DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0049] The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described in combination with the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure. Obviously, the described embodiments are only part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, rather than all the embodiments. Based on the embodiments in the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without creative work fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.

[0050] The terms "first", "second" are only for descriptive purpose, and cannot be understood as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of the indicated technical features. Therefore, the features defined with "first", "second" can explicitly or implicitly include one or more of the features. In the description of the present disclosure, the meaning of "multiple" is two or more, unless otherwise specified.

[0051] In the description of the present disclosure, specific features, structures, materials or characteristics can be combined in any one or more embodiments or examples in a suitable manner.

[0052] Since the actuator is exposed to the external environment, during the driving of the vehicle, dust, water, oil and other impurities in the external environment can adhere to the actuator and enter the actuator. A large amount of impurities entering the actuator can affect the working performance of the actuator, thereby affecting the reliability of the actuator.

[0053] To solve the above problems, some embodiments of the present disclosure provide a vehicle 1000. The vehicle 1000 can be a pure electric vehicle, a hybrid electric vehicle, a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle, a range-extended electric vehicle, a fuel vehicle, etc. The vehicle 1000 can also be a sedan, a van, a bus, a truck, a trailer, etc.

[0054] As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 1 is a structural schematic diagram of the vehicle 1000 according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. The vehicle 1000 includes a vehicle body 1 and wheels 2. The vehicle body 1 is configured to carry passengers and objects, and the wheels 2 are installed below the vehicle body 1 and are configured to carry the vehicle body 1. The wheels 2 can roll on the road surface to drive the vehicle 1000.

[0055] The vehicle 1000 further includes a suspension device 3. The suspension device 3 is arranged between the vehicle body 1 and the wheels 2 and is configured to transmit force and torque between the vehicle body 1 and the wheels 2 and to buffer the impact force received by the vehicle body 1 during driving of the vehicle 1000 to improve ride or driving comfort.

[0056] It should be noted that the suspension device 3 can be a non-independent suspension device, an independent suspension device, or an active suspension device.

[0057] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the suspension device 3 is an active suspension device, and the stiffness and damping characteristics of the active suspension device are dynamically self-adapted according to the driving conditions of the vehicle (such as the motion state of the vehicle and the condition of the road surface, etc.) to keep the suspension device 3 in the best damping state at all times. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the suspension device 3 in the vehicle 1000 shown in FIG. 1, the suspension device 3 can include an actuator 31 and an elastic element 39 (as shown in FIG. 3). The actuator 31 includes a stator assembly 301 and a rotor assembly 302 that can move relative to each other, the stator assembly 301 is adapted to be connected to the vehicle body end, and the rotor assembly 302 is adapted to be connected to the wheel end. That is, the stator assembly 301 is connected to the vehicle body 1, and the rotor assembly 302 is connected to the wheel 2. By moving the stator assembly 301 and the rotor assembly 302 relative to each other, the distance between the vehicle body 1 and the wheel 2 can be adjusted to ensure the stability of the vehicle body 1 when the vehicle drives on rough roads, thereby improving the driving comfort of the vehicle.

[0058] The elastic element 39 is connected to the actuator 31. For example, the elastic element 39 is arranged between the stator assembly 301 and the rotor assembly 302. By relative movement of the stator assembly 301 and the rotor assembly 302, the deformation amount of the elastic element 39 can be changed, so as to adjust the deformation amount of the elastic element 39. In this way, the cushioning performance of the elastic element 39 is adjusted, so as to match the cushioning performance of the elastic element 39 with the demand of the vehicle 1000, thereby being able to improve the cushioning effect on the vehicle 1000 and improve the experience effect of the driver and the passenger.

[0059] In some embodiments, the stator assembly 301 comprises a central assembly 311. The actuator 31 further comprises a housing 312. The central assembly 311 is partially inserted into the housing 312 and is capable of sliding relative to the housing 312 along the axial direction of the housing 312.

[0060] As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, FIG. 3 is a front view of the suspension device 3 in the vehicle 1000 shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. 4 is a sectional view along the line A-A in FIG. 3. The actuator 31 further comprises a driving assembly 313 arranged between the part of the central assembly 311 and the housing 312 in the housing 312 and configured to drive the housing 312 to move relative to the central assembly 311 along the axial direction of the housing 312.

[0061] In some embodiments, the driving assembly 313 can be a piezoelectric ceramic driver.

[0062] In another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of the partial structure at circle B in FIG. 4. The driving assembly 313 comprises at least one electromagnetic coil 313A and at least one magnetic piece 313B. One of the electromagnetic coil 313A and the magnetic piece 313B is connected to the housing 312, and the other of the electromagnetic coil 313A and the magnetic piece 313B is connected to the central assembly 311. That is, if the electromagnetic coil 313A is connected to the housing 312, the magnetic piece 313B is connected to the central assembly 311, at this time, the electromagnetic coil 313A and the housing 312 form part of the rotor assembly 302, and the magnetic piece 313B and the central assembly 311 form part of the stator assembly 301. If the electromagnetic coil 313A is connected to the central assembly 311, the magnetic piece 313B is connected to the housing 312, at this time, the electromagnetic coil 313A and the central assembly 311 form part of the stator assembly 301, and the magnetic piece 313B and the housing 312 form part of the rotor assembly 302.

[0063] In the example shown in FIG. 3, the electromagnetic coil 313A is connected to the center component 311, and the magnetic member 313B is connected to the shell 312. In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 5, the center component 311 includes a center member 311A and a core 311B, the core 311B is annular, the center member 311A is arranged in the core 311B, and the center member 311A is fixedly connected to the core 311B. The core 311B is provided with a coil groove on the outer circumferential wall, and the electromagnetic coil 313A is arranged in the coil groove and wound around the core 311B along the circumferential direction of the core 311B.

[0064] In some embodiments, the magnetic member 313B is fixed to the inner circumferential wall of the shell 312. In this way, when the electromagnetic coil 313A is energized, a magnetic field is generated between the electromagnetic coil 313A and the magnetic member 313B, and the direction of the Lorentz force of the magnetic field is along the axial direction of the shell 312, so that the interaction force between the center component 311 and the shell 312 along the axial direction of the shell 312 is generated, thereby driving the center component 311 and the shell 312 to move relative to each other along the axial direction of the shell 312. In addition, the actuator 31 can control the direction of the interaction force between the center component 311 and the shell 312 by changing the flow direction of the current in the electromagnetic coil 313A.

[0065] In some embodiments, the magnetic member 313B can be a permanent magnet, an electromagnet, an energized coil, etc.

[0066] In some embodiments, the magnetic member 313B has an annular structure. At this time, the center member 311A, the core 311B, and the electromagnetic coil 313A are all arranged in the magnetic member 313B.

[0067] In some embodiments, the center member 311A can have a rod-like structure, a plate-like structure, or other irregular structures.

[0068] In some embodiments, the at least one electromagnetic coil 313A includes a plurality of electromagnetic coils 313A, and the plurality of electromagnetic coils 313A are arranged along the axial direction of the shell 312. The at least one magnetic member 313B also includes a plurality of magnetic members 313B, and the plurality of magnetic members 313B are arranged along the axial direction of the shell 312.

[0069] It should be noted that the electromagnetic coil 313A and the core 311B form a whole, and the outer circumferential surface of the whole has a gap with the inner circumferential surface of the magnetic member 313B. In some embodiments, the gap between the outer circumferential surface of the whole and the inner circumferential surface of the magnetic member 313B can be greater than or equal to 0.5 mm and less than or equal to 1 mm.

[0070] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 4, the shell 312 includes a first end plate 312A, a second end plate 312B, and a peripheral wall plate 312C. The first end plate 312A and the second end plate 312B are arranged in a spaced apart manner, and the thickness direction of the first end plate 312A is consistent with the thickness direction of the second end plate 312B. The peripheral wall plate 312C is in the shape of a cylinder and is arranged between the first end plate 312A and the second end plate 312B. The first end plate 312A, the second end plate 312B, and the peripheral wall plate 312C enclose an internal space of the shell 312.

[0071] The first end plate 312A is provided with a connecting hole 312D, and part of the central component 311 extends into the shell 312 through the connecting hole 312D. In some embodiments, the central piece 311A of the central component 311 is in sliding connection with the connecting hole 312D. In this way, when the central component 311 and the shell 312 move relative to each other, the connecting hole 312D can limit the central component 311 and the shell 312 to avoid shaking or deviation of the central component 311 and the shell 312.

[0072] In some embodiments, the part of the central component 311 located in the shell 312 is provided with a guide hole 311C. For example, the end face of the central piece 311A close to the second end plate 312B is provided with a guide hole 311C. The actuator 31 further includes a guide rod 314. The first end of the guide rod 314 extends into the guide hole 311C and is in sliding connection with the guide hole 311C. The second end of the guide rod 314 is fixedly connected with the shell 312. For example, the guide rod 314 is located in the shell 312 and is connected to the second end plate 312B. The guide rod 314, the shell 312, and the magnetic piece 313B form the mover assembly 302.

[0073] In this way, when the central component 311 and the shell 312 move relative to each other, the guide rod 314 can slide in the guide hole 311C, thereby guiding the central component 311 and the shell 312 to move relative to each other more stably.

[0074] In some embodiments, in order to facilitate wiring of the electromagnetic coil 313A, as shown in FIG. 6, which is an enlarged view of the partial structure at circle C in FIG. 4, the stator assembly 301 further includes a plug-in piece 32. The plug-in piece 32 is configured to externally connect the cable 4. For example, the cable 4 connects the plug-in piece 32 with the power supply of the vehicle 1000, and the plug-in piece 32 is further connected with the electromagnetic coil 313A through a connecting wire, thereby supplying power to the electromagnetic coil 313A through the cable 4, the plug-in piece 32, and the connecting wire.

[0075] In order to facilitate the connection of the cable 4 and the plug 32, the plug 32 is usually arranged outside the housing 312. In this way, the plug 32 is at a distance from the electromagnetic coil 313A, and if the connecting wire connecting the plug 32 and the electromagnetic coil 313A is exposed outside, the connecting wire is prone to damage.

[0076] Based on this, as shown in FIG. 6, the center component 311 is provided with a socket. In some embodiments, the center piece 311A is provided with a socket 311D. For example, the socket 311D is arranged on the end face of the center piece 311A away from the housing 312. Part of the plug 32 is accommodated in the socket 311D. The connecting wire can pass through the part of the plug 32 located in the socket 311D into the socket 311D, and then pass through the socket 311D to be connected with the electromagnetic coil 313A. In this way, the connecting wire can be protected by the socket 311D to avoid damage to the connecting wire.

[0077] In some embodiments, in order to avoid the impurities such as dust, water and oil from the outside entering the socket 311D through the gap between the inner wall surface of the socket 311D and the plug 32, and causing corrosion and damage to the connecting wire. As shown in FIG. 6, the stator assembly 301 further comprises at least one second sealing structure 33. The at least one second sealing structure 33 is arranged between the inner wall surface of the socket 311D and the plug 32. That is, the part of the plug 32 extending into the socket 311D is arranged through the second sealing structure 33, and the second sealing structure 33 abuts with the part of the plug 32 extending into the socket 311D and the inner wall surface of the socket 311D respectively, so as to seal the gap between the part of the plug 32 extending into the socket 311D and the inner wall surface of the socket 311D through the second sealing structure 33, so as to avoid the impurities from the outside entering the socket 311D, thereby protecting the connecting wire.

[0078] In some embodiments, the at least one second sealing structure 33 can include one second sealing structure 33, or can include a plurality of second sealing structures 33. When the at least one second sealing structure 33 includes a plurality of second sealing structures 33, the plurality of second sealing structures 33 are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the housing 312. The arrangement of the plurality of second sealing structures 33 can seal the gap between the part of the plug 32 extending into the socket 311D and the inner wall surface of the socket 311D in multiple stages, thereby improving the sealing effect. Moreover, even if one of the second sealing structures 33 is damaged, the gap between the part of the plug 32 extending into the socket 311D and the inner wall surface of the socket 311D can still be sealed.

[0079] In some embodiments, the second sealing structure 33 comprises a second sealing ring. The second sealing ring is arranged between the inner wall surface of the insertion hole 311D and the plug-in part 32. In other embodiments, the second sealing structure 33 can also be other structures capable of surrounding the plug-in part 32, which are not limited in the present disclosure.

[0080] In some embodiments, the second sealing ring is arranged in the gap between the center assembly 311 and the top cover 36. In this way, the second sealing ring is arranged close to the end of the center assembly 311 close to the top cover 36, thereby facilitating the installation of the second sealing ring.

[0081] In some embodiments, the plug-in part 32 comprises a plug-in portion 321 and a connecting portion 322. The plug-in portion 321 is connected with the cable 4, and the connecting portion 322 is partially located in the insertion hole 311D. The plug-in portion 321 is located outside the insertion hole 311D and connected with the connecting portion 322. The connecting portion 322 passes through the second sealing structure 33 and abuts against the inner circumferential wall surface of the second sealing structure 33. The outer circumferential wall surface of the second sealing structure 33 abuts against the inner circumferential wall surface of the insertion hole 311D. For example, the connecting portion 322 passes through the second sealing ring and abuts against the inner circumferential wall surface of the second sealing ring. The outer circumferential wall surface of the second sealing ring abuts against the inner circumferential wall surface of the insertion hole 311D.

[0082] In some embodiments, a second annular clamping groove can be arranged on at least one of the outer circumferential surface of the connecting portion 322 or the inner wall surface of the insertion hole 311D. The second sealing structure 33 is clamped in the second annular clamping groove. For example, the second sealing ring is clamped in the second annular clamping groove. In this way, the second sealing structure 33 can be limited by the second annular clamping groove to avoid sliding, thereby improving the sealing effect of the second sealing structure 33. It should be noted that the connecting portion 322 can have a cylindrical structure, a cuboid structure, an elliptical cylindrical structure, etc. Only the inner circumferential wall surface of the second sealing structure 33 needs to match the shape of the connecting portion 322.

[0083] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 6, the stator assembly 301 further comprises a cooling part 34. The cooling part 34 is arranged in the insertion hole 311D and is configured to cool the actuator 31 to avoid the actuator 31 from working abnormally due to high temperature. For example, the cooling part 34 can have a cylindrical structure, a cuboid structure, an elliptical cylindrical structure, etc. A cooling circulation flow path 341 is arranged in the cooling part 34. By introducing cooling liquid into the cooling part 34, the cooling liquid circulates in the cooling circulation flow path 341 to cool the actuator 31.

[0084] On this basis, in order to seal the gap between the cooling member 34 and the inner wall surface of the insertion hole 311D, the stator assembly 301 further comprises a third sealing structure 35, as shown in FIG. 6. The third sealing structure 35 is arranged between the inner wall surface of the insertion hole 311D and the cooling member 34. That is, the cooling member 34 is arranged in the third sealing structure 35, and the third sealing structure 35 abuts against the cooling member 34 and the inner wall surface of the insertion hole 311D, respectively, so as to seal the gap between the cooling member 34 and the inner wall surface of the insertion hole 311D through the third sealing structure 35, thereby avoiding impurities from the outside into the insertion hole 311D, and protecting the connecting wire.

[0085] In some embodiments, the third sealing structure 35 comprises a third sealing ring. The third sealing ring is arranged between the inner wall surface of the insertion hole 311D and the cooling member 34. In other embodiments, the third sealing structure 35 can also be other structures capable of surrounding the cooling member 34, which are not limited in the present disclosure.

[0086] In some embodiments, a third annular clamping groove can be arranged on at least one of the outer peripheral surface of the cooling member 34 or the inner wall surface of the insertion hole 311D, and the third sealing structure 35 is clamped in the third annular clamping groove. For example, the third sealing ring is clamped in the third annular clamping groove. In this way, the third sealing structure 35 can be limited by the third annular clamping groove, so as to avoid sliding of the third sealing structure 35, thereby improving the sealing effect of the third sealing structure 35. It can be understood that the inner peripheral wall surface of the third sealing structure 35 is matched with the shape of the cooling member 34.

[0087] In some embodiments, in order to facilitate the cooling liquid to flow into the cooling member 34, a water inlet flow channel and a water outlet flow channel can be arranged in the connecting portion 322. As shown in FIG. 2, the inlet of the water inlet flow channel is connected to the cooling liquid through the water inlet pipe 323, and the outlet of the water outlet flow channel is connected to the water container through the water outlet pipe 324.

[0088] The outlet of the water inlet flow channel is communicated with the inlet of the cooling circulation flow path 341 in the cooling member 34, and the inlet of the water outlet flow channel is communicated with the outlet of the cooling circulation flow path 341 in the cooling member 34. In this way, the cooling liquid can enter the water inlet flow channel through the water inlet pipe 323, and then flow into the cooling circulation flow path 341 after flowing through the water inlet flow channel. The cooling liquid can exchange heat with the actuator 31 during flowing in the cooling circulation flow path 341, so as to cool the actuator 31. The cooling liquid flows out of the cooling circulation flow path 341, enters the water outlet flow channel, and then flows to the water container through the water outlet pipe 324.

[0089] In some embodiments, the connecting portion 322 comprises a cover plate and a connecting plate. The cover plate is connected with the insertion portion 321, and the water inlet flow channel and the water outlet flow channel are arranged in the cover plate. The connecting plate is in a cylindrical structure, and the connecting plate is connected to a side of the cover plate away from the insertion portion 321. The cooling member 34 is inserted into a space surrounded by the connecting plate at an end close to the insertion member 32. The cooling member 34 can be in interference fit with the connecting plate, or can be connected to the cover plate by bolts, screws or the like.

[0090] On this basis, the cover plate can further be provided with a wire passing hole, and the cooling member 34 can further be provided with a wire passing channel, and the connecting wire is sequentially arranged in the wire passing hole and the wire passing channel.

[0091] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 9, which is another perspective view of the suspension device in the vehicle 1000 shown in FIG. 1, the stator assembly 301 further comprises a top cover 36. The actuator 31 further comprises a fork arm 37 and a support member 38.

[0092] The top cover 36 is fixed opposite to the center assembly 311. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, the top cover 36 comprises a top plate 361 and a side wall plate 362. The side wall plate 362 is connected to a side of the top plate 361 and surrounds the top plate 361. In this way, the side wall plate 362 and the top plate 361 surround a containing space.

[0093] In some embodiments, the top cover 36 further comprises a sealing plate 363. The sealing plate 363 is annular and connected to an outer circumferential surface of the side wall plate 362. For example, the sealing plate 363 is connected to an end of the side wall plate 362 away from the top plate 361.

[0094] In some embodiments, the center member 311A is provided with a limiting portion 311E. For example, the limiting portion 311E is located on an outer circumferential surface of the center member 311A. Moreover, the limiting portion 311E is located on a side of the top plate 361 facing the side wall plate 362.

[0095] In some embodiments, the limiting portion 311E can be a limiting step, or can be a plurality of limiting protrusions arranged along the circumference of the center member 311A.

[0096] The center assembly 311 further comprises a mounting member 311F and a connecting member 311G. The mounting member 311F is mounted to an inner side of the side wall plate 362. The connecting member 311G is arranged at a side of the limiting portion 311E close to the top plate 361 and is spaced apart from the limiting portion 311E. The connecting member 311G is connected with the center member 311A, and the mounting member 311F is located between the connecting member 311G and the limiting portion 311E. The mounting member 311F is clamped by the connecting member 311G and the limiting portion 311E, so as to realize the connection between the mounting member 311F and the center member 311A, and thus realize the connection between the top cover 36 and the center assembly 311.

[0097] Through the above arrangement, when connecting the center component 311 with the top cover 36, only the mounting piece 311F needs to be mounted on the top cover 36, then the mounting piece 311F is placed on the limiting part 311E of the center piece 311A, and finally the connecting piece 311G is connected to the center piece 311A and pressed on the mounting piece 311F. In this way, compared with the connection mode through welding, fastener connection and the like, the connection process is simpler, so that the connection of the center component 311 and the top cover 36 can be facilitated.

[0098] In some embodiments, the connecting piece 311G can be a limiting sleeve. The limiting sleeve can be sleeved on the outside of the center piece 311A and is in interference fit with the center piece 311A. In other embodiments, the connecting piece 311G can be a limiting nut. The limiting nut is in threaded connection with the center piece 311A.

[0099] In some embodiments, the mounting piece 311F can be a mounting boss provided on the inner circumferential surface of the side wall 362 of the top cover 36. In other embodiments, as shown in FIG. 6, the mounting piece 311F includes a bushing 311M and a support ring 311N. The bushing 311M is in contact with the side wall 362. For example, the bushing 311M can be in abutment with the side wall 362. The bushing 311M can also be an integral structure with the side wall 362. The support ring 311N is connected with the bushing 311M. For example, the bushing 311M is also annular, and the inner circumferential surface of the bushing 311M is provided with an annular clamping groove, and the support ring 311N is clamped in the clamping groove. The center piece 311A is arranged in the support ring 311N, and the support ring 311N is located between the connecting piece 311G and the limiting part 311E.

[0100] The bushing 311M can be made of flexible materials such as rubber and plastic, and the bushing 311M has sealing performance. By connecting the bushing 311M with the side wall 362 and connecting the support ring 311N with the bushing 311M, the bushing 311M can seal between the side wall 362 and the support ring 311N, so as to avoid impurities passing through between the side wall 362 and the support ring 311N, thereby reducing the influence of impurities on the stator assembly 301 and the actuator 31.

[0101] In addition, the bushing 311M also has a certain hardness to support the support ring 311N.

[0102] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 6, the stator assembly 301 further comprises a ring-shaped baffle 310. The ring-shaped baffle 310 is arranged on the side of the mounting member 311F away from the top plate 361 and connected to the side wall 362. The ring-shaped baffle 310 encloses a first through-hole, i.e., the hole on the inner side of the ring-shaped baffle 310 is the first through-hole. The central member 311A penetrates the first through-hole. By arranging the ring-shaped baffle 310, the side wall 362 can be supported, thereby enhancing the structural strength of the side wall 362 and further improving the structural strength of the top cover 36. The baffle can be in contact with the side of the mounting member 311F away from the top plate 361 to support the mounting member 311F.

[0103] It can be understood that the central member 311A, the core 311B, the electromagnetic coil 313A, the top cover 36, the bushing 311M, the support ring 311N, the ring-shaped baffle 310, the plug 32, and the sealing assembly 320, etc. constitute the stator assembly 301 of the actuator 31. The top cover 36 is configured to be connected to the vehicle body 1.

[0104] In some embodiments, in order to facilitate the connection of the plug 32 and the central assembly 311, and facilitate the connection line to be arranged in the jack 311D of the central member 311A. As shown in FIG. 6, a gap is formed between the central assembly 311 and the top cover 36. That is, the central assembly 311 can penetrate the top cover 36, thereby facilitating the connection of the plug 32 and the top cover 36. For example, the top cover 36 is provided with a first mounting hole 364, which can be arranged on the top plate 361. One end of the central assembly 311 is accommodated in the first mounting hole 364. A gap is formed between the central assembly 311 and the inner wall surface of the first mounting hole 364. For example, part of the central member 311A is accommodated in the first mounting hole 364. A gap is formed between the central member 311A and the inner wall surface of the first mounting hole 364. In this way, the top cover 36 can avoid blocking the central assembly 311, thereby facilitating the connection of the plug 32 and the central member 311A through the first mounting hole 364, and facilitating the connection line to extend into the jack 311D of the central member 311A through the first mounting hole 364.

[0105] At this time, impurities from the outside are easy to enter the top cover 36 through the gap between the inner wall surface of the first mounting hole 364 and the central assembly 311, thereby affecting the connection structure in the top cover 36 and further affecting the stability of the actuator 31 during operation.

[0106] Based on this, as shown in FIG. 6, the stator assembly 301 further comprises a sealing assembly 320. The sealing assembly 320 is configured to seal the gap. For example, the sealing assembly 320 covers the first mounting hole 364 to seal the gap between the central assembly 311 and the top cover 36.

[0107] In some embodiments, the sealing assembly 320 comprises an inner edge and an outer edge, the inner edge is connected with the center assembly 311, and the outer edge is connected with the top cover 36. For example, the sealing assembly 320 is provided with a through hole 320A, that is, the inner edge of the sealing assembly 320 is annular, so as to surround the through hole 320A. The center assembly 311 is accommodated in the through hole 320A. In some embodiments, the connecting piece 311G is arranged in the first mounting hole 364, and the inner edge of the sealing assembly 320 is connected with the connecting piece 311G.

[0108] By arranging the sealing assembly 320, the sealing assembly 320 can seal the gap between the center assembly 311 and the inner wall surface of the first mounting hole 364 of the top cover 36, so as to avoid impurities from the gap between the center assembly 311 and the first mounting hole 364 of the top cover 36 entering the top cover 36, thereby avoiding the impurities from affecting the components in the top cover 36, such as the mounting piece 311F, so as to ensure the stability of the stator assembly 301 and the actuator 31 during operation.

[0109] In some embodiments, in order to facilitate the connection between the sealing assembly 320 and the connecting piece 311G, as shown in FIG. 7, which is an enlarged view of the structure at position D in FIG. 6, the connecting piece 311G is provided with a first clamping groove 311K. For example, the first clamping groove 311K is arranged on the limiting nut. The inner edge of the sealing assembly 320 is clamped in the first clamping groove 311K.

[0110] In some embodiments, the first clamping groove 311K is arranged on the outer peripheral wall surface of the limiting nut. The inner edge of the sealing assembly 320 is further provided with a first abutting protrusion 320B, which is located on one side of the sealing assembly 320 in the axial direction of the center rod and abuts against the outer peripheral wall surface of the limiting nut. In this way, the first abutting protrusion 320B can limit the sealing assembly 320, so as to facilitate the connection between the sealing assembly 320 and the limiting nut. Moreover, the abutting of the first abutting protrusion 320B and the outer peripheral wall surface of the limiting nut can also enhance the sealing effect of the connection between the sealing assembly 320 and the limiting nut.

[0111] In some embodiments, in order to facilitate the fixation of the sealing assembly 320 and the top cover 36, as shown in FIG. 7, the top cover 36 is provided with a second clamping groove 365. The outer edge of the sealing assembly 320 is clamped in the second clamping groove 365.

[0112] In some embodiments, the second clamping groove 365 is arranged on the inner circumferential wall surface of the top plate 361 of the top cover 36. The outer edge of the sealing assembly 320 is provided with a fixing plate 320C, a clamping protrusion 320D and a second abutting protrusion 320E. The clamping protrusion 320D is connected to the side of the fixing plate 320C away from the limiting nut, and is clamped in the second clamping groove 365. The second abutting protrusion 320E is connected to the side of the fixing plate 320C away from the limiting nut, and is located on the side of the top cover 36 away from the shell 312, and abuts against the top cover 36. In this way, the clamping protrusion 320D can be clamped in the second clamping groove 365, and the wall plate on the side of the second clamping groove 365 away from the shell 312 can be clamped between the clamping protrusion 320D and the second abutting protrusion 320E, thereby improving the clamping effect of the sealing assembly 320 and the top cover 36, and improving the sealing effect of the connection between the sealing assembly 320 and the top cover 36.

[0113] In some embodiments, during use of the actuator 31, the mounting piece 311F, the connecting piece 311G and the center piece 311A may

[0114] In some embodiments, the sealing assembly 320 can be made of elastic materials such as rubber, latex, etc. In this way, when the sealing assembly 320 is subjected to tension, the sealing assembly 320 can elastically deform, thereby avoiding damage to the sealing assembly 320.

[0115] In some embodiments, the sealing assembly 320 is in the shape of a ring-shaped corrugated plate, and the corrugated part of the sealing assembly extends in the circumferential direction of the first mounting hole 364. That is, the radial cross section of the sealing assembly 320 is corrugated, and the radial cross section passes through the axis of the sealing assembly 320.

[0116] At this time, the material of the sealing assembly 320 can include at least one of rubber, plastic, asbestos and metal. For example, the sealing assembly 320 can be made of elastic materials such as rubber material, latex material, etc., can be made of plastic material, asbestos material, etc., and can be made of metal material such as aluminum, iron, copper, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, etc. For example, part of the sealing assembly 320 can be made of rubber material, and another part can be made of plastic material.

[0117] Since the sealing assembly 320 is in the shape of a ring-shaped corrugated plate, when the sealing assembly 320 is subjected to tension, the sealing assembly 320 can stretch and contract, thereby avoiding damage to the sealing assembly 320.

[0118] In some embodiments, the fork arm 37 is connected with the housing 312. For example, the fork arm 37 is connected with the housing 312 at an end of the housing 312 away from the top cover 36.

[0119] In some embodiments, the fork arm 37 is connected with the housing 312 by a fastener such as a bolt, a screw, or the like.

[0120] In some embodiments, a portion of the fork arm 37 extends into the housing 312 so as to be limited by the housing 312, thereby facilitating the fastener to pass through the fork arm 37 and the housing 312. In this case, the guide rod 314 can be connected with the fork arm 37 or the housing 312.

[0121] In some embodiments, in order to avoid impurities from the outside entering the housing 312 through the gap between the fork arm 37 and the housing 312, thereby affecting the working performance of the driving assembly 313, as shown in FIG. 8 which is an enlarged view of the partial structure at circle E in FIG. 4, the actuator 31 further comprises a sealing pad 330 arranged between the fork arm 37 and the housing 312. The sealing pad 330 can seal the gap between the fork arm 37 and the housing 312, thereby avoiding impurities from the outside entering the housing 312 through the gap between the fork arm 37 and the housing 312.

[0122] In some embodiments, the sealing pad 330 is annular, and is arranged between a side surface of the housing 312 close to the fork arm 37 and a side surface of the fork arm 37 close to the housing 312. After the fork arm 37 and the housing 312 are connected by the fastener, the fork arm 37 and the housing 312 can press the sealing pad 330, thereby sealing the gap between the fork arm 37 and the housing 312 by the sealing pad 330.

[0123] One of the top cover 36 and the fork arm 37 is connected with the vehicle body 1, and the other of the top cover 36 and the fork arm 37 is connected with the vehicle wheel 2. That is, if the top cover 36 is connected with the vehicle body 1, then the fork arm 37 is connected with the vehicle wheel 2; if the top cover 36 is connected with the vehicle wheel 2, then the fork arm 37 is connected with the vehicle body 1.

[0124] As shown in FIG. 4, the peripheral wall surface of the housing 312 has a support portion 312E. For example, the support portion 312E can be a support step, or a plurality of support protrusions arranged at intervals along the circumference of the housing 312.

[0125] The support member 38 is located at a side of the top cover 36 close to the housing 312, and is connected with the top cover 36. For example, the support member 38 can abut against the top cover 36, or can be connected with the top cover 36 by clamping, screwing, or the like. The elastic element 39 is arranged between the support member 38 and the support portion 312E. For example, the elastic element 39 abuts against the support member 38 and the support portion 312E, respectively.

[0126] Through the above arrangement, when the vehicle 1000 travels to a rough or curved road section, the center assembly 311 and the shell 312 can be driven to move relative to each other by the driving assembly 313, so that the support 38 and the support portion 312E move relative to each other, and then the deformation amount of the elastic element 39 is adjusted to adjust the buffering performance of the elastic element 39, so that the buffering performance of the elastic element 39 matches the needs of the vehicle 1000, improves the buffering effect on the vehicle 1000, and improves the experience effect of the driver and passenger.

[0127] In some embodiments, the support 38 is provided with a second through hole. The axial direction of the second through hole is consistent with the axial direction of the actuator 31.

[0128] In some embodiments, the support 38 is annular. The center assembly 311 is arranged in the support 38.

[0129] In some embodiments, the support 38 includes an annular abutting plate 381 and an annular limiting plate 382. The abutting plate 381 abuts between the elastic element 39 and the top cover 36. The limiting plate 382 is connected to the side of the abutting plate 381 away from the top cover 36 and located on the side of the elastic element 39 close to the center assembly 311. The elastic element 39 can be in contact with the outer circumferential surface of the limiting plate 382 during installation, so that the limiting plate 382 limits the elastic element 39, thereby avoiding the elastic element 39 from deviating in the radial direction of the shell 312, and improving the stability of the elastic element 39.

[0130] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of grooves 381A are arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the abutting plate 381. The plurality of grooves 381A are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the abutting plate 381. By arranging a plurality of grooves 381A on the outer circumferential surface of the abutting plate 381, the weight of the abutting plate 381 can be reduced, so as to facilitate the lightweight design of the abutting plate 381.

[0131] In some embodiments, the elastic element 39 can be a cylindrical elastic element 39 made of an elastic material such as rubber or latex. At this time, the elastic element 39 can be sleeved on the outside of the shell 312. The elastic element 39 can also include a plurality of elastic columns made of an elastic material such as rubber or latex. At this time, the plurality of elastic columns are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the shell 312.

[0132] In other embodiments, the elastic element 39 can be a spring, and the spring is sleeved on the outside of the shell 312.

[0133] When the elastic element 39 is a spring, the abutting plate 381 can be in a spiral structure, and the spiral direction of the abutting plate 381 is consistent with the spiral direction of the spring. In this way, after the spring abuts against the abutting plate 381, the coil of the spring close to the abutting plate 381 can be in full contact with the abutting plate 381, thereby increasing the contact area between the spring and the abutting plate 381 and improving the supporting effect of the supporting piece 38 on the spring.

[0134] In addition, the supporting part 312E can also be in a spiral structure, and the spiral direction of the supporting part 312E is consistent with the spiral direction of the spring. In this way, after the spring abuts against the supporting part 312E, the coil of the spring close to the supporting part 312E can be in full contact with the supporting part 312E, thereby increasing the contact area between the spring and the supporting part 312E and improving the supporting effect of the supporting part 312E on the spring.

[0135] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 6, a first mounting pad 383 is further arranged between the spring and the supporting piece 38. The first mounting pad 383 can be made of flexible materials such as rubber and plastic, so as to buffer the spring and the supporting piece 38, thereby avoiding large abrasion between the spring and the supporting piece 38 during elastic deformation of the spring. The first mounting pad 383 can also be in a spiral structure, and the spiral direction of the first mounting pad 383 is consistent with the spiral direction of the spring.

[0136] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 4, a second mounting pad 312F is further arranged between the spring and the supporting part 312E. The second mounting pad 312F can be made of flexible materials such as rubber and plastic, so as to buffer the spring and the supporting part 312E, thereby avoiding large abrasion between the spring and the supporting part 312E during elastic deformation of the spring. The second mounting pad 312F can also be in a spiral structure, and the spiral direction of the second mounting pad 312F is consistent with the spiral direction of the spring.

[0137] In some embodiments, since the central piece 311A extends into the shell 312 from the connecting hole 312D on the first end plate 312A of the shell 312, dust, water, oil and other impurities in the external environment can enter the gap between the inner wall surface of the connecting hole 312D and the central piece 311A, thereby affecting the stability of the relative sliding between the central piece 311A and the shell 312, and the impurities can also enter the shell 312 through the gap between the inner wall surface of the connecting hole 312D and the central piece 311A, thereby affecting the working performance of the driving assembly 313 arranged in the shell 312.

[0138] In order to avoid the above-mentioned situation, the actuator 31 further comprises a dustproof sleeve 340, as shown in Fig. 3. The dustproof sleeve 340 is sleeved on the outside of the shell 312, and the first end of the dustproof sleeve 340 is connected with the support 38, and the second end of the dustproof sleeve 340 is connected with the shell 312, as shown in Fig. 4. By means of the dustproof sleeve 340, impurities can be isolated outside the dustproof sleeve 340, and the connecting hole 312D of the first end plate 312A is located inside the dustproof sleeve 340, so that the impurities can be prevented from entering the gap between the inner wall surface of the connecting hole 312D and the center piece 311A, and the impurities can be prevented from entering the shell 312 through the gap between the inner wall surface of the connecting hole 312D and the center piece 311A, thereby making the relative sliding between the center piece 311A and the shell 312 more smooth and stable, and ensuring the working performance of the driving assembly 313.

[0139] During the operation of the actuator 31, the shell 312 will slide relative to the center piece 311A and the support 38, thereby generating a pulling force or an extrusion force on the dustproof sleeve 340. In order to avoid damage to the dustproof sleeve 340 due to the pulling force or the extrusion force, the dustproof sleeve 340 can be made to be able to stretch and contract along the axial direction of the shell 312.

[0140] In some embodiments, the dustproof sleeve 340 can be made of elastic materials such as rubber, latex, etc. In this way, when the shell 312 slides relative to the center piece 311A and the support 38, the dustproof sleeve 340 can be elastically deformed under stress, thereby avoiding damage to the dustproof sleeve 340.

[0141] In some embodiments, the dustproof sleeve 340 has a bellows structure. At this time, the dustproof sleeve 340 can be made of elastic materials such as rubber, latex, etc., or can be made of plastic, asbestos, etc., or can be made of metal materials such as aluminum, iron, copper, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, etc. Since the dustproof sleeve 340 has a bellows structure, when the shell 312 slides relative to the center piece 311A and the support 38, the dustproof sleeve 340 can stretch and contract accordingly, thereby avoiding damage to the dustproof sleeve 340.

[0142] In some embodiments, a spring is sleeved on the outside of the dustproof sleeve 340.

[0143] In some embodiments, one end of the dustproof sleeve 340 close to the top cover 36 is sleeved on the outside of the limiting plate 382 of the support 38, and is fixed on the limiting plate 382 of the support 38 by means of a clamp.

[0144] In some embodiments, one end of the dustproof sleeve 340 away from the top cover 36 is sleeved on the outside of the shell 312, and is fixed on the shell 312 by means of a clamp.

[0145] In some embodiments, since the support 38 abuts against the top cover 36, the dustproof sleeve 340 is connected to the support 38 at one end close to the top cover 36, and thus impurities from the outside can also enter the dustproof sleeve 340 from the gap between the support 38 and the top cover 36, and then enter the gap between the inner wall surface of the connecting hole 312D and the center piece 311A, and the shell 312.

[0146] In order to avoid dust from entering the dustproof sleeve 340 from the gap between the support 38 and the top cover 36, as shown in FIG. 6, the actuator 31 further comprises a fourth sealing structure 350. The fourth sealing structure 350 is arranged between the support 38 and the top cover 36, and the center assembly 311 passes through the second through hole. In some embodiments, the axis of the fourth sealing structure 350 coincides with the axis of the second through hole.

[0147] In this way, the gap between the support 38 and the top cover 36 can be sealed by the fourth sealing structure 350, so that impurities from the outside can be prevented from entering the dustproof sleeve 340 from the gap between the support 38 and the top cover 36, and then entering the gap between the inner wall surface of the connecting hole 312D and the center piece 311A, and the shell 312.

[0148] In some embodiments, the fourth sealing structure 350 comprises a fourth sealing ring. The fourth sealing ring is arranged between the support 38 and the top cover 36. In other embodiments, the fourth sealing structure 350 can also be other structures that can surround the center piece 311A, which are not limited in the present disclosure.

[0149] In some embodiments, at least one of the side surface of the top cover 36 close to the support 38 or the side surface of the support 38 close to the top cover 36 can be provided with a fourth annular clamping groove, and the fourth sealing structure 350 is clamped in the fourth annular clamping groove. For example, the fourth sealing ring is clamped in the fourth annular clamping groove. In this way, the fourth sealing structure 350 can be limited by the fourth annular clamping groove to avoid sliding, so as to improve the sealing effect of the fourth sealing structure 350.

[0150] For example, the fourth sealing structure 350 is arranged between the abutting plate 381 of the support 38 and the sealing plate 363 of the top cover 36. Correspondingly, the fourth annular clamping groove is arranged on at least one of the side surface of the abutting plate 381 close to the sealing plate 363 or the side surface of the sealing plate 363 close to the abutting plate 381.

[0151] In some embodiments, impurities from the outside world can also enter the inside of the dustproof sleeve 340 from the gap between the connecting piece 311G and the center piece 311A, and the gap between the mounting piece 311F and the center piece 311A, and then enter the shell 312 through the gap between the center piece 311A and the inner wall surface of the connecting hole 312D, thereby affecting the working performance of the driving assembly 313.

[0152] Based on this, as shown in FIG. 6, the mounting piece 311F is provided with a second mounting hole 311L, and the center piece 311A is arranged in the second mounting hole 311L. That is, the mounting piece 311F is annular, and the space surrounded by the mounting piece 311F forms the second mounting hole 311L. For example, the inner circumferential surface of the support ring 311N defines the second mounting hole 311L.

[0153] In some embodiments, the stator assembly 301 further comprises a first sealing structure 360. The first sealing structure 360 is arranged between the inner wall surface of the second mounting hole 311L and the center piece 311A. In this way, the gap between the inner wall surface of the second mounting hole 311L and the center piece 311A can be sealed by the first sealing structure 360, thereby avoiding impurities from entering the inside of the dustproof sleeve 340 through the gap between the mounting piece 311F and the center piece 311A, and further avoiding impurities from entering the shell 312 through the gap between the center piece 311A and the inner wall surface of the connecting hole 312D, so as to ensure the working performance of the driving assembly 313.

[0154] In some embodiments, the first sealing structure 360 comprises a first sealing ring. The first sealing ring is arranged between the inner wall surface of the second mounting hole 311L and the center piece 311A. In other embodiments, the first sealing structure 360 can also be other structures capable of surrounding the center piece 311A, which are not limited in the present disclosure.

[0155] In some embodiments, the first sealing structure 360 is arranged between the inner wall surface of the support ring 311N and the center piece 311A. For example, the first sealing ring is arranged between the inner wall surface of the support ring 311N and the center piece 311A.

[0156] In some embodiments, at least one of the inner wall surface of the second mounting hole 311L or the outer circumferential surface of the center piece 311A can be provided with a first annular clamping groove, and the first sealing structure 360 is clamped in the first annular clamping groove. For example, the first sealing ring is clamped in the first annular clamping groove. In this way, the first sealing structure 360 can be limited by the first annular clamping groove to avoid sliding, thereby improving the sealing effect of the first sealing structure 360.

[0157] The above merely describes specific embodiments of the present disclosure, but the protection scope of the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily think of changes or replacements within the technical scope disclosed by the present disclosure, which should be covered within the protection scope of the present disclosure. Therefore, the protection scope of the present disclosure should be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
