Description

Easy-open vacuum sealing container

[0001] The present invention relates to a vacuum-sealed container, and more specifically, to an easy-open vacuum-sealed container configured to vacuum-seal a container containing contents such as food by joining a lid to safely store the food for a long time, and to release the sealed vacuum pressure formed inside the container when the lid is separated from the container, while simultaneously allowing the lid of the vacuum-sealed container to open more easily.

[0002] Generally, airtight containers allow various foods to be placed in the container's receiving portion and sealed by closing the lid, thereby enabling the food to be stored and eaten without spoiling even when placed in the container for a long time.

[0003] Currently, airtight containers made of glass, stainless steel, plastic, or silicone are sealed by a lid with a packing formed on the top of the container to ensure a tight seal, thereby creating a vacuum pressure inside the container. At this time, to facilitate the separation of the lid from the container, a separate stopper is pivotally connected to the upper surface of the lid to release the sealed vacuum pressure with a one-touch operation.

[0004] However, when separating or attaching such conventional airtight container lids, the stopper formed on the lid is opened to release the vacuum pressure generated by the sealing inside the container. Typically, one hand is held in the container and the other hand is held in the lid to separate or attach it. Since most of these methods require gripping the entire surface of the lid with the hand spread wide to separate or attach the lid to the container, there is considerable inconvenience when gripping the lid. Additionally, when the lid is large and the entire surface cannot be gripped, the lid is usually separated from the container by gripping the upper and lower surfaces in a clamp-like manner. However, due to the characteristics of airtight containers, this presents a problem in that the lid does not open easily.

[0041] Meanwhile, FIG. 6 is an example of operation of an easy-open vacuum sealed container with the lid open according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in the figure,

[0042] In the state of Fig. 5, when the end of the main open lever (20) located at the tip of the main indentation (30) of the lid (3) is grasped and pulled upward, the main open lever (20) moves axially by means of the coupling means (70) to remove the stopper (40) from the vent (30a) of the lid (3), and at the same time, the end of the auxiliary open lever (23) penetrates the contact surface between the container (1) and the lid (3), causing a part of the side of the lid (3) to be separated from the container (1), thereby allowing the lid (3) to be safely and easily completely separated from the container (1) with a small force thereafter.

[0043] Accordingly, according to the present invention described above, the contents of a container (1) containing food or other contents can be sealed by the coupling of the lid (3) so that the contents can be stored safely for a long time. However, when the lid (3) is to be separated from the container (1), the vacuum plug (40) is opened using the open lever (20+23) to release the sealed vacuum pressure formed inside the container (1), and simultaneously, the lid (3) of the vacuum sealed container is separated from the container (1) by the operation of the open lever (20+23), so that it can be opened more easily.

[0044] The foregoing description is merely an illustrative explanation of the technical concept of the present invention, and those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains will be able to make various modifications and variations within the scope of the essential characteristics of the present invention. Accordingly, the embodiments disclosed in the present invention are intended to explain, not limit, the technical concept of the present invention, and the scope of the technical concept of the present invention is not limited by these embodiments. The scope of protection of the present invention shall be interpreted by the claims below, and all technical concepts within an equivalent scope shall be interpreted as being included within the scope of rights of the present invention.

[0045] As described above, according to various aspects of the present invention, there is an effect of making it easier to open the lid of a vacuum-sealed container.

[0046] That is, by combining the lid, the container holding contents such as food is sealed to allow the contents to be stored safely for a long time, but when the lid is to be separated from the container, the vacuum plug is opened to release the sealed vacuum pressure formed inside the container, and simultaneously, the operation of the open lever separates the lid of the vacuum-sealed container from the container, creating an effect that allows it to be opened more easily.
