wall of the second conductive element 121 is limited, this application, by providing the second elastic element 123 between the connecting shaft 300 and the second conductive element 121, can be understood as allowing some current to flow through the connecting shaft 300 to the second elastic element 123, and then to the second conductive element 121, thereby improving the stability and reliability of the electrical connection between the connecting shaft 300 and the second conductive element 121.
[0192] The second elastic element 123 in this application example can not only apply a moving elastic force to the connecting shaft 300, but also serve as an electrical connector in the electrical connection structure, thus simplifying the number of structural components of the device.
[0193] The second elastic element 123 shown in Figure 13 can be the same elastic element as the first elastic element 122 shown in Figure 6, or it can be a different elastic element.
[0194] In some examples, the watch strap can be made of metal, and the connecting shaft 300 and the second conductive element 121 are also conductive. In order to electrically isolate the watch strap and the connecting shaft 300, and to electrically isolate the watch strap and the second conductive element 121, as shown in Figure 15, the conductive second conductive element 121 can be sleeved inside a protective shell 22 made of insulating material. The protective shell 22 made of insulating material is used to electrically isolate the second conductive element 121 from the watch strap. For example, the protective shell 22 is made of plastic material.
[0195] As shown in Figure 15, a track groove 221 can be formed on the protective shell 22, and the position of the track groove 221 on the protective shell 22 corresponds to the position of the track groove 1213 on the second conductive element 121. In this way, the sliding column 20 can pass through the track groove 221 and the track groove 1213 to connect with the connecting shaft 300.
[0196] In some feasible processes, injection molding can be used to make the second conductive component 121 and the protective shell 22 an integrally formed structural component.
[0197] In some assembly processes, the second elastic element 123 can be installed into the groove 1212 of the second conductive element 121, then the connecting shaft 300 can be installed, and then the sliding column 20 can be installed, so that the sliding column 20 passes through the track groove 221 and the track groove 1213 in sequence and extends into the fixing hole 300A of the connecting shaft 300.
[0198] As shown in Figure 15, a fixing post 222 can also be provided on the protective shell 22. The fixing post 222 can be used to fix the solar film 2 and improve the fixing stability of the solar film 2.
[0199] The following also provides an example of a wearable device in which the strap and body are detachable, and the electrical connection structure is also designed to meet the requirements for detachable use.
[0200] Figure 16 shows an exploded view of a partial structure of a wearable device. The wearable device includes a watch body 100, a first watch band 201, and a second watch band 202. The watch body 100 can be connected to the first watch band 201 via a connecting shaft 300, or to the second watch band 202 via a connecting shaft 300.
[0201] The connecting shaft 300 can be set on the watch strap, as shown in Figure 16. A hole 400 can be made in the watch body 100, and the connecting shaft 300 is set in the hole 400 to connect the watch body and the watch strap.
[0202] As shown in Figure 17, Figure 17 illustrates an exploded view of a partial structure of a wearable device. A circuit board 3 can be installed on the watch body 100, and electronic devices such as controllers, sensors, batteries, battery management modules, and memory can be installed on the circuit board 3. Devices, such as solar panels 2, can also be installed on the first strap 201.
[0203] As shown in Figure 17, an electrical connection structure 1 can be set up to connect the solar film 2 and the circuit board 3, so as to realize the signal communication between the solar film 2 and the circuit board 3.
[0204] Figures 18 and 19 exemplarily illustrate one possible structure of the electrical connection structure 1, with Figure 19 being an exploded view of Figure 18. The electrical connection structure 1 may include a first conductive structure 11 and a second conductive structure 12. The first conductive structure 11 is disposed on the watch body 100 shown in Figure 17 and connected to the circuit board 3, while the second conductive structure 12 is disposed on the first watchband 201 shown in Figure 17 and connected to the solar film 2.
[0205] In some examples, the watch strap is connected to the watch body via a buckle structure, and the first conductive structure 11 is in contact with the second conductive structure 12 to achieve electrical connection between the circuit board 3 and the solar film 2; the watch strap is separated from the watch body via the buckle structure, and the first conductive structure 11 is separated from the second conductive structure 12 to achieve electrical disconnection between the circuit board 3 and the solar film 2.
[0206] As shown in Figures 18 and 19, in this example, the second conductive structure 12 includes a third conductive element 124, a fourth conductive element 125, and a third elastic element 126. The third conductive element 124 is connected to the solar film 2, the fourth conductive element 125 is used to contact the first conductive structure 11, and the third elastic element 126 connects the third conductive element 124 and the fourth conductive element 125. The third elastic element 126 is used to provide elastic force to the fourth conductive element 125 pointing towards the first conductive structure 11, making the contact between the first conductive structure and the second conductive structure more stable.
[0207] The third conductive element 124, the fourth conductive element 125, and the third elastic element 126 are all conductive. For example, the third conductive element 124, the fourth conductive element 125, and the third elastic element 126 are all made of a metallic material, such as at least one of copper and aluminum.
[0208] In this application example, in order to make the fourth conductive element 125 and the first conductive structure 11 more closely contact, a third elastic element 126 is provided between the third conductive element 124 and the fourth conductive element 125. The elastic force of the third elastic element 126 on the fourth conductive element 125 increases the contact area between the fourth conductive element 125 and the first conductive structure 11, thereby improving the electrical connection stability between the first conductive structure 11 and the second conductive structure 12.
[0209] Referring again to Figures 18 and 19, the solar film 2 is connected to the third conductive element 124. For example, a wire 21 can be led out from the solar film 2, and a winding hole is provided on the third conductive element 124. The wire 21 passes around the winding hole, so that the solar film 2 is connected to the third conductive element 124.
[0210] Referring to Figures 18 and 19, in this example, the first conductive structure 11 includes a fifth conductive element 113 and a fourth elastic element 114; the fifth conductive element 113 is used to contact the fourth conductive element 125, the fifth conductive element 113 is connected to the fourth elastic element 114, and the fourth elastic element 114 is connected to the circuit board 3.
[0211] Both the fifth conductive element 113 and the fourth elastic element 114 are conductive. For example, both the fifth conductive element 113 and the fourth elastic element 114 are made of metallic materials, such as at least one of copper, aluminum, etc.
[0212] The fifth conductive element 113 is connected to the circuit board 3 through the fourth elastic element 114. The deformation characteristics of the fourth elastic element 114 can be used to improve the stability of the electrical connection structure.
[0213] In some examples, the fourth elastic element 114 can be a bent sheet to increase the amount of deformation of the elastic element. In other examples, the fourth elastic element 114 can also be a spring.
[0214] In some implementations, as shown in Figure 18, a portion of the fourth elastic element 114, which includes a spring, is welded to the fifth conductive element 113. Another portion of the fourth elastic element 114 can extend to the underside of the circuit board 3, meaning the circuit board 3 can rest against the top of the fourth elastic element 114, thus connecting the circuit board to the fourth elastic element 114. This simplifies the assembly process and makes replacing the circuit board easier.
[0215] The fourth conductive element 125 is connected to the fifth conductive element 113. In this example, since the fifth conductive element 113 is disposed in the watch body 100 and the fourth conductive element 125 is disposed in the first watch strap 201, the first watch strap 201 is connected to the watch body 100 through a connecting shaft and the first watch strap 201 can rotate relative to the watch body 100. Therefore, the fourth conductive element 125 and the fifth conductive element 113 can be connected in the manner shown in Figures 20 and 21. Figure 20 shows a structural diagram of the fifth conductive element 113, and Figure 21 shows a schematic diagram of the connection relationship between the fourth conductive element 125 and the fifth conductive element 113. In this connection, a notch 1131 can be provided at the end of the fifth conductive element 113, and the fourth conductive element 125 extends into the notch 1131.
[0216] As shown in Figure 21, in the fifth conductive element 113, the wall forming the notch 1131 includes a first contact surface 1132, and the fourth conductive element 125 has a second contact surface 1251. The first contact surface 1132 contacts the second contact surface 1251, thereby realizing the interconnection between the fourth conductive element 125 and the fifth conductive element 113.
[0217] To enhance the connection strength between the fourth conductive element 125 and the fifth conductive element 113, as shown in Figure 21, the first contact surface 1132 can be a plane, and the second contact surface 1251 can also be a plane. By utilizing plane-to-plane contact, the contact area is increased, thereby improving the stability of the electrical connection between the fourth conductive element 125 and the fifth conductive element 113.
[0218] In this application example, the shapes of the fourth conductive element 125 and the fifth conductive element 113 can be various, such as the columnar structure shown in Figures 20 and 21, or other shapes.
[0219] The wearable device exemplified in this application has a watch body 100 whose case can be made of either metal or plastic. For example, as shown in Figure 22, the watch body 100's case may include a first case 100A, which is made of metal.
[0220] The aforementioned fifth conductive element 113 is disposed inside the watch case. The fifth conductive element 113 is a conductor, and the first watch case 100A, made of metal, is also a conductor. To prevent electrical conduction between the fifth conductive element 113 and the first watch case 100A, as shown in Figure 22, the watch case may further include a second watch case 100B. The second watch case 100B is made of an insulating material, such as plastic. The fifth conductive element 113 is disposed on the insulating second watch case 100B, thus electrically isolating the fifth conductive element 113 from the first watch case 100A using the insulating second watch case 100B.
[0221] In some optional processes, NMT (Nano Molding Technology) can be used to embed the second case 100B into the first case 100A. NMT (Nano Molding Technology) is a process that combines metal and plastic using nanotechnology. First, the metal surface is nano-treated, and then the plastic is directly injection molded onto the metal surface, allowing the metal and plastic to be formed as a single piece.
[0222] As shown in Figure 23, a mounting hole 100B1 can be opened on the second casing 100B made of insulating material, as shown in Figure 24. The fifth conductive element 113 can be installed in the mounting hole 100B1, and one end of the fifth conductive element 113 is connected to the fourth elastic element 114.
[0223] To improve the waterproof performance of the wearable device, as shown in Figure 24, a sealing ring 16 can be set. The outer wall surface of the fifth conductive component 113 is attached to the inner wall surface of the mounting hole 100B1 through the sealing ring 16, so that the fifth conductive component 113 is sealed to the second case 100B, thereby achieving a waterproof sealing effect.
[0224] In some feasible structures, as shown in Figure 24, sealant 17 can be filled at the opening of the mounting hole 100B1 near the fourth elastic element 114. The sealant 17 can be used to seal the opening of the mounting hole 100B1, thereby improving the sealing performance and also serving a waterproof function.
[0225] In some optional assembly processes, as shown in Figure 24, the sealing ring 16 is mounted on the fifth conductive element 113; the fifth conductive element 113 can be installed in the mounting hole 100B1 along the M1 direction, and the bottom surface of the fifth conductive element 113 away from the fourth elastic element 114 (that is, the surface used to contact the second conductive structure) is supported by a support fixture to prevent the fifth conductive element 113 from rotating; then a sealing treatment is performed to form the sealant 17 in Figure 24.
[0226] As shown in Figures 23 and 24, a mounting hole 100B2 can also be made on the second housing 100B. The mounting hole 100B2 is connected to the mounting hole 100B1, and the fourth conductive element 125 in the above example can be set in the mounting hole 100B2.
[0227] As shown in Figure 24, the circuit board 3 is positioned near the display side of the meter body. In this example, the mounting hole 100B1 on the meter body is inclined, and the fifth conductive element 113 is inclined. The fifth conductive element 113 is connected to the circuit board 3 through the fourth elastic element 114.
[0228] In other examples, the circuit board 3 can be positioned lower than in the example of Figure 24, and the mounting hole 100B1 on the watch body can be horizontally positioned. This allows a spring to be extended from the circuit board, with one end connected to the circuit board and the other end in contact with a conductive structure on the watch strap.
[0229] In this application example, the electrical connection structure in the first watchband 201 can be configured in various ways. For example, one of the configuration methods is shown in Figures 25, 26 and 27. Figure 26 is a cross-sectional view along section BB of Figure 25, and Figure 27 is a schematic diagram of a part of the structure of the first watchband.
[0230] As shown in Figure 27, a mounting base 203 can be provided at the end of the first watch strap 201 for connection with the watch body. The mounting base 203 can be connected to the first watch strap 201 via a connector. In some examples, the mounting base 203 and the first watch strap 201 can be integrally formed.
[0231] As shown in Figures 26 and 27, a mounting hole 2031 is formed in the mounting base 203. A third conductive element 124, a fourth conductive element 125, and a third elastic element 126 are disposed within the mounting hole 2031, with the third elastic element 126 located between the third conductive element 124 and the fourth conductive element 125. For example, when the mounting base 203 is made of metal, to prevent the third conductive element 124, the fourth conductive element 125, and the third elastic element 126 from being electrically connected to the mounting base 203, as shown in Figure 26, a plastic tube 18 can be disposed within the mounting hole 2031, with the third conductive element 124, the fourth conductive element 125, and the third elastic element 126 disposed within the plastic tube 18.
[0232] In some feasible processes, injection molding can be used to make the hose 18 and the mounting base 203 an integrally formed structural component.
[0233] In some optional assembly processes, as shown in Figure 26, the fourth conductive element 125 can be installed inside the tubing 18 along the M2 direction, followed by the third elastic element 126, and then the third conductive element 124. The wire 21 of the solar film 2 is suspended on the third conductive element 124 and fixed, for example, by welding the wire 21 to the third conductive element 124. In some feasible structures, potting can be used to further fix the conductive element 21 to the third conductive element 124.
[0234] To prevent the fourth conductive element 125 from sliding out of the tube 18, a limiting structure can be provided. For example, as shown in Figure 26, the opening of the tube 18 can be narrowed to form a protrusion 181, which limits the position of the fourth conductive element 125 and prevents the fourth conductive element 125 from detaching from the tube 18.
[0235] The fourth conductive element 125 and the hose 18 can be connected in various ways. For example, in Figure 26, the portion of the fourth conductive element 125 extending into the hose 18 is threadedly connected to the hose 18, thus achieving a fixed connection between the fourth conductive element 125 and the hose 18. This connection method not only facilitates installation but also maintenance.
[0236] As shown in Figure 26, the tubing 18 can protrude from the outer surface of the mounting base 203, and the fourth conductive element 125 can protrude from the outer surface of the tubing 18.
[0237] Figure 28 is a schematic diagram of the structure after assembling Figures 24 and 26. The rubber tube 18 protruding from the outer surface of the mounting base 203 can extend into the mounting hole 100B2 on the second case 100B, so that the fourth conductive element 125 contacts the fifth conductive element 113.
[0238] In some implemented structures, as shown in Figure 28, the tube 18 can be sealed and connected within the second mounting hole 100B2. For example, a sealing ring 19 can be provided, and the outer wall surface of the tube 18 is fitted with the inner wall surface of the mounting hole 100B2 through the sealing ring 19, so that the tube 18 is sealed and connected to the second housing 100B of the body, thereby achieving a waterproof sealing effect.
[0239] As shown in Figures 29 and 28, the notch 1131 on the fifth conductive element 113 can not only accommodate the fourth conductive element 125, enabling the fourth conductive element 125 to make contact with the fifth conductive element 113, but also accommodate the tubing 18 shown in Figure 28.
[0240] In some examples, the connecting shaft may include a first shaft and a second shaft that are phase-separated, and the electrical connection structure shown in Figures 18 and 19 may be arranged between the first shaft and the second shaft.
[0241] Of the different electrical connection structures shown above, one example includes a connecting shaft, while another example may not include a connecting shaft. In other wearable devices, both of these different electrical connection structures can be included, allowing for the connection of multiple signals between the watch band and the watch body, thus meeting a wider range of usage scenarios.
[0242] Alternatively, it can be understood that in some examples, the watch body includes two ends that connect to the watch strap, with one end having an electrical connection structure including a connecting shaft and the other end having an electrical connection structure without a connecting shaft. In other examples, the electrical connection structure including the connecting shaft and the electrical connection structure without the connecting shaft can be located at one end.
[0243] In the wearable devices described in this application, the watch body and the watch strap can be detachably connected. For example, as shown in Figures 29 and 30 below, this application exemplarily illustrates one such detachable structure.
[0244] See Figures 30 and 31, with Figure 31 being an exploded view of Figure 30. In this example, the mounting base 203 is used to mount the third conductive element 124, the fourth conductive element 125, and the third elastic element 126 of the electrical connection structure. Additionally, in Figure 30, the connecting shaft 300 can be disposed within the mounting base 203, and the connecting shaft 300 can move along the width direction of the watch strap (as shown in the L direction in Figures 30 and 31), thus enabling a detachable connection between the watch body and the watch strap.
[0245] In this example, the wearable device may also include a cover 204 that engages with a mounting base 203, forming an internal space that can accommodate a portion of the connecting shaft or other structural components.
[0246] The cover plate 204 can be fixedly connected to the mounting base 203, for example, by using a threaded connector. As shown in Figure 31, a connection hole 2032 can be provided on the mounting base 203, and the threaded connector passes through the connection hole 2032 to be fixedly connected to the cover plate 204.
[0247] Continuing with Figures 30 and 31, it may also include a button 205. The button 205 can be set on the cover plate 204. For example, as shown in Figure 30, a sliding hole for the button 205 to move can be opened on the cover plate 204. The button 205 is slidably set in the sliding hole. When the button 205 moves along the sliding hole, it can drive the connecting shaft 300 to move, thereby realizing the separation of the watch strap from the watch body.
[0248] For example, as shown in Figure 32, which illustrates an exploded view of the connecting shaft 300 and the button 205, the connecting shaft 300 includes a first abutting surface S1, and the button 205 includes a second abutting surface S2. Both the first abutting surface S1 and the second abutting surface S2 are inclined surfaces. As shown in Figure 33, which illustrates the principle of the button 205 driving the connecting shaft 300, when the button 205 is pressed, it moves along the P direction. Under the combined action of the second abutting surface S2 and the first abutting surface S1, the button 205 drives the connecting shaft 300 to move along the L1 direction, that is, the connecting shaft 300 retracts and separates from the watch body, thus separating the watch body and the watch strap.
[0249] As shown in Figure 32, the connecting shaft 300 may include a connecting portion 300B and a first mating portion 300C connected to the connecting portion 300B. The connecting portion 300B is used to connect with the watch body, and a first abutting surface S1 may be provided on the first mating portion 300C. The connecting portion 300B and the first mating portion 300C may be integrally formed.
[0250] As shown in Figure 32, the button 205 may include a pressing part 205A and a second mating part 205B connected to the pressing part 205A. The pressing part 205A is disposed outside the cover plate 204 for user pressing operation, and the second mating part 205B is located within the space enclosed by the cover plate 204 and the mounting base 203, and a second abutting surface S2 is disposed on the second mating part 205B.
[0251] In some structures, as shown in Figure 33, a fifth elastic element 206 may also be included. The third elastic element 206 connects the connecting shaft 300 and the mounting base 203. For example, the fifth elastic element 206 is a spring, with one end connected to the connecting shaft 300 and the other end connected to the mounting base 203. As shown in Figure 34, a fixing post 300D can be provided on the connecting shaft 300, and the spring is sleeved on the fixing post 300D.
[0252] As shown in Figures 32 and 33, the connecting shaft in this application example is divided into two segments. Furthermore, there are two fifth elastic elements 206, and the two fifth elastic elements 206 are configured to correspond one-to-one with the two connecting shafts.
[0253] As shown in Figure 33, when button 205 is pressed, button 205 moves along the P direction. Under the cooperation of the second abutting surface S2 and the first abutting surface S1, it drives the connecting shaft 300 to move along the L1 direction, that is, the connecting shaft 300 retracts and separates from the watch body, realizing the separation of the watch body and the watch strap. The fifth elastic element 206 is compressed and accumulates elastic force. When the user releases the press of button 205, the fifth elastic element 206 generates the F elastic force shown in Figure 33, driving the connecting shaft 300 to move in the opposite direction to L1, so that the connecting shaft moves to the initial position.
[0254] To prevent the button 205 from sliding off the cover plate 204, a limiting structure can be provided. For example, as shown in Figure 35, the opening of the mounting hole on the cover plate 204 for mounting the button 205 can be recessed to form a protrusion 2041. This protrusion 2041 is used to limit the position of the button 205 and prevent the button 205 from detaching from the tube cover plate 204.
[0255] In some optional assembly processes, referring back to Figure 31, the connecting shaft 300 and the fifth elastic element 206 can be installed in the mounting base 203; then the button 205 can be installed so that the second abutting surface S2 of the button 205 mates with the first abutting surface S1 of the connecting shaft 300; then the cover plate 204 can be installed and the cover plate 204 can be fixedly connected to the mounting base 203 using threaded connectors.
[0256] In this application example, the solar panel 2, which is disposed on the watch band, is used for electrical connection of the circuit board in the watch body, as shown in Figure 36. A light-transmitting area 201A can be provided on the first watch band 201 where the solar panel 2 is disposed, and the solar panel 2 is disposed opposite to the light-transmitting area 201A. The area of the solar panel 2 can be larger than the area of the light-transmitting area 201A.
