Abstract

The invention discloses a digital display torque wrench which comprises a ratchet wrench body assembly, a strain gauge and a torque tube structure. According to the invention, after the ratchet wrench body assembly is loaded, the strain gauge is deformed in the torque tube structure, and the deformation is converted into a corresponding torque to be displayed on the LCD display screen according to the magnitude of the deformation; the overall length of the torque tube structure can be adjusted to adapt to different environment requirements, after the length of the torque tube structure is changed, the length of a force arm of the overall wrench is monitored in real time through an internal laser displacement sensor, the torque value is corrected in real time according to the change of the length of the overall force arm, the torque monitoring precision is improved, and the adaptability to the use environment is improved; the motor assembly is inserted into the plastic handle, the corresponding preset torque limit triggering condition is determined according to the deformation generated by the strain gauge, the corresponding torque early warning state is triggered before the preset torque limit state, the motor assembly is used for responding to the torque early warning state to execute early warning vibration, and the effect of controlling and adjusting the pre-tightening force is improved.
