Abstract

The invention discloses a drug sensitivity prediction method based on cell line and drug similarity networks, which comprises the steps of: constructing the drug similarity network, the cell line similarity network and a drug-cell line relationship network; respectively acquiring a drug adjacent matrix, a cell line adjacent matrix and a drug-cell line relationship initial matrix according to the drug similarity network, the cell line similarity network and the drug-cell line relationship network; and based on the drug adjacent matrix, the cell line adjacent matrix and the drug-cell line relationship initial matrix, obtaining a drug-cell line drug sensitivity prediction matrix by adopting an unbalanced double random walk algorithm, wherein each element in the drug-cell line drug sensitivityprediction matrix obtained after walk is completed by adopting an unbalanced double random walk formula is a predicted sensitivity value of a corresponding drug for a cell line.
