[0007] The field of application of the present invention falls within the sector of the industry dedicated to the manufacture of machinery for cutting fabrics.
[0008] BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0009] Machines that cut pieces of fabric unwound from a roll at specific lengths are well-known on the market. These machines typically include a cutting bridge where the fabric is positioned and tensioned so that a saw or blade can pass over it, cutting the fabric as it slides from one end to the other. However, existing machines usually only include one type of saw, typically a simple saw that, positioned perpendicular to the fabric, makes a straight cut.
[0010] There are also some machines known that include inclined saws or inclined positioning means of the fabric to perform what is called chamfer cutting.
[0011] This chamfered cut is especially used in fiberglass fabrics, for example for the manufacture of wind turbine blades, where it may be necessary to overlap the edges of the fabric and / or use pieces cut at one end in a straight cut and at the other in a chamfer.
[0012] The problem is that, with current machines, it is not possible to perform both types of cuts without changing the machine or the cutting head with one type of saw or another.
[0013] The objective of the present invention is the development of a new type of fabric cutting machine that allows both straight fabric cutting and chamfer cutting to be performed interchangeably, without having to change the cutting head or the machine.
[0014] Furthermore, a secondary objective of the present invention is to provide a cutting machine that allows the incorporation of several coils to avoid the need for an operator to be attentive to placing them each time they run out, making production much faster and able to be carried out with fewer personnel.
[0015] Furthermore, and with reference to the current state of the art, it should be noted that, at least as far as the applicant is concerned, there is no other machine of similar application that has technical, structural and constitutive characteristics equal or similar to those of the one claimed herein.
[0016] EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION
[0017] The fabric cutting machine with a straight or chamfer cut, as proposed by the invention, is configured as an optimal solution to the objectives mentioned above, with the characterizing details that make it possible and that distinguish it being conveniently included in the final claims that accompany this description.
[0018] Specifically, what the invention proposes, as previously mentioned, is a machine for cutting pieces of fabric, normally wound on reels, according to a certain length. It has the particularity of essentially comprising a lower support with a tensioning head and an upper cutting bridge that can have one or two saws to cut the fabric, once it is arranged and tensioned between the lower support and the upper cutting bridge, either with a straight cut or with one or two chamfered cuts.
[0019] Thus, in a first embodiment option, the machine comprises, in the upper cutting bridge, a single mobile-type saw with tilting movement, such that it can be positioned vertically to make a straight cut of the fabric or can be positioned inclined to make a chamfered cut of the fabric, in which case, the fabric stretched by the lower support is laid flat in both cases, it not being necessary for it to be inclined, since only by moving the inclination of the saw is the straight or inclined cut achieved.
[0020] In a second embodiment, the machine comprises, in the upper cutting bridge, a single vertical saw that is horizontally movable; that is, it does not tilt and is only positioned vertically, allowing it to be moved to place it over a flat or inclined area of the fabric to be cut. The single saw (without tilting it, only moving it horizontally) cuts the fabric along the inclined area, thus achieving a chamfered cut. [0021] In a third embodiment, the machine comprises, in the upper cutting bridge, two saws, one that is always in a vertical position, and another that is always in an inclined position, allowing the use of one or the other to cut the fabric stretched by the lower support and which is always laid flat.
[0022] And, in a fourth and final embodiment option, the machine comprises, in the upper cutting bridge, two types of fixed saws, a single one, i.e. with a single blade and a double one, with two parallel blades, being configured and arranged in such a way that they allow the fabric to be cut both straight and at an angle, i.e., either so that the blade of the single saw makes a cut by striking perpendicularly to the laminar surface of the fabric, which would be the straight cut, or so that the two blades of the double saw make the cut by striking at a certain oblique angle on the laminar surface of the fabric.

[0026] Furthermore, it is important to note that, by means of the tensioning rollers on the underside of the bridge, whose position can be adjusted to separate or join them together, the machine allows the angle of inclination of the V-shaped fabric on the support head to be increased or decreased. This allows the angle of the chamfer cut made by the double saw to be adjusted to be wider or narrower and / or more pointed, depending on the requirements of each application. In addition, in a preferred embodiment, the machine also includes means for removing the waste resulting from the described double chamfer cut. These means preferably comprise a tilting system that rotates the support with the tensioning head to remove the fabric waste.

[0044] In view of the aforementioned figures, and in accordance with the numbering adopted, one can observe in them an example of a non-limiting embodiment of the machine for cutting fabric with a straight or chamfered cut, regardless of the invention, which comprises what is described in detail below.
[0045] Thus, as can be seen in these figures, the machine (1) of the invention is one that basically comprises a cutting module (4), with an upper cutting bridge (4.1) and a lower support (4.2) to position the fabric (t) to be cut.

CLAIMS 1.- A machine for cutting fabric with a straight or chamfered cut, comprising a cutting module (4), with an upper cutting bridge (4.1) and a lower support (4.2) for positioning the fabric (t) to be cut; characterized by comprising, in the cutting module (4), an upper cutting bridge (4.1) with at least one saw for cutting the fabric (t), once arranged and tensioned between the lower support (4.2) and the upper cutting bridge (4.1), either with a straight cut (r) or with a chamfered cut (c). 2.- Machine for cutting fabric with a straight or chamfered cut interchangeably, according to claim 1, characterized in that, in the upper cutting bridge (4.1), it comprises a single movable saw (4.10), with tilting movement, which can be positioned vertically to make the straight cut (r) or inclined to make the chamfered cut (c), in both cases on the fabric (t) positioned flat on the lower support (4.2). 3.- Machine for cutting fabric with a straight or chamfered cut interchangeably, according to claim 1, characterized in that, in the upper cutting bridge (4.1), it comprises a single vertical simple saw (4.11) with horizontal displacement movement, and cuts the fabric (t) in an area where it is placed flat to make the straight cut (r), or in an area where it is inclined, at least in part, and make the chamfered cut (c). 4.- Machine for cutting fabric with a straight or chamfered cut interchangeably, according to claim 1, characterized in that, in the upper cutting bridge (4.1), it comprises two simple saws that are interchangeably selectable, a vertical simple saw (4.11) and an inclined simple saw (4.11'), allowing the use of one or the other to cut the fabric stretched by the lower support (4.2) in a flat position. 5.- Machine for cutting fabric with a straight or chamfered cut interchangeably, according to claim 1, characterized in that, in the upper cutting bridge (4.1), it comprises two types of vertical saws, a single one (4.11) and a double one (4.12), which are selectable interchangeably to cut the fabric (t), once it is arranged and tensioned between the lower support (4.2) and the upper cutting bridge (4.1), with a straight cut (r) when the single saw (4.11) is selected or with a chamfered cut (c) when the double saw (4.12) is selected. 6.- Machine for cutting fabric with a straight or chamfered cut interchangeably, according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises means for modifying the inclination of the chamfered cut (c). 7.- Machine for cutting fabric with a straight or chamfered cut interchangeably, according to claims 2 and 6, characterized in that, to modify the inclination of the chamfered cut (c), it comprises means for regulating the angle of inclination of the tilting mobile saw (4.10). 8.- Machine for inclined portions (t2) on both sides of the central portion, for cutting with a chamfer (c). 11.- Machine for cutting fabric with a straight or chamfered cut interchangeably, according to claim 10, characterized in that the pressing rollers (4.13) are movable, allowing the angle of inclination of the inclined portions (t2) of fabric to be cut at a chamfer to be increased or reduced. 12.- Machine for cutting fabric with a straight or bevel cut, depending on the claim 10 or 11, characterized in that it comprises means for evacuating a waste (tm) of excess fabric from the cutting. 13.- Machine for cutting fabric with a straight or chamfered cut interchangeably, according to claim 12, characterized in that the head (4.21) is associated with a rotating mechanism (4.22) on its longitudinal axis which allows it to be turned over, in order to evacuate the waste (tm) of excess fabric from the chamfered cut. 14.- Machine for cutting fabric with a straight or chamfered cut interchangeably, according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises a fabric feeding station (2) with a wheel (2.1) which, installed on a support structure (2.2), allows loading several different fabric (t) bobbins (b) and allowing the use of one or the other as appropriate. 15.- Machine for cutting fabric with a straight or chamfered cut interchangeably, according to claim 14, characterized in that the support structure (2.2) of the wheel (2.1) is provided with horizontal displacement means to automatically position one of the bobbins (b) on the motorized belt cradle (3.1) of the motorized displacement and advance station (3) of the fabric to be cut, which, in collaboration with a pusher roller (3.2), ensures the unwinding of the same towards the cutting module (4).
