Abstract
Description
Container, container body, dispensing cap, and dispensing member
[0001] The present invention relates to a container, a container body, a dispensing cap, and a dispensing member.
[0002] BACKGROUND ART Known containers for storing contents such as cosmetics in a pourable manner include those in which a pouring cap having a pouring outlet is screwed onto the opening of a container body (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003] Patent No. 7290538
[0004] In a container in which a pouring cap having a pouring outlet is screwed onto the opening of the container body as described above, the pouring outlet can be blocked by further screwing a cap member onto the pouring cap. However, in a container in which the pouring outlet is blocked by screwing a cap member onto the pouring cap, when the cap member is removed from the pouring cap to pour the contents from the pouring outlet, there is a risk that the pouring cap will rotate together with the cap member and come off the container body.
[0005] An object of the present invention is to provide a container, a container body, a dispensing cap, and a dispensing member that can prevent the dispensing cap from rotating together with the cap member and coming off the container body.
[0006] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a container having a container body with a cylindrical mouth portion, and a pouring cap that is threadedly engaged with the mouth portion and pours out contents contained in the container body, wherein the mouth portion has a body-side engaging portion on its inner peripheral surface or upper surface that engages with the pouring cap, and the pouring cap has: a pouring member that has a pouring outlet through which the contents are poured out and has a part of its outer peripheral surface that is threadedly engaged with a cap member that closes the pouring outlet, and an attachment member that covers from the outside an area of the outer peripheral surface of the pouring member that is not threadedly engaged with the cap member and is rotatably attached to the pouring member, and has an inner peripheral surface that is threadedly engaged with the mouth portion, and the pouring member has a cap-side engaging portion that engages with the body-side engaging portion to prevent the pouring member from rotating relative to the container body when the pouring cap is attached to the container body by being threadedly engaged with the mouth portion.
[0007] In the present invention configured as described above, when the dispensing cap is attached to the container body by threaded engagement with the mouth, the body-side engaging portion of the mouth and the cap-side engaging portion of the dispensing member engage, preventing the dispensing member from rotating relative to the container body. Therefore, even if the cap member is rotated in an attempt to disengage the threaded engagement of the cap member with the dispensing cap, the dispensing cap will not rotate with the cap member and be detached from the container body. Furthermore, in this case, the body-side engaging portion provided on the inner peripheral surface or top surface of the mouth engages with the cap-side engaging portion of the dispensing member, preventing the dispensing member from rotating relative to the container body. This eliminates the need to provide a structure on the outer peripheral surface of the mouth that prevents the dispensing member from rotating relative to the container body, thereby preventing the overall diameter from becoming larger relative to the diameter of the mouth.
[0008] Furthermore, a plurality of the main body side engaging portions may be provided at equal intervals.
[0009] In this configuration, the main body side engaging portion and the cap side engaging portion can be easily engaged with each other.
[0010] The pouring member may have a hole-forming portion that protrudes toward the container body at a portion covered by the mounting member and that opens the mouth portion.
[0011] In such a configuration, if the mouth is not opened by the thin film before use, the dispensing cap can be threadedly engaged with the mouth of the container body, thereby forming a hole in the thin film using the hole forming part, thereby opening the mouth.
[0012] The hole forming portion may have a shape in which the protruding tip is cut obliquely.
[0013] In such a configuration, when the dispensing cap is threadedly engaged with the opening of the container body, the hole forming portion makes it easier to form holes in the thin film.
[0014] The container body and the cap member may be cylindrical with one end closed and have the same diameter.
[0015] In such a configuration, when the cap member is attached, the outer peripheral surfaces of the container body and the cap member are flush with each other, improving the design.
[0016] The outer peripheral surface of the mounting member may be knurled.
[0017] In such a configuration, the mounting member can be easily rotated.
[0018] The pouring member may have a valve that opens only from the container body side toward the pouring outlet side.
[0019] In this configuration, the contents are prevented from flowing back into the container body from the spout side.
[0020] A waterproof member may be interposed between the pouring member and the opening.
[0021] In this configuration, the waterproofing of the inside of the container body is improved.
[0022] Also, a container may have a container body having a cylindrical mouth portion, and a dispensing cap that is threadedly engaged with the mouth portion and dispensing a content contained in the container body, wherein the dispensing cap has: a dispensing member that has a dispensing outlet through which the content is dispensed, and a part of its outer circumferential surface is threadedly engaged with a cap member that closes the dispensing outlet; and an attachment member that covers from the outside an area of the outer circumferential surface of the dispensing member that is not threadedly engaged with the cap member, and is rotatably attached to the dispensing member, and has an inner circumferential surface that is threadedly engaged with the mouth portion, and the dispensing member may have a pressing portion that is pressed against the inner circumferential surface or upper surface of the mouth portion when the dispensing cap is attached to the container body by threading it with the mouth portion, thereby preventing the dispensing member from rotating relative to the container body.
[0023] In the present invention configured as described above, when the dispensing cap is attached to the container body by threaded engagement with the mouth portion, the pressure-contact portion of the dispensing member is pressed against the mouth portion, preventing the dispensing member from rotating relative to the container body. Therefore, even if the cap member is rotated in an attempt to disengage the threaded engagement of the cap member with the dispensing cap from that state, the dispensing cap will not rotate with the cap member and come off the container body. Furthermore, since the pressure-contact portion of the dispensing member is pressed against the inner circumferential surface or top surface of the mouth portion, the dispensing member cannot rotate relative to the container body, eliminating the need to provide a structure on the outer circumferential surface of the mouth portion that prevents the dispensing member from rotating relative to the container body, and thus preventing the overall diameter from becoming larger relative to the diameter of the mouth portion.
[0024] The pressure contact portion may be configured to deform the opening when pressed against the opening, thereby preventing the dispensing member from rotating relative to the container body.
[0025]
[0010] In this configuration, when the cap member is rotated to release the threaded engagement of the cap member with the pouring cap while the pouring cap is attached to the container body, the pouring cap becomes even more difficult to rotate together with the cap member. Also, a container body having a mouth portion and in which a content is stored, wherein the pouring cap for pouring the content stored in the container body is configured to be threadably engaged with the mouth portion, the pouring cap has a pouring outlet from which the content is poured, and a pouring member having a part of its outer circumferential surface threadably engaged with a cap member that closes the pouring outlet, and an attachment member that covers from the outside an area of the outer circumferential surface of the pouring member that is not threadably engaged with the cap member, and is attached to the pouring member freely to be rotatable with the pouring member, and whose inner circumferential surface is threadably engaged with the mouth portion, and the mouth portion may have a body-side engagement portion on its inner circumferential surface or an upper surface that engages with a cap-side engagement portion provided on the pouring member to prevent the pouring member from rotating relative to the container body when the pouring cap is attached to the container body by being threadedly engaged with the mouth portion.
[0026] Also, a dispensing cap may be configured to be threadably engaged with a cylindrical mouth portion of a container body and to dispense contents contained in the container body, wherein the container body has a body-side engaging portion that engages with the dispensing cap on the inner peripheral surface or upper surface of the mouth portion, and the dispensing cap has: a dispensing member that has a dispensing outlet from which the contents are dispensed and a part of its outer peripheral surface is threadably engaged with a cap member that closes the dispensing outlet; and an attachment member that covers from the outside an area of the outer peripheral surface of the dispensing member that is not threadably engaged with the cap member and is rotatably attached to the dispensing member, and has an inner peripheral surface that is threadably engaged with the mouth portion, and the dispensing member may have a cap-side engaging portion that engages with the body-side engaging portion to prevent the dispensing member from rotating relative to the container body when the dispensing cap is attached to the container body by threadably engaging with the mouth portion.
[0027] Furthermore, a dispensing member may be attached to a cylindrical mouth portion of a container body and used to dispense contents contained in the container body, wherein the container body has a body-side engaging portion on the inner circumferential surface or upper surface of the mouth portion that engages with the dispensing member, the dispensing member has a dispensing outlet from which the contents are dispensed, and a part of its outer circumferential surface is configured to be threadably engageable with a cap member that closes the dispensing outlet, an attachment member that covers from the outside an area of the outer circumferential surface of the dispensing member that is not threadably engaged with the cap member and whose inner circumferential surface is threadably engaged with the mouth portion is attached to the dispensing member so as to be freely rotatable, and the attachment member has a cap-side engaging portion that engages with the body-side engaging portion when the dispensing member is attached to the container body by threading the attachment member to the mouth portion, thereby preventing the dispensing member from rotating relative to the container body.
[0028] According to the present invention, the dispensing cap can be prevented from rotating together with the cap member and coming off the container body.

[0030] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0031] [Configuration] First, the configuration of the container will be described.
[0032] <Overall Configuration> Fig. 1 is a side view showing the appearance of one embodiment of a container of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a side view showing a state in which a cap member is attached to the container 1 shown in Fig. 1.
[0033] As shown in Fig. 1, this embodiment is a container 1 having a container body 10 that is mainly cylindrical, and a pouring cap 20 that is attached by threaded engagement to the top of the container body 10. As shown in Fig. 2, a cap member 30 is attached to the container 1 shown in Fig. 1. The cap member 30 is attached to the container 1 by covering and threadedly engaging the pouring cap 20 of the container 1 shown in Fig. 1. The cap member 30 is removed from the container 1 when the contents contained in the container body 10 are to be poured through the pouring cap 20, and is attached to the container 1 at other times.
[0034] <Cap Member 30> FIG. 3 is a diagram showing an example of the configuration of the cap member 30 shown in FIG. 2, as viewed obliquely from below.
[0035] The cap member 30 shown in FIG. 2 has an outer cylindrical portion 32, an inner cylindrical portion 33, and a lid portion 31, as shown in FIG.
[0036] The outer cylinder 32 and the inner cylinder 33 are cylindrical with one end closed by the lid 31, and the inner cylinder 33 is arranged so that it is covered from the outside by the outer cylinder 32.
[0037] The inner cylindrical portion 33 has an outer diameter smaller than the outer diameter R1 of the outer cylindrical portion 32, and an axial length shorter than the length of the outer cylindrical portion 32. The inner diameter R2 of the inner cylindrical portion 33 is substantially the same as the outer diameter R6 (see FIG. 6) of the cap engaging portion 40b of the dispensing member 40 that constitutes the dispensing cap 20, as will be described later.
[0038] A threaded portion 34 that threadably engages with the dispensing cap 20 is formed on the inner surface of the inner cylindrical portion 33 .
[0039] <Container Body 10> FIG. 4 is a diagram showing an example of the configuration of the container body 10 shown in FIG. 1, as viewed obliquely from above.
[0040] The container body 10 shown in FIG. 1 is used to store cosmetics or other contents, and has a cylindrical portion 11, a bottom portion 12, a mouth portion 14, and a shoulder portion 13, as shown in FIG.
[0041] The cylindrical portion 11 has a cylindrical shape with one end being closed at a bottom portion 12 .
[0042] The mouth 14 is cylindrical and connected to the end of the cylindrical portion 11 opposite the bottom 12 via a shoulder 13. The outer diameter R4 of the mouth 14 is smaller than the outer diameter R3 of the cylindrical portion 11, and the diameter of the shoulder 13 gradually changes, connecting the cylindrical portion 11 and the mouth 14. If the outer diameter R3 of the cylindrical portion 11 is the same as the outer diameter R1 of the cap member 30, the outer peripheral surfaces of the container body 10 and the cap member 30 will be aligned when the cap member 30 is attached to the container 1, thereby improving the design. The mouth 14 and shoulder 13 may be made of, for example, PE (polyethylene).
[0043] A threaded portion 15 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the mouth portion 14. The threaded portion 15 is threadedly engaged with an attachment member 50 (see FIG. 5) that constitutes the dispensing cap 20, which will be described later. The outer diameter R4 of the mouth portion 14 is substantially the same as the inner diameter R8 (see FIG. 10) of the attachment member 50.
[0044] The inner circumferential surface of the spout 14 is provided with a concave-convex portion 16, which is an example of a main body-side engaging portion of the present invention. The concave-convex portion 16 is formed by a plurality of protrusions arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction from the inner circumferential surface of the spout 14, and is composed of convex portions formed by these protrusions and concave portions formed between the two protrusions. That is, a plurality of concave-convex portions 16 are provided at equal intervals on the inner circumferential surface of the spout 14. The inner diameter R5 of the portion of the inner circumferential surface of the spout 14 where the convex portions constituting the concave-convex portion 16 are provided is approximately the same as the outer diameter R7 (see FIG. 6) of a portion of the rotation-preventing portion 40d of the spouting member 40 constituting the spouting cap 20, which will be described later. Furthermore, the height of the convex portions constituting the concave-convex portion 16 is equal to or greater than the height of a rib 44 (see FIG. 6) provided on the rotation-preventing portion 40d of the spouting member 40.
[0045] In addition, as long as the opening 14 side of the cylindrical portion 11 is cylindrical (circular), the bottom 12 side may be flattened like a tube of toothpaste or the like.
[0046] <Pour Cap 20> FIG. 5 is a side view showing an example of the configuration of the pour cap 20 shown in FIG.
[0047] As shown in Figure 5, the dispensing cap 20 shown in Figure 1 has an overall approximately cylindrical dispensing member 40 and a cylindrical mounting member 50, and the mounting member 50 covers a portion of one side of the dispensing member 40 in the axial direction from the outside and is rotatably attached to the dispensing member 40.
[0048] <Discharge member 40> Fig. 6 is a side view showing an example of the configuration of the discharge member 40 shown in Fig. 5. Fig. 7 is a view of the discharge member 40 shown in Fig. 6 as seen from diagonally above. Fig. 8 is a view of the discharge member 40 shown in Fig. 6 as seen from diagonally below.
[0049] As shown in FIG. 6, the dispensing member 40 shown in FIG. 5 has a dispensing portion 40a, a cap engaging portion 40b, an attachment member holding portion 40c, and a rotation preventing portion 40d.
[0050] As shown in Fig. 6, the spout portion 40a is a portion on one end side in the axial direction of the spouting member 40. As shown in Figs. 6 to 8, the spouting portion 40a is composed of a hollow cylindrical portion 49a, and has a spout outlet 41 at one end side in the axial direction of the spouting member 40. The diameter of the cylindrical portion 49a may gradually decrease toward the spout outlet 41 side. The spout outlet 41 is for pouring the contents contained in the container body 10 to the outside. The shape of the spout outlet 41 is not limited to a circle, and may be elliptical, rectangular, star-shaped, or the like.
[0051] As shown in Fig. 6, the cap engaging portion 40b is a portion adjacent to the pouring portion 40a in the axial direction of the pouring member 40. As shown in Figs. 6 to 8, the cap engaging portion 40b is configured by forming a threaded portion 42 on the outer peripheral surface of a hollow cylindrical portion 49b. As described above, the outer diameter R6 of the cylindrical portion 49b is approximately the same as the inner diameter R2 of the inner cylindrical portion 33 that constitutes the cap member 30.
[0052] As shown in Fig. 6, the attachment member holding portion 40c is a portion of the cap engaging portion 40b adjacent to the opposite side of the dispensing portion 40a in the axial direction of the dispensing member 40. As shown in Figs. 6 to 8, the attachment member holding portion 40c is configured with a ring-shaped convex portion 46a, a concave portion 43, and a convex portion 46b lined up in this order from the cap engaging portion 40b side in the axial direction of the dispensing member 40. The convex portions 46a, 46b and the concave portion 43 have the largest outer diameter, and the concave portion 43 has the smallest outer diameter. As a result, the concave portion 43 is sandwiched between the convex portions 46a, 46b and has a recessed shape that is recessed inward.
[0053] As shown in FIG. 6 , the rotation-preventing portion 40d is adjacent to the opposite side of the cap engaging portion 40b of the attachment member holding portion 40c in the axial direction of the dispensing member 40, and is the portion on the other end side in the axial direction of the dispensing member 40. As shown in FIGS. 6 to 8 , the rotation-preventing portion 40d is configured by providing a plate-like rib 44, which is an example of a cap-side engaging portion in the present invention, on the outer peripheral surface of a hollow cylindrical portion 49d. The end of the cylindrical portion 49d opposite the attachment member holding portion 40c forms a hole-forming portion 45. As a result, the hole-forming portion 45 protrudes toward the container body 10 when the dispensing cap 20 is attached to the container body 10. The protruding tip of the hole-forming portion 45 has a diagonally cut shape. The end of the hole-forming portion 45 forms an opening 47, and the section from the opening 47 to the dispensing outlet 41 of the cylindrical portion 49a forms a dispensing path for the contents contained in the container body 10. As described above, the outer diameter R7 of the cylindrical portion 49d is substantially the same as the inner diameter R5 of the portion of the inner circumferential surface of the mouth portion 14 of the container body 10 where the convex portions that constitute the uneven portion 16 are provided. The ribs 44 stand on the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion 49d, and six ribs 44 are attached at equal intervals along the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion 49d with their plate-like flat portions facing the circumferential direction of the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion 49d. The end of each rib 44 on the attachment member holding portion 40c side contacts the convex portion 46b of the attachment member holding portion 40c, and the length of the rib 44 in the direction in which the rotation-preventing portion 40d and the attachment member holding portion 40c are continuous is long enough to allow the rib 44 to fit between the convex portions that constitute the uneven portion 16 provided on the inner circumferential surface of the mouth portion 14 when the pouring cap 20 is attached to the container body 10. The cap engaging portion 40b, the attachment member holding portion 40c, and the rotation preventing portion 40d may be made of, for example, PBT (polybutylene terephthalate).
[0054] <Mounting member 50> Fig. 9 is a diagram showing an example of the configuration of the mounting member 50 shown in Fig. 5, as viewed obliquely from above. Fig. 10 is a diagram showing the mounting member 50 shown in Fig. 9 as viewed obliquely from below.
[0055] As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 , the mounting member 50 shown in FIG. 5 is composed of a hollow cylindrical portion 52, with one axial end forming an opening 51 and the other axial end forming an opening 55. The outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 52 is knurled. An engagement ring 54 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 52, and a threaded portion 53 is formed on the opening 55 side of the engagement ring 54. The engagement ring 54 is ring-shaped and protrudes from the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 52 toward the inside of the cylindrical portion 52, and is provided in an area adjacent to the opening 51. As described above, the inner diameter R8 of the cylindrical portion 52 is approximately the same as the outer diameter R4 of the mouth portion 14 that constitutes the container body 10. The mounting member 50 may be made of, for example, PP (polypropylene).
[0056] <Details of Engagement State> FIG. 11 is a half-side cross-sectional view for explaining the engagement state between the container body 10 shown in FIG. 4, the dispensing member 40 shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, and the mounting member 50 shown in FIGS.
[0057] 11, the mounting member 50 shown in Figures 9 and 10 is attached to the dispensing member 40 shown in Figures 6 to 8 so as to cover from the outside the mounting member holding portion 40c and the rotation prevention portion 40d of the dispensing member 40. At this time, the engagement ring 54 of the mounting member 50 fits into the recess 43 of the dispensing member 40. As a result, the mounting member 50 is attached to the dispensing member 40 so as to be freely rotatable.
[0058] 9 and 10 is attached to the mouth 14 of the container body 10 shown in Fig. 4. In this case, as described above, the outer diameter R4 of the mouth 14 and the inner diameter R8 of the cylindrical portion 52 constituting the attachment member 50 are substantially the same, so that the mouth 14 fits inside the cylindrical portion 52, and the threaded portion 15 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the mouth 14 and the threaded portion 53 formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 52 can be threadedly engaged.
[0059] With the attachment member 50 attached to the dispensing member 40 in this manner and the attachment member 50 attached to the mouth 14 of the container body 10, as described above, the outer diameter R7 of the cylindrical portion 49d constituting the rotation-preventing portion 40d of the dispensing member 40 is substantially the same as the inner diameter R5 of the portion of the inner circumferential surface of the mouth 14 constituting the container body 10 where the convex portions constituting the uneven portion 16 are provided, allowing the cylindrical portion 49d to fit inside the mouth 14. The ribs 44 provided on the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion 49d fit between the convex portions constituting the uneven portion 16 provided on the inner circumferential surface of the mouth 14, thereby engaging the ribs 44 with the uneven portion 16. When the ribs 44 and the uneven portion 16 are engaged, the dispensing member 40 cannot rotate relative to the container body 10.
[0060] Furthermore, an O-ring 60, which is an example of a waterproof member, may be interposed between the lower surface of the protrusion 46b of the pouring member 40 and the upper surface of the spout 14. This configuration improves the waterproofing of the inside of the container body 10. The O-ring 60 may be made of, for example, NBR (acrylonitrile-butadiene-rubber).
[0061] In the container 1 configured in this manner, the contents, such as cosmetics, contained in the container body 10 are poured out via the pouring cap 20. Specifically, for example, if the tubular portion 11 is configured to be deformable by an external force, when external pressure is applied to the tubular portion 11, the contents inside the tubular portion 11 are guided to the mouth portion 14 via the outlet portion 17. The contents guided to the mouth portion 14 are then poured out through the pouring outlet 41 of the pouring cap 20. In this case, the pouring member 40 constituting the pouring cap 20 may have a valve 48 that opens only from the container body 10 side toward the pouring outlet 41 side. This configuration prevents the contents from flowing back into the container body 10 from the pouring outlet 41 side. The outlet portion 17 may be an aluminum cup that covers the end of the tubular portion 11 opposite the bottom portion 12. In this case, the membrane portion 18 is continuous with the tip of the outlet portion 17.
[0062] Furthermore, when the contents contained in the container body 10 are not to be poured out, the cap member 30 is attached to the container 1. In this case, as described above, the outer diameter R6 of the cylindrical portion 49b, on whose outer peripheral surface the threaded portion 42 is formed, of the pouring member 40 constituting the pouring cap 20 is substantially the same as the inner diameter R2 of the inner cylindrical portion 33 constituting the cap member 30. Therefore, the cylindrical portion 49b of the pouring member 40 fits inside the inner cylindrical portion 33 constituting the cap member 30, and the threaded portion 42 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 49b and the threaded portion 34 formed on the inner peripheral surface of the inner cylindrical portion 33 can be threadably engaged.
[0063] [Method of Use and Function of Container 1] Next, a method of use and function of the container 1 configured as above will be described.
[0064] <How to Attach the Spout Cap 20 to the Container Body 10> FIGS. 12 to 14 are half-sectional views for explaining the use and operation of the container 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 11. FIG.
[0065] 1 to 11, the container body 10 can be a refill product that contains contents such as cosmetics for refilling. In this case, before the dispensing cap 20 is attached to the container body 10, the tip of the outlet portion 17 is covered with a membrane portion 18 that continues from the outlet portion 17 in order to protect the contents contained in the container body 10. Furthermore, this membrane portion 18 may be covered with a resin film when the cylindrical portion 11 is molded.
[0066] 12, the attachment member 50 constituting the dispensing cap 20 is first placed over the mouth 14. As described above, the outer diameter R4 of the mouth 14 and the inner diameter R8 of the cylindrical portion 52 constituting the attachment member 50 are substantially the same, so that the mouth 14 fits inside the cylindrical portion 52.
[0067] At this time, because threaded portion 15 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of mouth portion 14 and threaded portion 53 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of tubular portion 52, dispensing cap 20 cannot move in a direction closer to container body 10 unless tubular portion 52 is rotated in the direction of the arrow in Figure 12 relative to mouth portion 14. Furthermore, in this state, the tip of hole forming portion 45 of dispensing cap 20 has not moved from outlet portion 17 to membrane portion 18, which is continuous with outlet portion 17, and as a result, the tip of outlet portion 17 remains blocked by membrane portion 18.
[0068] 12 relative to the opening 14, the threaded portion 15 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the opening 14 and the threaded portion 53 formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 52 threadably engage with each other, and the dispensing cap 20 moves in a direction closer to the container body 10. At this time, the knurled outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 52 makes it easy to rotate the attachment member 50.
[0069] Then, as the dispensing cap 20 moves in a direction approaching the container body 10, the tip of the hole forming portion 45 of the dispensing cap 20 moves closer to the bottom 12 than the membrane portion 18 that closes the tip of the outlet portion 17, and as shown in Fig. 13, the hole forming portion 45 penetrates the membrane portion 18, opening the mouth portion 14. At this time, because the hole forming portion 45 has a shape in which the protruding tip is cut at an angle, when the dispensing cap 20 is threadedly engaged with the mouth portion 14 of the container body 10, the hole forming portion 45 forms a hole in the membrane portion 18, making it easier to open the mouth portion 14.
[0070] Here, the attachment member 50 constituting the dispensing cap 20 is rotatably attached to the dispensing member 40 by fitting the engagement ring 54 of the attachment member 50 into the recess 43 of the dispensing member 40. Therefore, when the rib 44 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 49d constituting the rotation prevention portion 40d of the dispensing member 40 is not inserted between the convex portions constituting the uneven portion 16 provided on the inner peripheral surface of the spout 14, the dispensing member 40 can rotate together with the attachment member 50, or the attachment member 50 can rotate alone.
[0071] Thereafter, by further threadingly engaging the threaded portion 15 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the mouth portion 14 with the threaded portion 53 formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 52, the dispensing cap 20 is moved further toward the container body 10, and as shown in Figure 14, the ribs 44 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 49d constituting the rotation-preventing portion 40d of the dispensing member 40 enter between the convex portions constituting the uneven portion 16 provided on the inner peripheral surface of the mouth portion 14, thereby engaging the ribs 44 with the uneven portion 16. At this time, since a plurality of uneven portions 16 are provided at equal intervals on the inner peripheral surface of the mouth portion 14, the ribs 44 and the uneven portion 16 can easily engage with each other.
[0072] Then, the rib 44 and the uneven portion 16 engage with each other, preventing the spouting member 40 from rotating relative to the container body 10. Therefore, even if the attachment member 50 is rotated further, the spouting member 40 will not rotate any further relative to the container body 10. As described above, the attachment member 50 is rotatably attached to the spouting member 40. Therefore, even if the spouting member 40 is unable to rotate relative to the container body 10, the attachment member 50 can be rotated relative to the container body 10 as long as the threaded portion 15 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the spout 14 and the threaded portion 53 formed on the inner peripheral surface of the tubular portion 52 that constitutes the attachment member 50 can be further threadably engaged.
[0073] In this manner, the dispensing cap 20 can be attached to the container body 10.
[0074] Thereafter, by rotating the mounting member 50 in the opposite direction to that used when attaching the dispensing cap 20 to the container body 10, the dispensing cap 20 can be removed from the container body 10. At this time, as the threaded engagement between the threaded portion 15 of the container body 10 and the threaded portion 53 of the mounting member 50 is released, the dispensing cap 20 moves in a direction away from the container body 10, and the engagement between the rib 44 and the uneven portion 16 is also released, allowing the dispensing member 40 to rotate relative to the container body 10.
[0075] <Function of Container 1> When the contents contained in the container body 10 are not poured out through the pouring cap 20, the container 1 having the pouring cap 20 attached thereto as described above has the cap member 30 attached thereto as shown in Figure 2.
[0076] When the contents contained in the container body 10 are to be poured out through the pouring cap 20, the cap member 30 is removed from the container 1. As described above, the cap member 30 is attached to the container 1 by threaded engagement between the threaded portion 42 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 49b constituting the pouring member 40 and the threaded portion 34 formed on the inner peripheral surface of the inner cylindrical portion 33 constituting the cap member 30.
[0077] Therefore, to remove the cap member 30 from the container 1, the threaded engagement between the threaded portion 42 of the dispensing member 40 and the threaded portion 34 of the cap member 30 is released by rotating the cap member 30. Here, the dispensing member 40, which is threadedly engaged with the threaded portion 34 of the cap member 30, is unable to rotate relative to the container body 10, as described above. Therefore, even if the cap member 30 is rotated to release the threaded engagement with the dispensing cap 20 in order to remove the cap member 30 from the container 1, the dispensing cap 20 will not rotate together with the cap member 30 and come off the container body 10. Furthermore, at this time, the uneven portion 16 provided on the inner peripheral surface of the spout 14 engages with the rib 44 of the spouting member 40, preventing the spouting member 40 from rotating relative to the container body 10. This eliminates the need to provide a structure on the outer peripheral surface of the spout 14 that prevents the spouting member 40 from rotating relative to the container body 10, thereby preventing the overall diameter from becoming larger relative to the diameter of the spout 14.
[0078] Furthermore, as described above, the dispensing member 40 can be made unable to rotate relative to the container body 10 simply by rotating the mounting member 50, so the container body 10 can be replaced as a refill product without any special operation.
[0079] In this embodiment, when the dispensing cap 20 is attached to the container body 10 by being threadedly engaged with the mouth 14, the uneven portion 16 provided on the inner peripheral surface of the mouth 14 engages with the rib 44 of the dispensing member 40, thereby preventing the dispensing member 40 from rotating relative to the container body 10. However, it is also possible to provide uneven portions on the upper surface of the mouth 14 as an example of a body-side engaging portion, and to provide a protrusion protruding downward from the protrusion 46b of the dispensing member 40 as an example of a cap-side engaging portion, and when the dispensing cap 20 is attached to the container body 10 by being threadedly engaged with the mouth 14, to engage these uneven portions with the protrusion, thereby preventing the dispensing member 40 from rotating relative to the container body 10.
[0080] (Other embodiments) In the above-described embodiment, when the dispensing cap 20 is attached to the container body 10 by threadedly engaging with the mouth portion 14, the uneven portion 16 provided on the inner surface of the mouth portion 14 engages with the rib 44 of the dispensing member 40, preventing the dispensing member 40 from rotating relative to the container body 10.
[0081] In this embodiment, another configuration will be described that prevents the dispensing member from rotating relative to the container body when the dispensing cap is attached to the container body.
[0082] FIG. 15 is a diagram showing an example of the configuration of a container body in another embodiment of the container of the present invention, as viewed obliquely from above.
[0083] As shown in Fig. 15, the container body 110 of this embodiment has a different shape of the mouth 114 from that shown in Fig. 4. The mouth 114 of the container body 110 does not have the uneven portion 16 shown in Fig. 4 on its inner circumferential surface. In addition, the inner diameter R9 of the mouth 114 is substantially the same as the diameter R10 (see Fig. 16) formed by the multiple ribs 144 provided on the pouring member 140 of this embodiment.
[0084] FIG. 16 is a side view showing an example of the configuration of a dispensing member in another embodiment of the container of the present invention.
[0085] As shown in FIG. 16 , the discharging member 140 of this embodiment is characterized by the shape of the ribs 144. The ribs 144 are an example of a pressure-contact portion of the present invention. Similar to the ribs 144 shown in FIG. 6 , the ribs 144 stand on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 49 d, and six ribs 144 are attached at equal intervals along the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 49 d, with their plate-like flat portions facing the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 49 d. In this case, the end of each rib 144 opposite the hole-forming portion 45 may or may not contact the protrusion 46 b. Furthermore, the height of the rib 144 in this embodiment is tapered, and the end edge on the hole-forming portion 45 side is beveled. Of the diameters R10 and R11 of the cylindrical portion 49d, the diameter R10 of the portion where the end edge of the rib 144 on the hole forming portion 45 side rises is approximately the same as the inner diameter R9 of the mouth portion 114, and the diameter R11 on the convex portion 46b side is slightly larger than the inner diameter R9 of the mouth portion 114. Note that the diameter R10 may be slightly smaller than the inner diameter R9 of the mouth portion 114.
[0086] 6 may also have a tapered height, similar to the rib 144 in this embodiment. However, the rib 44 shown in Fig. 6 must have a height that allows it to fit between the convex portions that make up the uneven portion 16 provided on the inner circumferential surface of the spout 14 when the dispensing cap 20 is attached to the container body 10.
[0087] In a container configured as described above, similar to that shown in Figure 1, an attachment member 50 is attached to the dispensing member 140, and the threaded portion 53 of the attachment member 50 is threadedly engaged with the threaded portion 15 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the mouth portion 114 of the container body 110, thereby allowing the dispensing cap with the attachment member 50 attached to the dispensing member 140 to be attached to the container body 10.
[0088] 1, the dispensing cap moves in a direction approaching the container body 10. Then, as described above, of the diameters R10, R11 of the cylindrical portion 49d, the diameter R10 of the portion where the end edge of the rib 144 on the hole forming portion 45 side rises is substantially the same as the inner diameter R9 of the mouth portion 114, so that the cylindrical portion 49d of the dispensing member 140 enters the inside of the mouth portion 114, and further, because the end edge of the rib 144 on the hole forming portion 45 side is slanted, the rib 144 enters the mouth portion 114 in a manner of piercing it.
[0089] 17 is a view of the spout 114 from above, showing the state in which the rib 144 of the spout member 140 shown in FIG. 16 is inserted into the inside of the spout 114 shown in FIG.
[0090] As described above, of the diameters R10 and R11 of the cylindrical portion 49d, the diameter R11 on the convex portion 46b side is slightly larger than the inner diameter R9 of the opening portion 114. In addition, the end of the rib 144 on the hole forming portion 45 side is slanted and its height is tapered.
[0091] Therefore, when the threaded portion 53 of the mounting member 50 is threadedly engaged with the threaded portion 15 of the mouth portion 114 of the container body 110 to attach the dispensing cap to the container body 10, and the rib 144 penetrates into the mouth portion 114 by being inserted thereinto, as shown in Figure 17, the pressure-contact portion 170 of the inner surface of the mouth portion 114 with which the rib 144 is in contact is pressure-contacted by the upper edge of the rib 144, causing the mouth portion 114 to deform.
[0092] In this way, the rib 144 is pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the mouth portion 114, preventing the dispensing member 140 from rotating relative to the container body 110. Therefore, similar to the example shown in Fig. 1, after the cap member 30 is attached to the container 1, when the cap member 30 is rotated to release the threaded engagement between the cap member 30 and the dispensing cap, the dispensing cap will be difficult to rotate together with the cap member 30.
[0093] Note that, if the force with which the rib 144 presses against the inner peripheral surface of the mouth portion 114 is sufficient to prevent the dispensing member 140 from rotating relative to the container body 110, there is no need for the mouth portion 114 to be deformed as shown in Fig. 17. However, if the mouth portion 114 is deformed, after the cap member 30 is attached to the container 1, when the cap member 30 is rotated to release the threaded engagement between the cap member 30 and the dispensing cap, the dispensing cap will be even more difficult to rotate together with the cap member 30.
[0094] Also in this embodiment, a protrusion protruding downward from the convex portion 46b of the dispensing member 140 is provided as an example of a pressure contact portion, and when the dispensing cap is attached to the container body 110 by screwing it into the mouth portion 114, the protrusion is pressed against the upper surface of the mouth portion 114, making it impossible for the dispensing member 140 to rotate relative to the container body 110.
