Abstract
Description
Wall structure of a building
[0001] The present invention relates to a wall structure of a building.
[0002] A method of assembling modules at a remote location, transporting the modules, and constructing a plant is known. Patent Document 1 discloses a technique in which a transport vehicle passes between a plurality of supports protruding upward from the ground and transports a module to an installation area.
[0003] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2018-168568
[0004] By the way, when a plant is constructed by a plurality of modules, some modules may contain large equipment such as motors, pumps, and gearboxes. Since it is necessary to keep the size of the module within a size that can be transported, there may be a case where sufficient space for maintenance of the large equipment cannot be secured within the module. Therefore, for maintenance, there may be a case where it is required that the large equipment in the module be in a state where it can be carried out to the outside of the building of the module.
[0005] Also, depending on the environment in which the building of the module is constructed, the module may have a shielding (sealed) structure in order to protect the articles inside the module. In this case, it may be impossible to easily carry out the articles inside the module, such as large equipment, to the outside of the building. Therefore, a wall structure of a building that can easily carry in and out articles with respect to the building is required.
[0006] One aspect of the present disclosure is [1] "a fixed wall that partitions an accommodation space of a building where articles can be arranged and an external space, a detachable panel in which an opening is formed and which is detachably arranged with respect to the fixed wall, and the detachable panel arranged on the fixed wall projects from the accommodation surface side facing the accommodation space to the outer surface side facing the external space, and a rail capable of moving at least a lifting portion for lifting the article between the accommodation space and the external space, and the detachable panel can be arranged on the fixed wall in a state where the rail is inserted into the opening, a wall structure of a building."
[0007] In the building's wall structure, detachable panels are positioned on fixed walls that separate the building's storage space from the external space. The detachable panels are positioned on fixed walls with rails inserted through their openings. Therefore, even when the storage space is contained to a predetermined size by the detachable panels and fixed walls, the rails protrude from the outer surface of the detachable panels. When a detachable panel is removed from the fixed wall, the lifting mechanism provided on the rails can be moved, allowing goods to be moved along the rails between the storage space and the external space via the area where the detachable panel was positioned. Thus, this building wall structure allows for easy loading and unloading of goods into and out of the building.
[0008] One embodiment of the present disclosure is [2] "The detachable panel comprises a first region where the opening is formed, a second region that closes off a region through which the article can pass, and a pair of third regions located on either side of the first region that close off a region through which the loading section can pass, the building wall structure described in [1] above." In this case, the detachable panel placed on the fixed wall can appropriately close off the region through which the article and the loading section can be placed or passed. Furthermore, by detaching the detachable panel from the fixed wall, the area necessary for loading and unloading the article can be appropriately secured. Thus, this building wall structure appropriately protects the storage space and allows for easy loading and unloading of the article into and out of the building.
[0009] One embodiment of the present disclosure is [3] "The building wall structure according to [2] above, wherein the detachable panel has a sealing portion that extends along the outer surface and the housing surface in the first region and has the opening formed inside therein." In this case, since an opening through which the rail can be inserted is formed inside the sealing portion, exposure of the housing space to the external space through the opening is suppressed, and the sealing portion can appropriately shield (or seal) the opening. Therefore, this building wall structure can reduce the influence of the external space on the housing space.
[0010] One embodiment of the present disclosure is [4] "The lifting section includes at least one of a first lifting device for transporting the detachable panel and a second lifting device for transporting the article, and the rail has a rail mounting portion to which the first lifting device and the second lifting device can be attached, the building wall structure according to any one of [1] to [3] above." In this case, since the first lifting device and the second lifting device are attached to the rail, both the detachable panel and the article can be moved by the rail. Therefore, this building wall structure can appropriately attach and detach the detachable panel using a rail capable of transporting the article.
[0011] One embodiment of the present disclosure is [5] "a building wall structure according to any one of [1] to [4] above, wherein the lifting section has a hoist including a string-like member, and the detachable panel has a lifting attachment section to which the string-like member can be attached." In this case, the detachable panel can be transported in an easy configuration.
[0012] One embodiment of the present disclosure is [6] "The lifting attachment portion is attached to the housing surface and the outer surface of the detachable panel, respectively, in the building wall structure described in [5] above." In this case, by attaching the lifting portion to both the housing surface and the outer surface of the lifting attachment portion, the swinging of the detachable panel is suppressed to a minimum, and the detachable panel can be transported stably.
[0013] One embodiment of the present disclosure is [7] "a building wall structure according to any one of [1] to [6] above, wherein the amount of projection of the detachable panel from the outer surface of the rail into the external space is less than half the height of the outer surface of the detachable panel." In this case, for example, depending on the center of gravity of the panel and the lifting method by the lifting section, the detachable panel can be tilted from the vertical direction to change its orientation to the horizontal direction and placed in the external space of the building.
[0014] One embodiment of the present disclosure is [8] "The fixed wall has a frame into which the detachable panel can be fitted, and the portion of the frame on the side of the accommodating space is narrower than the portion on the side of the external space, as described in any one of [1] to [7] above." In this case, because the portion of the frame on the side of the accommodating space is narrower than the portion on the side of the external space, the movement of the detachable panel toward the accommodating space is suppressed, and it can be appropriately detached from the frame toward the external space.
[0015] One embodiment of the present disclosure is [9] "a building wall structure according to any one of [1] to [8] above, wherein the article is at least one of a pump, motor, rotating machine, compressor, gearbox, transformer, and switchgear." In this case, the article, which is at least one of a pump, motor, rotating machine, compressor, gearbox, transformer, and switchgear, can be transported from the housing space to the outside space for maintenance after the detachable panel is removed. The article can also be transported from the outside space to the housing space before the detachable panel is installed. Thus, this building wall structure can improve the maintainability of the article.
[0016] One embodiment of the present disclosure is
[10] "a building wall structure according to any one of the above paragraphs [1] to [9], wherein the article weighs 1 ton or more." In this case, even large articles can be transported from the storage space to the outside space after the detachable panel is removed. Furthermore, the articles can be transported from the outside space to the storage space before the detachable panel is placed. Thus, this building wall structure enables the efficient loading and unloading of large articles.
[0017] According to the present invention, a building wall structure is provided that allows articles to be easily moved in and out of the building.

[0019] Embodiments of this disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. In each drawing, the same or corresponding parts are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant explanations are omitted. In the following description, the X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis directions refer to mutually orthogonal axes in a three-dimensional Cartesian coordinate system. The X-axis and Y-axis directions are horizontal. The X-axis direction is a single horizontal direction, and the Y-axis direction is a single horizontal direction intersecting the X-axis direction. The Z-axis direction is vertical. The positive Z-axis direction may be described as "upward," and the negative Z-axis direction may be described as "downward."
[0020] A module including a building according to one embodiment will be described. The building and module constitute, for example, part of a plant. The plant of this disclosure is manufactured or constructed, for example, by a modular construction method. A modular construction method is a method of manufacturing a set of equipment at a location other than the plant construction site and transporting (transporting) the equipment to the plant construction site and arranging it. The plant has areas partitioned for carrying out a predetermined process. The predetermined process is carried out by a plurality of machines. Examples of the predetermined process include, but are not limited to, the processing of liquids, gases or powders, processing in power generation equipment, or processing to obtain a final product from an intermediate product.
[0021] Figure 1 is a side view showing an example of a module including a building. The module 1 shown in Figure 1 includes, for example, a building 80. The plant is composed of at least one module 1.
[0022] A module is a set of equipment that combines, for example, a steel frame, a pressure vessel, rotating machinery, piping, measuring instruments, electrical equipment, and a building that houses these items. Module 1 may include at least one of the following items: a pump, a motor, a rotating machine, a compressor, a gearbox, a transformer, and a switchgear. Module 1 may further include at least one of the following items: a bearing, a shaft seal, a shaft coupling spacer, a shaft coupling cover, and a gearbox. Module 1 of this embodiment has a motor 91, a coupling spacer 92, a bearing device 93, and a pump 94 as items 90. Module 1 comprises a building 80 that houses the motor 91, the coupling spacer 92, the bearing device 93, and the pump 94. Hereinafter, any of the motor 91, the coupling spacer 92, the bearing device 93, and the pump 94 may simply be referred to as "item 90".
[0023] Module 1 in this embodiment has a shape that approximates a box. In plan view and bottom view, module 1 may be rectangular. Examples of module 1 include process equipment modules and pipe rack modules. A process equipment module is a combination of equipment for carrying out a predetermined process. A pipe rack module is a combination of equipment mainly for supporting piping, valves, and air-cooled heat exchangers, etc.
[0024] Module 1 may be transported by a Self-Propelled Modular Transporter (SPMT). The SPMT supports and transports Module 1 from below. In another example, Module 1 may be transported by a truck or trailer. Module 1 may be lifted from above and installed by a crane.
[0025] The building 80 comprises a fixed wall 5, a removable panel 20, and a rail 30. The building 80 may further comprise, for example, a floor member 83, a mounting base 84, a top plate 85, a support column 86, and a support member 87. The building 80 forms a housing space 80A surrounded by the fixed wall 5, the removable panel 20, the floor member 83, the mounting base 84, and the top plate 85.
[0026] The floor member 83 is positioned at a distance from the installation surface F on which the plant having module 1 is constructed. The installation surface F includes the ground surface on which module 1 or the plant is constructed, or the floor of a ship. The installation surface F extends horizontally. The floor member 83 extends along the installation surface F. The floor member 83 has a portion that projects upward and on which a mounting platform 84 can be placed. The mounting platform 84 has a main surface 84a on which an article 90 can be placed. The main surface 84a extends along the installation surface F. The top plate 85 is provided at a position opposite the floor member 83 and the mounting platform 84 and extends along the floor member 83 and the mounting platform 84.
[0027] The support column 86 protrudes upward from the floor member 83 and extends toward the top plate 85. The support column 86 supports the top plate 85. The support member 87 protrudes upward from the installation surface F and extends toward the floor member 83. The support member 87 supports the floor member 83.
[0028] The fixed wall 5 separates the storage space 80A of the building 80, where articles can be placed, from the external space 80B. In Figure 1, the storage space 80A is formed on the negative side of the X-axis of the fixed wall 5, and the external space 80B is formed on the positive side of the X-axis of the fixed wall 5. The external space 80B is a space that is affected by the environment outside the building 80. The storage space 80A may be a space that is shielded from or airtight to the external space 80B. Although not shown in Figure 1, the fixed wall 5 may be a wall that surrounds the perimeter of the building 80. In this embodiment, the fixed wall 5 extends in the Y-axis direction and the Z-axis direction. The fixed wall 5 protrudes upward from the floor member 83.
[0029] Figure 2 is a front view showing an example of the fixed wall and removable panel shown in Figure 1. The fixed wall 5 shown in Figures 1 and 2 has a frame 10 into which the removable panel 20 can be fitted. The frame 10 is positioned on a part of the fixed wall 5. In the frame 10, the portion on the side of the housing space 80A is narrower than the portion on the side of the external space 80B. The frame 10 has a first wall portion 11 on the side of the external space 80B (positive X-axis side) and a second wall portion 12 on the side of the housing space 80A (negative X-axis side). The second wall portion 12 is narrower than the first wall portion 11.
[0030] A first panel opening 11b is formed in the first wall portion 11. The first panel opening 11b, together with the second panel opening 12b described later, is an opening that connects the storage space 80A and the external space 80B. The first panel opening 11b is large enough to accommodate the rail 30 and to allow the article 90 and the lifting section 40 described later to pass through. The first panel opening 11b is rectangular in shape when viewed from the X-axis direction, for example. The first wall portion 11 faces the first panel opening 11b and has an inner surface 11c that forms the first panel opening 11b. That is, the inner surface 11c faces inward.
[0031] A second panel opening 12b is formed in the second wall portion 12. The second panel opening 12b is an opening that connects the storage space 80A and the external space 80B. The second panel opening 12b is large enough to accommodate the rail 30 and to allow the article 90 and the lifting section 40 described later to pass through. The second panel opening 12b is rectangular in shape when viewed from the X-axis direction, for example. The second wall portion 12 faces the second panel opening 12b and has an inner surface 12c that forms the second panel opening 12b. That is, the inner surface 12c faces inward.
[0032] When the detachable panel 20 is not positioned on the fixed wall 5, the edge forming the inner surface 12c of the second wall portion 12 is exposed toward the external space 80B from the first panel opening 11b of the first wall portion 11 when viewed in the negative direction of the X-axis from the external space 80B. In other words, the second panel opening 12b is smaller than the first panel opening 11b.
[0033] The detachable panel 20 extends in the Y-axis and Z-axis directions when placed on the fixed wall 5. The detachable panel 20 may be made of structural steel, for example. The detachable panel 20 has an opening 25a (see Figure 2) and is detachably positioned on the frame 10 of the fixed wall 5. The detachable panel 20 can be placed on the fixed wall 5 with the rail 30 inserted through the opening 25a. The portion of the detachable panel 20 on the side of the housing space 80A is narrower than the portion on the side of the external space 80B. The detachable panel 20 has a first panel portion 21 on the side of the external space 80B and a second panel portion 22 on the side of the housing space 80A. The second panel portion 22 is narrower than the first panel portion 21.
[0034] The first panel portion 21 is positioned within the first wall portion 11. The first panel portion 21 has a first extension portion 21b formed thereon. The first extension portion 21b is a portion that can close the first panel opening 11b. When the detachable panel 20 is placed on the fixed wall 5, the first extension portion 21b fits into the first panel opening 11b and is exposed to the external space 80B. The first panel portion 21 has an outer surface 21a that is exposed to the external space 80B. The first panel portion 21 also has a facing surface 21c that faces the inner surface 11c of the fixed wall 5.
[0035] The detachable panel 20 has lifting attachment parts 23A and 23B on its outer surface 21a to which the string-like member 44 (see Figure 3) of the lifting section 40 described later can be attached. As shown in Figure 2, the first panel section 21 has a pair of lifting attachment parts 23A and a pair of lifting attachment parts 23B. In the detachable panel 20 when it is placed on the fixed wall 5, the lifting attachment parts 23B are positioned below the pair of lifting attachment parts 23A. The lifting attachment parts 23A and 23B are positioned such that the center of gravity of the detachable panel 20 in the Z-axis direction is located between the pair of lifting attachment parts 23A and the lifting attachment parts 23B. The pair of lifting attachment parts 23A are arranged side by side along the Y-axis direction. In the Y-axis direction, the center of gravity of the detachable panel 20 is located between the pair of lifting attachment parts 23A. In the Y-axis direction, the center of gravity of the rail 30 (described later) and the center of gravity of the detachable panel 20 are located on the same straight line or in the vicinity of the same line.
[0036] A second extension portion 22b is formed in the second panel portion 22. The second extension portion 22b is a portion that can close the second panel opening 12b. When the detachable panel 20 is placed on the fixed wall 5, the second extension portion 22b closes the second panel opening 12b. That is, the second extension portion 22b fits into the second panel opening 12b. The second panel portion 22 has a housing surface 22a that is exposed to the housing space 80A. The second panel portion 22 also has a facing surface 22c that faces the inner surface 12c of the fixed wall 5.
[0037] The detachable panel 20 has lifting attachment parts 24A and 24B on its housing surface 22a to which the string-like member 44 (see Figure 3) of the lifting section 40 described later can be attached. The second panel section 22 has a pair of lifting attachment parts 24A and a pair of lifting attachment parts 24B. In the detachable panel 20 when it is placed on the fixed wall 5, the lifting attachment parts 24B are positioned below the pair of lifting attachment parts 24A. The lifting attachment parts 24A and 24B are arranged such that the center of gravity of the detachable panel 20 in the Z-axis direction is located between the pair of lifting attachment parts 24A and the lifting attachment parts 24B. The pair of lifting attachment parts 24A are arranged side by side along the Y-axis direction. In the Y-axis direction, the center of gravity of the detachable panel 20 is located between the pair of lifting attachment parts 24A. In the Y-axis direction, the center of gravity of the rail 30 (described later) and the center of gravity of the detachable panel 20 are located on the same straight line or in the vicinity of the same straight line. A pair of lifting attachment parts 24A are positioned at the same location in the Y-axis direction and the Z-axis direction relative to a pair of lifting attachment parts 23A, for example. A lifting attachment part 24B is positioned at the same location in the Y-axis direction and the Z-axis direction relative to a lifting attachment part 23B, for example.
[0038] The second panel portion 22 is smaller than the first panel portion 21. That is, the first extension portion 21b protrudes outward (upward, downward, and in the positive and negative directions of the Y-axis) than the second extension portion 22b.
[0039] As described above, when the detachable panel 20 is placed on the fixed wall 5, the first extending portion 21b abuts against the second wall portion 12 of the fixed wall 5 and is positioned within the first wall portion 11. The first panel portion 21 fits into the first panel opening 11b and is exposed to the external space 80B. When the detachable panel 20 is placed on the fixed wall 5, the second panel portion 22 is positioned within the second wall portion 12. The second extending portion 22b fits into the second panel opening 12b and is exposed to the housing space 80A.
[0040] Here, as shown in Figure 2, the detachable panel 20 has a first region R1, a second region R2, and a third region R3. An opening 25a is formed in the first region R1. The opening 25a has, for example, a cross-sectional shape in the extending direction of the rail 30. The first region R1 is provided at the upper end of the detachable panel 20.
[0041] The detachable panel 20 has a sealing portion 25 in all or part of the first region R1. The sealing portion 25 may extend outside the first region R1. The sealing portion 25 extends along the outer surface 21a and the housing surface 22a, and an opening 25a is formed inside it. The sealing portion 25 closes off the area of the first region R1 other than the opening 25a. The sealing portion 25 is provided to contact and approach the rail 30 that is inserted through the opening 25a. The sealing portion 25 forms at least the edge of the opening 25a. The sealing portion 25 is formed from at least the lower end of the opening 25a to the upper end of the detachable panel 20. In this embodiment, the sealing portion 25 is arranged throughout the entire first region R1. In this embodiment, the sealing portion 25 is arranged in the second region R2 of the detachable panel 20, the third region R3 of the detachable panel 20, and the boundary of the rail 30. This ensures airtightness within the containment space 80A.
[0042] The sealing portion 25 is made of a material softer than the portions of the second region R2 and the third region R3. The sealing portion 25 is a portion that can be manually detached and attached by an operator. For the sealing portion 25, for example, a butyl rubber-based material is used. The sealing portion 25 may be composed of, for example, a butyl rubber-based sealant. The sealing portion 25 is arranged, for example, by being applied after the detachable panel 20 is fitted to the fixed wall 5. Note that the portions of the detachable panel 20 other than the sealing portion 25 are portions that are difficult or impossible to be manually detached and attached by an operator.
[0043] The second region R2 of the detachable panel 20 closes the region through which the article 90 can pass. The region through which the article 90 can pass includes the region that the article 90 will pass through when the detachable panel 20 is detached from the fixed wall 5 and is lifted by the unloading portion 40 described later and moves along the rail 30. The second region R2 is set below the first region R1. In the second region R2, the above-described unloading attachment portions 23A, 23B, 24A, and 24B are arranged. The lower end of the second region R2 of the second panel portion (the lower end of the detachable panel 20) is provided, for example, above the mounting table 84.
[0044] The pair of third regions R3 are located at positions sandwiching the first region R1 and close the region through which the unloading portion 40 can pass. The region through which the unloading portion 40 can pass includes the region that the unloading portion 40 will pass through when the detachable panel 20 is detached from the fixed wall 5 and the unloading portion 40 moves along the rail 30. The pair of third regions R3 are set on both sides of the first region R1 and are arranged above the second region R2.
[0045] The rail 30 is configured to be able to move at least the unloading portion 40 for lifting the article 90 between the accommodation space 80A and the external space 80B. The rail 30 may be, for example, a monorail. The rail 30 extends in the X-axis direction. The rail 30 protrudes from the accommodation surface 22a side facing the accommodation space 80A of the detachable panel 20 arranged on the fixed wall 5 to the outer surface 21a side facing the external space 80B. The rail 30 is inserted into the frame body 10. When the detachable panel 20 is arranged on the fixed wall 5, the rail 30 is inserted into the opening 25a of the detachable panel 20.
[0046] The rail 30 has a housing-side portion 31 and an outer-surface-side portion 32. The housing-side portion 31 and the outer-surface-side portion 32 are separated with the position of the fixed wall 5 as a boundary and are continuous.
[0047] The housing-side portion 31 of the rail 30 protrudes from the fixed wall 5 toward the housing space 80A side. The housing-side portion 31 extends above at least one of the target articles 90 among the articles 90 to be moved between the housing space 80A and the external space 80B. The end portion on the negative direction side of the X axis of the rail 30 is provided, for example, above a motor 91 which is a large article among the target articles 90. The rail 30 is supported, for example, by a support column 86.
[0048] The outer-surface-side portion 32 of the rail 30 protrudes from the fixed wall 5 toward the external space 80B side. An installation surface F is located below the outer-surface-side portion 32. When the detachable panel 20 and the article 90 are not being conveyed, other components of the module 1 may not be arranged between the installation surface F and the outer-surface-side portion at least by the width (length in the Y-axis direction) of the detachable panel 20. As shown in FIG. 1, the protruding amount L1 (length of the outer-surface-side portion 32) from the outer surface 21a of the detachable panel 20 to the external space 80B in the rail is shorter than half of the height H1 (length in the vertical direction) of the outer surface 21a of the detachable panel 20.
[0049] Here, the unloading unit 40 movable along the rail 30 moves between the housing-side portion 31 and the outer-surface-side portion 32. By moving along the rail 30, the unloading unit 40 can convey the article 90 stored in the housing space 80A and the detachable panel 2 separating the housing space 80A and the external space 80B.
[0050] The lifting section 40 includes at least one of a first lifting device 41 (see Figure 3) for transporting the detachable panel 20 and a second lifting device 42 for transporting the article 90. The lifting section 40 in this embodiment includes the first lifting device 41 and the second lifting device 42. The first lifting device 41 and the second lifting device 42 are, for example, hoists or trolley hoists. The first lifting device 41 and the second lifting device 42 may be controlled by a controller (not shown) or a manual operating chain, or they may be controlled by operation by a worker. Details of the first lifting device 41 will be described later.
[0051] The second lifting device 42 is selected to have a size and output appropriate to the size of the item to be lifted. The second lifting device 42 may be larger than, for example, the first lifting device 41. The second lifting device 42 has, for example, a motor and wire drum that protrude significantly. As shown in Figure 1, the second lifting device 42 can lift the motor 91 and transport it to the external space 80B. The second lifting device 42 can also lower the motor 91 toward the installation surface F. In order for the second lifting device 42 to transport the item 90, it is necessary to secure an area through which the second lifting device 42 can pass, so a pair of third areas R3 are set in the detachable panel 20.
[0052] Let's describe the rail 30 again. The rail 30 has a rail mounting portion 33 to which the first lifting device 41 and the second lifting device 42 can be attached. The rail mounting portion 33 is provided, for example, at the lower end of the rail 30. The rail mounting portion 33 extends in the X direction along the entire length of the rail 30. The rail mounting portion 33 is, for example, a portion that protrudes horizontally. That is, the portion of the rail 30 above the rail mounting portion 33 is narrower in the horizontal direction compared to the rail mounting portion 33.
[0053] The first lifting device 41 and the second lifting device 42 are positioned on the rail 30 so as to sandwich the rail mounting portion 33. Although not shown in the figure, the first lifting device 41 and the second lifting device 42 have wheels that can travel on the upper end surface of the rail mounting portion 33. The first lifting device 41 and the second lifting device 42 move by driving an electric motor or a pneumatic motor to rotate the wheels on the upper end surface of the rail mounting portion 33. The first lifting device 41 and the second lifting device 42 may also move by rotating the wheels on the upper end surface of the rail mounting portion 33 using a gear-type manual drive.
[0054] The method for detaching the detachable panel 20 will be described below with reference to Figures 3 to 8. Figure 3 is a partial cross-sectional view showing an example of a state in which a lifting unit is attached to the detachable panel. The detachable panel 20 shown in Figure 3 is positioned within the frame 10 of the fixed wall 5. When detaching the detachable panel 20 from the fixed wall 5, it is detached while being supported from both the outer surface 21a side and the housing surface 22a side by a pair of first lifting devices 41. By using a pair of first lifting devices 41, the detachable panel 20 can be supported and transported with a device smaller than the second lifting device 42. The pair of first lifting devices 41 are arranged in the X-axis direction on the rail mounting portion 33 of the rail 30. The support of the pair of first lifting devices 41 prevents the detachable panel 20 from tilting in any direction in the X-axis direction around the fixed wall 5.
[0055] Each of the pair of first lifting devices 41 has a plurality of string-like members 44. The first lifting devices 41 arranged in the negative direction of the X-axis have auxiliary lifting devices 43 attached to each string-like member 44. The auxiliary lifting devices 43 are, for example, chain blocks or lever blocks (registered trademark). Each string-like member 44 of the pair of first lifting devices 41 is attached to the lifting attachment portions 23A, 23B, 24A, and 24B of the detachable panel 20, respectively. At least one or more auxiliary lifting devices 43 are attached to the string-like member 44 attached to each of the lifting attachment portions 23A, 23B, 24A, and 24B. With the auxiliary lifting devices 43 and string-like members 44 attached to the lifting attachment portions 23A, 23B, 24A, and 24B, respectively, the detachable panel 20 is lifted and supported from both sides in the X-axis direction by the pair of first lifting devices 41. Here, "lifting" includes the state in which tension is applied to the auxiliary lifting device 43 and the string-like member 44, and the state in which the detachable panel 20 moves upward (separates) from the frame 10. Furthermore, because the auxiliary lifting device 43 is attached to the string-like member 44, the posture of the detachable panel 20 is appropriately controlled by winding up or down with the auxiliary lifting device 43.
[0056] Before moving the detachable panel 20 away from the fixed wall 5 in the positive direction of the X-axis, the operator removes (detaches) the sealing portion 25 of the first region R1. With the sealing portion 25 removed, the detachable panel 20 can move without being affected by friction between the sealing portion 25 and the rail 30. With the sealing portion 25 removed, the detachable panel 20 is separated from the rail 30. The detachable panel 20 has a U-shaped opening that opens upward by a part of the upper end of the second region R2 and a pair of third regions R3. Just before detaching from the fixed wall, the detachable panel 20 has the portion of the first region R1 removed and is in a state having the portions of the second region R2 and the third region R3.
[0057] Figure 4 is a partial cross-sectional view showing an example of the detachable panel moving along the rail. As shown in Figure 4, the pair of first lifting devices 41 move in the positive direction of the X-axis. Since the detachable panel 20 is lifted by the pair of first lifting devices 41, the detachable panel 20 moves in the positive direction of the X-axis as the pair of first lifting devices 41 move. As a result, the detachable panel 20 is detached from the fixed wall 5 in the positive direction of the X-axis.
[0058] Figure 5 is a partial cross-sectional view showing an example of the detachable panel in a lowered position. As shown in Figure 5, the length of the string-like member 44 in the pair of first lifting devices 41 is adjusted by the first lifting devices 41 and each auxiliary lifting device 43, thereby allowing the detachable panel 20 to be separated from the rail 30. In other words, the pair of first lifting devices 41 can be moved so that the detachable panel 20 is close to the installation surface F.
[0059] Figure 6 is a partial cross-sectional view showing an example of a state in which the detachable panel is tilted. As shown in Figure 6, when the detachable panel 20 reaches a predetermined height from the installation surface F, the multiple string-like members 44 of the first lifting device 41, which is positioned on the positive X-axis side, are detached from the pair of lifting attachment parts 23A and 23B.
[0060] To tilt the detachable panel 20, the first lifting device 41, located on the negative side of the X-axis, adjusts the auxiliary lifting devices 43 provided on the string-like members 44 attached to a pair of lifting attachment parts 24A, thereby lengthening the string-like members 44 attached to the pair of lifting attachment parts 24A to a predetermined length. Multiple auxiliary lifting devices 43 of the first lifting device 41, located on the negative side of the X-axis, are adjusted so that the string-like members 44 on the lifting attachment part 24A side become longer. The auxiliary lifting devices 43 may also adjust the string-like members 44 on the lifting attachment part 24B side to fine-tune the posture of the detachable panel 20. This adjusts the degree of tilt of the detachable panel 20 and prevents the lower end of the detachable panel 20 from contacting the fixed wall 5 or floor member 83.
[0061] When the string-like members 44 attached to the pair of lifting attachment points 24A reach a predetermined length (when the tilt of the detachable panel 20 reaches a predetermined angle), the first lifting device 41 completes the adjustment process of lengthening the string-like members 44 attached to the pair of lifting attachment points 24A. As the string-like members 44 extending from the first lifting device 41 provided on the rail 30 become longer, the detachable panel 20 descends further to get closer to the installation surface F. Note that the tilt adjustment process of the detachable panel 20 and the descent process of the detachable panel 20 may be performed simultaneously, or one process may be performed first and the other afterward.
[0062] Figure 7 is a partial cross-sectional view showing an example of a state in which the detachable panel is tilted below the floor member of the module. As shown in Figure 7, the first lifting device 41 performs an adjustment process to lengthen the string-like members 44 attached to a pair of lifting attachment parts 24A so that the lower end of the detachable panel 20 fits between the lower end 83a of the floor member 83 and the installation surface F, thereby tilting the detachable panel 20. Because the lower end of the detachable panel 20 is positioned in the space between the lower end 83a of the floor member 83 and the installation surface F, the detachable panel 20 can be tilted to be horizontal even if the amount of protrusion L1 of the outer surface portion 32 is shorter than half the height H1 of the detachable panel 20. As the string-like members 44 extending from the first lifting device 41 become longer and the length between the lower end of the detachable panel 20 and the installation surface F decreases, the detachable panel 20 may be tilted to be horizontal. When the string-like member 44 extending from the first lifting device 41 becomes long enough that the distance between the lower end of the detachable panel 20 and the installation surface F reaches a predetermined value, the detachable panel 20 may be tilted so that it becomes horizontal.
[0063] Figure 8 is a partial cross-sectional view showing an example of a detachable panel placed in the external space. As shown in Figure 8, the detachable panel 20 is adjusted to extend horizontally by operating the first lifting device 41. By lengthening the string-like member 44 extending from the first lifting device 41, the detachable panel 20 is placed horizontally on the installation surface F. The detachable panel 20 may also be placed on a transport vehicle or pallet placed on the installation surface F.
[0064] When the detachable panel 20 is separated from the fixed wall 5, a second lifting device 42 may be positioned on the rail 30, as shown in Figure 1. The second lifting device 42 lifts the article 90 in the storage space 80A and transports it in the positive direction of the X-axis. After moving to the outer side portion 32, the second lifting device 42 places the article 90 on the installation surface F, transport vehicle, or pallet. This allows the second lifting device 42 to smoothly transport the article 90 from the storage space 80A to the external space 80B.
[0065] The above description explains the case where the detachable panel 20 is detached from the fixed wall 5. However, when placing the detachable panel 20, which is placed on the installation surface F, onto the fixed wall 5, the above process should be performed in the reverse order. When the detachable panel 20 is placed onto the fixed wall 5, a sealing portion 25 may be created so that the detachable panel 20 and the rail 30 are fixed in the first region R1 of the detachable panel 20.
[0066] Next, while explaining the problems with conventional building wall structures, we will describe the effects and advantages of the wall structure of building 80 in this embodiment.
[0067] When a plant building is constructed using multiple modules, some modules may house large equipment such as motors, pumps, gearboxes, switchgears, and transformers. Because some modules must be kept small enough to be transportable, it may not be possible to secure sufficient space within the module for maintenance of the large equipment. Therefore, it may be necessary for the large equipment within the module to be able to be removed from the module building for maintenance.
[0068] Furthermore, depending on the environment in which the module building is constructed, the module may have a shielding (sealed) structure to protect the items inside. In this case, it may not be possible to easily remove items such as large equipment from inside the module to the outside of the building. Therefore, a building wall structure that allows for easy loading and unloading of items into and out of the building is required.
[0069] In the wall structure of the building 80 of this embodiment, the detachable panel 20 is placed on a fixed wall 5 that separates the storage space 80A of the building 80 from the external space 80B. The detachable panel 20 is placed on the fixed wall 5 with a rail 30 inserted through the opening 25a. Therefore, even when the storage space 80A is contained to a predetermined size by the detachable panel 20 and the fixed wall 5, the rail 30 protrudes from the outer surface 21a of the detachable panel 20. When the detachable panel 20 is detached from the fixed wall 5, the load lifting section 40 provided on the rail 30 is moved, allowing the article 90 to be moved along the rail 30 between the storage space 80A and the external space 80B via the area where the detachable panel 20 was placed. Thus, this wall structure of the building 80 allows for easy loading and unloading of the article 90 into and out of the building 80. The wall structure of the building 80 allows articles 90 to be brought into and out of the building 80, facilitating maintenance processes including at least one of inspection, repair, and replacement of the articles 90.
[0070] In the wall structure of the building 80 of this embodiment, the detachable panel 20 may have a first region R1 in which an opening 25a is formed, a second region R2 that closes off the region through which the articles 90 can pass, and a pair of third regions R3 located on either side of the first region R1 that close off the region through which the loading section 40 can pass. In this case, the detachable panel 20 placed on the fixed wall 5 can appropriately close off the region through which the loading section 40 and the articles 90 can be placed or passed. Furthermore, by detaching the detachable panel 20 from the fixed wall 5, the area necessary for loading and unloading the articles 90 can be appropriately secured. Therefore, this wall structure of the building 80 appropriately protects the storage space 80A and allows for easy loading and unloading of articles 90 into and out of the building 80.
[0071] In the wall structure of the building 80 of this embodiment, the detachable panel 20 may have a sealing portion 25 that extends along the outer surface 21a and the housing surface 22a in the first region R1 and has an opening 25a formed inside it. In this case, by forming an opening 25a through which the rail 30 can be inserted inside the sealing portion 25, the exposure of the housing space 80A to the external space 80B through the opening 25a is suppressed, and the sealing portion 25 can appropriately shield (or seal) the opening 25a. Therefore, the wall structure of this building 80 can reduce the influence of the external space 80B on the housing space 80A.
[0072] In the wall structure of the building 80 of this embodiment, the lifting section 40 includes at least one of a first lifting device 41 for transporting the detachable panel 20 and a second lifting device 42 for transporting the article 90, and the rail 30 may have a rail mounting section 33 to which the first lifting device 41 and the second lifting device 42 can be attached. In this case, by attaching the first lifting device 41 and the second lifting device 42 to the rail 30, both the detachable panel 20 and the article 90 can be moved by the rail 30. Therefore, the wall structure of this building 80 can appropriately attach and detach the detachable panel 20 using the rail 30 which can transport the article 90.
[0073] In the wall structure of the building 80 of this embodiment, the lifting section 40 has a hoist including a string-like member 44, and the detachable panel 20 may have lifting attachment sections 23A, 23B, 24A, 24B to which the auxiliary lifting device 43 and the string-like member 44 can be attached. In this case, the detachable panel 20 can be transported in an easy configuration.
[0074] In the wall structure of the building 80 of this embodiment, each of the lifting attachment parts 23A, 23B, 24A, and 24B may be attached to the housing surface 22a and the outer surface 21a of the detachable panel 20, respectively. In this case, by attaching the lifting part 40 to both the lifting attachment parts 23A of the housing surface 22a and the outer surface 21a, the swinging of the detachable panel 20 is suppressed to a minimum, and the detachable panel 20 can be transported stably.
[0075] In the wall structure of the building 80 of this embodiment, the amount L1 protruding from the outer surface 21a of the detachable panel 20 on the rail 30 to the external space 80B may be less than half the height of the outer surface 21a of the detachable panel 20. In this case, for example, depending on the center of gravity of the detachable panel 20 and the lifting method by the lifting section 40, the detachable panel 20 can be tilted from the vertical direction to change its orientation to the horizontal direction and placed in the external space 80B of the building 80.
[0076] In the wall structure of the building 80 of this embodiment, the fixed wall 5 has a frame 10 into which the detachable panel 20 can be fitted, and the portion of the frame 10 on the side of the housing space 80A may be narrower than the portion on the side of the external space 80B. In this case, because the portion of the frame 10 on the side of the housing space 80A is narrower than the portion on the side of the external space 80B, the movement of the detachable panel 20 towards the housing space 80A is suppressed, and it can be appropriately detached from the frame 10 towards the external space 80B.
[0077] In the wall structure of the building 80 of this embodiment, the article 90 may be at least one of a pump 94, a motor 91, a rotating machine, a compressor, a gearbox, a transformer, and a switchgear. In this case, the article 90, which is at least one of the pump 94, motor 91, rotating machine, compressor, gearbox, transformer, and switchgear, can be transported from the storage space 80A to the external space 80B after the detachable panel 20 is removed, and can be maintained. Furthermore, the article 90 can be transported from the external space 80B to the storage space 80A before the detachable panel 20 is placed. Thus, this wall structure of the building 80 can improve the maintainability of the article 90.
[0078] In the wall structure of the building 80 of this embodiment, the article 90 may weigh 1 ton or more. In this case, even if the article 90 is large, it can be transported from the storage space 80A to the external space 80B after the detachable panel 20 is removed. The article 90 can be transported from the external space 80B to the storage space 80A before the detachable panel 20 is placed. Therefore, this wall structure of the building 80 can enable the efficient transport of large articles 90.
[0079] Although various exemplary embodiments have been described above, this disclosure is not limited to the exemplary embodiments described above, and various omissions, substitutions, and modifications may be made. For example, the building 80 may have two or more rails as rails 30. For example, in the lifting section 40, the first lifting device 41 and the second lifting device 42 may be the same device. For example, the lifting attachment part may be located on either the outer surface 21a or the housing surface 22a of the detachable panel 20. For example, in the detachable panel 20, four or more lifting attachment parts may be installed on both the outer surface 21a and the housing surface 22a.
[0080] The frame 10 does not have to be rectangular; it may be circular, polygonal, or any other shape. The second wall portion 12 of the frame 10 only needs to be narrower than the first wall portion 11, and the detachable panel 20 does not have to have a first extension portion 21b. The detachable panel 20 may be a frustum of a cone, a frustum of a square pyramid, or a frustum of a polygon.
[0081] The amount L1 protruding from the outer surface 21a of the detachable panel 20 on the rail 30 to the external space 80B does not have to be less than half the height H1 of the outer surface 21a of the detachable panel 20. The lower end 83a of the floor member 83 may be close to or in contact with the installation surface F. In this case, as shown in Figure 7, it is not necessary to move (tilt) the lower end of the detachable panel 20 below the lower end 83a of the floor member 83. The tilted detachable panel 20 shown in Figure 6 is lowered, and the lower end of the detachable panel 20 reaches the installation surface F. By lengthening the string-like members 44 attached to the pair of lifting attachment parts 24A, the upper end of the detachable panel 20 is lowered toward the installation surface F. As a result, the detachable panel 20 is placed on the installation surface F. Note that the amount L1 protruding from the outer surface 21a of the detachable panel 20 on the rail 30 to the external space 80B may be the same as or greater than the height H1 of the outer surface 21a of the detachable panel 20.
