Abstract

A computer-implemented method comprising determining (202), using a first machine learning model, and based on a first state of a communication network, a first set of expected future outcomes, F π, resulting from implementation of a first proposed action in the communication network. The method further comprises 5 determining (204) whether the first proposed action is valid based on the first set of expected future outcomes. The method further comprises determining (206), based on whether the first proposed action is valid, whether to apply the first proposed action to the communication network.
