The rotary grounding switch disclosed by the invention is simple in structure; the air insulation break switch and the vacuum break switch act in sequence through using the transmission, and therefore, grounding current is closed by utilizing a vacuum break when the rotary grounding switch is closed; and when the rotary grounding switch is opened, the insulating property is ensured by utilizing an air break, and thus, the rotary grounding switch is safer when in use.
