The active equalization circuit comprises: a plurality of equalization modules (231-23n) that are cascaded, are respectively sequentially connected to at least one group of batteries in a battery pack (240), and are configured to control energy equalization between the at least one group of batteries; an analog front-end sampling module (220), connected to a first enable port and a first I2C communication port of a first-stage equalization module (231) among the plurality of cascaded equalization modules (231-23n), and configured to read operating parameters of the plurality of equalization modules (231-23n) from registers of the plurality of equalization modules (231-23n), so as to monitor operating states of the plurality of equalization modules (231-23n), wherein the operating parameters comprise an equalization direction parameter, and at least one of a current parameter and a flag bit parameter.
