[0072] The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a clip cartridge and a clip applier. The clip cartridge includes a cartridge body, a clip, a support member and a driving member. The cartridge body includes a clip cavity, the clip cavity includes a clip feed channel. The clip feed channel includes an entrance and an exit, the entrance points to the exit along a first direction. The support member includes a receiving slot extending along the first direction, the receiving slot is configured to receive a clip. The support member is movably disposed in the clip cavity along a second direction, the second direction intersects the first direction. The support member has a clip feed position, the support member is configured to locate at the clip feed position such that the receiving slot is located in the clip feed channel. The driving member is configured to drive the support member to move along the second direction such that the support member reaches the clip feed position. Thus, the support member can ensure the stability of the clip movement, the accuracy and consistency of the posture, and ensure the stability and accuracy of the clip out of the cartridge.
[0073] In the following, the clip cartridge and the clip applier provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0074] The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a clip bin. Fig. 1 is a structural schematic diagram of a clip bin according to the embodiment of the present disclosure; Fig. 2 is a structural schematic diagram of the clip bin shown in Fig. 1 from another perspective; Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a partial structure of the clip bin shown in Fig. 1; Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of the partial structure of the clip bin shown in Fig. 3 from another perspective; Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a partial structure of the clip bin shown in Fig. 1 when a clip is hidden; and Fig. 6 is a structural schematic diagram of the clip bin shown in Fig. 1 when a supporting member is located at a clip feeding position.
[0075] As shown in Figs. 1-6, the clip bin 100 comprises a bin body 110, a clip 120, a supporting member 130 and a driving member 140. The bin body 110 comprises a clip cavity 111, and the clip cavity 111 comprises a clip feeding channel 1110. The clip feeding channel 1110 comprises an inlet 1110a and an outlet 1110b, and the inlet 1110a is directed to the outlet 1110b along a first direction X. The supporting member 130 comprises a receiving groove 131 extending along the first direction X. Fig. 5 schematically shows that the supporting member 130 comprises two receiving grooves 131, and the embodiment of the present disclosure does not limit the number of the receiving grooves 131. The receiving groove 131 accommodates a clip 120. The supporting member 130 is movably arranged in the clip cavity 111 along a second direction Y intersecting the first direction X. For example, the second direction Y is perpendicular to the first direction X. The supporting member 130 has a clip feeding position P1, and the supporting member 130 is configured to be located at the clip feeding position P1 so that the receiving groove 131 is located in the clip feeding channel 1110. The driving member 140 is configured to drive the supporting member 130 to move along the second direction Y so that the supporting member 130 reaches the clip feeding position P1.
[0076] In the clip bin 100 provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure, the accommodation groove 131 of the support 130 can accommodate the clip 120, and the support 130 can be moved to the clip feeding position P1 in the second direction Y under the action of the driving member 140, so that the clip 120 in the accommodation groove 131 is located in the clip feeding channel 1110. The clip 120 located in the clip feeding channel can be driven to be output from the outlet 1110b in the first direction X and to be operated subsequently. The accommodation groove 131 of the support 130 not only facilitates the assembly of the clip 120 into the clip bin 100, but also better limits the clip 120, so as to ensure the position and posture of the clip 120. For example, the accommodation groove 131 of the support 130 can ensure that the clip 120 is in the designed position, so as to avoid twisting or tilting. For example, under the action of the driving member 140, the clip 120 located in the accommodation groove 131 can be synchronously moved with the support 130, and the support 130 can keep the posture of the clip 120 located in the accommodation groove 131 unchanged, so as to ensure the stability of the movement of the clip 120, the accuracy and consistency of the posture. In addition, when the support 130 is located at the clip feeding position P1, the support 130 can also ensure the stability of the movement of the clip 120 located in the accommodation groove 131 of the clip feeding channel 1110 in the first direction X, the accuracy and consistency of the posture.
[0077] In some examples, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the support 130 also has an initial clip feeding position P0, and when the support 130 is located at the initial clip feeding position P0, the clip feeding channel 1110 accommodates a clip 120. Therefore, the number of clips 120 in the clip bin 100 can be increased as much as possible, and the space utilization of the clip bin 100 can be improved. In FIG. 3, the clip 120 accommodated in the clip feeding channel 1110 of the support 130 when the support 130 is located at the initial clip feeding position P0 is located outside the support 130, and the clip 120 is not located in the accommodation groove 131. The embodiments of the present disclosure do not limit this, and the clip 120 accommodated in the clip feeding channel 1110 of the support 130 when the support 130 is located at the initial clip feeding position P0 can be located in the accommodation groove 131 or outside the accommodation groove 131, which can be selected according to requirements.
[0078] In some examples, as shown in FIGS. 1-3, when the support 130 is located at the initial feeding position P0, the support 130 is located at the first side S1 of the feeding passage 1110 and avoids the feeding passage 1110. That is, the initial feeding position P0 of the support 130 is located at the first side S1 of the feeding passage 1110 and avoids the feeding passage 1110. When the support 130 is located at the initial feeding position P0, the clips 120 accommodated in the feeding passage 1110 are located outside the support frame and not in the accommodation grooves 131. On the premise of being able to accommodate more clips 120, the size of the support 130 can be reduced, the space occupied by the support 130 in the clip storage 100 is reduced, and the clip storage 100 has a smaller size. For example, the clip storage 100 with a smaller size can be suitable for more severe use environments. For example, the number of clips 120 in the clip storage 100 is N, and the number of accommodation grooves 131 of the support 130 is M, N is greater than M. For example, M = N-1. For example, M can be 2, and N can be 3. Of course, the specific values of M and N are not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and can be designed according to requirements.
[0079] In some examples, as shown in FIGS. 1-6, the driving member 140 is configured to drive the support 130 to move in the second direction Y so that the support 130 moves from the initial feeding position P0 to the feeding position P1. The movement of the support 130 in the second direction Y from the initial feeding position P0 to the feeding position P1 can be achieved by the driving member 140, so that the clips 120 located in the accommodation grooves 131 can be fed into the feeding passage 1110. The form and structure of the driving member 140 are not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and can be designed according to requirements.
[0080] FIG. 7 is a top view of a part of the structure of the clip storage shown in FIG. 1, when the support is located at the initial feeding position; FIG. 8 is a top view of a part of the structure of the clip storage shown in FIG. 1, when the support is located at the first feeding position; FIG. 9 is a top view of a part of the structure of the clip storage shown in FIG. 1, when the support is located at the second feeding position; and FIG. 10 is a top view of a part of the structure of the clip storage shown in FIG. 1, after all the clips are fed out.
[0081] In some examples, as shown in FIGS. 5-10, the support 130 includes at least two receiving slots 131 arranged along the second direction Y, and the support 130 has at least two feeding positions P1 arranged along the second direction Y. The driving member 140 is configured to drive the support 130 to move along the second direction Y, so that the support 130 reaches a feeding position P1 each time, and one of the receiving slots 131 reaches the feeding passage 1110. The support 130 includes at least two receiving slots 131, can accommodate at least two clips 120, and can have at least two feeding positions P1. The driving member 140 can sequentially feed the clips 120 in the receiving slots 131 to the feeding passage 1110 through the driving member 140. Thus, the support 130 can store at least two clips 120, realize the continuity of feeding, ensure the continuity of work, and improve the efficiency of work.
[0082] In some examples, as shown in FIGS. 5-9, the at least two feeding positions P1 include a first feeding position P11 and a second feeding position P12. The at least two receiving slots 131 are sequentially arranged adjacent to each other along the second direction Y, and the adjacent two receiving slots 131 include a first receiving slot 1311 and a second receiving slot 1312. The second receiving slot 1312 is arranged along the second direction Y with the first receiving slot 1311. For example, the clip store 100 includes three clips 120, and the three clips 120 include a first clip 1201, a second clip 1202, and a third clip 1203 arranged sequentially along the second direction Y.
[0083] In some examples, as shown in FIG. 8, when the support 130 is at the first feeding position P11, the first receiving slot 1311 is located in the feeding passage 1110, and the second receiving slot 1312 is located at the first side S1 of the feeding passage 1110. The first receiving slot 1311 accommodates the second clip 1202, so that the second clip 1202 is located in the feeding passage 1110. For example, under the action of the feeding mechanism 211 (see below), the second clip 1202 is output from the outlet 1110b of the feeding passage 1110. For example, after the second clip 1202 is output from the outlet 1110b, the driving member 140 is configured to drive the support 130 to move along the second direction Y so that the support 130 moves from the first feeding position P11 to the second feeding position P12 shown in FIG. 9.
[0084] In some examples, as shown in FIG. 9, when the support 130 is in the second clamping position P12, the second accommodating groove 1312 is located in the clamping passage 1110, and the first accommodating groove 1311 is located in the second side S2 of the clamping passage 1110 opposite to the first side S1. The second accommodating groove 1312 accommodates the third clip 1203, so that the third clip 1203 is located in the clamping passage 1110. For example, under the action of the clamping mechanism 211 (see below), the third clip 1203 is output from the outlet 1110b of the clamping passage 1110. For example, when the support 130 is in the second clamping position P12, the support 130 can abut against the side wall of the cartridge body 110, and the side wall of the cartridge body 110 can limit the support 130 from moving in the second direction Y under the action of the driving member 140.
[0085] In some examples, as shown in FIG. 10, after the third clip 1203 is output from the outlet 1110b, the support 130 abuts against the side wall of the cartridge body 110, and the side wall of the cartridge body 110 can limit the support 130 from moving in the second direction Y under the action of the driving member 140, so that the support 130 can remain in position after the third clip 1203 is output. For example, the support 130 can be located in the cartridge body 110, and the support 130 will not protrude out of the cartridge body 110 after the third clip 1203 is output, so that the space occupied by the clamping cartridge 100 during use can be kept unchanged.
[0086] It should be noted that in other embodiments, the support 130 can further include more accommodating grooves 131. For example, the support 130 includes N accommodating grooves 131, and N is greater than 2. The “two adjacent accommodating grooves 131 include the first accommodating groove 1311 and the second accommodating groove 1312, and the second accommodating groove 1312 is located in the second direction Y from the first accommodating groove 1311” means that in the N accommodating grooves 131, any two adjacent accommodating grooves 131 satisfy: including the first accommodating groove 1311 and the second accommodating groove 1312, and the second accommodating groove 1312 is located in the second direction Y from the first accommodating groove 1311. When the first accommodating groove 1311 is located in the clamping passage 1110, the second accommodating groove 1312 is located in the first side S1 of the clamping passage 1110. When the second accommodating groove 1312 is located in the clamping passage 1110, the first accommodating groove 1311 is located in the second side S2 of the clamping passage 1110.
[0087] In some examples, as shown in FIG. 7, the support 130 further has an initial feeding position P0, when the support 130 is located at the initial feeding position P0, the first clip 1201 is located outside the support 130 and in the feeding channel 1110. For example, under the action of the feeding mechanism 211 (see below), the first clip 1201 is output from the outlet 1110b of the feeding channel 1110. For example, after the first clip 1201 is output from the outlet 1110b, the driving member 140 (for example, the first elastic element 141) is configured to drive the support 130 to move in the second direction Y to move the support 130 from the initial feeding position P0 to the first feeding position P11.
[0088] By locating the support 130 at the initial feeding position P0, the first feeding position P11 and the second feeding position P12 respectively, the clips 120 in the clip magazine 100, for example, the first clip 1201, the second clip 1202 and the third clip 1203, can be sequentially fed to the feeding channel 1110, ensuring that the clips 120 in the clip magazine 100 are sequentially output from the clip magazine 100.
[0089] FIG. 11 is a schematic diagram of part of the structure of the clip magazine shown in FIG. 1. As shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 11, the clip cavity 111 further comprises a storage space 1111 and an avoidance space 1112. The storage space 1111 is located at the first side S1 of the feeding channel 1110. The avoidance space 1112 is located at the second side S2 of the feeding channel 1110. As shown in FIGS. 7 to 11, when the support 130 is at the first feeding position P11, part of the support 130 is located in the storage space 1111. When the support 130 is at the second feeding position P12, part of the support 130 is located in the avoidance space 1112. Thus, the support 130 can move along the second direction Y and can be at different feeding positions P1 to sequentially feed the clips 120 to the feeding channel 1110.
[0090] FIG. 12 is a schematic diagram of a structure of the support shown in FIG. 1. As shown in FIGS. 3, 5, 7 and 12, the support 130 comprises at least two support walls 132 arranged along the second direction Y. The receiving groove 131 is located between two adjacent support walls 132, and the receiving groove 131 accommodates part of the clip 120. The support 130 is shown schematically as comprising three support walls 132, which define two receiving grooves 131. Thus, the support wall 132 can limit the clip 120 located in the receiving groove 131, ensuring the stability and consistency of the posture of the clip 120. In addition, the receiving groove 131 only accommodates part of the clip 120, which facilitates the structural design of the support 130, simplifies the design, reduces the weight of the support 130, can improve the space utilization of the clip cavity 111, and reduce the size of the clip magazine 110.
[0091] In some examples, as shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 5 and FIG. 12, the support 130 comprises a support limiting groove 133 on the support wall 132, the support limiting groove 133 accommodates a part of the clip 120 to limit the clip 120 in the first direction X. When the clip 120 is located in the clip feeding channel 1110, the support limiting groove 133 can limit the clip 120 in the first direction X, avoid the clip 120 moving or shaking in the first direction X in the clip feeding channel 1110, avoid the clip 120 falling off from the entrance 1110a or the exit 1110b of the clip feeding channel 1110 in the first direction X, and affect the subsequent operation. For example, after the clip 120 is located in the clip feeding channel 1110, the feeding mechanism 211 (see below) applies a force to the clip 120 to output the clip 120 from the exit 1110b of the clip feeding channel 1110. Before the feeding mechanism 211 applies the force to the clip 120, the support limiting groove 133 can limit the clip 120 in the first direction X when the clip 120 is located in the clip feeding channel 1110, to avoid the risk of the clip 120 moving or falling off. For example, when the feeding mechanism 211 (see below) applies a force to the clip 120, under the action of the force, the part of the clip 120 located in the support limiting groove 133 can be out of the support limiting groove 133. In addition, the support limiting groove 133 can also assist workers in assembling the clip 120 to ensure that the clip 120 is assembled in place.
[0092] In some examples, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 12, the support 130 further comprises a support bottom plate 134, the support wall 132 is arranged on the support bottom plate 134, the support wall 132 comprises a wall top surface 1321 arranged opposite to the support bottom plate 134, and the support limiting groove 133 is recessed into the support wall 132 from the wall top surface 1321 towards the support bottom plate 134. By arranging the support limiting groove 133 on the wall top surface 1321, the clip 120 can be limited in the first direction X, and the clip 120 can be facilitated to be out of the support limiting groove 133 when subjected to a force, to avoid the support limiting groove 133 affecting the ejection of the clip 120.
[0093] FIG. 13 is a structural schematic view of the clip shown in FIG. 1. As shown in FIG. 13, the clip 120 comprises a clip body 121 and an end protrusion 122 connected to an end of the clip body 121, the end protrusion 122 protrudes from the clip body 121 in the second direction Y. As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 13, a part of the end protrusion 122 of the clip 120 is located in the support limiting groove 133. Thus, the clip 120 can be facilitated to be out of the support limiting groove 133 when subjected to a force, to avoid the support limiting groove 133 affecting the ejection of the clip 120.
[0094] In some examples, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 5, the support limiting groove 133 is located at one side of the support wall 132 close to the entrance 1110a of the feeding channel 1110. Thus, when the feeding mechanism 211 (see below) applies a force to the clip 120, the part of the clip 120 located in the support limiting groove 133 can be more easily taken out of the support limiting groove 133.
[0095] FIG. 14 is a sectional view of FIG. 7 along the cutting line EE. As shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 4, FIG. 7 to FIG. 11 and FIG. 14, the support 130 comprises a support bottom plate 134, and the cartridge body 110 comprises a cartridge body bottom plate 112, and the support bottom plate 134 is movably arranged on the cartridge body bottom plate 112. Thus, the support 130 can be moved along the second direction Y with the cartridge body bottom plate 112 as the support, ensuring the stability and reliability of the movement of the support 130.
[0096] In some examples, as shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 4, FIG. 7 to FIG. 11 and FIG. 14, one of the support bottom plate 134 and the cartridge body bottom plate 112 is provided with a bottom plate protrusion 1121, and the other is provided with a bottom plate groove 1341, and the bottom plate protrusion 1121 is in sliding fit with the bottom plate groove 1341 along the second direction Y. Through the sliding fit of the bottom plate protrusion 1121 and the bottom plate groove 1341, the movement of the support 130 along the second direction Y can be limited, ensuring that it can move along the second direction Y and avoiding deviation. The cartridge body bottom plate 112 is provided with the bottom plate protrusion 1121, and the support bottom plate 134 is provided with the bottom plate groove 1341, which is shown in the figure. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, for example, the reverse can also be true, which will not be repeated here.
[0097] In some examples, as shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 4, FIG. 7 to FIG. 11 and FIG. 14, the shape of the cross section of the bottom plate protrusion 1121 and the bottom plate groove 1341 along the second direction Y comprises a V shape. For example, the included angle θ1 of the V shape is greater than or equal to 90 degrees. For example, the included angle θ1 of the V shape can be 100 degrees, 110 degrees, 120 degrees, 130 degrees, 140 degrees, 150 degrees, 160 degrees, etc. The greater the included angle θ1 of the V shape, the greater the contact area of the bottom plate protrusion 1121 and the bottom plate groove 1341, which can not only make the sliding fit between the support bottom plate 134 and the cartridge body bottom plate 112 and the guidance of the support bottom plate 134 more stable and reliable, but also avoid the jamming of the relative movement of the support bottom plate 134 and the cartridge body bottom plate 112. However, the present disclosure does not limit the shape of the cross section, which can be designed according to the needs.
[0098] In some examples, as shown in FIGS. 1-4, one of the support base plate 134 and the cartridge body bottom plate 112 is provided with a limiting protrusion 1342, and the other is provided with a limiting opening 1122, the limiting protrusion 1342 is at least partially located in the limiting opening 1122 and is in sliding fit with the limiting opening 1122 along the second direction Y. Through the sliding fit of the limiting protrusion 1342 and the limiting opening 1122, the movement of the support member 130 along the second direction Y can be limited, and the movement along the second direction Y can be ensured, and deviation can be avoided. Moreover, the limiting opening 1122 can also limit the displacement of the limiting protrusion 1342 along the second direction Y, and the accuracy of the relative movement of the support base plate 134 relative to the cartridge body bottom plate 112 can be ensured. The cartridge body bottom plate 112 is provided with a limiting opening 1122, and the support base plate 134 is provided with a limiting protrusion 1342, which is shown in the figure. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, for example, the limiting protrusion 1342 can be provided on the cartridge body bottom plate 112, and the limiting opening 1122 can be provided on the support base plate 134, which will not be described one by one.
[0099] In some examples, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the support member 130 includes at least two accommodating grooves 131 arranged along the second direction Y, and the at least two accommodating grooves 131 include a last accommodating groove 1314. The drive member 140 drives the support member 130 to move along the second direction Y to make the support member 130 reach the clamping position P1, and when the support member 130 is located at the clamping position P1, the accommodating groove 131 is located in the clamping passage 1110. When the support member 130 includes at least two accommodating grooves 131, the last accommodating groove 1314 is the last accommodating groove 131 of the support member 130 located in the clamping passage 1110. When the last accommodating groove 1314 is located in the clamping passage 1110, the limiting protrusion 1342 is located at the end of the limiting opening 1122 along the second direction Y. Thus, the limiting opening 1122 can limit the final position of the support member 130 along the second direction Y, and the accuracy of the movement of the support member 130 along the second direction Y can be ensured.
[0100] In some examples, as shown in FIGS. 1-4, the support base plate 134 of the support member 130 is provided with two limiting protrusions 1342 arranged along the first direction X, and the support base plate 134 is provided with a base plate groove 1341, and the two limiting protrusions 1342 are located on both sides of the base plate groove 1341. For example, the cartridge body bottom plate 112 is provided with two limiting openings 1122 arranged along the first direction X, and the cartridge body bottom plate 112 is provided with a bottom plate protrusion 1121, and the two limiting openings 1122 are located on both sides of the bottom plate protrusion 1121. Through the cooperation of the limiting protrusions 1342 and the limiting openings 1122, and the cooperation of the base plate groove 1341 and the bottom plate protrusion 1121, the movement of the support member 130 can be ensured, and the stable and reliable movement of the clamping member 120 to the clamping passage 1110 can be ensured.
[0101] In some examples, as shown in FIGS. 3, 4, 11 and 12, the support 130 further comprises a support top surface 135 opposite to the support bottom plate 134, and the cartridge body 110 further comprises a cartridge body top surface 113 opposite to the cartridge body bottom plate 112, and the support top surface 135 abuts against the cartridge body top surface 113. The abutment between the support top surface 135 and the cartridge body top surface 113 can limit the displacement of the support 130 in the third direction Z, avoid the support 130 from shaking in the third direction Z, and further ensure the stability and reliability of the movement of the support 130. The third direction Z is perpendicular to both the first direction X and the second direction Y. The specific structure of the support top surface 135 and the cartridge body top surface 113 is not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure. For example, one of the support top surface 135 and the cartridge body top surface 113 can be provided with a guide protrusion, and the other can be provided with a guide groove. The sliding fit between the guide protrusion and the guide groove can not only limit the displacement of the support 130 in the third direction Z, but also further play a guiding role, which will not be described here in detail.
[0102] In some examples, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, 7 to 9, the clip cartridge 100 comprises at least two clips 120, including an outer slot clip 120e and an inner slot clip 120i. When the support 130 is located at the initial clip feeding position P0, the outer slot clip 120e is located outside the support 130, and at least part of the inner slot clip 120i is located inside the accommodating slot 131. For example, when the support 130 is at the initial clip feeding position P0, the outer slot clip 120e is located in the clip feeding channel 1110 and is configured to be fed out through the outlet 1110b. For example, when the support 130 is at the clip feeding position P1, the inner slot clip 120i located in the clip feeding channel 1110 is configured to be fed out through the outlet 1110b. Thus, the clip cartridge 100 can accommodate at least two clips 120, and can realize the sequential feeding of the at least two clips 120 from the clip cartridge 100 through the outlet 1110b, realizing the continuity of clip feeding, ensuring the continuity of work, and improving the efficiency of work.
[0103] In some examples, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, 7 to 9, the clip cartridge 100 can comprise one outer slot clip 120e and at least two inner slot clips 120i. Thus, the clip cartridge 100 can accommodate three or more clips 120. Of course, the number of clips 120 in the clip cartridge 100 is not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and can be designed according to space and needs.
[0104] In some examples, as shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 7 and FIG. 13, the clip 120 includes a clip body 121 and an end protrusion 122 connected to an end of the clip body 121, the end protrusion 122 protruding from the clip body 121 along the second direction Y. For example, the end protrusion 122 of the in-slot clip 120i is located outside the accommodating slot 131. Thus, the space occupied by the end protrusion 122 to the space of the accommodating slot 131 can be reduced, the size D of the accommodating slot 131 can be reduced, the space utilization can be improved, and the size of the clip magazine 100 can be reduced. For example, the end protrusion 122 of the in-slot clip 120i abuts against the clip body 121 of the out-slot clip 120e, and the end protrusion 122 of the out-slot clip 120e close to the entrance 1110a abuts against the clip body 121 of the in-slot clip 120i. For example, in the example that at least two in-slot clips 120i are provided, the two adjacent in-slot clips 120i are abutted. For example, the out-slot clip 120e and the two in-slot clips 120i arranged in sequence along the second direction Y in the clip magazine 100 are respectively referred to as a first clip 1201, a second clip 1202 and a third clip 1203. For example, the end protrusion 122 of the second clip 1202 (also an in-slot clip 120i) close to the entrance 1110a abuts against the clip body 121 of the third clip 1203 (also an in-slot clip 120i). For example, the end protrusion 122 of the third clip 1203 close to the exit 1110b abuts against the clip body 121 of the second clip 1202. By abutting the end protrusion 122 and the clip body 121 of the two adjacent clips 120, the close fit of the plurality of clips 120 can be achieved, the space utilization can be improved, the position and posture of the clip 120 can be ensured, and the stability of the movement, the accuracy and consistency of the posture of the clip 120 can be ensured. In addition, it can also avoid that the adjacent clip 120 affects the ejection of the clip 120 located in the clip conveying channel 1110.
[0105] In some examples, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 7, along the first direction X, the out-slot clip 120e is closer to the exit 1110b than the in-slot clip 120i. That is, along the first direction X, the out-slot clip 120e is arranged in a staggered manner with the in-slot clip 120i. Thus, the ejection of the out-slot clip 120e located in the clip conveying channel 1110 can be avoided by the in-slot clip 120i, especially the end protrusion 122 of the in-slot clip 120i. The staggered design can also reduce the size of the clip magazine 100 along the second direction Y, so that the clip magazine 100 has a smaller size in the second direction Y.
[0106] In some examples, as shown in FIG. 13, the clip 120 includes a first clip arm 123 and a second clip arm 124, the first clip arm 123 being rotatably connected with the second clip arm 124. The rotatable connection of the first clip arm 123 with the second clip arm 124 can achieve the clamping function. The clip 120 includes a plurality of end protrusions 122, including a first end protrusion 1221, a second end protrusion 1222, and a third end protrusion 1223. For example, the first end protrusion 1221 is located at the connection of the first clip arm 123 and the second clip arm 124, the second end protrusion 1222 is located at the end of the first clip arm 123 away from the first end protrusion 1221, and the third end protrusion 1223 is located at the end of the second clip arm 124 away from the first end protrusion 1221. For example, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 7, along the first direction X, the first end protrusion 1221 of the outside-in clip 120e is located on the side of the first end protrusion 1221 of the inside-out clip 120i close to the outlet 1110b.
[0107] In some examples, as shown in FIGS. 3, 4, and 13, the first end protrusion 1221 of the outside-in clip 120e abuts against the clip body 121 of the inside-out clip 120i. For example, along the first direction X, the second end protrusion 1222 of the outside-in clip 120e is located on the side of the second end protrusion 1222 of the inside-out clip 120i close to the outlet 1110b. For example, the second end protrusion 1222 of the inside-out clip 120i abuts against the clip body 121 of the outside-in clip 120e. For example, along the first direction X, the third end protrusion 1223 of the outside-in clip 120e is located on the side of the third end protrusion 1223 of the inside-out clip 120i close to the outlet 1110b. For example, the third end protrusion 1223 of the inside-out clip 120i abuts against the clip body 121 of the outside-in clip 120e. Thus, through the abutment of the end protrusions 122 and the clip body 121, the close fit of the plurality of clips 120 can be achieved, and through the staggered design of the end protrusions 122 of the adjacent two clips 120, the influence of the end protrusions 122 of the adjacent two clips 120 on the ejection of the clip 120 can be avoided, and the staggered design can also reduce the size of the clip magazine 100 along the second direction Y, so that the clip magazine 100 has a smaller size in the second direction Y.
[0108] In some examples, as shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 7 to FIG. 9, the clip bin 100 further comprises a bin body side wall 114, the clip body 121 of the clip 120 located in the clip feeding channel 1110 abuts against the bin body side wall 114. The abutment arrangement described above can limit the clip 120 in the clip feeding channel 1110. For example, when the driving member 140 is the first elastic element 141 (see later), the force of the driving member 140 on the support member 130 is always present, and the abutment arrangement described above can overcome the elastic force of the first elastic element 141 to limit the clip 120 in the clip feeding channel 1110, so that the clip feeding mechanism 211 (see later) can exert a force on the clip 120 in the clip feeding channel 1110 to make the clip 120 out of the bin. After the clip 120 is out of the bin, the abutment no longer exists, and the support member 130 moves in the second direction Y under the action of the driving member 140 and reaches the clip feeding position P1. The abutment arrangement described above simplifies the structural design of the driving member 140 and the support member 130, and further simplifies the structural design of the bin body 110. In addition, when the clip 120 located in the clip feeding channel 1110 is out of the bin in the first direction X, the clip body 121 can slide along the bin body side wall 114, ensuring the accuracy of the movement of the clip 120 in the first direction X.
[0109] FIG. 15 is a cross-sectional view of the clip shown in FIG. 14 out of the clip feeding channel. As shown in FIG. 2, FIG. 5, FIG. 6, FIG. 13 to FIG. 15, the bin body 110 further comprises an outlet guide groove 115 on the side wall of the outlet 1110b, which is configured to accommodate and guide the end protrusion 122. Thus, when the clip 120 is out of the bin from the clip feeding channel 1110, the outlet guide groove 115 can guide the clip 120, ensuring the stability, accuracy and consistency of the posture of the clip 120 out of the bin.
[0110] In some examples, as shown in FIG. 2, FIG. 5, FIG. 6, FIG. 13 to FIG. 15, the clip 120 comprises a plurality of end protrusions 122, which comprises a first end protrusion 1221, a second end protrusion 1222 and a third end protrusion 1223. The outlet guide groove 115 comprises a first sub-outlet guide groove 1151, a second sub-outlet guide groove 1152 and a third sub-outlet guide groove 1153, which are respectively configured to accommodate the first end protrusion 1221, the second end protrusion 1222 and the third end protrusion 1223. Thus, the outlet guide groove 115 can better guide the clip 120 out of the bin.
[0111] In some examples, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 14, when the support 130 is located at the initial feeding position P0, the out-of-slot clip 120e is located outside the support 130 and in the feeding passage 1110. Part of the out-of-slot clip 120e is located in the outlet 1110b. For example, at least part of the end protrusion 122 of the out-of-slot clip 120e away from the inlet 1110a is located in the outlet guide slot 115. For example, at least part of the second end protrusion 1222 is located in the second sub-outlet guide slot 1152, and at least part of the third end protrusion 1223 is located in the third sub-outlet guide slot 1153. The out-of-slot clip 120e located outside the support 130 can be limited by the outlet guide slot 115, which ensures the accuracy and consistency of the posture and position of the out-of-slot clip 120e. In addition, part of the out-of-slot clip 120e is located in the outlet 1110b, which can reduce the size of the cartridge body 110 along the first direction X.
[0112] In some examples, as shown in FIGS. 4, 7-9, the driving member 140 includes a first elastic element 141 connected to the cartridge body 110 and connected to the support 130, and the driving member 140 is configured to apply a first force to the support 130 in a direction along the feeding passage 1110 and pointing to the feeding passage 1110 along the first side S1. The first elastic element 141 can drive the support 130 to move along the second direction Y, and the first elastic element 141 has the advantages of simple structure, light weight, small space occupation, high durability, low cost, etc., so that the clip cartridge 100 has better performance.
[0113] In some examples, as shown in FIGS. 4, 7-9, the first elastic element 141 includes a torsion spring. For example, the torsion spring includes a spring body 1411 and a torsion arm 1412 connected to each other, and the torsion arm 1412 abuts against the support wall 132. For example, the support 130 includes at least two support walls 132. The at least two support walls 132 include an abutting support wall 1320 abutting against the torsion arm 1412. For example, the ratio of the size D1 of the torsion arm 1412 along the first direction X to the size D1 of the abutting support wall 1320 along the first direction X is greater than or equal to 0.3. For example, the ratio can be 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, and the like. For example, the shape of the torsion arm 1412 includes a ring shape. For example, the ring shape includes a rectangular shape. For example, the ratio of the size D3 of the torsion arm 1412 along the third direction Z to the size D4 of the abutting support wall 1320 along the third direction Z is greater than or equal to 0.5. For example, the ratio can be 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, and the like. Through the above ratio setting, the uniformity of the force of the first elastic element 141 on the support 130 can be ensured, and the movement of the support 130 from being stuck due to uneven force can be avoided. Of course, the structure of the first elastic element 141 is not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure. For example, it can also be a coil spring, etc.
[0114] In some examples, as shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 12, a groove 1321 is arranged on the abutting support wall 1320, and the part of the clip 120 located in the accommodating groove 131 defined by the abutting support wall 1320 is located in the groove 1321. For example, the part of the end protrusion 122 of the clip 120 is located in the groove 1321. Thus, the clip 120 can be better limited, and the groove 1321 can guide the clip 120 to the warehouse when the clip 120 is located in the clip feeding channel 1110, so as to ensure the accuracy of the warehouse.
[0115] FIG. 16 is another structure schematic view of the support provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure; FIG. 17 is a structure schematic view of the support shown in FIG. 16 in an accommodating state; FIG. 18 is a structure schematic view of the support shown in FIG. 16 in a folding state; FIG. 19 is a structure schematic view of the support shown in FIG. 16 in the accommodating state and located in the warehouse body; and FIG. 20 is a structure schematic view of the support shown in FIG. 16 in the folding state and located in the warehouse body.
[0116] In some examples, as shown in FIGS. 16-20, the at least two support walls 132 include a movable support wall 132a and an adjacent support wall 132b adjacent to the movable support wall 132a. The movable support wall 132a is configured to be movable relative to the adjacent support wall 132b so that a spacing between the movable support wall 132a and the adjacent support wall 132b changes. The accommodation groove 131 includes a movable accommodation groove 1313 between the movable support wall 132a and the adjacent support wall 132b. The movable accommodation groove 1313 has an accommodation state 1313a and a folded state 1313b. In the folded state 1313b, the spacing D6 between the movable support wall 132a and the adjacent support wall 132b is smaller than the spacing D5 between the movable support wall 132a and the adjacent support wall 132b in the accommodation state 1313a. When the movable accommodation groove 1313 is located at the first side S1 of the clamping passage 1110 or when the movable accommodation groove 1313 is located at the second side S2 of the clamping passage 1110 opposite to the first side S1, the accommodation groove 131 is in the accommodation state 1313a, and when the movable accommodation groove 1313 is located at the second side S2 of the clamping passage 1110 opposite to the first side S1, the accommodation groove 131 is in the folded state 1313b. Through the above structural design, when the movable support wall 132a is located at the second side S2 of the clamping passage 1110, the support member 130 can occupy a smaller space, so that the size of the clamping chamber 100, especially the size of the clamping chamber 100 in the second direction Y, can be reduced. For example, the clamping cavity 111 includes a storage space 1111 located at the first side S1 of the clamping passage 1110 and an avoidance space 1112 located at the second side S2 of the clamping passage 1110. Through the above design, at least the size of the avoidance space 1112 in the second direction Y can be reduced, and the size of the chamber body 110 in the second direction Y is reduced as a whole. For example, the smaller clamping chamber 100 can be suitable for more severe use environments.
[0117] In some examples, as shown in FIGS. 16-18, the support member 130 further includes a guide opening 136 and a guide arm 137 extending along the second direction Y. The guide arm 137 is at least partially located in the guide opening 136 and slidably fitted with the guide opening 136 along the second direction Y. One of the guide arm 137 and the guide opening 136 is provided on the movable support wall 132a. Thus, the movement of the movable support wall 132a relative to the adjacent support wall 132b along the second direction Y can be simply and conveniently realized through the guide arm 137 and the guide opening 136. The guide arm 137 is shown as being provided on the movable support wall 132a, and part of the guide opening 136 is shown as being provided on the adjacent support wall 132b. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, for example, the guide arm 137 can be provided on the adjacent support wall 132b, and part of the guide opening 136 can be provided on the movable support wall 132a, which will not be described one by one.
[0118] In some examples, as shown in FIGS. 16-18, the support 130 includes three support walls 132, one of which is schematically shown as a movable support wall 132a, and the other two are fixed support walls 132. Of course, the present disclosure is not limited in this regard.
[0119] In some examples, as shown in FIGS. 16-20, the support 130 includes a support bottom plate 134, and the cartridge body 110 includes a cartridge body bottom plate 112, the support bottom plate 134 being movably disposed on the cartridge body bottom plate 112. For example, one of the support bottom plate 134 and the cartridge body bottom plate 112 can be provided with a bottom plate protrusion, and the other can be provided with a bottom plate recess, the bottom plate protrusion being slidably fitted with the bottom plate recess along the second direction Y. The specific structure can be referred to the foregoing embodiments, which will not be repeated here.
[0120] In some examples, as shown in FIGS. 16-20, one of the support bottom plate 134 and the cartridge body bottom plate 112 is provided with a limiting protrusion 1342, and the other is provided with a limiting opening 1122, the limiting protrusion 1342 being at least partially located in the limiting opening 1122 and slidably fitted with the limiting opening 1122 along the second direction Y. For the relevant introduction of the limiting protrusion 1342 and the limiting opening 1122, reference can be made to the foregoing description, which will not be repeated here. For example, the limiting protrusion 1342 is provided on the guide arm 137. For example, the limiting protrusion 1342 is integrally formed with the guide arm 137. In this way, the structural design of the support 130 can be simplified.
[0121] In some examples, as shown in FIGS. 16-20, the support 130 includes at least two receiving grooves 131 arranged along the second direction Y, and the support 130 has at least two feeding positions P1 arranged along the second direction Y. The drive member 140 is configured to drive the support 130 to move along the second direction Y, so that the support 130 reaches a feeding position P1 each time, wherein one of the receiving grooves 131 reaches the feeding passage 1110. The at least two feeding positions P1 include a first feeding position P11 and a second feeding position P12. The support 130 also has an initial feeding position P0, and when the support 130 is located at the initial feeding position P0, the feeding passage 1110 accommodates a clip 120.
[0122] FIG. 19 schematically shows a structural view of the clip magazine 100 when the support 130 is located at the initial clip feeding position P0. For example, as shown in FIG. 19, when the support 130 is located at the initial clip feeding position P0, the limiting protrusion 1342 is located at one end of the limiting opening 1122. FIG. 20 schematically shows a structural view of the clip magazine 100 when the support 130 is located at the second clip feeding position P12. For example, as shown in FIG. 20, when the support 130 is located at the second clip feeding position P12, the limiting protrusion 1342 is located at the other end of the limiting opening 1122. Thus, the limiting opening 1122 can define the initial position and the final position of the support 130 along the second direction Y, and ensure the accuracy of the movement of the support 130 along the second direction Y.
[0123] FIG. 21 is a view of a part of the structure of the support of the clip magazine shown in FIG. 19 when the support is located at the initial clip feeding position; FIG. 22 is another view of a part of the structure of the support of the clip magazine shown in FIG. 19 when the support is located at the initial clip feeding position; FIG. 23 is a view of a part of the structure of the support of the clip magazine shown in FIG. 19 when the support is located at the first clip feeding position; FIG. 24 is another view of a part of the structure of the support of the clip magazine shown in FIG. 19 when the support is located at the first clip feeding position; FIG. 25 is a view of a part of the structure of the support of the clip magazine shown in FIG. 19 when the support is located at the second clip feeding position; FIG. 26 is another view of a part of the structure of the support of the clip magazine shown in FIG. 19 when the support is located at the second clip feeding position; FIG. 27 is a view of a part of the structure of the clip magazine shown in FIG. 19 when all the clips are fed out; and FIG. 28 is another view of a part of the structure of the clip magazine shown in FIG. 19 when all the clips are fed out.
[0124] In some examples, as shown in FIGS. 21-28, the clip bin 100 further comprises a second elastic element 150. The second elastic element 150 is connected to the movable support wall 132a and connected to the adjacent support wall 132b. The second elastic element 150 is configured to apply a second acting force in opposite directions to the movable support wall 132a and the adjacent support wall 132b, respectively. By the second elastic element 150, it can be avoided that the adjacent support wall 132b and the movable support wall 132a are too tight to the clip 120 located between the adjacent support wall 132b and the movable support wall 132a under the action of the driving member 140, and the clip 120 cannot be smoothly output from the outlet 1110b of the clip feeding channel 1110 in the first direction X under the action of the clip feeding mechanism 211. For example, the second elastic element 150 is arranged between the adjacent support wall 132b and the movable support wall 132a. The second elastic element 150 has the advantages of simple structure, light weight, small space occupation, high durability, low cost, etc., so that the clip bin 100 has better performance. For example, the second elastic element 150 comprises a spiral spring. Of course, the specific structure of the second elastic element 150 is not limited in the present disclosure, and can be designed and arranged according to the needs.
[0125] In some examples, as shown in FIGS. 21-28, the driving member 140 comprises a first elastic element 141, and the driving member 140 is configured to apply a first acting force to the support member 130 in a direction pointing to the clip feeding channel 1110 along the first side S1 of the clip feeding channel 1110. The value of the first acting force is greater than the value of the second acting force. Thus, after the clip 120 in the movable receiving groove 1313 is output from the outlet 1110b, the second elastic element 150 can be compressed under the action of the first elastic element 141, so that the movable receiving groove 1313 changes from the receiving state 1313a to the folding state 1313b. In addition, the above arrangement also avoids that the second acting force of the second elastic element 150 is too large, which affects the driving of the support member 130 by the first elastic element 141.
[0126] In some examples, as shown in FIGS. 21-28, the first elastic element 141 and the second elastic element 150 are both spiral springs. For example, the rigidity coefficient of the first elastic element 141 is greater than the rigidity coefficient of the second elastic element 150. For example, the bin body 110 comprises two first elastic elements 141 arranged along the first direction X, so that the support member 130 can be more stably and reliably driven to move in the second direction Y.
[0127] In some examples, as shown in FIGS. 16, 21-28, the clip store 100 includes at least two clips 120, which include a first clip 1201, a second clip 1202, and a third clip 1203 arranged in sequence along the second direction Y. For example, the first clip 1201 is a slot-outer clip 120e, and the second clip 1202 and the third clip 1203 are slot-inner clips 120i. For example, the at least two clip feeding positions P1 include a first clip feeding position P11 and a second clip feeding position P12. For example, the at least two receiving slots 131 are arranged adjacent to each other in sequence along the second direction Y, and the adjacent two receiving slots 131 include a first receiving slot 1311 and a second receiving slot 1312, which is arranged along the second direction Y from the first receiving slot 1311. For example, the first receiving slot 1311 is a movable receiving slot 1313.
[0128] In some examples, as shown in FIGS. 16, 21, and 22, the support 130 has an initial clip feeding position P0, and when the support 130 is located at the initial clip feeding position P0, the first clip 1201 is located outside the support 130 and in the clip feeding channel 1110. At this time, the movable receiving slot 1313 receives a clip 120 (for example, the second clip 1202), and the movable receiving slot 1313 is in the receiving state 1313a. For example, under the action of the clip feeding mechanism 211 (see below), the first clip 1201 is output from the outlet 1110b of the clip feeding channel 1110. For example, after the first clip 1201 is output from the outlet 1110b, the driving member 140 (for example, the first elastic element 141) is configured to drive the support 130 to move in the second direction Y so that the support 130 moves from the initial clip feeding position P0 to the clip feeding position P1 (for example, the first clip feeding position P11).
[0129] In some examples, as shown in FIGS. 16, 23, and 24, when the support 130 is at the first clip feeding position P11, the first receiving slot 1311 (i.e., the movable receiving slot 1313) is located in the clip feeding channel 1110, and the second receiving slot 1312 is located at the first side S1 of the clip feeding channel 1110. At this time, the movable receiving slot 1313 receives the second clip 1202, the movable receiving slot 1313 is in the receiving state 1313a, and the second clip 1202 is located in the clip feeding channel 1110. For example, under the action of the clip feeding mechanism 211 (see below), the second clip 1202 is output from the outlet 1110b of the clip feeding channel 1110. For example, after the second clip 1202 is output from the outlet 1110b, the driving member 140 is configured to drive the support 130 to move in the second direction Y so that the support 130 moves from the first clip feeding position P11 to the second clip feeding position P12.
[0130] In some examples, as shown in FIG. 16, FIG. 25 and FIG. 26, when the support 130 is at the second feeding position P12, the second accommodating groove 1312 is located at the feeding passage 1110, and the second accommodating groove 1312 accommodates the third clip 1203 located in the feeding passage 1110. The first accommodating groove 1311 (i.e., the movable accommodating groove 1313) is located at the second side S2 opposite to the first side S1 of the feeding passage 1110. Under the first action force of the first elastic element 141, the second elastic element 150 is compressed, and the movable accommodating groove 1313 changes from the accommodating state 1313a to the folded state 1313b. The movable accommodating groove 1313 in the folded state 1313b occupies a smaller space at the second side S2, so that the cartridge body 100 has a smaller size. For example, under the action force of the feeding mechanism 211 (see below), the third clip 1203 is output from the outlet 1110b of the feeding passage 1110.
[0131] In some examples, as shown in FIG. 16, FIG. 27 and FIG. 28, after the third clip 1203 is output from the outlet 1110b, the support 130 abuts against the side wall of the cartridge body 110 to limit the movement of the support 130 in the second direction Y under the action of the driving element 140, so that the support 130 can remain in position after the third clip 1203 is output, for example, the support 130 can be located in the cartridge body 110.
[0132] By locating the support 130 at the initial feeding position P0, the first feeding position P11 and the second feeding position P12 respectively, the clips 120 in the cartridge body 110, for example, the first clip 1201, the second clip 1202 and the third clip 1203, can be sequentially fed to the feeding passage 1110, ensuring that the clips 120 in the cartridge 100 are sequentially output from the cartridge. Moreover, since the accommodating grooves 131 of the support 130 include the movable accommodating groove 1313, after the clip 120 in the movable accommodating groove 1313 is output from the outlet 1110b, the movable accommodating groove 1313 can change from the accommodating state 1313a to the folded state 1313b, so that the support 130 occupies a smaller space, and the cartridge body 100 has a smaller size.
[0133] It should be noted that other features of the embodiments shown in FIG. 16 to FIG. 18 can be referred to the foregoing embodiments, which will not be repeated here.
[0134] Fig. 29 is a schematic view of another structure of the clip magazine according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in Fig. 29, when the support 130 is located at the initial clip feeding position P0, one receiving groove 131 of the support 130 is located at the clip feeding channel 1110, and the receiving groove 131 located at the clip feeding channel 1110 accommodates a clip. That is, one receiving groove 131 of the support 130 located at the initial clip feeding position P0 is located at the clip feeding channel 1110. Thus, all the clips located in the clip magazine 100 are located in the receiving groove 131 of the support 130, which ensures the stability, accuracy and consistency of the movement of the clips in the clip magazine 100. The support 130 includes three receiving grooves 131 in the schematic view, which include a first receiving groove 1311, a second receiving groove 1312 and a third receiving groove 1313. For example, when the support 130 is located at the initial clip feeding position P0, the first receiving groove 1311 of the support 130 is located at the clip feeding channel 1110. In order to more clearly show the structure of the support in the magazine body, the structure of the clip is omitted in the figure, and the arrangement of the clip in the support and other structures can be referred to the previous embodiments, which will not be repeated here. For example, the number of clips in the clip magazine 100 is N, the number of receiving grooves 131 of the support 130 is M, and N is equal to M. At this time, all the clips in the clip magazine 100 are located in the receiving grooves 131 of the support 130, respectively.
[0135] Fig. 30 is a schematic view of a cross section of another structure of the clip magazine according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in Fig. 30, the support 130 has an initial clip feeding position P0, the initial clip feeding position P0 of the support 130 is located at the first side S1 of the clip feeding channel 1110 and avoids the clip feeding channel 1110, and the support 130 is not provided with a clip in the clip feeding channel 1110 when the support 130 is located at the initial clip feeding position P0. Thus, it can be avoided that the clip located in the clip feeding channel 1110 falls off when the support 130 is located at the initial clip feeding position P0. The support 130 includes two receiving grooves in the schematic view, and the structure of the receiving grooves can be referred to Figs. 5 and 12, and the two receiving grooves accommodate the first clip 1201 and the second clip 1201, respectively. The first clip 1201 and the second clip 1201 are both in-groove clips 120i. For example, when the support 130 is located at the initial clip feeding position P0, the first clip 1201 and the second clip 1201 are both located at the first side S1 of the clip feeding channel 1110 and avoid the clip feeding channel 1110. The other structures of this embodiment can be referred to the previous embodiments, which will not be repeated here. For example, the number of clips 120 in the clip magazine 100 is N, the number of receiving grooves of the support 130 is M, N is equal to M, and all the clips 120 in the clip magazine 100 are located in the receiving grooves 131 of the support 130.
[0136] The embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a clip applier. Fig. 31 is a structural schematic diagram of a clip applier according to the embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in Fig. 31, the clip applier 200 comprises any of the clip cartridges 100 described above, so that the clip applier 200 has the beneficial effects corresponding to the beneficial effects of the clip cartridge 100, which will not be described herein again.
[0137] Fig. 32 is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of the clip applier shown in Fig. 31 from one perspective before the clip is fed; Fig. 33 is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of the clip applier shown in Fig. 31 from another perspective before the clip is fed; Fig. 34 is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of the clip applier shown in Fig. 31 during the clip is fed; Fig. 35 is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of the clip applier shown in Fig. 31 from one perspective after the clip is fed; Fig. 36 is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of the clip applier shown in Fig. 31 from another perspective after the clip is fed; and Fig. 37 is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of the clip applier shown in Fig. 31 with the clip feeding mechanism reset after the clip is fed. As shown in Figs. 32-37, the clip applier 200 further comprises a handle assembly 210 and a jaw assembly 220. The handle assembly 210 comprises a clip feeding mechanism 211, and the jaw assembly 220 is located at the distal end of the handle assembly 210. The clip cartridge 100 is mounted to the handle assembly 210, and the clip feeding mechanism 211 is configured to move in the first direction X to feed the clip 120 located in the clip feeding channel 1110 from the outlet 1110b to the jaw assembly 220. Thus, the clip 120 located in the clip cartridge 100 can be sequentially fed to the jaw assembly 220 by the clip feeding mechanism 211.
