Abstract

The invention discloses a non-contact pantograph lifting and descending arm lever position relationship measurement method, wherein an underframe of a pantograph is mounted on a horizontal plane; twocameras are erected at one side, a certain included angle is formed between the axes of lenses of two cameras, and by regulating a fixed distance and the included angle of the cameras or regulating focal lengths and apertures of the cameras, two cameras image clearly and cover all image information of the pantograph; then, marking points are arranged on the pantograph; after calibration, in the process that a pantograph power device controls lifting or descending, two cameras simultaneously acquire image information, position changes of the marking points are identified by utilizing DIC operation software, and a coordinate value of each marking point on the pantograph relative to a pantograph actuation moment is measured; and finally, a mathematical model is established, and pantograph included angles at the corresponding moments are calculated by the coordinate values, so as to implement measurement on an inter-lever position relationship in the pantograph actuating process. Accordingto the invention, by non-contact measurement of imaging of a digital image, the position relationship between each arm lever of the high-speed rail pantograph is converted into data which can be measured by experiments.
