The present application relates to the technical field of agricultural machinery design, and more particularly to a seedling disc parameterization design method and system for a seedling throwing machine and a product, the method defines the shape by adjusting the depth, contour, cross section and clamping point parameters through the establishment of a parameterized pot body geometric model; a multi-objective evaluation system covering bending performance, pulling performance, growth adaptability and manufacturing economy is constructed; the user input agronomic requirements and machine parameters are received, the target volume and bending radius are automatically derived, and the optimization algorithm is driven to search for the optimal pot body geometric parameters with the highest comprehensive score. The product is characterized by having a nonlinear power function contour, an intelligent response clamping point and an optimized non-circular cross section. The present application method realizes adaptive mapping from agronomic requirements to optimal design, solves the industry problems of strong dependence on traditional design experience, no matching disc machine and difficult performance balance, and significantly improves the design efficiency, seedling disc reliability and operation quality.
