A voice vibration translation device, characterized by comprising a portable device (1) equipped with an electrical power supply, a voice vibration recognition and translation system (2) that receives the user's voice vibrations by means of a vibration sensor configured to capture the vibrations generated by the vocal cords during speech, a signal processor coupled to the vibration sensor, designed to analyze the captured vibrations and convert them into understandable data, and a speaker that emits the speech representation generated by the voice vibration recognition and translation system (2).

3. Vocal vibration translation device, according to claim 1, characterized in that the portable equipment (1) has hanging fastening means.

4. Vocal vibration translation device, according to claim 1, characterized in that the portable equipment (1) incorporates a power on / off button.
