Based on the hearing condition, a hearing map and hearing damage state data are made; hearing compensation prescriptions of left and right ears of the user are generated so as to acquire different voice frequencies of the left and right ears of the user and different sound strength gains, parameters are arranged on hardware of the ear hearing aid, and then a voice signal received by a microphone is segmented according to a frequency, and different amplification and compression are adopted for voices with different frequency ranges. A noise suppression algorithm is used to restrain noises generated by an environment and a hearing aid circuit.
