[0003] A cosmetic product dispenser of the type comprising a container in which the cosmetic product is located, with at least a first outlet orifice, a first lid covering the first outlet orifice and at least partially the container, characterized in that it comprises: - a push button that fits into the container, at the end opposite the first outlet orifice, by means of a lateral surface housed inside the container, - an elastic medium, disposed between the push button and the container, elastically deformable, with at least one passage hole for the passage of air from a first chamber located between the elastic medium and the push button to a second chamber located in the container, - at least one air inlet from outside the device to the chamber, - a piston located inside the container that delimits the second chamber on one side and a third chamber on the other, - the third chamber, located between the piston and the first outlet orifice, inside which the fluid to be dispensed is housed; which, in the operating position, when the button is pressed, the elastic medium deforms elastically closing the passage of air from the outside and reducing the space of the second chamber, which, when the air inside is compressed, pushes the piston towards the third chamber, reducing its internal space and pushing the fluid outwards through the first outlet orifice.
[0004] BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0005] In the state of the art, different fluid dispensers, specifically for creams, are known.
[0006] Thus, the Spanish Utility Model No. 8702062 (ES1002692) “AN IMPROVED CREAM APPLICATOR CONTAINER”, from 1987, in the name of HENKEL IBÉRICA, SA, belongs to the state of the art, which refers to an improved cream applicator container, of the type comprising a reservoir of suitable shape for gripping during the application of the product, provided with a brush with axial feed passage, essentially characterized by comprising incorporated means for dosing the product to be supplied, said means comprising a push button, with return spring, provided with a stem that displaces a movable piston inside a dosing cylinder or chamber that has an opening in its side wall communicating with a vertical side channel closed above by a lifting tab that releases the passage of the dosed product towards a nozzle centered in the base carrying the flattening bristles;because the bottom of the cylinder or dosing chamber has a non-return valve facing a passage provided in the upper partition of the main product tank, which valve allows the product to pass into the dosing chamber when the push button returns to its original position by the action of the spring; and because the bottom of the main tank consists of a movable piston that rises automatically according to the volume of product transferred to the dosing chamber.
[0007] Also known is European Patent No. 1483177 (ES2287492) “CONTAINER FOR PASTE AND CREAM PRODUCTS, SUCH AS COSMETIC, PHARMACEUTICAL AND SIMILAR PRODUCTS”, issued to GIBO ITALIA SRL in 2003, which relates to a container for paste and cream products in general, such as cosmetic, pharmaceutical and similar products, said container comprising an outer container body, which defines a chamber for holding a product to be dispensed, said chamber being closed, on one side, by a roof having a product dispensing orifice and, on the other side, by a product expulsion piston coupled to said outer container body, said product dispensing orifice being detachably closed by closing means, characterized in that said outer container body defines an outer layer which forms a hollow space which cooperates with a wall which delimits the chamber.
[0008] Also worthy of note is European Patent EP1414714 (ES2236581) “FLUID PRODUCT DISPENSER”, issued in the name of VALOIS SAS in 2002, in the public domain, which refers to a fluid product dispenser comprising: - a tank with variable volume by means of the displacement of a movable wall in order to reduce the volume of the tank; - a distribution orifice; and - drive means for determining the displacement of the movable wall of the tank, the drive means being rotatable and having a thread that screws into the tank, characterized in that the tank has at least one displacement flange integral with the movable wall and threaded into the thread.
[0009] Finally, it is worth highlighting European Patent No. 2461717 (ES2455566) “Dispenser for viscous materials”, issued by TWISTUB LTD in 2010, which relates to a dispenser for dispensing a viscous fluid stored directly inside the dispenser body, or inside a cartridge inserted inside the dispenser, wherein the viscous fluid is propelled through a dispensing opening by the advancement of a piston member, and wherein the piston is advanced by the rotation of a first threaded member located in the female thread of a main body member, and wherein, once such a rotation is completed, elastic means are provided for partially reversing the direction in which the first threaded member was rotated, in order to prevent unintended dispensing of fluid, and wherein the elastic means comprise a spring or other elastic member that is either stretched,or compressed during the rotation of the first threaded member, and which, once a rotation has been completed by a user, returns to its normal length and thus exerts a force that reverses the direction in which the first threaded member was rotated; and characterized in that the elastic means further comprise a second threaded member with a male thread that is also placed in the female thread of the main body member and in which the spring or other elastic member provides a thrust between the first threaded member and the second threaded member.
[0010] BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0011] The present invention falls within the sector of cream and fluid dispensers.
[0012] The closest document is European Patent EP1414714 (ES2236581). This patent solves the problem that the user's hand is what ends up emptying the inside of the container with product by means of actuating means that are rotary and have a threaded connection to the tank.
[0013] On the other hand, it has the disadvantage that, due to the technique used, it cannot provide a precise dosage, the product inside can be contaminated by the user, and the fact that it requires a rotation system complicates the dispensing of the product.
[0014] The present invention solves the aforementioned problems by means of a push button, which, once pressed, activates the combination of elastic means with a piston, which in turn allows air to enter or blocks it inside the container and also pushes the piston to expel the cosmetic fluid to the outside.
[0015] An object of the present invention is a cosmetic product dispenser of the type comprising a container in which the cosmetic product is located, with at least one first outlet orifice, a first lid covering the first outlet orifice and at least partially the container, characterized in that it comprises: - a push button that fits into the container, at the end opposite the first outlet orifice, by means of a lateral surface housed inside the container, - an elastic medium, disposed between the push button and the container, elastically deformable, with at least one passage hole for the passage of air from a first chamber located between the elastic medium and the push button to a second chamber located in the container, - at least one air inlet from outside the device to the chamber,- a piston located inside the container that delimits the second chamber on one side and a third chamber on the other; - the third chamber, located between the piston and the first outlet orifice, houses the fluid to be dispensed; in the operating position, when the button is pressed, the elastic medium deforms elastically, closing the passage of air from the outside and reducing the space of the second chamber. The compression of the air inside the second chamber pushes the piston towards the third chamber, reducing its internal space and pushing the fluid outwards through the first outlet orifice. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS,
[0016] In order to facilitate the explanation, this document is accompanied by eight sheets of drawings in which a practical embodiment has been represented, which is cited as an example, not limiting the scope of the present invention:

[0025] CONCRETE REALIZATION OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
[0026] Thus, in Figure 1 a container 1 and a first lid 3 are illustrated.
[0027] Figure 2 shows the container 1, the first lid 3, a first outlet hole 2, a second lid 4, a non-return valve 5, a push button 6, a side surface (in this embodiment legs) 7, an elastic medium 8, a first passage hole 9, a first chamber 10, a second chamber 12, a piston 13, a third chamber 14, projections 15, protrusions 16, a first step 17, a first partition 18, a second partition 19, and a second step 20.
[0028] Figure 3 shows container 1, first lid 3, first outlet hole 2, second lid 4, non-return valve 5, push button 6, legs 7, elastic medium 8, first passage hole 9, piston 13, first partition 18 and second partition 19.
[0029] Figure 4 illustrates the first cover 3, the push button 6, the legs 7, the elastic medium 8, the first passage hole 9, the first chamber 10, the second chamber 12, the projections 15, the protrusions 16, the first step 17, the first partition 18, the second partition 19, the second step 20 and some fixed partitions 21, 22.
[0030] Figure 5 shows the first cover 3, the push button 6, the legs 7, the elastic medium 8, the first passage hole 9, the first chamber 10, the second chamber 12, the projections 15, the protrusions 16, the first step 17, the first partition 18, the second partition 19, the second step 20 and the fixed partitions 21, 22.
[0031] In Figure 6, container 1 has been drawn with its first part 111 and its second part 112, the first lid 3 and the push button 6-
[0032] Figure 7 shows the first cover 3, the first outlet hole 2, the second cover 4, the non-return valve 5 located in a second outlet hole 115 belonging to an insert 114, the push button 6, the elastic medium 8, the first passage hole 9, a gasket 113, the first chamber 10, the second chamber 12, the piston 13, the third chamber 14, the first step 17, the first part of the container 111 and the second part of the container 112.
[0033] Finally, in Figure 8, the push button 6 is reproduced with its protrusion 117 and the elastic medium 8 with its lip 116 and the passage hole 9.
[0034] Thus, the device of the present invention consists of a container 1 inside which the cosmetic product is located, which will subsequently be dispensed through at least one first outlet orifice 2 (in this embodiment there is one, but it is easily understood that there can be more than one) and a first lid 3 that covers the first outlet orifice 2 and at least partially the container 1.
[0035] It also includes a push button 6 that fits into the container 1, at the end opposite the first outlet hole 2, by means of a side surface 7 that is housed inside the container 1. This push button 6 is what will initiate the product supply operation.
[0036] There is also an elastic medium 8 configured between the push button 6 and the container 1. This elastic medium is elastically deformable, and comprises at least one passage hole 9 for the passage of air from a first chamber 10 located between the elastic medium 8 and the push button 6 to a second chamber 12 located in the container 1.
[0037] It includes at least one air inlet 11 from the outside of the device to the chamber 10.
[0038] It has a piston 13 located inside container 1 which delimits on one side the second chamber 12 and on the other side delimits a third chamber 14.
[0039] This third chamber 14 is located between the piston 13 and the first outlet hole 2, inside which the fluid to be dispensed has been previously loaded.
[0040] Thus, in the operating position, when the push button 6 is pressed, the elastic medium 8 deforms elastically, closing the passage of air from the outside and reducing the space of the second chamber 12, which, when the air inside is compressed, pushes the piston 13 towards the third chamber 14, consequently reducing its internal space and then pushing the fluid out of the container 1 through the first outlet hole 2.
[0041] Optionally, the first outlet hole 2 is arranged in a second lid 4, which covers the container 1. The advantage is that it allows for a standard container 1 and the ability to change the outlet hole 2 options (more than one, configuring a letter or a logo, etc.).
[0042] To enhance the dispenser's safety, the first outlet 2 can be fitted with a non-return valve 5, preventing contaminated fluid from flowing back inside. One manufacturing option is to position the air inlet 11 at the push button 6, as shown in Figures 4 and 5, simplifying the configuration of the air passage to the first flow hole 9.
[0043] Another constructive option, an alternative to the one in the previous paragraph, is that the air inlet 11 is located between the push button 6 and the container 1, so that it is not visible, and avoids the discomfort that could occur with the pressure of the fingertip on the same air inlet 11.
[0044] Consideration has been given to the possibility that the lateral surface 7 may be legs, at least two, as shown in figures 2, 3 and 4, since it eliminates material and facilitates the elastic movement of the interlocking legs when assembled.
[0045] One of the fitting systems for the push button 6 in the container 1 is that the container 1 comprises inwardly projecting lugs 15, which are fixed, located in the area of the push button 6, and the push button 6 in turn comprises protrusions 16 located on the legs 7, the protrusions 16 being positioned beyond the projections 15, defining an upper limit stop for the protrusions 16. That is, when the push button 6 is pressed and moved, the protrusions 16 move away from the projections 15 and when the push button 6 returns to its initial position, the protrusions 16 stop as they are blocked by the projections 15.
[0046] One of the construction options is that container 1 includes a first step 17 that defines a lower limit stop for the protrusions 16. That is, when the push button 6 is pressed and the protrusions 16 separate from the projections 15, the first step 17 serves to prevent the protrusions 16 from going down any further and, consequently, limits the descent of the push button 6.
[0047] There would be other possibilities such as configuring a locking position, leaving button 6 locked when not in use, different stroke lengths, etc.
[0048] Another possibility would be that the elastic medium 8 comprises a first partition 18 and a second partition 19. Thus, the first partition 18 defines a rest distance between the push button 6 and the elastic medium 8, and the second partition 19, at rest, allows air to pass from the air inlet 11 to the first chamber 10, and when the push button 6 is pressed, said second partition 19 blocks the passage of air to the first chamber 10 (figure 5).
[0049] An alternative to the solution in the previous paragraph would be for the elastic medium 8 to comprise the first partition 18, which, as explained in the previous paragraph, defines a rest distance between the push button 6 and the elastic medium 8, and at least one lip 116 that surrounds the passage hole 9. In the rest position, it allows air to pass through the passage hole 9 from the air inlet 11 to the first chamber 10, but at the moment the push button 6 is pressed (which brings the push button 6 closer to the elastic element 8), said lip 116 closes a protrusion 117 belonging to the push button 6, placing said protrusion inside the passage hole 9, blocking the passage of air to the first chamber 10 (Fig. 8).
[0050] Optionally, container 1 comprises a second step 20 where the elastic medium 8 is positioned. The elastic medium can be positioned either above step 20 (figure 5) or below step 20, figure 2.
[0051] If a stylo configuration were chosen (Figs. 6, 7 and 8), the dispenser could be configured as follows, with a few minor changes.
[0052] Due to the length of container 1, to facilitate its manufacture, container 1 can be configured to comprise at least two parts, a first part 111 as a tank and a second part 112 as a base, joined together.
[0053] Also, in this Stylo model, if you opt for more economical versions that do not include the bi-injection of container 1 and elastic medium 8, you can have a gasket 113 located between container 1 and elastic medium 8, to create a seal between container 1 and elastic medium 8.
[0054] To improve the fixation of gasket 113, it is planned that it will be fixed inside the elastic medium 8. Another manufacturing option would be to configure gasket 113 and the elastic medium as a single piece, in which case this new piece could be bi-injected. This combines increased sealing with a reduction in the number of parts.
[0055] To increase the versatility of the device, it has been provided that an insert 114 can be added inside the second cover 4, comprising a second outlet hole 115 where a non-return valve 5 is positioned. In this way, the non-return valve 5 can be easily installed if desired, since the insert 114 with the non-return valve 5 would simply be placed inside the second cover 4 and installed.
[0056] In a specific embodiment, the person who is going to use the dispenser will initially take it as shown in figure 1.
[0057] It should be noted that the shape shown in the figures is not the only one that can be configured, as it could also be for a stick or bar type container or for a stylo or pen type container.
[0058] Next, remove the first cap 1 and invert the device so that the non-return valve 5 is facing downwards or towards the skin of the person operating the dispenser.
[0059] Next, press button 6 which will lower legs 7, separating protrusions 16 from projections 15 until reaching the first step 17, where the advance of button 6 will stop.
[0060] At the same time, when the push button 6 is pressed against the elastic medium 8, it deforms and the second partition 19 closes the passage of air coming from the air inlet 11, preventing more air from entering the first chamber 10.
[0061] Similarly, the air in the first chamber 10, seeing its space reduced, passes into the second chamber 12, creating pressure that displaces the piston 13. This piston pushes the fluid, for example, a cream, from inside the third chamber 14 to the outside, dispensing a predetermined amount. When the pressure on the button 6 is released, it returns to its initial position as the elastic medium 8 recovers its original shape, pushing the button through the first partition 18 and simultaneously separating the second partition 19 from the fixed partition 22. This allows air to flow again from the air inlet 11, as a vacuum has been created in the first chamber 10, which then fills with air.
[0062] Piston 13 will remain in the same position it was in when pushing the cream from the third chamber.
[0063] The present invention describes a novel cosmetic product dispenser. The examples mentioned herein are not limiting to the present invention; therefore, it may have different applications and / or adaptations, all within the scope of the following claims.
