Method for removing tar from synthesis gas obtained from gasification of organic solid waste, and use thereof

By using nickel-modified lanthanum ferrite LaNixFe1-xO3-λ oxygen carrier, the problems of catalyst blockage and deactivation caused by partial oxidation of tar in chemical looping gasification technology were solved, achieving efficient conversion of tar into hydrogen and carbon monoxide, and improving the yield and quality of syngas.

Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of the treatment of organic solid waste, and specifically discloses a method for removing tar from a synthesis gas obtained from the gasification of organic solid waste, and the use thereof. The method comprises: conveying a synthesis gas containing a tar component to a de-coking reactor, wherein the de-coking reactor is loaded with an oxygen carrier LaNixFe1-xO3-λ; and subjecting the tar component and lattice oxygen in the oxygen carrier to partial oxidization, so as to remove the tar component from the synthesis gas, wherein x ranges from 0.01-0.1, and λ satisfies 2≤3-λ≤3. The method of the present application can avoid the problems of bed clogging and catalyst deactivation caused by the generation of a large amount of carbon deposits. The nickel-modified lanthanum ferrite oxygen carrier used in the present application can realize the directed conversion of the tar component in the synthesis gas, improve the quality of the synthesis gas, and also prevent the problem of a complete oxidation reaction of a conventional oxygen carrier with the synthesis gas.
